Abstract

本发明提供用于衣服的粘合带,特别是提供用于极力减少衣服的缝制部位并利用粘合带制成衣服形状的无缝制型衣服的粘合带,其极力抑制了横向拉伸,且在纵向上具有伸缩性能。本发明的粘合带以弹性膜为芯层,在一个面上层积有热熔树脂,在另一个面上层积有纺织/编织物,该粘合带的特征在于,上述纺织/编织物是在横向上拉伸至极限的状态下定型的纺织/编织物且含有热熔合弹力丝。并且,优选纺织/编织物为经编织物、热熔合弹力丝为热熔合性聚氨酯弹力丝、弹性膜为聚氨酯膜,该粘合带用于无缝制型的衣服。

粘合带
技术领域
本发明涉及用于衣服(贴身内衣、运动短裤、男式内裤、女式内裤、衬裙、妇女贴身背心、胸罩、腰带、雨衣、泳衣、服装(cut and sewn)等)的粘合带,特别涉及用于极力减少衣服的缝制部位并利用粘合带制成衣服形状的无缝制型的衣服的粘合带。
背景技术
现在,通过使用粘合带而非缝制来接合内衣或胸罩等的全部端部或部分端部的“无缝制衣服”渐渐成为潮流。迄今已对该粘合方法等进行了各种研究。
例如,专利文献1中公开了如下技术:利用粘合带的熔合来连接前后身大片,通过用伸缩性布制条带(ribbon)来包覆该粘合带从而不妨碍伸缩性布料的伸缩性。
并且,专利文献2中公开了使用低熔点树脂片与高熔点树脂片层积一体化而成的热熔合带的技术,专利文献3中公开了在具有伸缩弹性和耐热性的支持体片的至少一个面上设置了具有伸缩弹性的热熔性粘合剂覆膜的粘接片的技术,另外,专利文献4中公开了由分配在纬方向上的经丝紧密地编织而具有单向拉伸性的编织物与热熔片构成的粘合带。

发明内容
但是,专利文献1~3所公开的粘合带由于具有伸缩性,所以对欲在接合部位的横向上拉伸的力也进行追随,因此,有时粘合部位会脱离。在将粘合带应用于内衣或胸罩等具有伸缩性的衣服中时,要求粘合带极力抑制了横向拉伸且在纵向上具有伸缩性能。其中,纵向代表粘合带的长度方向,横向代表粘合带的宽度方向,确切地说,顺着接合部位(对接部)的对接线的方向为纵向,与对接线正交的方向为横向。并且,专利文献4所公开的粘合带中,层积的编织物组织有限,不易得到所期望的伸缩性能,出于与应用该粘合带的衣服的关系而欲使用于特里科(tricot)经编织物等的情况下,还存在无法使用的问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于衣服的粘合带,特别是提供用于极力减少衣服的缝制部位并利用粘合带制成衣服形状的无缝制型衣服的粘合带,其极力抑制了横向拉伸,且在纵向上具有伸缩性能。
于是,本发明人进行了深入研究,结果发现,通过在具有热熔层的粘合带上层积在拉伸至极限的状态下定型的、使用了热熔合弹力丝的编织物,能够得到极力抑制了横向拉伸且在纵向拉伸方面具有良好的伸缩性能的粘合带,从而完成了本发明。
本发明基本上涉及以弹性膜为芯层、在一个面上层积有热熔树脂、在另一个面上层积有纺织/编织物的粘合带,其以如下技术为基础而构成。
(1)一种粘合带,其以弹性膜为芯层,在一个面上层积有热熔树脂,在另一个面上层积有纺织/编织物,该粘合带的特征在于,
上述纺织/编织物是在横向上拉伸至极限的状态下定型的纺织/编织物且含有热熔合弹力丝。
(2)如(1)所述的粘合带,其特征在于,在横向上拉伸至极限的状态下定型的纺织/编织物是每1英寸的纵行(wale)数为24~40纵行的经编织物。
(3)如(1)或(2)所述的粘合带,其特征在于,其用于无缝制型的衣服。
