参考图5和图7,在一个实施例中,至少一个第二端子68可以被限定为多个第二端子68,其中每个第二熔断器接触端76彼此间隔开以用于接收多个电熔断器22,并且每个第二电连接器72彼此间隔开以使得多个第二端子68彼此平行。
参考图7,其示出了隐藏了端子壳体32的第一端子60和第二端子68,在一个实施例中,第一端子60的至少一个第一熔断器接触端66可以被进一步限定为多个第一熔断器接触端66,每个第一熔断器接触端66彼此间隔开,以接收多个电熔断器22。而且,在一个实施例中,多个第一熔断器接触端66和安装端62可以整体连接,并且第一端子60的安装端62可以被进一步限定为用于接收螺柱64的单个安装端62。换句话说,多个第一熔断器接触端66和单个安装端62限定了单个第一端子60,该单个第一端子60能够使用多个第一熔断器接触端66来接收多个熔断器22。

参考图8-图10,线束插头26可以以任何合适的方式安装到电缆24上。例如,线束插头26可以被包覆模制在电缆24上方。可替代地,线束插头26可以被配置为例如作为翻盖构型组装在电缆24上方。线束插头26包括线束壳体28和第一电连接器30。第一电连接器30可以包括至少一个偏压叉齿(biased prong)120,该至少一个偏压叉齿120被配置为接收并选择性地保持(多个)第二电连接器72,以使得(多个)第一电连接器30和(多个)第二电连接器72电通信地接合。线束壳体26可以在各个位置(例如,电缆进入线束壳体的位置或插座与线束插头接合的位置)包括密封件,以确保碎屑和液体不会渗透到电气部件中。
参考图9,线束壳体28可以限定被配置为与插座38接合的大体矩形的槽70。如图10所示,端子壳体32的插座38可以与线束插头26的槽70接合,其中(多个)第一电连接器30和(多个)第二电连接器72彼此接合以将电缆24与(多个)第二端子68以电通信方式耦合。换句话说,插座38被配置为接合线束插头26,以使得“母(female)”的第一电连接器30可以接收“公(male)”的第二电连接器72而彼此电连通地接合,从而有助于第二端子68和电缆24之间的电力传输。
继续参考图3和图8-图10,为便于插座38与线束插头26接合,插座38可以包括一个或多个对齐肋(rib)116,并且线束壳体28可以包括与对齐肋116相对应的一个或多个沟槽118,其中沟槽118被配置为接收对齐肋116,以将插座38和线束插头26的槽70对准进行接合,使得(多个)第一电连接器30和(多个)第二电连接器72也对准进行接合。
再次参考图3和图8-图10,线束插头26和插座38可以包括夹持系统110,该夹持系统110被配置为将线束插头26选择性地固定到插座38。夹持系统110可以包括设置在线束插头26上的夹具112和设置在插座38上的夹具接收构件114,其中夹具112和夹具接收构件114能够被耦接,以使得线束插头26被选择性地固定到插座38上。例如,夹具112可以被设置在线束壳体28的顶表面29上,并且夹具接收构件114可以被设置在插座38的顶侧面52上。有利地,线束插头26和夹持系统110提供牢固的可拆卸的连接,以用于选择性地耦接电缆24和端子壳体32。
参考图11-图15,线束组合件20包括盖子78,该盖子78可拆卸地安装到端子壳体32上以密封覆盖第一腔36,从而保护第一腔36内的电熔断器22。盖子78包括上表面80、与上表面80相对的下表面82、内壁84和外壁85,外壁85从下表面82延伸并围绕下表面82的周界限定沟道86。盖子78可以使用闩锁系统104可拆卸地安装到端子壳体32。闩锁系统104可以包括设置在盖子78上的闩锁部(latch)106和设置在壳体32的主体34上的闩锁部接收构件108。例如,闩锁部106可以从外壁85延伸,并且闩锁部接收构件108可以设置在端子壳体32的主体34的第三侧面48和/或第四侧面50上(如图14和图15所示)。换句话说,闩锁系统104被布置在与壳体32的包括插座38的第一表面44正交的端子壳体32的侧面上,因为第一侧面44将没有足够的空间来收纳闩锁系统104。有利地,闩锁部106和闩锁部接收构件108能够被耦接,以使得盖子78可以以牢固的方式可拆卸地耦接到端子壳体32。
参考图3和图16,线束组合件20进一步包括被配置为设置在主体34的第一腔36内的熔断器间隔件128。熔断器间隔件128包括限定的隔间130,用于引导电熔断器22与第一接触端66和第二熔断器接触端76接合。特别地,限定的隔间130与第一接触端66和第二熔断器接触端76大体对准,以便引导电熔断器22与第一接触端66和第二熔断器接触端76接合。另外,熔断器间隔件128还包括被配置为布置在盖子78与主体34之间的外围凸缘132。特别地,外围凸缘132被配置为布置在盖子78的外壁85与由主体34的第一侧面44、第二侧面46、第三侧面48和第四侧面50限定的矩形横截面之间。
另外,参考图16,盖子78包括密封构件124,以促进盖子78与端子壳体32之间的密封。特别地,密封构件124可以被设置在由盖子78的内壁84和外壁85限定的沟道86中,使得密封构件124邻接盖子78的内壁84和外壁85。当盖子78被固定到主体34上时,密封构件124被配置为邻接间隔件128以形成密封。类似地,第二密封构件(未示出)也被考虑设置在主体34与间隔件128之间以在其中形成密封。
