Abstract

本发明涉及地板表面涂装工艺相关的技术领域,更具体地,本发明提供一种含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板及其制备方法。本发明第一方面提供一种含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板,由下至上依次包括地板基材、第一胶层、含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层;其中,含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层从下至上依次包括木皮/竹皮层、第二胶层、UV油漆涂层。本发明采用先制备含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层,再与地板基材进行贴合的方式,也可以有效减少第二胶层的涂布量,使用50~80g/m2即可,形成的地板材料彼此之间具有较好的粘合力,通过第一胶层与基材进行胶合,第二胶层以及疏水型的无纺布共同作用,提高地板材料的耐磨性能、提高成品率,同时避免制备过程中容易出现的渗胶问题。

一种含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及地板表面涂装工艺相关的技术领域,更具体地,本发明提供一种含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
地板是一种地面装饰材料,被越来越多的使用,人们对地板的性能要求也越来越高,例如对地板表面的物理、化学性能要求越高,对其装饰性以及美观性也有较高的要求。目前,市场上亦有各种在SPC等无机基材上面贴木皮再做UV 漆的产品。
但是,目前的这些地板产品的性能或加工过程还是存在着一些问题,例如传统地板在制备过程中会采用先将木皮/竹皮贴在SPC等基材的地板表面,再做UV 漆层,但在该过程中所使用的胶层的涂布量较大,木皮成本较高;且生产过程工序多,时间较长,效率较低,此外,使用该方法形成的地板在后期使用过程中会出现变形、翘曲等质量问题,这些会影响地板的寿命与美观性。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明第一方面提供一种含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板,由下至上依次包括地板基材、第一胶层、含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层;其中,含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层从下至上依次包括无纺布/无纺纸、第二胶层、木皮/竹皮、UV油漆涂层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,木皮/竹皮层中的木皮厚度为 0.15~0.45mm。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,第二胶层的原料为PUR胶和\或双组分聚氨酯胶。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,第二胶层的涂布量为50~90g/m2
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,第一胶层的原料为脲胶和/或白乳胶。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,脲胶与白乳胶的重量比为1:(0.65~1)。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)木皮/竹皮通过第二胶层与无纺布/无纺纸贴合;
(2)再于木皮/竹皮表面涂装UV油漆涂层,并进行UV固化,形成含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,无纺布为疏水型无纺布;优选地,无纺纸为疏水型无纺纸。
本发明的第二方面提供一种所述含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板的制备工艺,将含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层通过第一胶层与地板基材紧密贴合。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,地板基材选自SPC、WPC、水泥板、硅酸钙板、PVC、石塑板中的任一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板具有如下有益效果:采用先制备含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层,再与地板基材进行贴合的方式,也可以有效减少第二胶层的涂布量,使用50~90g/m2即可,形成的地板材料彼此之间具有较好的粘合力,通过第一胶层与基材进行胶合,采用脲胶与白乳胶复配,第二胶层以及疏水型的无纺布共同作用,提高地板材料的耐磨性能、提高成品率,同时避免制备过程中容易出现的渗胶问题。

本发明主要解决传统工艺中木皮/竹皮贴覆地板的工艺效率较低,成本较高,避免于贴覆有木皮的地板表面涂装UV油漆时可能出现的脱层、掉漆、颜色不均匀、变形、翘曲等质量问题。