(4)如(1)~(3)任一项所述的粘合带,其特征在于,热熔合弹力丝是热熔合性聚氨酯弹力丝。
(5)如(1)~(4)任一项所述的粘合带,其特征在于,弹性膜是聚氨酯膜。
(6)如(1)~(5)任一项所述的粘合带,其特征在于,热熔树脂由聚氨酯类热熔树脂构成。
使用本发明的粘合带的情况下,伸缩性自不待言,穿着感和手感良好,并且降低了由粘合带的横向拉伸所致的粘接部位的脱离和变宽(出现缝隙),还减少了对衣服本身的伸缩性的损害。还能防止为了制成带(tape)而裁切片材后出现的绽线,不易变形,易于稳定地获得所期望的应力。

以下适当参照附图对本发明的粘合带进行具体说明。
图1给出了本发明的粘合带1的结构。芯层2的一个面上层积有热熔层3,其相反侧的面上层积有含有热熔合弹力丝的纺织/编织物4。
[1]弹性膜
本发明中,为了使带具有弹性而在芯层中使用弹性膜。
作为所使用的弹性膜,使用氯乙烯类膜、苯乙烯类膜等,其中优选聚氨酯类膜,特别是变形少的聚氨酯膜由于低应力,富于柔软性,耐油性、耐化学药品性、耐寒性和耐磨性优异,而优选使用。
本发明的粘合带主要通过在前后身大片的端部使用以便将布料与布料粘合起来,从而用于制作缝制部分较少的衣服。由于衣服在穿脱时或活动身体时会拉伸,因而粘合带的变形较大的话,其粘合部分会出现褶皱(凹凸)。因此,特别在用于需要拉伸的衣服的情况下,适宜使用变形较少的聚氨酯膜作为芯层。
[2]热熔层
作为粘合带的热熔层,只要是通常使用的热熔层就可以没有特别限制地使用。例如可以举出聚氨酯类热熔树脂、聚酰胺类热熔树脂、EVA类热熔树脂、聚烯烃类热熔树脂、苯乙烯类热熔树脂等。其中,优选使用聚氨酯类热熔树脂。
热熔层的熔融开始温度优选为60~150℃,更优选为70~130℃。
[3]纺织/编织物
作为用于本发明的粘合带的纺织/编织物(布帛)4,纺织物和编织物均可,出于易于获得纵向上的伸缩性而优选使用编织物。
其中,使用纺织物的情况下,由于在纬丝方向上几乎没有伸缩性,可以抑制作为本发明目的的“开孔”,但其在经丝方向上也几乎没有伸缩性,应用于衣服时会缺乏伸缩性,所以不是优选的。
(1)编织物(组织)
只要是能够层积在弹性膜上的编织物即可,纬编(平针组织、罗纹编织、双反面组织等)、经编(单梳栉经平组织、经绒组织等)、编链组织、拉舍尔经编针织物(raschel)、弹力网眼经编针织物等公知组织均可,但优选易于获得纵横的伸长性的经编织物,更优选作为单梳栉绒针组织编织使用非弹力丝、作为单梳栉经平组织编织使用热熔合弹力丝的经编织物,其中,与独立使用非弹力丝和弹力丝的情况相比,同时使用非弹力丝和弹力丝的经编织物能够抑制编织物本身在横向上的伸缩,因此是特别优选的。
(2)热熔合弹力丝
本发明中,使用具有热熔合性的弹力丝(热熔合弹力丝)。通过使用热熔合弹力丝会显著地提高热定型性,在向横向拉伸的同时进行定型时,能够在保持具有纵向上的伸长性能的同时大幅降低横向上的伸长性能。由此,在衣服中用作粘合带的情况下,可以在残留纵向的伸展性的状态下抑制该粘合部位的横向拉伸,能够抑制在布料与布料的粘合部位出现缝隙(开孔)的现象。并且,裁切片材制成粘合带的情况下,过去存在在该裁切的纺织/编织物的端部出现绽线或产生卷曲的问题,但通过使用热熔合弹力丝,能够大幅降低这样的绽线和卷曲。
作为热熔合弹力丝,只要热熔合性良好,则可以不受任何限制地使用,其中优选热熔合性聚氨酯弹力丝,例如可以适宜地使用日清纺纱社制造的莫比纶(Mobilon)R等。
