本发明公开了一种防水竹茶盘的制造方法,首先制备竹片/十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷防水复合材料板,接着制备竹茶盘并进行封合填平处理,得到最终防水竹茶盘成品;将竹片置入十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷防水溶液中浸渍后使得竹片具有优异的防水防霉变效果;通过在茶盘构件的榫头、榫眼处涂覆羟甲基间苯二酚和单组分湿气固化聚氨酯胶,实现竹茶盘的端面封合处理,再利用160‑240目竹粉与30 min表干的AB环氧胶填平构件间连接缝隙和板面不平处,可以有效地解决当前市场竹茶盘易渗水开裂发霉的问题,提升竹茶盘品质,延长竹茶盘的使用寿命,避免竹材资源的浪费,提高了竹材的附加值,保护森林及生态环境,具有良好的经济、社会和生态效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及家具材料制品技术领域,具体是一种防水竹茶盘的制造方法。
背景技术
竹质茶盘外形色泽自然雅致,制作工艺水平逐年进步,以竹之清寂、谦恭、直而有节,历来为中国文人所推崇,随着竹茶盘制作工艺的不断发展,通过碳化、漂白技术,达到外表美观、光滑等技术效果;然而,现有技术生产的竹茶盘易渗水、开裂、发霉,影响竹茶盘质量稳定性、大大减少了竹茶盘的使用寿命,浪费了大量竹材资源,造成环境污染;基于上述原因,需要对现有技术的竹茶盘制造工艺做进一步的技术改进,以延长其使用寿命,提升竹茶盘的品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种有效解决当前市场竹茶盘易渗水、开裂、发霉等问题,提升竹茶盘品质,延长竹茶盘的使用寿命,避免竹材资源浪费,提高竹材附加值,保护森林及生态环境,具有良好经济、社会和生态效益的防水竹茶盘的制造方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防水竹茶盘的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)制备竹片/十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷防水复合材料板:
1.1)开片:毛竹开片,长500-1000 mm,宽3-18 mm,厚2-12 mm;
1.2)刨平:竹片四面刨平;
1.3)表面褐色化:将步骤1.2)中刨平的竹片放至褐色表面处理容器进行表面褐色化;
1.4)蚀表面:对步骤1.3)中制备的褐色化竹片进行等离子体处理;
1.5)浸渍:浸渍池内倒入十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷防水溶液,乙醇为溶剂,十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷质量浓度为3%-15%,褐色化竹片放入浸渍池中浸渍4-8h;
1.6)干燥:将步骤1.5)浸渍后的褐色化竹片进行干燥,干燥温度为60-80℃,干燥时间为50-65h;
1.7)胶涂:采用低甲醛脲醛树脂胶粘剂,褐色化竹片施胶量为190-220g/m2,陈化时间为17-22 min;
1.8)胶拼:褐色化竹片径面拼胶合成单板;再把单板弦面拼胶拼成制茶盘所需厚度的多层板,即竹片/十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷防水复合材料板;
2)制备茶盘结构并进行防水处理:
2.1)封端面;利用竹片/十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷防水复合材料板制备茶盘构件,茶盘构件间连接前,在构件榫头、榫眼处先均匀涂上羟甲基间苯二酚,过10-90s后再涂上单组分湿气固化聚氨酯胶,施胶量为160-180g/m2,陈化时间为10-30min陈化后将茶盘构件榫头、榫眼连接;
2.2)填平:构件间连接缝隙和板面不平处,用160-240目竹粉与30 min表干的AB环氧胶搅拌均匀,填充、补平,其中A剂:B剂:竹粉按1:1:3-6的质量比混合;
2.3)打磨:将装配并填平好的茶盘用600-1200目砂纸打磨,使茶盘胚细润光滑,接缝平滑;
2.4)全封闭:整个茶盘浸渍PU底漆两次,每次浸渍5-10s,间隔时间为12-14h,自然晾干,漆膜厚度0.1-0.3mm,最后用UV面漆喷涂,喷涂量为100-130g/m2,干燥时间2-4s;
