本申请涉及竹材加工的技术领域,具体公开了一种竹材胶粘成型工艺。成型工艺包括以下步骤:S1、将竹材浸泡在20℃的防虫酸液中浸泡7‑10天后,捞出沥干后,将竹材置于干燥机中,保持50℃的温度干燥,直至竹材的含水量降至5‑10%;S2、将竹材保持温度放入成型机中,在待胶粘的竹材表面涂抹竹粉后,热压板以90℃的温度分别对待胶粘竹材热压10min后,在竹材表面涂覆胶粘剂,将待胶粘的竹材拼合后,热压板以70‑80℃的温度热压1h后成型;S3、将热压成型后的竹材置于炭化机中,以110‑130℃的过热水蒸气炭化处理1‑2h,保持温度在竹材表面涂覆防蛀漆后,自然冷却得到成品竹材。本申请可用于快速制备竹材,其具有生产效率高的优点。

Description

一种竹材胶粘成型工艺
技术领域
本申请涉及竹材加工的技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种竹材胶粘成型工艺。
背景技术
竹子是森林资源的重要组成部分,素有第二森林之称。我国地处世界竹子分布的中心,竹林面积居世界第一位,其主要分布在南方17个省,随着竹子加工业的进一步兴起,各种竹材残料也逐步增加。因此,开发这种储能巨大的再生资源进行深加工意义重大。
竹材是一种多年生天然植物主干,其化学成分较为复杂。研究表面:纤维素、半纤维素、木质素是形成竹材细胞壁的主要成分,直接产于竹材材质的形成,三者总量在90%以上,其中纤维素汗量占40%-60%,竹材除了含纤维素、半纤维素和木质素外,还含有油脂、糖类和蛋白质类物质,此外,还含有少量灰分和浸提物。
然而竹材的加工利用率只有不到50%,绝大部分的竹材被浪费,因此,为了充分利用竹材加工剩余物,通常利用胶粘剂将竹材制备成竹材复合板。
发明内容
为了提高竹材制备竹材复合板的生产效率,本申请提供一种竹材胶粘成型工艺。
本申请提供的一种竹材胶粘成型工艺,采用如下的技术方案:
一种竹材胶粘成型工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将竹材浸泡在20℃的防虫酸液中浸泡7-10天后,捞出沥干后,将竹材置于干燥机中,保持50℃的温度干燥,直至竹材的含水量降至5-10%;
S2、将竹材保持温度放入成型机中,在待胶粘的竹材表面涂抹竹粉后,热压板以90℃的温度分别对待胶粘竹材热压10min后,在竹材表面涂覆胶粘剂,将待胶粘的竹材拼合后,热压板以70-80℃的温度热压1h后成型;
S3、将热压成型后的竹材置于炭化机中,以110-130℃的过热水蒸气炭化处理1-2h,保持温度在竹材表面涂覆防蛀漆后,自然冷却得到成品竹材。
通过采用上述技术方案,在S1中,将竹材放置在防虫酸液中进行浸泡,防虫酸液渗透进竹材内部,将竹材内的蛀虫杀死,对竹材进行干燥后,防虫酸液的有效成分遗留在竹材内部,对竹材起到防虫蛀的作用;在S2中,将竹材放入成型机中,在竹材表面涂抹竹粉,并进行热压,从而将竹粉挤入竹材表面的孔隙中,且由于竹材自身的热胀冷缩效应,使得孔隙张大,便于竹粉的进入,使得竹材表面更加平整,且在竹材表面涂覆粘合剂后,将竹材进行热压拼合;在S3中,将热压成型后的竹材进行表面炭化,提高了竹材的结构强度,且在竹材表面涂覆防蛀漆,提高了竹材的防蛀性能。由于竹材进行干燥后,都是保持温度进行成型和炭化,提高了能量的利用率,且“热进热出”,提高了竹材成型的生产效率。
优选的,所述S1中,防虫酸液包括以下重量百分比的原料聚合而成:10%柠檬酸;5%马来酸;10%碳酸钙;以及余量的水。
优选的,所述S2中,胶粘剂为酚醛树脂胶粘剂。
优选的,所述S2中,制备竹粉的竹子品种与竹材相同。
优选的,所述S2中,胶粘剂的涂覆厚度为12mm。
优选的,所述S3中,防蛀漆是桐油。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:

实施例1
本实施例1的竹材成型包括以下步骤:
S1、将竹材浸泡在20℃的防虫酸液中浸泡7天,捞出沥干后,将竹材置于干燥机中,保持50℃的温度干燥,直至竹材的含水量降至5-10%;其中,防虫酸液包括以下重量百分比的原料聚合而成:10%柠檬酸;5%马来酸;10%碳酸钙;以及余量的水;
S2、将竹材保持温度放入成型机中,在待胶粘的竹材表面涂抹竹粉后,热压板以90℃的温度分别对待胶粘竹材热压10min后,在竹材表面涂敷12mm厚的酚醛树脂胶粘剂,将待胶粘的竹材拼合后,热压板以70℃的温度热压1h后成型;
S3、将热压成型后的竹材置于炭化机中,以110℃的过热水蒸气炭化处理2h,保持温度在竹材表面涂敷桐油后干燥,自然冷却得到成品竹材。
实施例2
S1、将竹材浸泡在20℃的防虫酸液中浸泡10天,捞出沥干后,将竹材置于干燥机中,保持50℃的温度干燥,直至竹材的含水量降至5-10%;其中,防虫酸液包括以下重量百分比的原料聚合而成:10%柠檬酸;5%马来酸;10%碳酸钙;以及余量的水;
S2、将竹材保持温度放入成型机中,在待胶粘的竹材表面涂抹竹粉后,热压板以90℃的温度分别对待胶粘竹材热压10min后,在竹材表面涂敷12mm厚的酚醛树脂胶粘剂,将待胶粘的竹材拼合后,热压板以80℃的温度热压1h后成型;
S3、将热压成型后的竹材置于炭化机中,以130℃的过热水蒸气炭化处理1h,保持温度在竹材表面涂敷桐油后干燥,自然冷却得到成品竹材。

1.一种竹材胶粘成型工艺,其特征在于,所述成型工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、将竹材浸泡在20℃的防虫酸液中浸泡7-10天后,捞出沥干后,将竹材置于干燥机中,保持50℃的温度干燥,直至竹材的含水量降至5-10%;
S2、将竹材保持温度放入成型机中,在待胶粘的竹材表面涂抹竹粉后,热压板以90℃的温度分别对待胶粘竹材热压10min后,在竹材表面涂覆胶粘剂,将待胶粘的竹材拼合后,热压板以70-80℃的温度热压1h后成型;
S3、将热压成型后的竹材置于炭化机中,以110-130℃的过热水蒸气炭化处理1-2h,保持温度在竹材表面涂覆防蛀漆后,自然冷却得到成品竹材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹材胶粘成型工艺,其特征在于,所述S1中,防虫酸液包括以下重量百分比的原料聚合而成:10%柠檬酸;5%马来酸;10%碳酸钙;以及余量的水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹材胶粘成型工艺,其特征在于,所述S2中,胶粘剂为酚醛树脂胶粘剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹材胶粘成型工艺,其特征在于:所述S2中,制备竹粉的竹子品种与竹材相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹材胶粘成型工艺,其特征在于:所述S2中,胶粘剂的涂覆厚度为12mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹材胶粘成型工艺,其特征在于:所述S3中,防蛀漆是桐油。
