Abstract

技术领域
本公开涉及托板领域,且更具体地涉及半尺寸塑料托板。
背景技术
当为顾客购买而展示产品时,零售商店通常偏好使用分托板(fractionalpallet)。典型地,分托板是全尺寸托板尺寸的四分之一到一半。分托板具有显着较小的覆盖区(footprint),其允许零售商店在与全尺寸托板相同尺寸的区域内展示更多样的产品。
此外,零售商店通常偏好使用塑料分托板来代替木质分托板。比起木质分托板,塑料分托板更美观讨喜,且更卫生。
即使考虑当前的塑料分托板,仍存在对托板搬运设备能够容易地移动且能够实现美观可接受的产品展示器的塑料分托板的需要。由于塑料分托板要载运的产品有时可能较重,所以不应当在提供便利性(accessibility)的同时牺牲托板的载荷能力。
发明内容
一种托板包括顶甲板和连接到顶甲板的可拆装的托板支撑脚。所述顶甲板具有产品支撑面和相对下侧,所述下侧中具有卡扣开口。托板支撑脚的每一个包括:基座,其横跨所述顶甲板的宽度延伸;以及一对外基座支撑组件。所述外基座支撑组件的每一个具有:下端,其与基座的端部一体地形成;以及露出的上端。面朝外卡扣从每一个外基座支撑组件的露出的上端延伸,以接合顶甲板的下侧中的相应的卡扣开口。面朝内卡扣从所述外基座支撑组件的每一个的露出的上端延伸,以接合顶甲板的下侧中的相应的卡扣开口。
顶甲板的下侧还可具有与卡扣开口相邻的引导开口。所述托板支撑脚的每一个还可包括一对引导件,所述一对引导件从所述外基座支撑组件的每一个的露出的上端延伸而由相应的引导开口容纳,以使面朝外卡扣和面朝内卡扣与顶甲板的下侧中的相应的卡扣开口对准。
所述外基座支撑组件的每一个可以是具有弯曲端的矩形,且所述一对引导件可与所述弯曲端相邻。每一个引导件是弯曲的,以对应于所述弯曲端。
面朝外卡扣和面朝内卡扣的最上表面可与所述一对引导件的最上表面共面。
面朝外卡扣可包括一对隔开的面朝外卡扣,以及面朝内卡扣可包括一对隔开的面朝内卡扣。所述一对面朝外卡扣可与所述一对面朝外卡扣对准。

中心基座支撑组件可以是圆形的,引导件的每一个是弯曲的,以对应于所述圆形的中心基座支撑组件。
第一对和第二对面朝外卡扣的最上表面可与引导件的最上表面共面。
每一个托板支撑脚中的基座还可包括在其端部之间延伸的加强杆。顶甲板和每一个托板支撑脚可包括塑料。
本公开的另一方面是提供一种用于制造如上所述具有可拆装的托板支撑脚的托板的方法。所述方法包括:形成顶甲板,顶甲板具有产品支撑面和相对下侧,所述下侧中具有卡扣开口;以及形成多个托板支撑脚。所述托板支撑脚的每一个包括:基座,所述基座横跨所述顶甲板的宽度延伸;以及一对外基座支撑组件。所述外基座支撑组件的每一个具有:下端,所述下端与所述基座的端部一体地形成;以及露出的上端。一对面朝外卡扣从每一个外基座支撑组件的露出上端延伸,以及一对面朝内卡扣从所述外基座支撑组件的每一个的露出的上端延伸。所述方法还包括将所述一对面朝外卡扣和面朝内卡扣与所述顶甲板的下侧中的相应的卡扣开口接合,使得托板支撑脚连接到顶甲板。

首先参考图1和2,所例示的半尺寸塑料托板20包括顶甲板30和连接到顶甲板的三个可拆装的托板支撑脚40。假如托板支撑脚40或顶甲板30受损,由于可从顶甲板30拆装托板支撑脚40,这样允许容易地修复半尺寸塑料托板。
三个托板支撑脚40包括中心托板支撑脚和一对外托板支撑脚。托板支撑脚40被构造为通过诸如叉式举升机(forklift)或托板起重机(pallet jack)之类的托板搬运设备能够四向插进。如将于下详细讨论的,塑料托板20是可修复、可堆叠的且包括产品展示器装接点。

