Abstract
本发明属于板材加工技术领域,具体涉及一种木心指接板及制作方法。采用该制作方法制作的木心指接板,包括板材本体、上面板和下面板;所述板材本体是由多个横截面为圆角矩形的板条拼接而成,相邻的两个所述板条之间形成有凹陷槽,在所述凹陷槽内填充有粉末胶体,通过所述粉末胶体的填充实现所述板材本体的表面平整;所述上面板通过胶层粘接在所述板材本体的一面,所述下面板通过胶层粘接在所述板材本体的另一面。采用该方法制作的木心指接板能够最大限度的利用木心的原有尺寸,具有保护森林、环保的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于板材加工技术领域,具体涉及一种木心指接板及制作方法。
背景技术
指接板属于实木板,有天然纹理,给人回归自然感觉;现有的指接板是由多块木板拼接而成,上下不再粘压夹板,由于竖向木板间采用锯齿状接口,类似两手手指交叉对接,使得木材的强度和外观质量获得增强改进故称指接板。用于家具、橱柜、衣柜等优等材料。
然而现有的指接板,木心的可使用尺寸不高,木心的利用率低,木材原料的浪费较多。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明旨在解决其中的至少一个技术缺陷,为此提供一种木心指接板,该木心指接板是由多个截面为圆角矩形的板条拼接而成,相比传统的直角截面的板条能够最大限度的利用木材原料,保护森林资源;本发明还提供一种制作木心指接板的方法,采用该方法制作的木心指接板能够最大限度的利用木材原料。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种木心指接板,包括板材本体、上面板和下面板;所述板材本体是由多个横截面为圆角矩形的板条拼接而成,相邻的两个所述板条之间形成有凹陷槽,在所述凹陷槽内填充有粉末胶体,通过所述粉末胶体的填充实现所述板材本体的表面平整;所述上面板通过胶层粘接在所述板材本体的一面,所述下面板通过胶层粘接在所述板材本体的另一面。
上述的木心指接板,所述圆角矩形为圆角正方形。
上述的木心指接板,所述粉末胶体采用纤维粉末与重质碳酸钙混合形成纤维混合物,再向纤维混合物中加入热压胶混合而成;或者所述粉末胶体采用重质碳酸氢钠粉末与热压胶混合而成。
上述的木心指接板,所述纤维粉末与所述重质碳酸钙的重量比为10:1,所述纤维混合物语热压胶的重量比为1:1。
上述的木心指接板,所述纤维粉末为木粉、竹粉、塑料粉中的一种或任意组合。
上述的木心指接板,所述上面板、下面板均为纤维板、木塑板、石塑板、石膏板或者为实木板。所述上面板、下面板还可以采用防火板,或者为纤维板、木塑板、石塑板、石膏板或者为实木板中的一种或者多种复合在一起的多层板;其中实木板可以是旋切的实木单板;纤维板可以是中纤板。
一种制作上述的木心指接板的方法,包括如下步骤:
将木心圆棒刨削成横截面为圆角矩形的板条;
将板条用胶水拼接成板材,相邻板条之间形成凹陷槽;
将纤维粉末与重质碳酸钙按照10:1的重量比搅拌均匀,形成纤维混合物;
将纤维混合物与同质量的热压胶搅拌均匀,并采用涂装机涂在每个凹陷槽内;
在涂抹后的板材的两面分别粘接一面板;
将粘接完面板的板材置入到热压机内压合;
对压合后的板材进行齐边、砂光,完成制作。
上述的制作方法中,采用刨床对木心圆棒进行刨削,加工成横截面为圆角矩形的板条。
上述的制作方法中,凹陷槽内的纤维混合物和热压胶涂抹后,要与板条表面持平。
上述的制作方法中,所述步骤在涂抹后的板材的两面分别粘接一面板,具体的,面板的一面上滚涂热压胶,将涂有热压胶的一面扣在板材的一面上进行粘接。板材的另一面也通过另一面板上先滚涂热压胶,再将涂有热压胶的一面扣在板材的另一面上粘接。
采用本发明的制作方法制作的木心指接板,可以最大限度的保留木心的可使用尺寸,起到节约原材料的目的;用热压胶作为填充物的搅拌胶水,可以和面板一起在压机的作用下起到填充物的固化和面板的粘接,简化了工序、提高了生产效率;用木心材料制作板材属于废物二次利用,可以减少实木的使用量;本发明能够克服传统木心板材表面存在诸多凹陷、易开裂的缺陷;采用本发明的工艺制作的木心指接板,结构坚固、表面平整,易于加工,适合大规模生产和推广应用,能够保护森林资源,有利于环境保护。

下面将结合附图对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
需要注意的是,除非另有说明,本申请使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域技术人员所理解的通常意义。
