本发明公开了一种生产耐划痕浸渍纸的涂布区专用胶水,包括三聚氰胺树脂胶、800~1000目的白刚玉、分散剂、偶联剂、脱模剂和固化剂,所述白刚玉的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的10‑15%,所述分散剂的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的0.1‑0.2%,所述偶联剂的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的0.2‑0.3%,所述脱模剂的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的0.2‑0.3%。本发明在涂布区胶水中添加耐磨材料(如白刚玉),再添加少许分散剂和偶联剂,来增强耐磨材料的分散效和与胶水的连接效果,可以显著提高家具贴面板和地板的耐划痕能力。

一种生产耐划痕浸渍纸的涂布区专用胶水
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生产耐划痕浸渍纸的涂布区专用胶水。
背景技术
浸渍纸广泛的用在橱柜、衣柜、强化复合地板的贴面中,经过长时间使用后,浸渍纸表面就会出现较多的划痕,影响家具的美观性,目前,常用的浸渍纸普遍存在耐划痕性能不好的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种生产耐划痕浸渍纸的涂布区专用胶水,通过在涂布区胶水中添加耐磨材料(如白刚玉),再添加少许分散剂和偶联剂,来增强耐磨材料的分散效和与胶水的连接效果,可以显著提高家具贴面板和地板的耐划痕能力。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种生产耐划痕浸渍纸的涂布区专用胶水,包括三聚氰胺树脂胶、800~1000目的白刚玉、分散剂、偶联剂、脱模剂和固化剂,所述白刚玉的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的10-15%,所述分散剂的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的0.1-0.2%,所述偶联剂的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的0.2-0.3%,所述脱模剂的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的0.2-0.3%。
作为优选,所述三聚氰胺树脂胶的重量为100-300kg,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
上述胶水的制备方法为:
(1)按重量计,在100~300份三聚氰胺树脂胶中加入10-45份的颗粒大小为800-1000目白刚玉,0.1-0.6份的分散剂,0.2-0.9份的偶联剂,0.2-0.9份的脱模剂,在标准的反应釜中,升温到50~70℃,在搅拌速度50~70转/分钟条件下搅拌60~90分钟;
(2)调pH值为中性。
本发明在涂布区胶水中添加耐磨材料(如白刚玉),再添加少许分散剂和偶联剂,来增强耐磨材料的分散效和与胶水的连接效果,可以显著提高家具贴面板和地板的耐划痕能力。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
一种生产耐划痕浸渍纸的涂布区专用胶水,包括三聚氰胺树脂胶、800~1000目的白刚玉、分散剂、偶联剂、脱模剂和固化剂,所述白刚玉的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的10-15%,白刚玉含量过低导致耐划痕效果提高不明显,白刚玉过大易产生分散不均匀的现象,而且生产过程中,白刚玉易沉淀,白刚玉的重量控制在三聚氰胺树脂胶的10-15%,既能产生较好的耐划痕效果,同时白刚玉分散均匀,不易沉降,所述分散剂的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的0.1-0.2%,所述偶联剂的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的0.2-0.3%,偶联剂用量过低,白刚玉与三聚氰胺树脂胶之间的连接效果受到影响,从而影响其耐划痕效果,用量过大三聚氰胺树脂胶的固化时间受到影响,导致浸渍纸在热压过程中固化度不好或者热压时间偏长,所述脱模剂的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的0.2-0.3%,脱模剂的用量过低,脱模效果不好,浸渍纸热压易产生粘板的现象,用量过大热压过程易产生小气泡,对脱模效果也没有明显提升。
所述三聚氰胺树脂胶的重量为100-300kg,调胶过程中,三聚氰胺树脂调胶用量过小会增加调胶频率,降低工作效率,三聚氰胺树脂调胶用量过大在涂布区使用时间过长,易产生耐磨材料在涂布区发生沉降的现象,因此三聚氰胺树脂胶的重量选择100-300kg,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
上述胶水的制备方法为:
(1)按重量计,在100~300份三聚氰胺树脂胶中加入10-45份的颗粒大小为800-1000目白刚玉,0.1-0.6份的分散剂,0.2-0.9份的偶联剂,0.2-0.9份的脱模剂,在标准的反应釜中,升温到50~70℃,在搅拌速度50~70转/分钟条件下搅拌60~90分钟;
(2)调pH值为中性。
本发明制得的胶水用于浸渍纸生产过程中涂布区的上胶,能够显著提高浸渍纸的耐划痕性能。

1.一种生产耐划痕浸渍纸的涂布区专用胶水,其特征在于,包括三聚氰胺树脂胶、800~1000目的白刚玉、分散剂、偶联剂、脱模剂和固化剂,所述白刚玉的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的10-15%,所述分散剂的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的0.1-0.2%,所述偶联剂的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的0.2-0.3%,所述脱模剂的重量为三聚氰胺树脂胶的0.2-0.3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生产耐划痕浸渍纸的涂布区专用胶水,其特征在于,所述三聚氰胺树脂胶的重量为100-300kg,所述所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
