本发明涉及冲压技术领域,具体为金属双面贴胶模具转贴结构及工艺。
背景技术
冲压模具是在冷冲压加工中,将材料(金属或非金属)加工成零件(或半成品)的一种特殊工艺装备,称为冷冲压模具(俗称冷冲模),冲压,是在室温下,利用安装在压力机上的模具对材料施加压力,使其产生分离或塑性变形,从而获得所需零件的一种压力加工方法。
传统的模具依靠常规模具结构进行覆膜冲压转贴,覆膜冲压和转贴需要分别开模具,使用常规模具结构需要两套模具才能达成产品要求,难以满足现代工业生产需要,故而提出一种金属双面贴胶模具转贴结构及工艺来解决上述问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了金属双面贴胶模具转贴结构及工艺,具备高效加工等优点,解决了传统的模具依靠常规模具结构进行覆膜冲压转贴,覆膜冲压和转贴需要分别开模具,使用常规模具结构需要两套模具才能达成产品要求,难以满足现代工业生产需要的问题。

本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种金属双面贴胶模具转贴工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)通过将粘贴有产品的料带贯穿该金属双面贴胶模具并延伸至该金属双面贴胶模具右侧,再通过将载带贯穿该金属双面贴胶模具并与产品呈十字形走料;
2)当产品与载带运行至十字交叉处时,通过气缸带动冲子和压料入块对产品与载带进行冲压,实现快速十字形走料及自动冲压的效果。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了金属双面贴胶模具转贴结构及工艺,具备以下有益效果:
1、本技术方案通过减少了模具加工工序,从而降低生产成本;
2、本技术方案通过将不同功能的模具进行合并,从而降低了模具成本,并提高了生产效率,及提升了产品竞争力。

本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种金属双面贴胶模具转贴工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)通过将粘贴有产品的料带贯穿该金属双面贴胶模具并延伸至该金属双面贴胶模具右侧,再通过将载带贯穿该金属双面贴胶模具并与产品呈十字形走料,如图11所示;
2)当产品与载带运行至十字交叉处时,通过气缸带动冲子和压料入块对产品与载带进行冲压,实现快速十字形走料及自动冲压的效果
综上所述,本技术方案通过减少了模具加工工序,从而降低生产成本;本技术方案通过将不同功能的模具进行合并,从而降低了模具成本,并提高了生产效率,及提升了产品竞争力。

1.金属双面贴胶模具转贴结构,包括上模座(1),其特征在于:所述上模座(1)的底部活动安装有上垫板(2),所述上垫板(2)的底部活动安装有上夹板(3),所述上夹板(3)的底部活动安装有止挡板(4),所述止挡板(4)的底部活动安装有脱料板(5),所述脱料板(5)的底部活动安装有下模板(6),所述下模板(6)的底部活动安装有下垫板(7),所述下垫板(7)的底部活动安装有下模座(8),所述下模座(8)的底部活动安装有下脚垫(9),所述上模座(1)的正面活动安装有铭牌(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属双面贴胶模具转贴结构,其特征在于:所述上模座(1)的内部开设有E、K、L、M、M1、M2、M3、M4、M5、M6、O和O1孔等,如图2所示:
