Abstract
The invention discloses a soft-shelled turtle feed for improving omega 3 and selenium content of soft-shelled turtles and a breeding method, and relates to the technical field of soft-shelled turtle feeds. The turtle feed provided by the invention is prepared from fish meal, soybean meal, alpha-starch, puffed corn starch, yeast, compound vitamins, compound mineral substances, monocalcium phosphate, choline chloride, linseed oil, seaweed oil, paper mulberry leaf protein powder and turmeric powder. By adding the linseed oil, the algae oil, the broussonetia papyrifera leaf protein powder and the turmeric powder into the feed, the absorption and digestion of the feed by the soft-shelled turtles are improved, the omega 3 content in meat quality is further improved, the selenium enrichment of the soft-shelled turtles is improved, and the high-quality soft-shelled turtles are further obtained.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of feed processing, and particularly relates to a soft-shelled turtle feed for improving omega 3 and selenium content of soft-shelled turtles and a breeding method.
Background
Turtles are reptiles living in water and have life habits and environmental requirements similar to those of fish. The turtle belongs to a carnivorous omnivorous animal, has the effects of nourishing, building body and prolonging life, has high nutritional value, is a traditional nourishing aquatic product in China, and is deeply loved by consumers.
The conventional turtle breeding method generally adopts a two-step breeding method, namely young turtles are bred in a greenhouse to form turtles, and then the turtles are moved to an external pond for breeding. Although this culture method can increase the survival rate of turtles and shorten the culture period, the culture method is costly.
At present, soft-shelled turtle fries are thrown in an outdoor fishpond for breeding, and the problems of low survival rate, long breeding period and low quality of soft-shelled turtles exist. For example, chinese patent CN200510050707.4 discloses an ecological breeding method for large-size turtle without public hazard, the turtle bred by the breeding technique has low selenium and omega 3 content, and the nutritive value of the turtle cannot meet the actual demand, so that the breeding technique is difficult to obtain high-quality turtle products.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the turtle feed for improving the omega 3 and selenium content of turtles, and the turtle feed can improve the selenium and omega 3 content in the meat quality of turtles so as to obtain high-quality turtle products.
The turtle feed for improving the omega 3 and selenium content of turtles comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
30-40% of fish meal, 20-22% of soybean meal, 14-16% of alpha-starch, 7-9% of puffed corn starch, 8-10% of yeast, 1-2% of compound vitamin, 0.5-1.5% of compound mineral, 0.1-1% of monocalcium phosphate, 0.1-1% of choline chloride, 1-2% of linseed oil, 1-2% of algae oil, 2% of broussonetia papyrifera leaf protein powder and 1-2% of turmeric powder.
Preferably, the compound vitamin is a special multivitamin for commercially available turtles, in particular a special multivitamin for turtles produced by Hangzhou national biotechnology limited.
Preferably, the compound mineral is a special multivitamin for the commercially available turtles. In particular to multi-mineral special for soft-shelled turtles produced by Hangzhou national biotechnology limited company.
Preferably, the protein content in the broussonetia papyrifera leaf protein powder is more than or equal to 24 percent, and the fineness is 80 meshes. In particular to broussonetia papyrifera leaf protein powder produced by Hangzhou early rice field biotechnology limited company.
The preparation method of the turtle feed for improving the omega 3 and selenium content of turtles comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw materials in proportion, mixing and stirring uniformly, adding a proper amount of water, stirring uniformly, and finally extruding by a granulator to obtain the granulated feed with the granularity of 5-8 mm.
The invention also provides a breeding method for improving the omega 3 and selenium content of the soft-shelled turtles, and particularly relates to the soft-shelled turtle feed disclosed by any one of claims 1 to 4.
The breeding method for improving the omega 3 and selenium content of the soft-shelled turtles comprises the following steps:
1) putting soft-shelled turtle fries in a fish pond, wherein the putting density is 1-4 fries per square meter;
2) the feed feeding method comprises the steps that the daily feeding amount of the turtle feed is 0.5-2% of the weight of turtles, and the daily feeding frequency is 2-3;
3) and (3) managing the water quality, wherein the transparency of the water quality of the fish pond is 15cm-20cm, the ammonia nitrogen content is below 0.3ppm, and the nitrite content is below 0.2 ppm.
Preferably, anti-escape walls with the height of 0.60m are built around the fish pond, independent water inlet and outlet facilities are arranged in the fish pond, and an anti-theft net is arranged at a water inlet and a water outlet; paving yellow sand at the bottom of the cement pool, wherein the thickness of the yellow sand is 25-40 cm;
a food platform is arranged at a position which is 10-15cm below the water surface at two sides of the middle of the fish pond, and the food platform is formed by lapping a plurality of cement tiles into a strip shape, and the length of the food platform accounts for 70-80% of the length of the pond side;
a sunning platform for turtles to climb is arranged on a fish pond, the sunning platform is of an arch structure with the length of 2.5 meters and the width of 2 meters made of galvanized steel pipes, bamboo chips are paved on the arch surface, the width of each bamboo chip is 3cm, and two sides of each bamboo chip are submerged in water for 15-20 cm.
Preferably, the breed of the soft-shelled turtle fry is a Japanese strain of Chinese soft-shelled turtles, and the specification of the soft-shelled turtle fry is 400-600 g/fish.
Preferably, the turtle fry needs to be disinfected by bleaching powder before being thrown in the fish pond, and the fry is thrown after the breeding water is disinfected by bleaching powder for 24 hours.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the turtle feed disclosed by the invention is rich in omega 3, vitamins, amino acids, minerals and carbohydrates, and also contains flavonoids, lipopolysaccharides, aromatic substances, natural pigments and alkaloids. By using the turtle feed disclosed by the invention to breed turtles, the immunity of the turtles can be improved, the digestion and absorption capacity of the turtles can be improved, the enrichment of trace selenium of the turtles is facilitated, and the high-quality turtles rich in omega 3 and selenium can be further obtained;