参考图11-图15,线束组合件20进一步包括保持(retaining)系统88,该保持系统88使盖子78和端子壳体32相互连接,以在从端子壳体32上移除盖子78时保持盖子78与端子壳体32的连接。有利地,盖子78和端子壳体32相互连接,因此当移除盖子78时,盖子78不会错位。保持系统88可以包括安装在盖子78和端子壳体32中的一个上的系带90,以及安装在盖子78和端子壳体32中的另一个上的附接固定器92。参考图15,系带90可以与盖子78一体地形成。另外,系带90可以限定被配置为接收附接固定器92的开口100。如图4和图5所示,附接固定器92可以包括被配置为与系带90接合的倒钩(barb)102。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于可维修地容纳至少一个电熔断器的线束组合件,所述线束组合件包括:
至少一条电缆;
安装到所述电缆的线束插头,其中所述线束插头包括线束壳体和第一电连接器;
端子壳体,其包括限定第一腔的主体和限定第二腔的插座;
第一端子,其包括适用于接收螺柱的安装端以及设置在所述端子壳体的所述第一腔内的至少一个第一熔断器接触端;
至少一个第二端子,其包括限定设置在所述端子壳体的所述第二腔内的第二电连接器的第一端,以及设置在所述端子壳体的所述第一腔内的至少一个第二熔断器接触端;
其中所述第一端子的所述第一熔断器接触端和所述第二端子的所述第二熔断器接触端彼此平行且彼此面对地定位于所述第一腔内,以便接收所述电熔断器;以及
其中所述端子壳体的所述插座接收所述线束插头,且所述第一电连接器和所述第二电连接器彼此电连通地接合,以将所述电缆电耦合到所述第一端子和所述第二端子;
盖子,其可拆卸地安装到所述端子壳体以密封覆盖所述第一腔,从而保护所述第一腔内的所述电熔断器;以及
保持系统,其互连所述盖子和所述端子壳体,以在将所述盖子从所述端子壳体移除时维持所述盖子到所述端子壳体的连接,其中所述保持系统包括安装到所述盖子和所述端子壳体中的一个的系带以及安装到所述盖子和所述端子壳体中的另一个的附接固定器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线束组合件,其中所述至少一个第一熔断器接触端被进一步限定为多个熔断器接触端,其中所述第一熔断器接触端中的每一个彼此间隔开以便接收多个电熔断器,其中所述多个所述第一熔断器接触端和所述安装端连接成一体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的线束组合件,其中所述第一端子的所述安装端被进一步限定为用于接收所述螺柱的单个安装端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的线束组合件,其进一步包括多个所述第二端子,其中所述第二熔断器接触端中的每一个彼此间隔开以便接收多个电熔断器,并且所述第二电连接器中的每一个彼此间隔开。
5.根据权利要求1所述的线束组合件,其中所述系带安装到所述盖子,并且所述附接固定器安装到所述端子壳体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的线束组合件,其中所述系带与所述盖子形成为一体。
7.根据权利要求1所述的线束组合件,其中所述系带限定孔口,所述孔口被配置为接收所述附接固定器。
8.根据权利要求1所述的线束组合件,其中所述附接固定器包括倒钩,所述倒钩被配置为接合所述系带。
9.根据权利要求1所述的线束组合件,其进一步包括闩锁系统,所述闩锁系统被配置为将所述盖子选择性地固定到所述端子壳体。
10.根据权利要求9所述的线束组合件,其中所述闩锁系统包括设置在所述盖子上的闩锁部和设置在所述端子壳体上的闩锁部接收构件,其中所述闩锁部和所述闩锁部接收构件能够被耦合以使得所述盖子被选择性地固定到所述端子壳体。
11.根据权利要求9所述的线束组合件,其中所述闩锁系统被布置在所述主体的与所述插座正交的侧面上。
12.根据权利要求1所述的线束组合件,其进一步包括夹持系统,所述夹持系统被配置为将所述线束插头选择性地固定到所述插座。
13.根据权利要求12所述的线束组合件,其中所述夹持系统包括设置在所述线束插头上的夹具和设置在所述插座上的夹具接收构件,其中所述夹具和所述夹具接收构件能够被耦合以使得所述线束插头被选择性地固定到所述插座。
14.根据权利要求1所述的线束组合件,其中所述插座包括一个或多个对齐肋并且其中所述线束壳体包括与所述对齐肋对应的一个或多个沟槽,其中所述沟槽被配置为接收所述对齐肋以将所述插座与所述线束插头对齐来进行接合。
15.根据权利要求1所述的线束组合件,其中所述第一电连接器包括至少一个偏压叉,所述至少一个偏压叉被配置为接收并选择性地保持所述第二电连接器,以使得所述第一电连接器和所述第二电连接器电连通地接合。
16.根据权利要求1所述的线束组合件,其中所述安装端限定开口,所述开口被配置为接收所述螺柱。
17.根据权利要求1所述的线束组合件,其中所述盖子包括密封构件,以有利于所述盖子与所述端子壳体之间的水密密封。
18.根据权利要求17所述的线束组合件,其中所述密封构件被设置在由所述盖子的内壁和外壁限定的沟道中。
19.根据权利要求1所述的线束组合件,其进一步包括设置在所述第一腔内的熔断器间隔件,其中所述熔断器间隔件包括限定的隔间,以用于引导所述电熔断器与所述第一熔断器接触端和所述第二熔断器接触端接合。
20.根据权利要求19所述的线束组合件,其中所述熔断器间隔件进一步包括外围凸缘,所述外围凸缘被配置为布置在所述盖子与所述端子壳体之间。