外托板支撑脚40与外侧38对准。即,外侧38与托板支撑脚40平行。每一个托板支撑脚40具有与外侧38的尺寸相同的长度。即,每一个托板支撑脚40横跨半尺寸塑料托板20的宽度延伸。
现在参考图3至图6,每一个托板支撑脚40包括基座42和从基座42延伸的基座支撑组件52、72。基座支撑组件52、72连接到顶甲板30的下侧34。基座支撑组件52可被称为外基座支撑组件,而基座支撑组件72可被称为中心基座支撑组件。外基座支撑组件52和中心基座支撑组件72与基座42整体地形成。
每一个外基座支撑组件52具有:与基座42一体地形成的下端;以及露出的上端。一对面朝外的卡扣54从露出的上端延伸,以接触顶甲板20的下侧34。类似地,一对面朝内的卡扣56从露出的上端延伸,以接触顶甲板20的下侧34。卡扣54、56被构造为接合顶甲板30的下侧34中的卡扣开口170,使得外基座支撑组件52连接到顶甲板30。

一对弯曲端壁55处于面朝外侧壁51和面朝内侧壁53的端部,该对引导件58从该对弯曲端壁55延伸。每一个引导件58的一部分以对应于弯曲端壁55的曲率弯曲。该对引导件58从该对弯曲端壁55凹陷。

顶甲板30的下侧34还具有与多个卡扣开口182相邻的多个引导开口182。两对间隔开的引导件78也从中心基座支撑组件72的露出的上端延伸。引导件78被构造为使卡扣74与顶甲板30的下侧34中的卡扣开口180对准。引导开口182对应于壁73界定的中心基座支撑组件72的轮廓或外形。顶甲板30的下侧34中的引导开口182的尺寸小于中心基座支撑组件72的轮廓或外形的尺寸,以容纳引导件78。
中心基座支撑组件72是圆形的。两对卡扣74从圆形壁73延伸,且引导件78和卡扣74从圆形壁73凹陷。引导件78和卡扣74弯曲,以匹配圆形壁73的曲率。引导件78的高度可与卡扣74的高度相同。在其他实施方式中,引导件78的高度可与卡扣74的高度不同。
每一个卡扣74包括:挠性卡扣组件80;唇部82,其从卡扣组件80向外延伸;以及倾斜面或边缘84,其位于唇部82与卡扣组件80之间。倾斜面84和唇部82挠性地接合顶甲板30的下侧34中的相应卡扣开口180。
中心基座支撑组件72还包括肋状的芯部90。此外,芯部90也从露出的上端延伸。芯部90的高度小于卡扣74的高度。
每一个托板支撑脚40彼此相同。每一个托板支撑脚40中的基座42包括用于容纳加强杆的开口44。加强杆增加托板支撑脚40的强度和耐久性。例如,加强杆可以是但并不限于是钢或金属。基座42包括露出加强杆的隔开的开口46。在加强杆已被插入开口44后,将如图6所示的堵头45插入开口44中,以将加强杆挡在其内。例如,可定开口44的尺寸,以容纳半(1/2)英寸或5/8英寸的堵头45。
每一个托板支撑脚40可以用热塑性或高分子材料形成。类似地,顶甲板30亦可用热塑性或高分子材料形成。半尺寸塑料托板20中使用的塑料可以是可回收的。

