Abstract

本发明公开了一种高强度原纸制备工艺,由纸桨、钛白粉、碳酸钙、氢氧化钠、木材纤维、淀粉、明矾、抗菌剂、交联剂、石蜡和干燥剂按一定配比制备;其流程为预处理、配浆、浆料上网、湿纸成型、干燥和纸张后处理。本发明提供了高强度原纸制备工艺,通过合理的原料选择及科学的配比,在根据该原料成分及配比进行相对应的加工工艺,其制备出来的原纸的耐摩擦性相对更好。通过添加明矾,作为一种桥连剂,使浆纤维和胶更好的连接在一起,提高耐摩擦性;通过添加碳酸钙和木材纤维,提升整体的结构强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸张制备工艺,特别是一种高强度原纸制备工艺。
背景技术
纸基摩擦片是作为传递引擎动力到变速箱的媒介物,其作用非常重要。纸基摩擦片制备通常需要先分别制作出骨架和对应的贴片纸,然后由贴片机将贴片纸贴合到骨架上。
现有的贴片纸其耐摩擦性一般,从而导致其在实际应用过程中的磨损程度较高,最终造成纸基摩擦片寿命受限,其使用成本较高。而且,贴片纸耐摩擦性一般,在使用过程中容易因磨损而导致出现故障,影响设备的安全性,严重的会危害到人员生命安全。
所以,现有的纸基摩擦片贴片纸存在耐摩擦性一般,其使用寿命低且安全隐患大的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种高强度原纸制备工艺。采用本发明制备的贴片纸存在耐摩擦性更好,其使用寿命相对更高且安全隐患更小的优点。
本发明的技术方案:
一种高强度原纸制备工艺,由以下重量份原料组成:纸桨140-180份、钛白粉20-30份、碳酸钙30-45份、氢氧化钠8-14份、木材纤维10-20份、淀粉20-50份、明矾20-30份、抗菌剂20-30份、交联剂2-5份、石蜡15-20份、干燥剂8-15份。
前述的高强度原纸制备工艺,以下重量份原料组成:纸桨150-170份、钛白粉22-28份、碳酸钙35-40份、氢氧化钠10-12份、木材纤维14-16份、淀粉30-40份、明矾24-26份、抗菌剂22-28份、交联剂3-4份、石蜡17-18份、干燥剂10-13份。
前述的高强度原纸制备工艺,由以下重量份原料组成:纸桨160份、钛白粉25份、碳酸钙37.5份、氢氧化钠11份、木材纤维15份、淀粉35份、明矾25份、抗菌剂25份、交联剂3.5份、石蜡17.5份、干燥剂11.5份。
前述的高强度原纸制备工艺,其制备步骤如下:
A、预处理:取碳酸钙、淀粉和木材纤维进行粉碎研磨,并对研磨后的粗料进行过滤除杂;除杂后进行打浆处理,得a品;
B、配浆:将A品、纸浆、钛白粉、氢氧化钠、淀粉、明矾和石蜡进行混合,待混合均匀后加入交联剂,得b品;
C、浆料上网:将b品稀释到0.15-0.3%,并在稀释过程中加入抗菌剂和干燥剂,最后上网,得c品;
D、湿纸成型:将c品通过挤压、真空抽吸和刮刀脱水形成湿纸张d品;
E、干燥:通过挤压、吸水将d品逐步干燥,使干燥度逐步提升到90-95%,得e品;
F、纸张后处理:将e品进行切割,得成品原纸。
前述的高强度原纸制备工艺,在步骤A中,使用打浆机进行转速为1400-1800r/min的打浆处理。
前述的高强度原纸制备工艺,所述干燥剂为氯化钙和膨润土的混合物。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了高强度原纸制备工艺,通过合理的原料选择及科学的配比,在根据该原料成分及配比进行相对应的加工工艺,其制备出来的原纸的耐摩擦性相对更好。通过添加明矾,作为一种桥连剂,使浆纤维和胶更好的连接在一起,提高耐摩擦性;通过添加碳酸钙和木材纤维,提升整体的结构强度。
所以,采用本发明制备的贴片纸存在耐摩擦性更好,其使用寿命相对更高且安全隐患更小的优点。

实施例1。一种高强度原纸制备工艺,如图1所示,由以下重量份原料组成:纸桨140-180份、钛白粉20-30份、碳酸钙30-45份、氢氧化钠8-14份、木材纤维10-20份、淀粉20-50份、明矾20-30份、抗菌剂20-30份、交联剂2-5份、石蜡15-20份、干燥剂8-15份。

B、配浆:将A品、纸浆、钛白粉、氢氧化钠、淀粉、明矾和石蜡进行混合,待混合均匀后加入交联剂,得b品;
C、浆料上网:将b品稀释到0.15-0.3%,并在稀释过程中加入抗菌剂和干燥剂,最后上网,得c品;
D、湿纸成型:将c品通过挤压、真空抽吸和刮刀脱水形成湿纸张d品;
E、干燥:通过挤压、吸水将d品逐步干燥,使干燥度逐步提升到90-95%,得e品;
F、纸张后处理:将e品进行切割,得成品原纸。
