Abstract
一种显示基板及其制作方法、驱动方法、显示装置。所述显示基板包括基底(10)、栅线、数据线和多个子像素,多个子像素包括与栅线一一对应的多个子像素行;在子像素包括的子像素驱动电路中,驱动晶体管(T1)和数据写入晶体管(T2)位于该子像素的开口区的第一侧,感测晶体管(T3)位于该子像素的开口区的第二侧,第一侧和第二侧沿数据线的延伸方向相对;位于同一行的感测晶体管(T3)的栅极(G3)与相邻的下一行子像素行中的数据写入晶体管(T2)的栅极(G2),均与该下一行子像素行对应的栅线耦接;存储电容(Cst)的第一极板(30)在基底(10)上的正投影与第二极板在基底(10)上的正投影存在第一交叠区域,第一交叠区域在基底(10)上的正投影与对应的子像素的开口区域在基底(10)上的正投影至少部分交叠。