现在将参考图7至图9更详细讨论顶甲板30。顶甲板30形成为一件式且包括四个四分体100(1)-100(4)。每一个四分体可被统称为四分体100。除了仅在四分体100(1)和100(3)中的收缩性包覆材抓握构件110外,四分体100在设计上是对称的。
收缩性包覆材抓握构件110用于在顶甲板30载运的产品上运用及保持收缩性包覆材。通常使用收缩性包覆材将产品固定于托板。这通常是包箍的替代方式,但如果希望,两者都可以应用。
对托板运用收缩性包覆材遇到的问题是固定收缩性包覆材的端部。因为包覆材会不黏附于产品或托板上,或在结束时,包覆材可能不能保持靠着托板上的产品,在收缩包覆开始时和完成时都遇到此问题。
沿顶甲板30的侧36安置收缩性包覆材抓握构件110。在每一侧36上,即,在四分体100(1)和100(3)上,有一个收缩性包覆材抓握构件110。在其他实施方式中,四分体100(2)和100(4)也可包括收缩性包覆材抓握构件110,使得所有四分体100在设计上是对称的。
每一个收缩性包覆材抓握构件110取双侧槽的形式,类似于砧的形状。双侧槽具有前凹部和后凹部以及位于其间的狭窄开口。狭窄开口允许将收缩性包覆材布设于槽内,但使其更难以再次出来。可将包覆材拉入前凹部或后凹部内,且在包覆过程开始时或结束时,能够固定包覆材的端部。
顶甲板30的另一个特征是包括用作包箍带定位器的槽150。一对槽150布设于顶甲板30的每一个长侧36上。
每一个四分体100包括手出入孔102。手出入孔102对操作者搬运半尺寸塑料托板20提供了容易的手段。使手出入孔102的尺寸大到足以让使用者通过其插入全部四个手指。通过在每一个四分体100中提供手出入孔102,使用者可非常容易地抓住半尺寸塑料托板20,将其搬送到托板堆叠上或将其从托板堆叠上卸载。
顶甲板30包括若干不同的产品展示器装接点,用于将产品展示器或框固定于半尺寸塑料托板20上。例如,当半尺寸塑料托板20在有产品在其上的情况下位于商店内的地板上时,产品展示器有助于促销产品。第9,387,953号美国专利公开了具有产品展示器装接点的塑料部分托板,且所述美国专利通过引用整体并入本文中。’953号专利被让与给本发明的当前受让人。
产品展示器装接点在产品支撑面32中包括展示器装接槽口120、130以及150,如图9所例示。每一个展示器装接槽口120、130以及150是矩形的且尺寸被定为容纳从产品展示器的基座落下的拉片,从而使产品展示器保持就位于半尺寸塑料托板20上。
关于全部八个展示器装接槽口120,一对展示器装接槽口120与顶甲板30的每一侧36、38相邻布设。在产品支撑面32中也存在八个展示器装接槽口130和八个展示器装接槽口150。每一个展示器装接槽口130与相应的展示器装接槽口120对准,且每一个展示器装接槽口150从顶甲板30的侧36、38凹陷且还与相应的展示器装接槽口130对准。
仍参考图9,每一个展示器装接槽口130包括顶甲板30内的外槽口132和凹陷外槽口内的内槽口138。外槽口132包括形成弯曲架的局部封闭底136和侧134。内槽口138与弯曲架136相邻且凹陷到外槽口132下方。内槽口138具有:一对隔开的侧壁140和142;以及封闭底144。
在内槽口132内,侧壁140包括从其延伸的凸起145,而相对侧壁142包括从其延伸的锥形构件146。锥形构件146具有对着凸起145的向下锥体。如果产品展示器拉片具有恰当定位孔,则所述孔可接合并锁定于凸起145或锥形构件146上。
具有锥形构件146的侧壁142是对应于弯曲架136弯曲,而具有凸起145的侧壁140不弯曲。锥形构件146包括与内槽口138的封闭底144正交的最低面148。平坦下侧148与封闭底144之间存在间隙。例如,凸起145具有四分之一球形。锥形构件146与凸起145的中心对准。
每一个展示器装接槽口150从顶甲板30的侧36、38凹陷。移除顶甲板30的相应侧36、38的绝大部分,以露出展示器装接槽口150。用于展示器装接槽口150的相应侧36、38的移除是均匀的,以形成一对间隔开的保持拉片151,用于固定产品展示器拉片。保持拉片151位于展示器装接槽口150的上部,而展示器装接槽口150的下部完全露出。
顶甲板30还包括用于容纳加强杆的开口160、162,如图7所例示。加强杆增加顶甲板30的强度和耐久性。例如,加强杆可以是但不限于是钢或金属。侧38具有三个开口160,而侧36具有两个开口162,用于容纳加强杆。在加强杆已被插入开口160、162后,将如图6所示的堵头45插入开口160、162,以挡住加强杆。例如,开口160、162尺寸可被定为,容纳1/2英寸或5/8英寸的堵头45。
如上所指出的,半尺寸塑料托板20是可修复的。托板支撑脚40与顶甲板30是分别地形成,而且为了托板修复,可从托板支撑脚40卸下顶甲板30。每一个支撑脚40包括与外基座支撑组件52关联的卡扣54、56和与中心基座支撑组件72关联的卡扣74。相应的卡扣54、56和74将每一个托板支撑脚40固定到顶甲板30的下侧34。