作为细度,优选使用10~300dtex、特别是20~40dtex程度的热熔合弹力丝。
(3)配对丝
作为与热熔合弹力丝共用的丝,可以没有特别限制地使用聚酯、尼龙等,但考虑到耐热性优选聚酯。染色的情况下,特别优选使用常压阳离子可染色聚酯丝(阳离子丝)。通过使用阳离子丝,能够防止颜色由粘合带上所层积的编织物向贴合的布料转移(移行升华)。
为了作为粘合带使用,优选将编织物本身制作得较薄,因此,作为配对丝的细度,10~300dtex、特别是30~40dtex程度是适宜的。
(4)混合率
热熔合弹力丝在纺织/编织物中的混合率优选为10~50%,更优选为25~35%。通过将混合率设定在该范围,能够适度地赋予粘合带的纵向伸长性能,并且,能够有效地进行热定型而能够抑制横向伸长。
(5)精炼
为了均匀地进行染色等加工,进行精炼。对于精炼的条件等,可以使用周知的方法。
(6)预定型
对于上述经精炼而收缩的编织物,必要时使用针板拉幅机等定型机进行预定型。预定型的条件为130~210℃干热10~180秒的程度。通过将编织物在横向上拉伸至极限的状态下预定型,能够得到最终可极力抑制了横向上的伸长的编织物。
(7)染色
必要时,对经预定型的编织物进行染色。对于染色条件,可以适宜地在公知的范围内处理。
(8)终定型
对于实施了染色的织物,必要时,再次在横向上拉伸至极限的状态下进行终定型。定型条件通常为130~210℃干热10~180秒的程度。
通过该处理,能够得到极力抑制了横向上的伸长的编织物。
需要说明的是,作为“在拉伸至极限状态下定型的纺织/编织物”,例如,利用机号(gauge)为28的特里科经编机来编织经编织物的情况下,优选热定型后的纵行(wale)方向的密度被调整为每1英寸24~40纵行,更优选被调整为每1英寸30~38纵行。在经编织物的情况下,通常会被调整为约50~60纵行,而用于本发明的粘合带的情况下,为了抑制横向上的拉伸,以超越通常的范围拉伸并定型。通过以该范围拉伸编织物并进行热定型,能够降低横向上的伸长。上述范围之外的编织物在横向上残留有伸长性,因此在用作编织物与编织物的粘合带时,可能会成为导致该粘接部位出现开孔的原因。
作为上述定型工序所涉及的具体条件,可以举出如下示例:将经精炼而收缩至80cm宽的坯布拉伸至240cm(300%),进行预定型,经其后的染色工序编织物收缩至170cm,将该编织物再次横向拉伸至240cm,实施终定型。
(9)定型机
作为用于定型的机器,只要是针板拉幅机等公知的机器即可,可以使用任意定型机。

本发明的粘合带1在作为芯层2的弹性膜上层积有热熔层3和纺织/编织物4。
首先,对于弹性膜2与热熔层3的层积,可以使用各种现在公知的方法。例如,可以使用T模进行挤压成型或进行层积成型。
然后,在弹性膜2上层积纺织/编织物4。由于弹性膜2的一个面上已层积有热熔层3,因此在其相反的面上层积纺织/编织物4。
层积的方法可以使用公知的方法,例如可以使用转印层积方式(干式叠层)、点状贴合(dot laminate)方式(湿气固化PUR)等。
另外,有时在热熔层3侧设置防粘纸。
粘合带的厚度例如优选为100~600μm,更优选为200~400μm。由于是用于衣服的粘合带,因此优选厚度尽可能薄。关于这一点,由于层积的编织物是在被拉伸的状态下进行了定型,因此编织物本身的厚度也薄,能够减少粘合带整体的厚度。
