本发明提供一种复合膜材的切割方法,先制置一复合膜材,所述复合膜材由一弹性膜材与至少一定型膜结合形成,所述弹性膜材具伸缩性及弹性;所述定型膜可溶解于水中,且其刚性大于所述弹性膜材,而延展性低于所述弹性膜材。以一切割设备切割所述复合膜材并切割出复数复合丝,各所述复合丝包括一弹性丝及至少一定型丝。所述复合丝可供纺织机械使用,以制成纺织品。溶解所述复合丝中的定型丝,可获得所述弹性丝。
Description
技术领域
本发明关于一种可制成弹性丝的复合丝及其制法,详而言之是指一种自复合膜材切割制成复合丝的制法及所制成的复合丝。
背景技术
已知以切割膜材的方式制成纱线的制法中,其所选用的膜材为PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)材质,通过PET材质的刚性,能对PET膜材进行切割并得以切割成纱线。然而PET为制造矿泉水饮料瓶的材质,并不适合做成织物,PET材质的纱线不柔软,并有尖硬、刺刺的触感,不适合穿着,因此不能作为织物。
已知技术无法自弹性膜材切割出弹性纱线,其原因在于弹性膜材的材质软,易弹性伸长、变形及挠动,导致切割刀具无法确实切割弹性膜材,且无法切割出均匀宽度的弹性纱线。且当弹性膜材的弹性越大,更容易发生刀具难以切断弹膜性材的情形,尤其是,若同时以多个刀具对一片弹性膜材裁切出多条纱线时,若其中一个刀具并未切断所述弹性膜材,即会变成不良品,所述弹性膜材便须报废。再者,软质弹性膜材切割的过程中容易有皱褶,使得切割时,其部分材料会上下迭在一起,影响切割的实行及形成不良品。
为改进上述缺失,发明人研发申请号202010548683.X发明专利,揭示一种弹性膜材的切割方法,请参阅图1,其是将一弹性膜材10与一PET材质的垫层12可分离地贴合,所述垫层12的伸展性低,且刚性及硬度均高于弹性膜材10;以滚轮14牵引所述弹性膜材10及垫层12,复以刀具16切割所述待切割材14。利用所述垫层12支撑所述弹性膜材10,借以将所述弹性膜材切割成多数弹性纱线17。切割完成后,将弹性纱线17及垫层12分离,并将每一弹性纱线17的切割成品卷收成一卷18,以待后续使用,以及将所述垫层12卷收成卷19。
上述制法确能有效对弹性膜材进行切割,改进已知技术无法切割弹性膜材的缺失。由于垫层12只是一个用于切割弹性膜材10的手段,当弹性膜材10切割成弹性纱线17后,须再进行将弹性纱线17及垫层12分离及分别卷收的作业,在制造程序上仍嫌繁琐与不便。
再者,所制成的弹性纱线17具伸缩弹性,张力不固定,无法承受编织机的钩针钩动及拉扯,且容易被扯断,难以通过纺织机械制成纺织品。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明主要目的在于提供一种具弹性膜材的复合膜材的切割方法,可切割包含有弹性膜材的复合膜材,以切割弹性膜材,并可简化制程。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种具弹性丝的的复合丝,是以上述制法制成,该复合丝具有弹性丝,且具低弹性及低伸展性的特性,可供纺织机制成纺织品,该复合丝具有可溶解的刚性成份,能方便地留下弹性丝。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所提供一种复合膜材的切割方法,包含有:
制置一复合膜材,该复合膜材由一弹性膜材与至少一定型膜结合形成,该弹性膜材具伸缩性及弹性;该定型膜为高分子聚合物所制成,具可溶解性,可溶解于水中;该定型膜的刚性大于该弹性膜材,而延展性低于该弹性膜材;