顶甲板30的下侧34由露出的肋制成。第一甲板斗区200包括相应的手出入孔102。手出入孔102位于第一甲板斗区200的中心。手出入孔102位于第一甲板斗区200内的弯曲部分的顶端。此顶端对应于在第一甲板斗区200内顶甲板30的最小厚度点。
手出入孔102包括从产品支撑面32延伸到顶甲板30的相对下侧34的壁103。在第一甲板斗区200内,露出的肋202在第一方向上延伸,而露出的肋204在正交于第一方向的第二方向上延伸。
每一个四分体100中的第一甲板斗区200与顶甲板30的外侧38相邻。在外侧38与第一甲板斗区200之间的四分体100外周边区215具有均匀厚度,且不是第一甲板斗区200的一部分。对于全部四个四分体,四分体100的外周边区215绕顶甲板30的周边延伸。周边区与外侧35和38相邻。
第二甲板斗区210是通过过渡壁220而与第一球形雕刻200分离。顶甲板30的厚度在过渡壁220处不减小。第二甲板斗区210内的肋包括在第一方向上延伸的肋212和在正交于第一方向的第二方向上延伸的肋214。
在每一个四分体100中,第二甲板斗区210包括多个隔开的开口230,如图8所例示的。开口230延伸到顶甲板30的下侧34。开口230可被划分为以网格图案布局的隔开的开口段。在每一个第二甲板斗区210内,每一个开口段具有与其他开口段的每一个对称的开口230的图案。
另一个态样是针对制造如上所述的具有甲板斗区200、210的托板20的方法。所述方法包括:形成被划分为四分体100的顶甲板30;以及形成多个托板支撑脚40。托板支撑脚40连接到顶甲板30的下侧34且在顶甲板30的下面形成开口,以用于容纳举升构件(liftingmember)。形成顶甲板30,以在每一个四分体100中在顶甲板30的下侧34上包括至少一个甲板斗区200、210。顶甲板30的厚度在每一个甲板斗区200、210中减小,以减小顶甲板挠曲对举升构件穿过与顶甲板30下方之间的开口的能力的影响。
考虑到能够装接电子跟踪装置,可进一步配置顶甲板30。例如,可形成隔室或将隔室装接到顶甲板30的下侧34,以携带电子跟踪装置。紧固件可用于装接,包括螺钉或其他硬体、塑料夹子、或其组合。电子追踪装置可被构造为在托板使用期间存储数据。电子追踪装置可包括但不限于通信协议,诸如蓝牙、低功耗蓝牙(BLE)、RFID、蜂窝式、以及GPS。
现在参考图13至图21,将讨论顶甲板30内的索环250的用途。有利的是,当物品放在顶甲板30的产品支撑面32上时,索环120提供较好的抓握,且在顶甲板30的下侧34上,还与叉式举升机的叉齿提供较好的抓握。有利的是,例如,当堆叠于另一个半尺寸塑料托板20上时,索环250还有助于相同的半尺寸塑料托板20保持就位。例如,用于索环250的适当材料包括天然橡胶和合成橡胶。
每一个四分体100具有一对索环250。索环250中的一个在顶甲板30的外周边区215中。另一个索环250在第二甲板斗区210内且与外周边区215中的索环250正交。在所例示的实施方式中,存在八个索环250。本领域中的技术人员容易明白,索环250的数目、位置和尺寸可以不同。