本发明第一方面提供一种含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板,由下至上依次包括地板基材1、第一胶层2、含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层3;其中,含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层从下至上依次包括无纺布/无纺纸301、第二胶层302、木皮/竹皮303、UV油漆涂层304,其中所述木皮/竹皮层中的木皮厚度为 0.15~1.2mm;优选地,所述木皮/竹皮层中的木皮厚度为0.15~0.45mm。
本发明中所述“UV木皮/竹皮贴”的意思是UV木皮贴或UV竹皮贴;所述“木皮/竹皮层”的意思是UV木皮层或UV竹皮层。
本发明所述的含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)木皮/竹皮通过第二胶层与无纺布/无纺纸贴合;
(2)再于木皮/竹皮表面涂装UV油漆涂层,并进行UV固化,形成含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层。
本发明所述“无纺布/无纺纸”的意思是无纺布或无纺纸。
本发明所述的木皮/竹皮层中的木皮的厚度为0.15~0.45mm,实现了采用较薄的木皮制备得到的地板材料具有较高的耐磨性与成品率,克服了较薄木皮仅能使用在木门等力学强度或性能要求不高的装饰家具方面的限制。
无纺布为疏水型无纺布;优选地,无纺纸为疏水型无纺纸;本发明对所述疏水型无纺布的购买厂家不做特别限定,一种实施方式中,疏水型无纺布购自华威。
所述第二胶层为PUR胶和/或双组分聚氨酯胶,当PUR胶与双组分聚氨酯胶共同使用时,PUR胶与双组分聚氨酯胶的重量比为1:(1~0.5);优选为; 1:0.75。
所述第二胶层的涂布量为50~90g/m2;优选地,所述第二胶层的涂布量为 60~70g/m2;更优选地,所述第二胶层的涂布量为66g/m2
所述UV油漆涂层的涂布量为150~160g/m2;本发明对UV油漆的购买厂家不做特别限定,一种实施方式中,UV油漆购自邦弗特,型号为3012、308D。
PUR是一种湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,主要成分是端异氰酸酯聚氨酯预聚体;PUR的粘接性和韧性复(弹性)可调节,并有着优异的粘接强度、耐温性制,耐化学腐蚀性和耐老化性;双组分聚氨酯胶属双组份反应固化型,有A、 B两组份组成,A组分为聚氨酯预聚体,B组分为固化剂与助剂等混合脱水而成的膏状体或液体,固化后具有一定的弹性及粘结性,申请人在实验过程发现采用 PUR胶和/或双组分聚氨酯胶作为指接疏水型无纺布的木皮/竹皮层与UV油漆层之间的粘结层,尤其当木皮的厚度为0.15~0.45mm,可有效避免地板材料出现弯曲变形等问题,尤其是对于SPC地板材料,可能当木皮的厚度为0.15~0.45mm时,木皮的内应力较小,在烘烤过程中收缩或形变量较小,避免翘曲问题,且在使用过程中,当PUR胶和双组分聚氨酯胶共同使用时,可以在室温条件下进行固化贴合,而当单独采用PUR胶时也可以在180~200℃条件瞬间贴合,减少对地板材料,尤其是对SPC地板材料的影响与破坏;此外,采用先制备含有预涂 UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层,再与地板基材进行贴合的方式,也可以有效减少第二胶层的涂布量,使用50~80g/m2即可,形成的地板材料彼此之间具有较好的粘合力,不易脱层,耐水煮性较好,而传统工艺中涂胶量高达120g/m2以上,且在贴合过程中可能由于高温或UV照射对地板材料,尤其是SPC地板材料,造成弯曲与变形等不可逆的问题。
本发明对PUR胶和双组分聚氨酯胶的购买厂家不做特别限制;双组分聚氨酯胶购自邦弗特,型号为4213。
本发明所述含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板的制备工艺为将含有预涂UV 漆层的木皮/竹皮层通过第一胶层与地板基材紧密贴合;优选地,所述含有预涂 UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板的制备工艺包括步骤如下:
(1)将第一胶层涂覆在地板基材表面;
(2)于步骤(1)的第一胶层表面贴合含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层,室温固化,即得。
所述第一胶层的原料为脲胶和/或白乳胶;优选地,第一胶层的原料为脲胶与白乳胶;进一步优选地,脲胶与白乳胶的重量比为1:(0.65~1);更优选地,脲胶与白乳胶的重量比为1:0.75。
所述第一胶层的涂布量为100~110g/m2
脲胶也为脲醛胶,是尿素与甲醛在催化剂(碱性催化剂或酸性催化剂)作用下,缩聚成初期脲醛树脂,然后再在固化剂或助剂作用下,形成不溶的末期树脂胶粘剂;白乳胶是由醋酸乙烯单体在引发剂作用下经聚合反应而制得的一种热塑性粘合剂,可常温固化、固化较快、粘接强度较高,粘接层具有较好的韧性和耐久性且不易老化。
申请人在实验过程中发现在将含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层通过第一胶层与基材进行胶合时,容易出现渗胶现象,而采用脲胶与白乳胶复配,与PUR 或双组份聚氨酯以及疏水型的无纺布共同作用,尤其当脲胶与白乳胶的重量比为 1:(0.65~1)时,可以较好的避免这个问题,可能在该条件下,含有预涂UV 漆层的木皮/竹皮层表面形成较为致密的胶层与涂层,且再与第一胶层作用基材表面时,二者之间有较好的附着力与牢固度,避免第一胶层的渗透。
本发明所述地板基材选自水泥板、硅酸钙板、PVC、石塑板中的任一种。
实施例1
本发明的实施例1提供一种含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板,由下至上依次包括地板基材、第一胶层、含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层;其中,含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层从下至上依次包括无纺布、第二胶层、木皮、UV油漆涂层,其中所述木皮层中的木皮厚度为0.15mm;
所述地板基材为PVC板;
所述的含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)木皮通过第二胶层与无纺布贴合;所述第二胶层的涂布量为50g/m2;所述无纺布为疏水型无纺布;
(2)再于木皮表面涂装UV油漆涂层,并进行UV固化,形成含有预涂UV 漆层的木皮层;
所述第二胶层为PUR胶和双组分聚氨酯胶;PUR胶与双组分聚氨酯胶的重量比为1:0.5;
所述含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板的制备工艺包括步骤如下:
(1)将第一胶层涂覆在地板基材表面;
(2)于步骤(1)的第一胶层表面贴合含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层,室温固化,即得;第一胶层的原料为脲胶与白乳胶;脲胶与白乳胶的重量比为1:0.65。
实施例2
本发明的实施例2提供一种含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板,由下至上依次包括地板基材、第一胶层、含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层;其中,含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层从下至上依次包括无纺布、第二胶层、木皮、UV油漆涂层,其中所述木皮层中的木皮厚度为0.15mm;
所述地板基材为PVC板;
所述的含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)木皮通过第二胶层与无纺布贴合;所述第二胶层的涂布量为90g/m2;所述无纺布为疏水型无纺布;
(2)再于木皮表面涂装UV油漆涂层,并进行UV固化,形成含有预涂UV 漆层的木皮层;
所述第二胶层为PUR胶和双组分聚氨酯胶;PUR胶与双组分聚氨酯胶的重量比为1:1;
所述含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板的制备工艺包括步骤如下:
(1)将第一胶层涂覆在地板基材表面;
(2)于步骤(1)的第一胶层表面贴合含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层,室温固化,即得;第一胶层的原料为脲胶与白乳胶;脲胶与白乳胶的重量比为1:1。
实施例3
本发明的实施例3提供一种含有预涂UV木皮皮贴的地板,由下至上依次包括地板基材、第一胶层、含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层;其中,含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层从下至上依次包括无纺布、第二胶层、木皮、UV油漆涂层,其中所述木皮层中的木皮厚度为0.15mm;
所述地板基材为PVC板;
所述的含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)木皮通过第二胶层与无纺布贴合;所述第二胶层的涂布量为66g/m2;所述无纺布为疏水型无纺布;
(2)再于木皮表面涂装UV油漆涂层,并进行UV固化,形成含有预涂UV 漆层的木皮层;
所述第二胶层为PUR胶和双组分聚氨酯胶;PUR胶与双组分聚氨酯胶的重量比为1:0.75;
所述含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板的制备工艺包括步骤如下:
(1)将第一胶层涂覆在地板基材表面;
(2)于步骤(1)的第一胶层表面贴合含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层,室温固化,即得;第一胶层的原料为脲胶与白乳胶;脲胶与白乳胶的重量比为1:0.75。
实施例4
本发明的实施例4提供一种含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板,其具体实施方式同实施例3,不同之处在于,由下至上依次包括地板基材、第一胶层、含有预涂 UV漆层的木皮层;其中,含有预涂UV漆层的木层从下至上依次包括木皮层与 UV油漆涂层。
实施例5
本发明的实施例5提供一种含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板,其具体实施方式同实施例3,不同之处在于,脲胶的含量为0。
实施例6
本发明的实施例6提供一种含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板,其具体实施方式同实施例3,不同之处在于,白乳胶的含量为0。
实施例7
本发明的实施例7提供一种含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板,其具体实施方式同实施例3,不同之处在于,脲胶与白乳胶的重量比为0.5:1。
实施例8