以一切割设备切割该复合膜材的该弹性膜材及该定型膜,并切割出复数复合丝,各该复合丝为至少两层结构的复合体,包括相结合的一弹性丝及至少一定型丝,所述的弹性丝为所述的弹性膜材所形成;所述定型丝为所述的定型膜所形成。
借此,待所述复合丝制成后,可溶解所述定型丝,仅留下所需的弹性丝。
较佳地,所述定型膜材质为聚乙烯醇。
较佳地,所述复合膜材是以连续输送的方式输送至所述切割设备进行切割;切割后各所述复合丝是卷收成卷,各所述复合丝所述的弹性丝及所述的定型丝保持结合。
本发明所提供的具弹性丝的复合丝,其断面呈矩形,且为至少上下两层的层状结构,包括:一弹性丝与至少一定型丝,所述弹性丝由高分子材料/高分子聚合物制成,具伸缩性及弹性;所述定型丝为高分子聚合物所制成,并具溶解性,可溶解于水中;所述定型丝的刚性大于所述弹性丝,而延展性低于所述弹性膜材。
较佳地,所述定型丝的溶解温度低于所述弹性丝的熔点。
较佳地,所述定型丝材质为聚乙烯醇。
较佳地,所述复合丝的两侧面为切割平面。
较佳地,所述复合丝可使用于纺织机、车缝机或电绣机。
较佳地,将所述复合丝置入水中,所述定型丝将溶解于水中,留下所述弹性丝。
借此,可将所述复合丝的定型丝溶解,以取得所需的弹性丝。
所述复合丝弹性低、伸缩性低,并具有一定的张力,可承受纺织机械的钩拉及拉扯而不断裂,因此可将复合丝通过纺织机编织成纺织品后,溶解所述定型丝,使所述纺织品成为由弹性丝所制成的织品,以提供具弹性及柔软舒适的穿着。
所述复合丝也可作为绣线或车缝线使用。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供一种具弹性膜材的复合材料的切割方法,将弹性膜材与定型膜结合成复合膜材,使所述复合膜材适于实施切割,通过定型膜限制弹性膜材的伸缩及支持弹性膜材,能有效地切割所述弹性膜材;且所述定型膜具可溶解性,不须将切割完成的复合丝的弹性丝与定型丝分离,可以简化切割弹性膜材的过程。本发明还提供一种具弹性丝的复合丝,通过切割制成的复合丝具刚性、低弹性及低伸展性等物理现象,可承受拉力,因此可直接供纺织机械制成纺织产品,之后再将复合丝的定型丝溶解,保留弹性丝,使得最终的纺织产品仅由弹性丝所制成,克服已知技术无法直接以弹性丝编织成纺织产品的缺失。

本发明提供一种切割方法,以将一具伸展弹性的弹性膜材切割成多数条如图6所示具相当长度的复合丝40,并由所述复合丝40形成图7弹性丝(弹性纱线)42,且本发明方法适用于切割出微细的复合丝,例如切割出宽度0.05mm(厘米)至0.5mm的复合丝40,进而制成宽度0.05mm~0.5mm的弹性丝42,较佳地,切割出宽度为0.1至0.14mm的微细复合丝。所述的复合丝40可制成最终产品,例如编织成纺织品(例如布料),以供制成衣服、鞋子、包(提包、背包)、袋(提袋、背袋)、带子(皮带、织带)等,或作为绣线或车缝线。再将所述复合丝40转换成所述弹性丝42,如此,弹性丝42便可提供最终产品,例如衣服,柔软、舒适的穿着感。
本发明附图所示的物品或物品数量为示意之用,并非实际物品状况或实际的数量,例如附图所示的弹性膜材仅为示意,附图所示的若干切刀仅为示意,并非实际的切刀数量,也非限制切刀的型式。
图2及图3是本发明一较佳实施例的切割方法示意图,本发明是对包含有一弹性膜材22的一复合膜材20进行连续式切割,以切割出复数条如图6所示的复合丝40。所述的弹性膜材22为一具伸展弹性、由塑料或橡胶高分子材质/高分子聚合物制成的弹性膜材22,可为,但不以此为限,PU(聚氨酯,Polyurethane)、PVC(聚氯乙烯,Polyvinyl Chloride),TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶,Thermoplastic polyurethanes)、TPE(热塑性弹性体,Thermoplastic Elastomer)、TPR(热可塑性橡胶,Thermoplastic Rubber)或硅胶等高分子材料所制成的薄膜,具可拉伸弹性且质软。所述弹性膜材22的厚度T介于0.09~0.5mm范围,较佳地,是0.1~0.28mm。上述的各种高分子材料具有其熔点。
所述复合膜材20另包含有至少一定型膜24;所述的弹性膜材22是与所述的定型膜24上下结合形成所述复合膜材20。所述定型膜24是高分子材料/高分子聚合物制成,并具可溶解性,在特定的媒介物(例如液体)及特定的条件(例如温度)下可被溶解,其溶解温度低于所述弹性膜材22的熔点,例如,弹性膜材22的熔点高于摄氏100℃,并于该弹性膜材22的熔点以下的温度的液体中溶解定型膜24。在本发明,所述定型膜24为聚乙烯醇(PVA,POLYVINYL ALCOHOL)高分子聚合物制成,无毒、无刺激性,且环保、不危害环境,并可在0~100℃的水中溶解,例如在室温至75℃的水中溶解。固态的所述定型膜24伸展性及伸缩性低,具有一定的张力(张力固定)。根据碱化度的不同,所述定型膜(PVA膜)溶于水的温度也不同。本发明亦可选用熔点低于100℃的弹性膜材(例如80℃的弹性膜材),并于该熔点(80℃)以下的温度的水溶解定型膜。
所述定型膜24与所述弹性膜材22可通过多种方式结合,例如,先制成所述弹性膜材22后,将液态状的聚乙烯醇涂布于所述弹性膜材22的一表面,以定型形成所述定型膜24,并使所述弹性膜材22、定型膜24相结合,形成所述复合膜材20;亦或,先制成所述定型膜24,复将液态状的高分子材料涂布所述定型膜24的一表面,以形成所述弹性膜材22,并使所述弹性膜材22、定型膜24相结合;亦或,分别制成所述弹性膜材22及所述定型膜24后,以静电或黏着剂结合所述弹性膜材22、定型膜24,以形成所述复合膜材20。
本发明所述定型膜24具有刚性及一定的张力,各处的张力固定,且伸展性及弹性低,使得所述弹性膜材22受到所述定型膜24的拘束,保持固定的型态及轮廓,且定型膜24的刚性大于弹性膜材22的刚性,例如至少数倍于弹性膜材的刚性。所述定型膜24使所述复合膜材20整体具低伸展性、低伸缩性、低弹性及具一定的张力,使所述复合膜材20可施以切割,进而切割所述弹性膜材22。所述复合膜材20在制成后,可不经卷收而直接实施切割作业;也可先卷收成卷后,再实施切割作业。
所述复合膜材20可由一弹性膜材22与两定型膜24所形成的三明治膜材,其中,所述弹性膜材22位于所述两定型膜24之间。本说明书以一弹性膜材与一定型膜结合成一复合膜材为说明。
请参阅图2及图3,所述复合膜材20受一输送设备30的若干滚轮32牵引,持续往一切割设备35进给,受到所述切割设备35的复数切刀36切割,如图4所示,进而沿所述复合膜材20的纵向将所述复合膜材20切割出复数复合丝40的成品,如图5所示。各复合丝40并卷收成一卷41,以待后续使用。切割完成及卷收成卷41的各复合丝40,其弹性丝42与定型丝44保持结合。本实施例是切割相当长度的复合膜材20,例如3000公尺至4000公尺长,因此,可切割出每条为3000公尺至4000公尺长的复合丝40。