将每一个索环250插入延伸通过顶甲板30的矩形索环开口270中,如图15所例示的。索环开口270从顶甲板30的上表面32降级(stepped down),以形成凹格272。索环开口270在凹格272上方具有第一周边尺寸。
在凹格的下方,开口270具有小于第一周边尺寸的第二周边尺寸。在第二周边尺寸内包括的是分隔件274。分隔件274的上表面从凹格272凹陷,且分隔件272的下表面延展到顶甲板30的下侧34。分隔件272要求每一个索环250的下部具有狭缝或间隙259,以容纳分隔件274。
每一个索环250包括上区段253,上区段253包括用于接合或搁置于凹格272上的上唇部252。每一个索环250的上表面254是平坦的且被加高到高于顶甲板30的产品支撑面32。每一个相应索环250的上唇部252与上表面254之间的过渡区256是弯曲的。
一对中区段258从每一个索环250的上区段253延伸。中区段258位于分隔件274的相邻侧上。相应的下区段260从每一个中区段258延伸。下区段260延伸通过到顶甲板30的下侧34,并且呈喇叭状,以用于接合顶甲板30的下侧34,如图19所例示的。每一个下区段260包括下唇部263,下唇部263接合或搁置于顶甲板30的下侧34上。
除了索环250,顶甲板30的产品支撑面32还包括摩擦点290阵列,以防止产品在产品支撑面32上滑动,如图9所例示的。例如,每一个摩擦点290具有圆形形状且为隆起的桩墩形式的。为降低形成半尺寸塑料托板20所需材料的重量和数量,顶甲板30和托板支撑脚40包括若干隔开的开口230,如上所讨论的。
另一个方面针对一种制造如上所述具有索环250的托板20的方法。所述方法包括形成顶甲板30,顶甲板30具有贯穿其延伸的多个索环开口270,每一个索环开口270包括凹格272。将多个索环250插入多个索环开口270中。每一个索环250包括上区段253,上区段253包括搁置于凹格272上的上唇部252,且上区段253的外露面254在高度上于顶甲板30的上方延伸。至少一个中区段258与上唇部252相邻且从上区段253延伸到顶甲板30的下侧34。至少一个下区段260从至少一个中区段258延伸且包括搁置于顶甲板30的下侧34上的一对隔开的下唇部263。至少一个下区段260的外露面264在高度上于顶甲板30的下侧34的下方延伸。所述方法还包括:形成多个托板支撑脚40;以及将多个托板支撑脚40连接到顶甲板30的下侧34;和在顶甲板30的下方形成用于容纳举升构件的开口。
现在参考图22和图23,半尺寸塑料托板20可与其他相同的半尺寸塑料托板堆叠。与顶甲板30的外侧38相邻的索环250有助于使堆叠的半尺寸塑料托板保持就位。这是用被加高到比顶甲板30的上产品支承面32高的索环250的上表面254完成的。例如,比顶甲板30的产品支撑面32高的索环250的加高上表面254可在0.25至0.75英寸的范围内。不限于此范围,因为实际加高上表面254可在此范围外有所不同。
一对相应开口300位于托板支撑脚40的下侧中,用于与堆叠的托板20的索环250的上表面254接合,如图23中由堆叠的半尺寸塑料托板20的截面图所例示的。每一个开口300的尺寸被定为,以容纳索环250的上区段253,上区段253包括上表面254以及位于上表面254与上唇部252之间的过渡区256的一部分。