[5]裁切
将如上所述层积的片材裁切成例如10~15mm程度的宽度。裁切的方法可以使用公知的方法,例如,可以使用Korg Tech公司制造的辊式切割机(CX310A)。
[6]布料部件的接合
本发明的粘合带用于将布料部件彼此接合起来。
如图2所示,将布料部件5的对接部用本发明的粘合带接合起来。与缝制的情况不同,可以制成没有凹凸感、外观整齐的粘接部位。
具体地说,以欲接合的端头将布料部件与布料部件对接,在该对接部放置粘合带,用热风式熔敷机等从其上施加热量。
并且,作为其他方法,还有用超声波将合成纤维系布料彼此接合起来后用粘合带强化该接合的部分的制造方法。
实施例
以下举出实施例和比较例说明本发明,但本发明不限于这些实施例,只要不脱离本发明的宗旨,可以对该实施例进行变更。
[实施例1]
1.弹性膜的形成
作为弹性膜,使用热塑型酯系聚氨酯膜(日清纺纱(株)社制造的莫比纶膜MF60T-MX)。
2.热熔层
作为热熔树脂,使用由聚己二酸丁二醇酯、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、1,4-丁二醇构成的薄片状的树脂,利用安装有缝模的挤压成型机,在上述1.的弹性膜上层积热熔层。
3.纺织/编织物的形成
使用机号为28的特里科经编机,制成由常压阳离子可染色聚酯丝(Mitsubishi Rayon Textile(株)社制造、商品名Soluna)33dtex36长丝的单梳栉绒针组织、和使用了热熔合聚氨酯弹力丝44dtex(日清纺纱(株)社制造、商品名莫比纶R)的单梳栉经平组织(使用比例:聚酯丝68%、聚氨酯弹力丝32%)构成的布料(图3),将布料的横幅拉伸至最大拉伸幅度,实施热定型(170℃、60秒)以使其织物密度为35纵行。该织物在其最大拉伸下几乎完全定型,不产生横向拉伸。
4.弹性膜与编织物的层积、带的制作
在弹性膜的没有实施热熔层的面上,通过点状贴合方式层积上述3.中制作的编织物,利用辊式切割机((株)Korg Tech公司制造的CX310A)在纵向上裁切成10mm的宽度,制成粘合带。
[实施例2]
对于弹性膜与编织物的层积,除了将点状贴合方式改为全面层积方式以外,与实施例1同样地制作粘合带。
[实施例3]
除了将弹性膜由热塑型酯系聚氨酯膜改为热固型酯系聚氨酯膜(日本聚氨酯工业(株)社制造的XN-2004)以外,与实施例1同样地制作粘合带。
[比较例1]
设热定型时拉伸编织物的情况下的织物密度为55纵行,不进行在拉伸至极限的状态下的定型,除此以外,与实施例1同样地制作粘合带。
[比较例2]
作为纺织/编织物,使用用拉舍尔型编织机进行编织的由尼龙22dtex7长丝的单梳栉绒针组织和单梳栉经平组织、与聚氨酯弹力丝156dtex的插入组织构成的布料(图4),除此以外,与实施例1同样地制作粘合带。
[比较例3]
除了使用通常的聚氨酯弹力丝代替热熔合聚氨酯弹力丝以外,与实施例1同样地制作粘合带。
[比较例4]
作为纺织/编织物,使用用拉舍尔型编织机进行编织的由聚酯56dtex24长丝的六角网眼组织和聚氨酯弹力丝156dtex的插入组织构成的弹力网眼经编针织物(图5),除此以外,与实施例1同样地制作粘合带。
对于上述实施例和比较例评价如下项目。
(1)卷曲性
将制作好的粘合带切下300mm,常温下放置10分钟后,目视确认是否发生卷曲。
○:粘合带无卷曲