图6显示由所述复合膜材20切割制成的一复合丝40,以图6的方向为准,所述复合丝40为至少两层上下排列的复合体,所述的两层分别为相结合的一弹性丝(弹性纱线)42及一定型丝(定型纱线)44,所述复合丝40的断面呈矩形,其两侧为切刀36所切割形成的平面P。将图6的复合丝40置入0~100℃的水中时,所述定型丝44将在水中溶解,溶解后剩下图7所示的弹性丝42,所述弹性丝42的材质为聚氨酯(PU)、聚氯乙烯(PVC),热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶(TPU)、热塑性弹性体(TPE)、热可塑性橡胶(TPR)或硅胶等高分子材料/高分子聚合物,具伸缩弹性且柔软。
由于本发明所提供的复合膜材20具可切割性,可将各种不同材质的弹性膜材22与所述定型膜24结合成复合膜材20,复自所述复合膜材20切割出图6的复合丝40,最后将复合丝40的定型丝44溶解,以得到图7的弹性丝42。所述弹性膜材22制作有夜光、反光或导电的功能层时,所制成的弹性丝42即具有夜光、反光或导电的功能。图8显示本发明若干弹性丝42的剖面图,弹性丝的剖面形状呈矩形,其两侧面为一对平行的切割平面P,而顶面与底面为平面,弹性丝42的顶面与底面由弹性膜材的顶面与底面形成。其中,图8A弹性丝42A为均质的高分子材料;图8B及图8C所示弹性丝42B与42C为具有反光功能的复合结构的弹性丝,其具有一高分子材料本体421且所述本体至少一表面设有一反光层422,所述反光层具有反光颗粒(例如玻璃微珠);图8D及图8E所示弹性丝42D与42E是具有夜光功能复合结构的弹性丝,其本体421至少一表面具有一夜光层423,所述夜光层具有夜光粒子。而图8F及图8G所示弹性丝42F与42G是具有导电功能复合结构的弹性丝,其本体421至少一表面具有一导电层424,例如由导电浆形成的导电层。弹性丝的表面所设置的功能层不以夜光层、反光层或导电层为限,例如,可为制作不同颜色的颜色层、或其他功能的功能层,例如,功能层中包含金属粉末,而具金属色泽。图8所示弹性丝42A或弹性丝的本体421可添加染料、颜料、或铝、银、金、钖等金属粉末,使弹性丝42A或本体421可制成不同颜色或具金属色泽。
由于本发明复合丝40具有高张力、抗拉力、伸缩率低、弹性低,可承受纺织机的钩针钩拉而不断裂或伸缩,因此,可作为纺织品的主纤维,并适合以纺织技术(例如针织、平织、圆织等纺织技术)纺织机械织成例如图9所示的纺织品(图9显示将复合丝40以经、纬线编织成纺织品)50,例如布料。本发明的复合丝除了可作为布料的主纤维外,也可作为布料的里层或底层的纤维,即,复合丝40可作为布料的任何部位的纤维,没有限制。
待复合丝40的纺织品50制成最终产品后,例如衣服,将所述衣服浸泡于适当温度的水中,复合丝40的定型丝44将在水中溶解,只留下弹性丝42,弹性丝42不再受定型丝44拘束而回复伸缩弹性,所述衣服(纺织品50)便如图10所示,成为由弹性丝42所织造成的衣服(纺织品50),如此,所述衣服的纤维为前述的弹性丝42,并具有伸缩弹性且柔软,提供舒适的穿着。本发明的复合丝40所制成的纺织品可制成服饰、鞋子,或包包(提包、背包),可制成的服饰包括:一般衣服、泳装、运动服、韵律裤、T恤、饰带等各式衣物。以服饰为例,消费者购得以所述复合丝40所制成的服饰后,将所述服饰置入水中使其定型丝44溶解,溶解处理后的服饰的弹性丝42恢复弹性,使得服饰柔软、贴身,适合穿着且触感佳。此外,也可在布料制作过程中,在染整定型阶段,将定型丝溶解,不必在布料完全制成后才溶解定型丝。
本发明所述复合丝40也可作为车缝的缝线、电绣的面线或提花的面线等各种纺织线材。
请参阅图11,是两层纺织品63、64的背视放大示意图,并显示以本发明的复合丝40作为缝线,车缝所述两层纺织品63、64。由于本发明的复合丝40低弹性、伸缩率低、且可承受拉力,因此可作为缝线,由车缝机车缝于纺织品上。
将所述纺织品63、64置入水中时,可使复合丝40上的定型丝44溶化,使弹性丝42可展现伸缩弹性。如此,如图12所示,纺织品的缝线便均为弹性丝42,具弹性,而随着纺织品弹性伸展。
请参阅图13,是一纺织品70的剖面图,并显示本发明复合丝40作为绣线,以电绣机电绣于所述纺织品(例如布料)70,以绣出图样。
将所述纺织品70置入水中时,可溶解所述复合丝40中的定型丝44,只留下弹性丝42。如此,如图14所示,纺织品上的绣线均为所述的弹性丝42,具有弹性。若所述纺织品70具有弹性时,弹性丝42可随着所述纺织品弹性伸展。
本发明将弹性膜材22与定型膜24结合成复合膜材20,使所述复合膜材20适于实施切割,通过定型膜24限制弹性膜材22的伸缩及支持弹性膜材,能有效地切割所述弹性膜材22。所述定型膜24具可溶解性,不须将切割完成的复合丝40的弹性丝42与定型丝44分离,得以简化切割弹性膜材的制程。
本发明所切割制成的复合丝40具刚性、低弹性及低伸展性等物理现象,可承受拉力,因此可直接供纺织机械制成纺织产品,之后再将复合丝的定型丝44溶解,保留弹性丝42,使得最终的纺织产品仅由弹性丝42所制成,克服已知技术无法直接以弹性丝编织成纺织产品的缺失。
本发明切割方法可切割出微细宽度的复合丝,进而获得微细的弹性丝。
上述诸实施例仅说明本发明技术手段而非限制,举凡由本发明等效修改,均应视为本发明保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种具弹性膜材的复合膜材的切割方法,其特征在于,包含有:
制置一复合膜材,该复合膜材由一弹性膜材与至少一定型膜结合形成,该弹性膜材由高分子材料制成,具伸缩性及弹性;该定型膜为高分子聚合物所制成,并具可溶解性,可溶解于水中;该定型膜刚性大于该弹性膜材,而延展性低于该弹性膜材;
以一切割设备切割该复合膜材的该弹性膜材及该定型膜,并将该复合膜材切割出复数复合丝,各该复合丝为至少两层结构的复合体,包括一弹性丝及至少一定型丝,所述的弹性丝为所述的弹性膜材所切割形成;所述定型丝为所述的定型膜所切割形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的切割方法,其特征在于,所述定型膜材质为聚乙烯醇。
3.如权利要求1所述的切割方法,其特征在于,所述复合膜材是以连续输送的方式输送至所述切割设备进行切割;切割后各所述复合丝是卷收成卷,各所述复合丝所述的弹性丝及所述的定型丝保持结合。
4.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的切割方法,其特征在于,将所述的复合丝置入水中,所述定型丝将溶解于水中,留下所述弹性丝。
5.一种具弹性丝的复合丝,其断面呈矩形,其特征在于:
该复合丝为连续长度的丝,且其断面为至少上下两层的层状结构,包括:一弹性丝与至少一定型丝,该弹性丝由高分子材料制成,具伸缩性及弹性;该定型丝为高分子材料所制成,并具溶解性,可溶解于水中;该定型丝刚性大于该弹性丝,而延展性低于该弹性丝。
6.如权利要求5所述的复合丝,其特征在于,所述定型丝的溶解温度低于所述弹性丝的熔点。
7.如权利要求5所述的复合丝,其特征在于,所述定型丝材质为聚乙烯醇。
8.如权利要求5所述的复合丝,其特征在于,所述复合丝的两侧面为切割平面。
9.如权利要求5所述的复合丝,其特征在于,所述复合丝可使用于纺织机、车缝机或电绣机。
10.如权利要求5至8任一项所述的复合丝,其特征在于,将所述复合丝置入水中,所述定型丝将溶解于水中,留下所述弹性丝。