本发明提供一种木心指接板的方法,该方法是采用刨床对木心圆棒进行刨削,加工成横截面为圆角矩形的板条;再将板条用胶水拼接成要求的尺寸;为了尽可能多的保留木心尺寸,可以将相邻板条之间的凹陷槽用粉末胶体填补,在本实施例中选用将纤维粉末与重质碳酸钙按照10:1的重量比搅拌均匀,形成纤维混合物,将纤维混合物与同质量的热压胶搅拌均匀,并采用涂装机涂在每个凹陷槽内,保证填平;再将粘接好的板材的上面和下面各粘接一块面板,面板优选中纤板,将面板的一面均匀滚涂一层热压胶,该热压胶与凹陷槽内填补的热压胶为同一材料,以便于形成粘接的一致性;将涂抹好热压胶的面板扣在填补后的板材一面,板材的两面均要粘接一块面板;将粘接了面板的板材放入热压机中压合,完成压合后进行齐边、砂光,板材制作完成。
在一些实施例中,采用刨床对木心圆棒进行刨削,加工成横截面为圆角矩形的板条;凹陷槽内的纤维混合物和热压胶涂抹后,要与板条表面持平、保证平整性;所述步骤在涂抹后的板材的两面分别粘接一面板,具体的,面板的一面上滚涂热压胶,将涂有热压胶的一面扣在板材的一面上进行粘接。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种木心指接板,包括板材本体1、上面板2和下面板3;所述板材本体1是由多个横截面为圆角矩形的板条4拼接而成,相邻的两个所述板条4之间形成有凹陷槽5,在所述凹陷槽5内填充有粉末胶体6,通过所述粉末胶体6的填充实现所述板材本体1的表面平整;所述上面板2通过热压胶层7粘接在所述板材本体的一面,所述下面板3通过热压胶层7粘接在所述板材本体1的另一面。
在一些实施例中,所述圆角矩形为圆角正方形。采用圆角正方形由于侧面的形状一致性较好,有利于胶水粘接成板材的工序,操作简单。
在一些实施例中,所述粉末胶体采用纤维粉末与重质碳酸钙混合形成纤维混合物,再向纤维混合物中加入热压胶混合而成;优选的,所述纤维粉末与所述重质碳酸钙的重量比为10:1,所述纤维混合物语热压胶的重量比为1:1。
在一些实施例中,所述纤维粉末为木粉、竹粉、塑料粉中的一种或任意组合。
在一些实施例中,所述上面板、下面板均为纤维板、木塑板、石塑板、石膏板或者为实木板。所述上面板、下面板还可以采用防火板,或者为纤维板、木塑板、石塑板、石膏板或者为实木板中的一种或者多种复合在一起的多层板;其中实木板可以是旋切的实木单板;纤维板可以是中纤板。

1.一种木心指接板,其特征在于,包括板材本体、上面板和下面板;所述板材本体是由多个横截面为圆角矩形的板条拼接而成,相邻的两个所述板条之间形成有凹陷槽,在所述凹陷槽内填充有粉末胶体,通过所述粉末胶体的填充实现所述板材本体的表面平整;所述上面板通过胶层粘接在所述板材本体的一面,所述下面板通过胶层粘接在所述板材本体的另一面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木心指接板,其特征在于,所述圆角矩形为圆角正方形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木心指接板,其特征在于,所述粉末胶体采用纤维粉末与重质碳酸钙混合形成纤维混合物,再向纤维混合物中加入热压胶混合而成;或者所述粉末胶体采用重质碳酸氢钠粉末与热压胶混合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的木心指接板,其特征在于,所述纤维粉末与所述重质碳酸钙的重量比为10:1,所述纤维混合物语热压胶的重量比为1:1。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的木心指接板,其特征在于,所述纤维粉末为木粉、竹粉、塑料粉中的一种或任意组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的木心指接板,其特征在于,所述上面板与所述板材本体之间的胶层、所述下面板与所述板材本体之间的胶层均为热压胶层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的木心指接板,其特征在于,所述上面板、下面板均为纤维板、木塑板、石塑板、石膏板或者为实木板。
8.一种制作权利要求1至权利要求7任一项所述的木心指接板的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将木心圆棒刨削成横截面为圆角矩形的板条;
将板条用胶水拼接成板材,相邻板条之间形成凹陷槽;
将纤维粉末与重质碳酸钙按照10:1的重量比搅拌均匀,形成纤维混合物;
将纤维混合物与同质量的热压胶搅拌均匀,并采用涂装机涂在每个凹陷槽内;
在涂抹后的板材的两面分别粘接一面板;
将粘接完面板的板材置入到热压机内压合;
对压合后的板材进行齐边、砂光,完成制作。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制作方法,其特征在于,采用刨床对木心圆棒进行刨削,加工成横截面为圆角矩形的板条。
10.根据权利要求8所述的制作方法,其特征在于,凹陷槽内的纤维混合物和热压胶涂抹后,要与板条表面持平。
