In one aspect of the invention, the invention provides mouthwash with the function of moistening oral cavity and refreshing breath, which consists of the following components: cranberry extract, sodium azulene sulfonate, benzalkonium chloride, fluoride, aromatic, sweetener, preservative, honey, traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, biological lytic enzyme and deionized water.
The cranberry extract contains procyanidin as main ingredient, and has effects of strengthening capillary vessel, artery and vein vessel, relieving swelling, and removing blood stasis, and releasing a compound called histamine when human body is inflamed, wherein procyanidin can inhibit enzyme required for producing histamine, and prevent histamine generation, thereby relieving inflammation. Procyanidin is a well-known inhibitor of histamine, but it does not block other enzymes, so cranberry extract is effective in preventing and treating oral inflammation and periodontal inflammation.
The sodium azulene sulfonate is an anti-inflammatory and anti-ulcer medicine with little side effect, has good treatment effect on common oral diseases, and can effectively eliminate symptoms such as edema, hyperemia, abscess, gingival bleeding, halitosis, odontoseisis and the like caused by the common oral diseases. Pharmacological research on sodium azulene sulfonate shows that the sodium azulene sulfonate has a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory effect and an anti-adhesive film ulcer effect, and the main pharmacology is as follows: diminish inflammation, promote mucosa metabolism and epidermis formation, but has weak antibacterial effect. The sodium azulene sulfonate is added into the common toothpaste to be used in the oral cavity, which does not destroy the normal oral cavity flora balance and has good treatment effect on inflammatory reactions such as red, swelling, heat, pain and the like in the oral cavity.
Benzalkonium chloride is an effective antibacterial agent that kills bacteria in the mouth that cause bad breath, tooth decay, and reduces plaque formation to some extent.
The mouthwash consists of the following components in percentage by mass: cranberry extract: 0.1-2%, sodium azulene sulfonate: 0.01-1%, benzalkonium chloride: 0.01-0.5%, fluoride: 0.01-0.2%, fragrance: 0.01-0.5%, sweetener: 0.01-2%, preservative: 0.01-0.3%, honey: 1-10% of traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution: 0.1-5%, biolytic enzyme: 0.1-1% and the balance of deionized water.
The mouthwash consists of the following components in percentage by mass: cranberry extract: 0.2%, sodium azulene sulfonate: 0.03%, benzalkonium chloride: 0.02%, fluoride: 0.02%, fragrance: 0.1%, sweetener: 1.2% and preservative: 0.05%, honey: 6% and traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution: 3%, biolytic enzyme: 0.3 percent and the balance of deionized water.
The fluoride is sodium fluoride.
Sodium fluoride not only inhibits bacterial growth, but also strengthens tooth enamel, and is beneficial to preventing decayed teeth and tooth decay.
The aromatic is one or combination of menthol and wintergreen oil.
The mouth feel of the mouthwash can be obviously improved by adding the flavoring agent containing menthol and/or wintergreen oil.
The sweetener is one or combination of xylitol and stevia.
By adding a sweetening agent containing xylitol and/or stevia and matching with the use of an aromatic and honey, the taste sense of the mouthwash can be further improved, the bitter taste of traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution and other components in the formula can be covered, meanwhile, the halitosis can be covered, the breath can be kept fresh, and the positive effect on inhibiting the bacterial reproduction in the oral cavity can be achieved.
The preservative is p-hydroxy methyl formate.
The preservative can prevent the mouth wash from going bad and prolong the service life of the mouth wash.
The traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution comprises the following components: notoginseng radix, flos Lonicerae, radix astragali, Galla chinensis, herba Houttuyniae, and Scutellariae radix.
Wherein, the pseudo-ginseng and the gallnut have the efficacies of removing blood stasis, stopping bleeding, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain;
the honeysuckle has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, diminishing inflammation and relieving swelling;
the astragalus has the effects of expelling toxin, expelling pus, promoting granulation and the like, and can accelerate the healing of wounds in the oral cavity;
the scutellaria has the effects of clearing heat, drying dampness, purging fire, removing toxin and the like, has strong clinical antibacterial property, does not generate drug resistance, and can effectively kill harmful bacteria in the oral cavity.
The pseudo-ginseng, the honeysuckle, the astragalus, the gallnut, the houttuynia cordata and the scutellaria baicalensis are in mass ratio: 5-10: 2-6: 3-8: 2-5: 1-4: 4-7.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the pseudo-ginseng, the honeysuckle, the astragalus membranaceus, the gallnut, the houttuynia cordata and the scutellaria baicalensis according to the formula amount;
s2, fully soaking radix Notoginseng, flos Lonicerae, radix astragali, Galla chinensis, herba Houttuyniae, and radix Scutellariae, removing surface water, putting into an extractor, injecting ethanol solution with volume 8-12 times of the volume of the materials, reflux-extracting for more than 3 times, wherein the reflux-extracting time is 0.2-1h each time, to obtain solid residue and extractive solution;
s3, concentrating the extracting solution under reduced pressure, recovering ethanol to obtain a concentrated solution, and centrifugally separating the concentrated solution to obtain a supernatant;
s4, soaking and washing the solid residues with deionized water, putting the solid residues into a container, adding water with the volume 5-8 times of that of the solid residues into the container, stirring and decocting until the solid-liquid ratio in the container is 1: 2-3, cooling and filtering to obtain a liquid medicine;
s5, mixing the extractive solution with the medicinal liquid to obtain Chinese medicinal extractive solution.
The ethanol concentration of the ethanol solution in the S2 is 70-80%, and the stirring and boiling temperature is 200-230 ℃.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a preparation method of the mouthwash with the function of moistening the oral cavity and refreshing breath, which is used for preparing the mouthwash and comprises the following steps:

Example 1:
weighing: cranberry extract: 0.2 part, sodium azulene sulfonate: 0.03 part of benzalkonium chloride: 0.02 part, fluoride: 0.02 part of aromatic: 0.1 part of sweetening agent: 1.2 parts of preservative: 0.05 part of honey: 6 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution: 3 parts of a biological lytic enzyme: 0.3 part, weighing deionized water to make the total mass to 100 parts.
Step two: adding sodium azulene sulfonate, fluoride, benzalkonium chloride, an aromatic and a sweetening agent into deionized water, heating to 50-60 ℃, and stirring until solid particles are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution A;
step three: cooling the mixed solution A to room temperature, adding cranberry extract, Mel, Chinese medicinal extractive solution, and biological lytic enzyme, and stirring for 10-25min to obtain mixed solution B;

weighing: cranberry extract: 0.5 part, sodium azulene sulfonate: 0.05 part, benzalkonium chloride: 0.015 parts, fluoride: 0.03 part of aromatic: 0.15 part of sweetening agent: 1 part of preservative: 0.08 part of honey: 8 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution: 4 parts of a biological lytic enzyme: 0.6 part, weighing deionized water to 100 parts of the total mass.
Step two: adding sodium azulene sulfonate, fluoride, benzalkonium chloride, an aromatic and a sweetening agent into deionized water, heating to 50-60 ℃, and stirring until solid particles are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution A;

Performance test:

The data of comparative example 4 and comparative example 1 are compared and observed to show that the mouthwash added with traditional Chinese medicine extract and benzalkonium chloride has good bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects, and hemostatic effects are good, and stomatitis can be significantly alleviated, and breath freshness can be maintained, and meanwhile, the data of comparative example 5 and comparative example 1 are compared to show that the use mouthfeel of the mouthwash can be significantly improved by adding honey, the aromatic containing menthol and/or wintergreen oil, and the sweetener containing xylitol and/or stevia rebaudiana can be maintained, and meanwhile, the oral cavity is moistened for a long time, and breath freshness can be maintained.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (12)

A mouth wash with functions of moistening oral cavity and refreshing breath is characterized in that: the composition consists of the following components: cranberry extract, sodium azulene sulfonate, benzalkonium chloride, fluoride, aromatic, sweetener, preservative, honey, traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, biological lytic enzyme and deionized water.

The mouthwash having the function of moistening and refreshing breath, according to claim 1, wherein: the composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: cranberry extract: 0.1-2%, sodium azulene sulfonate: 0.01-1%, benzalkonium chloride: 0.01-0.5%, fluoride: 0.01-0.2%, fragrance: 0.01-0.5%, sweetener: 0.01-2%, preservative: 0.01-0.3%, honey: 1-10% of traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution: 0.1-5%, biolytic enzyme: 0.1-1% and the balance of deionized water.

The mouthwash having the function of moistening and refreshing breath, according to claim 2, wherein: the composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: cranberry extract: 0.2%, sodium azulene sulfonate: 0.03%, benzalkonium chloride: 0.02%, fluoride: 0.02%, fragrance: 0.1%, sweetener: 1.2% and preservative: 0.05%, honey: 6% and traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution: 3%, biolytic enzyme: 0.3 percent and the balance of deionized water.
4. The mouthwash having the function of moistening and refreshing breath, according to claim 1, wherein: the fluoride is sodium fluoride.
5. The mouthwash having the function of moistening and refreshing breath, according to claim 1, wherein: the aromatic is one or combination of menthol and wintergreen oil.
6. The mouthwash having the function of moistening and refreshing breath, according to claim 1, wherein: the sweetener is one or combination of xylitol and stevia.
7. The mouthwash having the function of moistening and refreshing breath, according to claim 1, wherein: the preservative is p-hydroxy methyl formate.

The mouthwash having the function of moistening and refreshing breath, according to claim 1, wherein: the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution comprises the following components: notoginseng radix, flos Lonicerae, radix astragali, Galla chinensis, herba Houttuyniae, and Scutellariae radix.
9. The mouthwash having the function of moistening and refreshing breath, according to claim 8, wherein: the pseudo-ginseng, the honeysuckle, the astragalus, the gallnut, the houttuynia cordata and the scutellaria baicalensis are in mass ratio: 5-10: 2-6: 3-8: 2-5: 1-4: 4-7.
