一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)准备材料:准备浸渍用三聚氰胺树脂胶、浸渍原纸、有机硅烷偶联剂、脲醛树脂胶;
2)制作一浸混合胶:准备一浸渍段胶液,并在一浸渍段胶液中加入5%~10%的乙二醇,得到混合胶备用;
3)制作二混合胶:在三聚氰胺树脂胶中加入固化剂和脱模剂,调整固化时间为4.5分钟,在100份三聚氰胺树脂胶中加入0.6~1.5份有机硅烷偶联剂,搅拌均匀,制得固化时间为5~7.5分钟的混合胶备用;
4)一次浸渍:用步骤2)中所制得的一浸混合胶浸渍步骤1)中的浸渍原纸,浸渍原纸先过背涂辊与胶池,再用计量辊挤掉多余一浸混合胶,上胶量控制在50%~80%,制得一次浸渍纸备用;
5)二次浸渍:用步骤3)中所制得的二浸混合胶浸渍步骤4)中所得的一次浸渍纸,浸渍纸经过上下涂辊,再用计量辊计量浸渍纸上下面的上胶量,浸渍纸上胶量控制在130%~200%,制得二次浸渍纸备用;
6)热压成型:将步骤5)中制得的二次浸渍纸与硅酸钙基板通过热压进行贴合即可。

本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:根据三聚氰胺树脂的特性,用有机硅烷偶联剂来改善三聚氰胺树脂对无机物的交联性能,使三聚氰胺浸渍纸和硅酸钙板就有良好的粘结能力,具有快速、高效、成本低、性能优越的生产方式、方法、产品防火能力达到A级,还具有净醛、抗菌等优点。

实施例1
结合附图1,一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸,包括硅酸钙基板1,所述硅酸钙基板1上贴设三聚氰胺浸渍纸2。
所述三聚氰胺浸渍纸2经过有机硅烷偶联剂改性制作而成。
所述硅酸钙基板1两侧均热压贴有所述三聚氰胺浸渍纸2。
一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)准备材料:准备浸渍用三聚氰胺树脂胶、印刷装饰原纸、有机硅烷偶联剂、脲醛树脂胶;
2)制作一浸混合胶:准备固化时间调整在5分半的三聚氰胺树脂,并在其中加入5%的乙二醇,得到混合胶备用;
3)制作二混合胶:在三聚氰胺树脂胶中加入固化剂和脱模剂,调整固化时间为4.5分钟,在100份三聚氰胺树脂胶中加入0.6份有机硅烷偶联剂,搅拌均匀,制得固化时间为5分钟的混合胶备用;
4)一次浸渍:用步骤2)中所制得的一浸混合胶浸渍步骤1)中的浸渍原纸,浸渍原纸先过背涂辊与胶池,再用计量辊挤掉多余一浸混合胶,上胶量控制在50%,制得一次浸渍纸备用;
5)二次浸渍:用步骤3)中所制得的二浸混合胶浸渍步骤4)中所得的一次浸渍纸,浸渍纸经过上下涂辊,再用计量辊计量浸渍纸上下面的上胶量,浸渍纸上胶量控制在130%,制得二次浸渍纸备用;
6)热压成型:将步骤5)中制得的二次浸渍纸与硅酸钙基板通过热压进行贴合即可。
实施例2
结合附图2,一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸,包括硅酸钙基板1,所述硅酸钙基板1上贴设三聚氰胺浸渍纸2。
所述三聚氰胺浸渍纸2经过有机硅烷偶联剂改性制作而成。
所述硅酸钙基板1一侧热压贴有所述三聚氰胺浸渍纸2,另一侧喷涂改性后的三聚氰胺树脂与氧化铝的混合物3。
一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)准备材料:准备浸渍用三聚氰胺树脂胶、印刷装饰原纸、有机硅烷偶联剂、脲醛树脂胶;
2)制作一浸混合胶:准备固化时间调整在5分半的三聚氰胺树脂,并在其中加入5%的乙二醇,得到混合胶备用;