返回参考例示顶甲板30的下侧34的图11,当被配置为托架400时,多个托架轮装接区410被提供,以用于容纳多个托架轮402。有六个托架轮402连接到顶甲板30的下侧34,每一侧36上有三个。每一个托架轮装接区410包括四个装接点412,用于固定托架轮402。当顶甲板30用作托板时,可提供附加装接点,以容纳盖板。
在可重新配置的托板/托架平台30的产品支撑面32中,提供多个托架轮窝(wheelwell)420。多个托架轮窝420与多个托架轮容纳区410对准。每一个托架轮窝420被构造为接合堆叠在其上的相同托架400的相应的托架轮402。通过使托架轮窝420容纳来自所堆叠的托架400的托架轮402,在堆叠托架400移动时,提供了稳定性。

当配置为托架400时,多个托架轮容纳区410与多个托架轮窝420对准且被构造为接合堆叠在其上的相同平台30的多个托架轮402。
每一个托板支撑脚40的下侧包括多个索环开口300,每一个索环开口300被构造为当相同托板20堆叠在其上时容纳所述相同托板20的相应的索环250的上区段254。
另一个方面是针对制造可重新配置的托板/托架平台30,制造可重新配置托板/托架平台30包括形成顶甲板30,顶甲板30包括产品支撑面32和相对下侧34。产品支撑面32具有贯穿其延伸的多个索环开口270,每一个索环开口270包括凹格272。
当被配置为托板20时,下侧34包括多个托板支撑脚装接区430、432,多个托板支撑脚装接区430、432与多个索环开口270对准且用于容纳多个托板支撑脚40。当被配置为托架400时,多个托架轮装接区410用于容纳多个托架轮402。
产品支撑面32包括插入多个索环开口250中的多个索环270。每一个索环270包括上区段253,上区段253包括搁置于凹格272上的上唇部252。当被配置为托板20时,上区段253的外露面254在高度上于顶甲板的上方延伸且被构造为接合来自被堆叠在其上的相同平台30的托板支撑脚40的下侧300。
当被配置为托架400时,多个托架轮容纳区410与多个托架轮窝420对准且被构造为接合来自被堆叠在其上的相同平台30的多个托架轮402。

Claims (20)
1.一种托板,包括:
顶甲板,所述顶甲板具有产品支撑面和相对下侧,所述下侧中具有多个卡扣开口;以及
多个托板支撑脚,所述托板支撑脚的每一个包括:
基座,所述基座横跨所述顶甲板的宽度延伸,
一对外基座支撑组件,所述外基座支撑组件的每一个具有:下端以及露出的上端,所述下端与所述基座的端部一体地形成,
一对面朝外卡扣,所述一对面朝外卡扣从所述外基座支撑组件的每一个的所述露出的上端延伸且构造为分别接合所述顶甲板的所述下侧中的相应的卡扣开口,以及
一对面朝内卡扣,所述一对面朝内卡扣从所述外基座支撑组件的每一个的所述露出的上端延伸且构造为分别接合所述顶甲板的所述下侧中的相应的卡扣开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述顶甲板的所述下侧还具有与所述多个卡扣开口相邻的多个引导开口,并且其中托板支撑脚的每一个还包括:
一对引导件,所述一对引导件从所述外基座支撑组件的每一个的所述露出的上端延伸且构造为由相应的引导开口容纳,以使所述至少一个面朝外和面朝内卡扣与所述顶甲板的所述下侧中的所述相应的卡扣开口对准。

14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中形成所述顶甲板还包括形成所述顶甲板的所述下侧,以具有与所述多个卡扣开口相邻的多个引导开口,并且其中所述托板支撑脚的每一个还构造为包括:
一对引导件,所述一对引导件从所述外基座支撑组件的每一个的所述露出的上端延伸且构造为由相应的引导开口容纳,以使所述至少一个面朝外和面朝内卡扣与所述顶甲板的所述下侧中的所述相应的卡扣开口对准。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中所述外基座支撑组件的每一个是具有弯曲端的矩形,且其中所述一对引导件与所述弯曲端相邻,所述引导件的每一个是弯曲的,以对应于所述弯曲端。
16.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述至少一个面朝外卡扣包括一对隔开的面朝外卡扣,其中所述至少一个面朝内卡扣包括一对隔开的面朝内卡扣,而且所述一对面朝外卡扣与所述一对面朝内卡扣对准。
17.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中每一个托板支撑脚还构造为包括:
中心基座支撑组件,所述中心基座支撑组件具有与所述基座一体地形成的下端,以及露出的上端;
第一对面朝外卡扣,所述第一对面朝外卡扣从所述中心基座支撑组件的所述露出的上端延伸且构造为接合所述顶甲板的所述下侧中的相应的卡扣开口;以及
第二对面朝外卡扣,所述第二对面朝外卡扣从所述中心基座支撑组件的所述露出的上端延伸且构造为接合所述顶甲板的所述下侧中的相应的卡扣开口。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述中心基座支撑组件是圆形的,所述面朝外卡扣的每一个是弯曲的,以对应于所述圆形的中心基座支撑组件。
19.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中形成所述顶甲板还包括形成所述顶甲板的所述下侧,以具有与所述多个卡扣开口相邻的多个引导开口,并且其中所述托板支撑脚的每一个还构造为包括:
多个引导件,所述多个引导件从所述中心基座支撑组件的所述露出的上端延伸且构造为由相应的引导开口容纳,以使所述第一对和第二对面朝外卡扣与所述顶甲板的所述下侧中的所述相应的卡扣开口对准。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中所述中心基座支撑组件是圆形的,所述引导件的每一个是弯曲的,以对应于所述圆形的中心基座支撑组件。
