Abstract
一种用于门、窗或类似物的减速制动装置,该装置包括一个可逆着一推力弹簧压入一气缸中的活塞,其通过所述活塞的活塞杆产生制动操作。为了以较少劳动提供这种减速制动装置,在气缸的缸壁上涂有一种高粘度油脂。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于门、窗或类似物的减速制动装置,该装置包括一个可逆着一推力弹簧压缩到一气缸内的活塞,其通过所述活塞的活塞杆产生制动操作。
此类减速制动装置或缓冲装置用在,例如门、特别是家具门的制动方面,当门恰要关闭之前,该装置可减缓冲击力的影响并确保门能尽可能轻柔地关闭。减速制动装置尤其适用于带有关闭装置的门或家具上的门,该关闭装置能将所述门按入其关闭位置并使之紧闭。然而,上述此类减速制动装置也能用于其他部件,特别是家具构件上,比如可用于抽屉或活叶上以防止其末端受到外力影响或碰撞,并可防止产生刺耳的噪音。
专利DE19717937A公开了一种用于上述家具中可活动部件的减速和缓冲构件,该构件包括一个可在一气缸径向移动以及伸展的活塞,该活塞的设计是使活塞的推进所导致的空气压缩作用造成活塞的径向扩张或伸展,除了利用这种受压缩空气所产生的缓冲效应外,通过活塞在气缸内壁上的摩擦还产生了减速作用。
专利DE3729597A1公开了一种上述类型的关门缓冲器,该缓冲器包括一个固定于门框上的制动气缸和一个活塞,该活塞带有一个整体成型且直径不同的推杆,当门被关闭时,该推杆首先使得活塞前方的空气受到压缩,然后通过活塞回复滑动一定距离后使空气缓缓减压。
已知的减速制动装置不仅设计复杂,而且为了确保其功能还要求每个零部件的制造都具有高的尺寸精度。因而,已知的减速制动装置的制造是比较昂贵的。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种如上述类型的减速制动装置,该装置能以较少劳动和最合适的成本进行制造。
按照本发明,该目的可通过在气缸内壁涂覆一种高粘度油脂而达到。
该涂覆于气缸内壁并能带来减速或缓冲效果的高粘度油脂即是所谓的缓冲油脂。将这种油脂涂覆到气缸内壁上就可在内壁和活塞之间的空隙中产生缓冲或减速效果。按照本发明,所使用的高粘度油脂包括一种高粘度原油,一种粘性聚合物和高粘度的合成碳氢化合物,因此,当活塞运动时,它能在活塞和气缸之间产生足够大的摩擦力。
由于如本发明所述的高粘度油脂还包含有一种粘性聚合物组分,因此如果不以某种方式将之排出的话,该油脂就会牢固地粘附到气缸内壁上,这样油脂就不能继续发挥其制动作用了。另外,在气缸壁和活塞之间存在如此多的间隙,如果其排出没有达到任何实际的程度的话,该油脂就会产生导滑的效果。
如本发明所述的高粘度油脂不仅提供防尘保护,而且也能提供有效地密封,如此则不必使用另外的密封试剂或密封仪器了。
适当地,在气缸壁上布置有环形或螺旋形小沟或凹槽,以防止油脂有任何不必要的迁移。气缸壁也可以包括不规则的表面,比如具有给定图案形式凹槽的表面,而其同样也能防止油脂有任何不必要的迁移。
若非气缸壁或除了气缸壁之外,也可以在活塞的周边表面布置环形或螺旋形小沟或凹槽,或者其它形式的不规则体。
气缸可以利用一个端盖来闭合,例如利用一个螺旋塞来闭合。这种螺旋塞构成了气缸的底部,其与活塞之间夹着推力弹簧。该推力弹簧由一个压缩弹簧构成,设计其弹力很弱,并且以门为例,当其通过关闭机构处于关闭状态时,该弹簧弹力将被克服。按照较弱弹力设计的推力弹簧,会使得活塞的排出运动因此而缓慢。
闭合气缸的端盖上可以布置一个排气孔,其可使活塞运动更为轻柔。
活塞杆合好可从气缸前壁上的钻孔穿过,该钻孔边缘和气缸壁之间的环形台阶形成了一个阻挡活塞的止推部分。

该减速制动装置包括一个气缸1,其中一个带有整体成型的活塞杆3的活塞2以轴向导引的方式在气缸内移动。为提高其导引以及摩擦性能,优选活塞的轴向长度约为气缸1长度的一半。所述的整体成型,其含义是指活塞与活塞杆3由同一加工过程所制造,比如采用注模成型或模压成型。活塞2上形成有一个轴颈4,而活塞杆3上形成有一个轴颈5。轴颈5上套着一个顶头6,该顶头可由一种弹性材料构成,例如塑料构成。
活塞杆3从气缸1前壁上的一个钻孔7穿过,该钻孔边缘和气缸内壁8之间的环形台阶形成了一个阻挡活塞2的止推部分。
在底部,气缸1布置有能与螺旋塞10的外螺纹拧在一起的内螺纹9。螺旋塞10内侧有一个轴颈11,通过轴颈4和11来保持夹在螺旋塞10和活塞2之间的压缩弹簧12。
气缸1的内壁8和/或活塞2的周边表面以一种未示出的方式布置有环形或螺旋形小沟或凹槽或者沟槽。在气缸1的内壁8上涂覆有一种高粘度油脂。所形成的油脂薄膜如图1双划线13所示。该油脂薄膜能增加活塞2和气缸1之间的摩擦,其与气缸1内的活塞2的运动速度成比例增加。如果活塞2以如图2所示方式被完全推入气缸1中,则释放活塞时压缩弹簧12能够以相对缓慢的速度将活塞推出。
气缸内壁和活塞上的凹槽以及任何不规则体均可用来防止油脂的迁移。
图7所示为缓冲装置的气缸1插入橱柜盖板14的一个前部钻孔中的实施例。当门15关闭时,门会将缓冲装置的顶头6撞入其关闭位置,从而将活塞2压入气缸1中,同时发挥其缓冲作用防止门15被砰然关闭。如果支撑在门15上的铰链装有一个关闭装置,就能克服推力弹簧12的反推力。
图8中显示了该关闭装置,此时门处于活塞被压入时的关闭状态。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于门(15)、窗或活动家具构件的减速制动装置,该装置包括一个可逆着一推力弹簧(12)压入一气缸(1)中的活塞(2),其通过所述活塞(2)的活塞杆(3)产生制动操作,其特征在于,在气缸(1)的缸壁(8)上涂有一种高粘度油脂(3)。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的减速制动装置,其特征在于,气缸(1)的缸壁(8)具有环形或螺旋形小沟或凹槽。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的减速制动装置,其特征在于,气缸(1)的缸壁(8)具有不规则表面。
4.一种如权利要求1或2所述的减速制动装置,其特征在于,活塞(2)的周边表面布置有环形或螺旋形凹槽或其他形式的不规则体。
5.一种如权利要求1或2所述的减速制动装置,其特征在于,气缸(1)由一端盖密闭,如,由一螺旋塞(10)密闭。
6.一种如权利要求5所述的减速制动装置,其特征在于,该端盖(10)上布置有一个排气孔。
7.一种如权利要求1或2所述的减速制动装置,其特征在于,活塞杆(3)从气缸(1)前壁的一个钻孔中穿过。
8.一种如权利要求1或2所述的减速制动装置,其特征在于,该推力弹簧(12)为夹在气缸(1)底部和活塞(2)之间的一个压缩弹簧。