结合附图3,一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸2,包括硅酸钙基板1,所述硅酸钙基板1上贴设三聚氰胺浸渍纸2。
所述三聚氰胺浸渍纸2经过有机硅烷偶联剂改性制作而成。
所述硅酸钙基板1两侧均热压贴有所述三聚氰胺浸渍纸2,在一侧的三聚氰胺浸渍纸2上热压氧化铝耐磨纸4。
一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)准备材料:准备浸渍用三聚氰胺树脂胶、素色纸、有机硅烷偶联剂、脲醛树脂胶;
2)制作一浸混合胶:将1份三聚氰胺树脂胶与3脲醛树脂胶混合,并加入固化剂、脱模剂、渗透剂,制得固化时间为15分钟的混合胶,并在混合胶中加入10%的乙二醇,得到一浸混合胶备用;
3)制作二混合胶:在三聚氰胺树脂胶中加入固化剂和脱模剂,调整固化时间为4.5分钟,在100份三聚氰胺树脂胶中加入1.5份有机硅烷偶联剂,搅拌均匀,制得固化时间为7.5分钟的混合胶备用;
4)一次浸渍:用步骤2)中所制得的一浸混合胶浸渍步骤1)中的浸渍原纸,浸渍原纸先过背涂辊与胶池,再用计量辊挤掉多余一浸混合胶,上胶量控制在80%,制得一次浸渍纸备用;
5)二次浸渍:用步骤3)中所制得的二浸混合胶浸渍步骤4)中所得的一次浸渍纸,浸渍纸经过上下涂辊,再用计量辊计量浸渍纸上下面的上胶量,浸渍纸上胶量控制在90%,得到二次浸渍纸备用,此种方法制得的浸渍纸用于与耐磨纸联合使用压地板;
6)热压成型:将步骤5)中制得的二次浸渍纸与硅酸钙基板通过热压进行贴合即可。
实施例4
结合附图4,一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸2,包括硅酸钙基板1,所述硅酸钙基板1上贴设三聚氰胺浸渍纸2。
所述三聚氰胺浸渍纸2经过有机硅烷偶联剂改性制作而成。
所述硅酸钙基板1一侧热压贴有所述三聚氰胺浸渍纸2,另一侧设有UV光固化封闭层5。
一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)准备材料:准备浸渍用三聚氰胺树脂胶、素色纸、有机硅烷偶联剂、脲醛树脂胶;
2)制作一浸混合胶:将1份三聚氰胺树脂胶与3脲醛树脂胶混合,并加入固化剂、脱模剂、渗透剂,制得固化时间为15分钟的混合胶,并在混合胶中加入10%的乙二醇,得到一浸混合胶备用;
3)制作二混合胶:在三聚氰胺树脂胶中加入固化剂和脱模剂,调整固化时间为4.5分钟,在100份三聚氰胺树脂胶中加入1.5份有机硅烷偶联剂,搅拌均匀,制得固化时间为7.5分钟的混合胶备用;
4)一次浸渍:用步骤2)中所制得的一浸混合胶浸渍步骤1)中的浸渍原纸,浸渍原纸先过背涂辊与胶池,再用计量辊挤掉多余一浸混合胶,上胶量控制在80%,制得一次浸渍纸备用;
5)二次浸渍:用步骤3)中所制得的二浸混合胶浸渍步骤4)中所得的一次浸渍纸,浸渍纸经过上下涂辊,再用计量辊计量浸渍纸上下面的上胶量,浸渍纸上胶量控制在90%,得到二次浸渍纸备用,此种方法制得的浸渍纸用于与耐磨纸联合使用压地板;
6)热压成型:将步骤5)中制得的二次浸渍纸与硅酸钙基板通过热压进行贴合即可。
本发明在具体实施时,如使固化时排除水蒸气更好,可在放胶的时候留一半,这留下的一半放入三聚氰胺树脂原胶,即没有加固化剂的胶液,一部分搅拌均匀,使这这些搅拌后的三聚氰胺胶液高于另一半的固化时间一分钟左右,这部分胶液涂布在纸接触热压板的面。以便在热压过程中浸渍纸中水蒸气更好的释放,避免鼓泡现象。另一个方法是,用由有机硅烷偶联剂改性后的三聚氰胺树脂或脲醛或二者的混合树脂浸渍在装饰纸上当过渡胶结的底纸用,上面再放上与之热压工艺相匹配的普通的浸渍纸来压贴,这样就可以灵活的组织物料进行生产。

Claims (10)

1.一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸,包括硅酸钙基板,其特征在于:所述硅酸钙基板上贴设三聚氰胺浸渍纸,所述三聚氰胺浸渍纸经过有机硅烷偶联剂改性制作而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述硅酸钙基板两侧均热压贴有所述三聚氰胺浸渍纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述硅酸钙基板一侧热压贴有所述三聚氰胺浸渍纸,另一侧喷涂改性后的三聚氰胺树脂与氧化铝的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述硅酸钙基板两侧均热压贴有所述三聚氰胺浸渍纸,在一侧的三聚氰胺浸渍纸上热压氧化铝耐磨纸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述硅酸钙基板一侧热压贴有所述三聚氰胺浸渍纸,另一侧设有UV光固化封闭层。
6.一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制作方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
1)准备材料:准备浸渍用三聚氰胺树脂胶、浸渍原纸、有机硅烷偶联剂、脲醛树脂胶;
2)制作一浸混合胶:准备一浸渍段胶液,并在一浸渍段胶液中加入5%~10%的乙二醇,得到混合胶备用;
3)制作二浸混合胶:在三聚氰胺树脂胶中加入固化剂和脱模剂,调整固化时间为4.5分钟,在100份三聚氰胺树脂胶中加入0.6~1.5份有机硅烷偶联剂,搅拌均匀,制得固化时间为5~7.5分钟的混合胶备用;
4)一次浸渍:用步骤2)中所制得的一浸混合胶浸渍步骤1)中的浸渍原纸,浸渍原纸先过背涂辊与胶池,再用计量辊挤掉多余一浸混合胶,上胶量控制在50%~80%,制得一次浸渍纸备用;
5)二次浸渍:用步骤3)中所制得的二浸混合胶浸渍步骤4)中所得的一次浸渍纸,浸渍纸经过上下涂辊,再用计量辊计量浸渍纸上下面的上胶量,浸渍纸上胶量控制在130%~200%,制得二次浸渍纸备用;
6)热压成型:将步骤5)中制得的二次浸渍纸与硅酸钙基板通过热压进行贴合即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1中的浸渍原纸为印刷装饰原纸、素色纸中的一种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中的一浸渍段胶液为胶液A、胶液B中的一种,所述胶液A为固化时间调整在5分半~6分半的三聚氰胺树脂,所述胶液B的制备方法为将1~2份三聚氰胺树脂胶与3~4份脲醛树脂胶混合,并加入添加剂,制得固化时间为10~15分钟的混合胶。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制作方法,其特征在于:所述添加剂为固化剂、脱模剂、渗透剂中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种硅酸钙板热压贴面三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤5)中浸渍纸上胶量控制在90%~120%,用于与耐磨纸联合使用压地板的浸渍纸。