×:粘合带有卷曲
(2)绽线
目视观察制作好的粘合带的带侧部,确认其绽线状况。
○:带侧部无绽线
△:带侧部稍微可见绽线
×:带侧部有绽线
(3)质感
用制成的粘合带接合2片织物。
织物使用特里科布料(长10cm、宽10cm)。
配置该2片布料,使端部严丝合缝,在沿着该端部的部分上配置上述粘合带,从其上以设定至140℃的热压机(QUEEN LIGHTELECTRONIC INDUSTRIES社制造的QHP-H20R)按压粘合带,使热熔层熔合,将2片织物接合起来。
从该接合部的背面观察织物,判断质感。
○:对热熔敷品没有“感觉”
×:对热熔敷品有“感觉”
需要说明的是,“感觉”是指贴合的层积带的触感体现在布料表面上的状态。
(4)拉伸应力、拉伸时变形
对于制作好的粘合带,使用拉伸试验机(Toyo Baldwin Company Ltd.制造的TENSILON/UTM-III-100),以300mm/min的拉伸速度在纵向拉伸,测定分别将粘合带拉伸10%、50%时的应力。并且,拉伸50%后,测定应力恢复0时的变形(%)。
(5)断裂伸长率
对于制作好的粘合带,使用拉伸试验机(Toyo Baldwin Company Ltd.制造的TENSILON/UTM-III-100),以300mm/min的拉伸速度在纵向拉伸,测定粘合带断裂时的伸长率。
(6)开孔时强度
使用密封机(Queen Light电子精工社制造的热风式熔敷机QHP-805)以加热器温度455℃、辊温度110℃、空气压力0.7kgf/cm2、辊压力2.0kgf/cm2的条件将粘合带贴合在2片小松精练社制的3层防水布的对接部上,将贴合试样以50mm/min的拉伸速度在与对接部垂直的方向上拉伸,测定对接部开孔时的强度。
对于实施例1~3和比较例1~4的评价结果,列于表1。

由表1的评价试验结果可知,实施例1~3的粘合带在卷曲性、绽线、质感的方面都表现出良好的结果,特别是纵向上具有充分的拉伸应力、断裂伸长率,并且,只要不施加较大的力就不易开孔。
另一方面,比较例1中,由于没有将织物在拉伸至极限的状态下定型,开孔时强度较小,出现了开孔。并且,比较例2中,由于使用了聚氨酯弹力丝作为插入丝,所以虽然抑制了横向上的拉伸,但裁切的带端部出现了卷曲和绽线。另外,比较例3中,由于使用了普通丝而非热熔合丝,所以出现了绽线,其定型率较差,即使是较小的力也会发生开孔。比较例4中,由于使用了所谓的弹力网眼经编针织物(PowerNet),虽然不易出现绽线,但对开孔的耐性较差。
工业实用性
本发明的粘合带极力抑制了横向拉伸,且在纵向上具有伸缩性能,作为用于衣服的粘合带、特别是用于极力减少衣服的缝制部位并利用粘合带制成衣服形状的无缝制型衣服的粘合带是适宜的,在实用上是极为有用的。

Claims (5)

1.一种粘合带,其以弹性膜为芯层,在一个面上层积有热熔树脂,在另一个面上层积有纺织/编织物,该粘合带的特征在于,
上述纺织/编织物是在横向上拉伸至极限的状态下定型的每1英寸的纵行数为24纵行~40纵行的经编织物且含有热熔合弹力丝。
2.如权利要求1所述的粘合带,其特征在于,其用于无缝制型的衣服。
3.如权利要求1所述的粘合带,其特征在于,热熔合弹力丝是热熔合性聚氨酯弹力丝。
4.如权利要求1所述的粘合带,其特征在于,弹性膜是聚氨酯膜。
5.如权利要求1所述的粘合带,其特征在于,热熔树脂由聚氨酯类热熔树脂构成。