本发明的实施例8提供一种含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板,其具体实施方式同实施例3,不同之处在于,第一胶层的原料为双组份聚氨酯胶,为耐齐NQ710。
实施例9
本发明的实施例9提供一种含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板,其具体实施方式同实施例3,不同之处在于,木皮层中的木皮厚度为1mm;所述的含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层的制备方法包括步骤:直接在木皮表面涂装UV油漆涂层,并进行 UV固化,形成含有预涂UV漆层的木皮层。
实施例10
本发明的实施例10提供一种含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板,其具体实施方式同实施例3,不同之处在于,木皮层中的木皮厚度为0.75mm。
性能评估
1.渗胶现象:观察实施例1~8制备含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板过程中,是否会有渗胶现象,每个实施例有100个样品,其评价等级与标准为:A-出现渗胶的样品个数为0~3;B-出现渗胶的样品个数为4~10;C-出现渗胶的样品个数为11~25; D-出现渗胶的样品个数为26~40;E-出现渗胶的样品个数大于等于41;
2.成品性能测定:观察实施例1~8制备含有预涂UV木皮贴的地板过程中,是否出现木皮破损,是否可以成型制备得到;每个实施例有100个样品,其评价等级与标准为:A-出现木皮破损的样品个数为0~3;B-出现木皮破损的样品个数为 4~10;C-出现木皮破损的样品个数为11~25;D-出现木皮破损的样品个数为 26~40;E-出现木皮破损的样品个数大于等于41;
3.耐翘曲性能评估:将实施例1~4以及实施例9~10制备的地板材料置于65℃烘烤3h,观察地板表面是否出现翘曲,每个实施例测试100个样品,耐翘曲性能评价等级标准为:A-出现翘曲的样品个数为0~3;B-出现翘曲的样品个数为 4~10;C-出现翘曲的样品个数为11~25;D-出现翘曲的样品个数为26~40;E-出现翘曲的样品个数大于等于41;
4.耐水煮性能:将实施例1~4制备的地板材料置于65℃水中煮3h,观察是否出现开胶,每个实施例测试100个样品,耐水煮性能评价等级标准为:A-出现开胶的样品个数为0~3;B-出现开胶的样品个数为4~10;C-出现开胶的样品个数为 11~25;D-出现开胶样品个数为26~40;E-出现开胶的样品个数大于等于41;

Claims (10)

1.一种含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板,其特征在于,由下至上依次包括地板基材、第一胶层、含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层;其中,含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层从下至上依次包括无纺布/无纺纸、第二胶层、木皮/竹皮、UV油漆涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板,其特征在于,木皮/竹皮层中的木皮厚度为0.15~0.45mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板,其特征在于,第二胶层的原料为PUR胶和\或双组分聚氨酯胶。
4.根据权利要求3所述含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板,其特征在于,第二胶层的涂布量为50~90g/m2
5.根据权利要求1或2所述含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板,其特征在于,第一胶层的原料为脲胶和/或白乳胶。
6.根据权利要求4所述含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板,其特征在于,脲胶与白乳胶的重量比为1:(0.65~1)。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板,其特征在于,含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)木皮/竹皮通过第二胶层与无纺布/无纺纸贴合;
(2)再于木皮/竹皮表面涂装UV油漆涂层,并进行UV固化,形成含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层。
8.根据权利要求8所述含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板,其特征在于,无纺布为疏水型无纺布;优选地,无纺纸为疏水型无纺纸。
9.一种根据权利要求1~8任一项所述含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板的制备工艺,其特征在于,将含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层通过第一胶层与地板基材紧密贴合。
10.根据权利要求9所述含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板的制备工艺,其特征在于,地板基材选自SPC、WPC、水泥板、硅酸钙板、PVC、石塑板中的任一种。
