本发明公开了一种牢度强且环保木工板加工工艺,其特征在于,所述加工工艺包括如下步骤:(1)原料预处理(2)制木芯板(3)制涂胶(4)粘接除挥发物:将方材通过涂胶和木芯板粘接,进行强制冷却并通风。本发明加工的木工板牢度强,质量好,不易弯曲变形,采用强制通风冷却降低成品的游离甲醛的含量,环保无污染,成品的光洁度、平整度较好,本发明制作工艺简单,制造成本低,生产效率高,极大的提高木工板产品的质量,使消费者能买到放心的木工板材。

技术领域
    本发明属于木工板材加工技术领域,具体涉及一种牢度强且环保木工板加工工艺。
背景技术
     木材具有重量轻、强重比高、弹性好、耐冲击纹理色调丰富美观、加工容易等优点,从古至今都被列为重要的原材料,木材工业由于能源消耗低、污染少、资源有再生性,在国民经济中占非常重要地位。
产品已从原木的初加工品如电杆、坑木、枕木等各种锯材,发展到成材的再加工品,如胶合板、纤维板、刨花板等各种人造板,从而使木材工业形成独立的工业体系。木材胶粘剂与胶合技术的出现与发展,不仅是木材加工技术水平提高的主要因素,也是再造木材和改良木材,如各种层积木、胶合木等产品生产的前提。木材表面涂饰最初是以保护木材为目的,如传统的桐油和生漆涂刷;后来逐渐演变为以装饰性为主,实际上任何表面装饰都兼有保护作用。
现有的木工板中,部分质量差的木工板中间的芯板会有多处空心,拿去加工就会影响板材的加工质量,容易造成消费者花了大价钱却得到的是次品细木工板等情况,严重地损害了消费者的合法权益。
现有技术中组坯配板的涂胶配方中,采用高醛脲醛树脂胶粘剂,在加工过程中又没有进行降醛处理,造成成品游离甲醛释放量过高,利用上述加工工艺制作的细木工板作为室内装饰材料,对人的健康不利。
如何能生产一定厚度的、表面平整光滑的板材,能方便地加工制作各种形状的拼接板,实现其牢度好,易加工,方便拼接同时又具备环保功能,对环境污染小具有重要意义。
发明内容
    本发明的目的在于克服上述存在的不足,而提供一种牢度强且环保木工板加工工艺,实现产品中游离甲醛释放量低,成品的光洁度、平整度较好,提高生产效率、环保及牢固度强的效果。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种牢度强且环保木工板加工工艺,其特征在于,所述加工工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:将木料用水浸6-7天,含水率在40%以上,再经温度为110-120℃的水煮沸2-2.5h,温度降到65-70℃时,进入干燥窑在110-120℃温度下干燥2-3天,使含水量为12-13%,用压刨机刨成9-12cm厚度的方材;
(2)制木芯板:将木皮贴上一层橡木皮,再上胶后贴上一层面皮,经平压有温度1000℃的热压块高温热固4-5min,在冷压机上上下平压9-10h;
(3)制涂胶:按照重量分配比如下:低醛脲醛树脂100份、填充剂25-30份、固化剂0.5-0.6份,将上述原料升高温度为45-55℃搅拌制成;
(4)粘接除挥发物:将上述处理的方材上下两面刨平砂光整型,控制温度为55-60℃,通过涂胶和木芯板粘接,对粘接好的层板进行强制冷却至8-10℃并通风30-40min。
上述步骤(3)中的固化剂为乙烯基三胺、二乙烯三胺、二甲胺基丙胺或二氨基二苯基砜中的一种或多种。
上述步骤(3)中的填充剂为膨润土、硅藻土或石英粉。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明加工的木工板牢度强,质量好,不易弯曲变形,采用强制通风冷却降低成品的游离甲醛的含量,环保无污染,成品的光洁度、平整度较好,本发明制作工艺简单,制造成本低,生产效率高,极大的提高木工板产品的质量,使消费者能买到放心的木工板材。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种牢度强且环保木工板加工工艺,其特征在于,所述加工工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:将木料用水浸6天,含水率在40%以上,再经温度为110℃的水煮沸2.5h,温度降到65℃时,进入干燥窑在120℃温度下干燥2天,使含水量为12-13%,用压刨机刨成10cm厚度的方材;
(2)制木芯板:将木皮贴上一层橡木皮,再上胶后贴上一层面皮,经平压有温度1000℃的热压块高温热固4min,在冷压机上上下平压10h;
(3)制涂胶:按照重量分配比如下:低醛脲醛树脂100份、膨润土25份、乙烯基三胺0.5份,将上述原料升高温度为45℃搅拌制成;
(4)粘接除挥发物:将上述处理的方材上下两面刨平砂光整型,控制温度为60℃,通过涂胶和木芯板粘接,对粘接好的层板进行强制冷却至10℃并通风30min。
实施例2
一种牢度强且环保木工板加工工艺,其特征在于,所述加工工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:将木料用水浸7天,含水率在40%以上,再经温度为120℃的水煮沸2h,温度降到70℃时,进入干燥窑在110℃温度下干燥3天,使含水量为12-13%,用压刨机刨成10cm厚度的方材;
(2)制木芯板:将木皮贴上一层橡木皮,再上胶后贴上一层面皮,经平压有温度1000℃的热压块高温热固5min,在冷压机上上下平压9h;
(3)制涂胶:按照重量分配比如下:低醛脲醛树脂100份、硅藻土25份、二氨基二苯基砜0.6份,将上述原料升高温度为50℃搅拌制成;
(4)粘接除挥发物:将上述处理的方材上下两面刨平砂光整型,控制温度为60℃,通过涂胶和木芯板粘接,对粘接好的层板进行强制冷却至8℃并通风40min。

1.一种牢度强且环保木工板加工工艺,其特征在于,所述加工工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:将木料用水浸6-7天,含水率在40%以上,再经温度为110-120℃的水煮沸2-2.5h,温度降到65-70℃时,进入干燥窑在110-120℃温度下干燥2-3天,使含水量为12-13%,用压刨机刨成9-12cm厚度的方材;
(2)制木芯板:将木皮贴上一层橡木皮,再上胶后贴上一层面皮,经平压有温度1000℃的热压块高温热固4-5min,在冷压机上上下平压9-10h;
(3)制涂胶:按照重量分配比如下:低醛脲醛树脂100份、填充剂25-30份、固化剂0.5-0.6份,将上述原料升高温度为45-55℃搅拌制成;
(4)粘接除挥发物:将上述处理的方材上下两面刨平砂光整型,控制温度为55-60℃,通过涂胶和木芯板粘接,对粘接好的层板进行强制冷却至8-10℃并通风30-40min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牢度强且环保木工板加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的固化剂为乙烯基三胺、二乙烯三胺、二甲胺基丙胺或二氨基二苯基砜中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牢度强且环保木工板加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的填充剂为膨润土、硅藻土或石英粉。
