Abstract

本发明公开了一种A级防火生物质地板的加工工艺,首先,将木纤维、氧化镁、氯化镁和其他助剂混在一起搅拌均匀,装入模具内,加压锁紧,持续保持3‑10天,脱模出板,然后齐边、烘干砂光,得到基材板层,将装饰胶膜纸、耐磨胶膜纸、基材板层和平衡胶膜纸按照顺序铺好,进行热压,温度为140‑200℃,压强大于20Mpa,保压时间30‑300秒,将热压好的板材进行分切、开槽、上漆,即初步形成防水防火生物质地板,本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的方法制造的地板,其制备过程没有使用到醛类胶黏剂,使得其更为环保,而且基材层中含有氯化镁和氧化镁,也能增加其防火性能,基材层上下表面含有膜纸,也能起到防水的作用。

一种A级防火生物质地板的加工工艺
技术领域
本发明属于地板领域,涉及生物原料生产地板,具体是一种A级防火生物质地板的加工工艺。
背景技术
传统的地板都是用各层板材通过胶水压制而成,并在表面修饰即制成地板。由于木材的直接加工制成的地板,其遇火因其燃点较低,容易着火,遇水因木材会发泡膨胀,而影响地板的使用。
随着工业的快速发展,用到树木的行业太多,使得树木作为原料也比较紧缺,而且树木的生长周期漫长,跟不上工业的利用。因此对于地板行业,重心逐步向原料易得的方向发展。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种A级防火生物质地板的加工工艺,具体技术方案如下:
一种A级防火生物质地板的加工工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:将木纤维、氧化镁、氯化镁和其他助剂混在一起搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将步骤一的混合料铺装入模具内,加压锁紧,持续保持3-10天;
步骤三:脱模出板,然后齐边、烘干砂光,得到基材板层;
步骤四:将装饰胶膜纸、耐磨胶膜纸、基材板层和平衡胶膜纸按照顺序铺好,进行热压,温度为140-200℃,压强大于20Mpa,保压时间30-300秒;
步骤五:将热压好的板材进行分切、开槽、上漆,即初步形成防水防火生物质地板。
该加工工艺采用的原料是木纤维这种速生经济林,比如杨木、松木、秸秆等生物质材料,而且整个生产过程中,没有使用任何醛类胶黏剂,这样在地板成型之后,其甲醛释放量也是极低的,除了自身材料自带的少量甲醛,因此地板本身也更加环保,更加适用于如今快节奏的社会,地板装好即可直接入住。
作为进一步的改进,其特征在于:所述步骤一中原料的组分数为:木纤维质量分数80-95%,氧化镁和氯化镁质量分数在4.5-19.5%,余量为其他助剂。
作为进一步的改进,其特征在于:木纤维采用杨木或者松木或者秸秆材料经过粉碎、短切制成。
作为进一步的改进,其特征在于:短切之后的木纤维长度为3-5mm。
作为进一步的改进,其特征在于:所述步骤二中,可以将若干个装入混料的模具堆在一起,一次性加压,这样可以提升加工效率。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的方法制造的地板,其制备过程没有使用到醛类胶黏剂,使得其更为环保,而且基材层中含有氯化镁和氧化镁,也能增加其防火性能,基材层上下表面含有膜纸,也能起到防水的作用。
具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对保护范围构成限定。
一种A级防火生物质地板的加工工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:将松木材料经过粉碎短切至3mm成为木纤维备用,取90份量木纤维、2.4份量氧化镁、6.8份量氯化镁和0.8份量其他助剂混在一起搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将步骤一的混合料平铺在铝制的光滑的垫板上,此为模具,然后将50个装好混料的模具堆叠起来,加压锁紧,保持压力为26Mpa,持续保持8天;
步骤三:脱模出板,然后齐边、烘干砂光,得到基材板层;
步骤四:将装饰胶膜纸、耐磨胶膜纸、基材板层和平衡胶膜纸按照顺序铺好,进行热压,温度为180℃,压强为22Mpa,保压时间60秒;
步骤五:将热压好的板材进行分切、开槽、上漆,即初步形成防水防火生物质地板。
通过以上工艺制造的地板,可以在其背面贴上静音垫,这样在后期运输的时候可以避免噪音。
该制作地板工艺过程,没有用到醛类胶黏剂,因此制备好的地板成品中,除了少量自身携带的醛类物质外,没有额外醛类,检测出该成品地板的甲醛释放≤0.02mg/m3,基材的主要材料为能够快速生长的松木材料制造的木纤维,其生产成本得到了大大的降低,其内部有氧化镁,氯化镁能够使得该地板具有防火的性能,并且使其防火性能达到A级,这就使得其具有很好的实用性,由于地板是采用高压并且经过8天制成,其内部已经压制成一体,加上外表层设有膜纸,其具有很好的防水效果,在水中浸泡2h以上,其膨胀率≤2%。

Claims (5)

1.一种A级防火生物质地板的加工工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:将木纤维、氧化镁、氯化镁和其他助剂混在一起搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将步骤一的混合料铺装入模具内,加压锁紧,持续保持3-10天;
步骤三:脱模出板,然后齐边、烘干砂光,得到基材板层;
步骤四:将装饰胶膜纸、耐磨胶膜纸、基材板层和平衡胶膜纸按照顺序铺好,进行热压,温度为140-200℃,压强大于20Mpa,保压时间30-300秒;
步骤五:将热压好的板材进行分切、开槽、上漆,即初步形成防水防火生物质地板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种A级防火生物质地板的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中原料的组分数为:木纤维质量分数80-95%,氧化镁和氯化镁质量分数在4.5-19.5%,余量为其他助剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种A级防火生物质地板的加工工艺,其特征在于:木纤维采用杨木或者松木或者秸秆材料经过粉碎、短切制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种A级防火生物质地板的加工工艺,其特征在于:短切之后的木纤维长度为3-5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种A级防火生物质地板的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中,可以将若干个装入混料的模具堆在一起,一次性加压。