2.5)检验分等、修补与包装:漆封后的茶盘应进行检验、分等和修补,然后再按等级包装入库,得到防水竹茶盘成品。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤1.3)中,褐色化处理的条件为:蒸汽压力0.3-0.9MPa,温度70-140℃,时间2-5h。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤1.4)中,等离子处理的条件为:时间6-80s,功率120-140W,气体压强28-39Pa。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤1.8)中,胶拼温度为90-120℃,正向压力为1.5-2.5MPa,侧向压力为0.8-3.0MPa;时间为10-25 min。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-2,一种防水竹茶盘的制造方法,首先制备竹片/十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷防水复合材料板,接着利用竹片/十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷防水复合材料板制备竹茶盘并进行封合填平处理,得到最终防水竹茶盘成品。
竹片/十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷防水复合材料板的制备方法为:
1)开片:毛竹开片,长500-1000 mm,宽3-18 mm,厚2-12 mm;
2)刨平:竹片四面刨平;
3)表面褐色化:将步骤2)中刨平的竹片放至褐色表面处理容器进行表面褐色化,褐色化处理的条件为:蒸汽压力0.3-0.9MPa,温度70-140℃,时间2-5h;
4)蚀表面:对步骤3)中制备的褐色化竹片进行等离子体处理,等离子处理的条件为:时间6-80s,功率120-140W,气体压强28-39Pa;
5)浸渍:浸渍池内倒入十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷防水溶液,乙醇为溶剂,十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷质量浓度为3%-15%,褐色化竹片放入浸渍池中浸渍4-8h;
6)干燥:将步骤5)浸渍后的褐色化竹片进行干燥,干燥温度为60-80℃,干燥时间为50-65h;
7)胶涂:采用低甲醛脲醛树脂胶粘剂,褐色化竹片施胶量为190-220g/m2,陈化时间为17-22 min;
8)胶拼:褐色化竹片1径面拼胶合成单板2;再把单板2弦面拼胶拼成制茶盘所需厚度的多层板3;胶拼温度为90-120℃,正向压力为1.5-2.5MPa,侧向压力为0.8-3.0MPa,时间为10-25 min,得到竹片/十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷防水复合材料板。
制备茶盘结构并进行防水处理方法如下:
1)封端面;利用竹片/十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷防水复合材料板制备茶盘构件,茶盘构件间连接前,在构件榫头、榫眼处先均匀涂上羟甲基间苯二酚,过10-90s后再涂上单组分湿气固化聚氨酯胶,施胶量为160-180g/m2,陈化时间为10-30min陈化后将茶盘构件榫头、榫眼连接;
2)填平:构件间连接缝隙和板面不平处,用160-240目竹粉与30 min表干的AB环氧胶搅拌均匀,填充、补平,其中A剂:B剂:竹粉按1:1:3-6的质量比混合,配制好的AB环氧胶于1-10min涂覆完毕;
3)打磨:将装配并填平好的茶盘用600-1200目砂纸打磨,使茶盘胚细润光滑,接缝平滑;
4)全封闭:整个茶盘浸渍PU底漆两次,每次浸渍5-10s,间隔时间为12-14h,自然晾干,漆膜厚度0.1-0.3mm,最后用UV面漆喷涂,喷涂量为100-130g/m2,干燥时间2-4s;
5)检验分等、修补与包装:漆封后的茶盘应进行检验、分等和修补,然后再按等级包装入库,得到防水竹茶盘成品。

1.2)刨平:竹片四面刨平;
1.3)表面褐色化:将步骤1.2)中刨平的竹片放至褐色表面处理容器进行表面褐色化;
1.4)蚀表面:对步骤1.3)中制备的褐色化竹片进行等离子体处理;
1.5)浸渍:浸渍池内倒入十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷防水溶液,乙醇为溶剂,十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷质量浓度为3%-15%,褐色化竹片放入浸渍池中浸渍4-8h;
1.6)干燥:将步骤1.5)浸渍后的褐色化竹片进行干燥,干燥温度为60-80℃,干燥时间为50-65h;
1.7)胶涂:采用低甲醛脲醛树脂胶粘剂,褐色化竹片施胶量为190-220g/m2,陈化时间为17-22 min;
1.8)胶拼:褐色化竹片径面拼胶合成单板;再把单板弦面拼胶拼成制茶盘所需厚度的多层板;
2)制备茶盘结构并进行防水处理:
