本发明公开了一种树脂合成板及其制作方法,属于合成板材领域。它由树脂合成板和覆盖在树脂合成板表面的装饰膜压制而成,所述树脂合成板由以下组分材料按照质量百分比制作而成:松木粉10~15%,杉木粉10~15%,杨木粉40~69%,硬脂酸锌0.01~0.08%,钛白粉0.01~0.2%,三聚氰胺甲醛树脂10~40%,所述装饰膜是由三聚氰胺甲醛树脂浸渍的固态纸张制作。使用松木粉、杉木粉、杨木粉压合成高密度合成板,使得高密度合成板具有很强的抗腐蚀性,不易老化,抗压强度相对更高;装饰膜不易起皮、掉落,表面更光滑,且装饰膜由三聚氰胺甲醛树脂浸渍后,更耐磨损。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种树脂合成板及其制作方法,属于合成板材领域。
背景技术
高密度合成板,是一种常见的用途广泛的板材。高密度合成板是将木材、树枝等物体放在水中浸泡后打碎压制而成,是以木质纤维或其他植物纤维为原料,施加胶粘剂后在热力和压力作用下胶合成的人造板。主要用于家具和建筑工业及火车、汽车车厢制造。高密度合成板在应用时,表面需要覆盖装饰膜。但是,目前高密度合成板的构成以及它覆盖装饰膜的方法存在缺陷:一、目前高密度合成板所用材料质量参差不齐,这导致了高密度合成板抗压强度低,表面不够光滑,不耐酸碱,不耐污染,容易老化;二、覆盖装饰膜的方法存在缺陷,一般是在高密度板压制成型后,再在高密度板材上覆盖粘贴装饰膜,这种方式装饰膜不能够牢固的与高密度板材粘连,容易起皮掉落,不耐磨损。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种树脂合成板及其制作方法,它解决了目前合成板所用材料质量参差不齐导致各项物理指标相对较差,以及装饰膜粘连度低,导致易起皮掉落,不耐磨损的问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
一种树脂合成板,它由树脂合成板和覆盖在树脂合成板表面的装饰膜压制而成,所述树脂合成板由以下组分材料按照质量百分比制作而成:松木粉10~15%,杉木粉10~15%,杨木粉40~69%,硬脂酸锌0.01~0.08%,钛白粉0.01~0.2%,三聚氰胺甲醛树脂10~40%,所述装饰膜是由三聚氰胺甲醛树脂浸渍的固态纸张制作。
一种树脂合成板的制作方法,它由以下步骤实现:
(1)烘干:将松木粉、杉木粉、杨木粉原料进行烘干;
(2)称量:准确称取烘干后的松木粉10~15%、杉木粉10~15%、杨木粉40~69%,以及硬脂酸锌0.01~0.08%,钛白粉0.01~0.2%,三聚氰胺甲醛树脂10~40%;
(3)混合搅拌:将上述松木粉、杉木粉、杨木粉原料与硬脂酸锌、钛白粉、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂送入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(4)贴纸成型:使用三聚氰胺甲醛树脂浸渍固态纸张制作装饰膜,将步骤(3)中搅拌均匀的混合物导入固定形状的模具腔体内,混合物表面覆盖装饰膜,在120℃~160℃下进行热压成型;
(5)整理打磨:取出模具腔体内成型的高密度树脂合成板进行整理打磨飞边,最终形成树脂合成板成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)使用松木粉、杉木粉、杨木粉压合成高密度合成板,其中以便宜的杨木为底料,掺杂具有抗真菌、防腐烂、防白蚁特点的松木粉、杉木粉,使得高密度合成板具有很强的抗腐蚀性,不易老化,此外,掺杂了松木粉、杉木粉压制后抗压强度相对更高;
(2)在压制成型之前,使用由三聚氰胺甲醛树脂浸渍的装饰膜覆盖树脂合成板混合原料,然后进行压制成型,这种方式使得装饰膜能够与树脂合成板更加紧密地粘合在一起,装饰膜不易起皮、掉落,表面更光滑,且装饰膜由三聚氰胺甲醛树脂浸渍后,更耐磨损。

为了对本发明的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面进一步阐述本发明。

(5)整理打磨:取出模具腔体内成型的高密度树脂合成板进行整理打磨飞边,最终形成树脂合成板成品。

一种树脂合成板,它由树脂合成板和覆盖在树脂合成板表面的装饰膜压制而成,树脂合成板由以下组分材料按照质量百分比制作而成:松木粉13%,杉木粉13%,杨木粉50%,硬脂酸锌0.1%,钛白粉0.1%,三聚氰胺甲醛树脂23.8%,装饰膜是由三聚氰胺甲醛树脂浸渍的固态纸张制作。
