本发明涉及造纸领域,尤其涉及一种低收缩耐磨装饰原纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
装饰原纸是一种以优质木浆和钛白粉等填料为主要原料经特殊工艺加工而 成的工业特种用纸,一般在高温条件下压贴在板材表面,用于人造板材的表面 装饰。经装饰纸饰面后的人造板,不仅耐磨、耐热、耐香烟灼烧、耐污染,而 且表面花色丰富,美观时尚,视觉效果好。装饰原纸的主要技术要求是印刷适 性,即良好的油墨转移吸收性,有一定的平滑度、纸质压缩性和柔软性好,同 时要求遮盖性;其次则要求装饰原纸具有良好的吸收性,经浸渍能吸收三聚氰胺 树脂。装饰原纸的质量直接决定着人造板表面修饰质量和人造板产品的品质, 目前装饰原纸耐磨性差,易收缩变形,导致人造板表面修饰质量和人造板产品 的品质降低。
为解决上述问题,本申请中提出一种低收缩耐磨装饰原纸及其制备方法。
发明内容
(一)发明目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种低收缩耐磨装饰原纸 及其制备方法,本发明采用的明矾带正电荷,在造纸工艺中是一种桥连剂,能 使浆纤维与胶连在一起,提高装饰原纸的耐磨性;阴离子中性分散松香胶加入 可以改善胶粘剂的开放时间、强度、耐低温性、柔软性和粘合功能;碳纤维尺 寸稳定性、耐磨性好;纳米耐磨剂在原纸表面形成孔洞,增强填料附着的牢固 性,进而提高纸张的抗静电、防水及耐磨性能;生产时分类处理原料,增大原 料的融合度,最终实现装饰原纸成品低收缩、耐磨的特性。

为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种低收缩耐磨装饰原纸,按照重量配比, 其组成份数包括纸桨150-200份、钛白粉30-40份、硫化钠15-20份、氢氧化 钠15-20份、纳米耐磨剂0.2-0.5份、PEO 20-25份、PAM 20-25份、改性淀粉 50-100份、明矾10-15份、阴离子中性分散松香胶20-40份、碳纤维0.1-0.2 份、消泡剂20-40份、分散剂20-40份。
优选的,按照重量配比,其组成份数包括纸桨150份、钛白粉30份、硫化 钠15份、氢氧化钠15份、纳米耐磨剂0.2份、PEO 20份、PAM 20份、改性淀 粉50份、明矾10份、阴离子中性分散松香胶20份、碳纤维0.1份、消泡剂20 份、分散剂20份。

本发明又提供了一种制备如上述低收缩耐磨装饰原纸的方法,步骤包括:
S1、取初浆,调量、稀释、除渣、筛选和除气,获得纸浆;
S2、按重量配比,取钛白粉、硫化钠、氢氧化钠、PEO、PAM、改性淀粉、 明矾和阴离子中性分散松香胶和消泡剂,并加入1-2倍体积的水,搅拌、混合, 制得混合液a;混合时温度为80°-100°;
S3、按重量配比,取纳米耐磨剂、碳纤维、分散剂并加入1-2倍体积的水, 搅拌、混合,制得混合液b;混合时温度为150°-180°;
S4、将混合液b与混合液a混合,得到混合液c,并保持加工温度为100° -120°;
S5、将S1和S4中的溶液按比例混合,制得成品浆料;设置混合压力为50KPa, 混合温度为100°-120°,pH 8-9;

本发明的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
本发明中,采用的明矾带正电荷,在造纸工艺中是一种桥连剂,能使浆纤 维与胶连在一起,提高装饰原纸的耐磨性;阴离子中性分散松香胶加入可以改 善胶粘剂的开放时间、强度、耐低温性、柔软性和粘合功能;碳纤维尺寸稳定 性、耐磨性好;纳米耐磨剂在原纸表面形成孔洞,增强填料附着的牢固性,进 而提高纸张的抗静电、防水及耐磨性能;此外在制备过程中,将生产原料根据 自身特性分开混合、搅拌,增大原料的融合度,最终实现装饰原纸成品低收缩、 耐磨的特性。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面结合具体实施方 式,对本发明进一步详细说明。应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要 限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述, 以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种低收缩耐磨装饰原纸,按照重量配比,其组成份数包括 纸桨180份、钛白粉35份、硫化钠17份、氢氧化钠17份、纳米耐磨剂0.3份、 PEO 22份、PAM 21份、改性淀粉80份、明矾13份、阴离子中性分散松香胶30 份、碳纤维0.2份、消泡剂30份、分散剂30份。
在一个可选的实施例中,纸桨由秸秆、蔗渣、废纸和废弃木材原料经过碎 桨和磨浆后制得。
在一个可选的实施例中,纳米耐磨剂为二氧化硅、碳酸钙、三氧化二铁中 任意一种或多种混合。
在一个可选的实施例中,分散剂为丁基萘磺酸钠甲醛与萘磺酸的缩合物。
在一个可选的实施例中,消泡剂为甘油。
本发明又提供了一种制备如上述低收缩耐磨装饰原纸的方法,步骤包括:
S1、取初浆,调量、稀释、除渣、筛选和除气,获得纸浆;
S2、按重量配比,取钛白粉、硫化钠、氢氧化钠、PEO、PAM、改性淀粉、 明矾和阴离子中性分散松香胶和消泡剂,并加入1-2倍体积的水,搅拌、混合, 制得混合液a;混合时温度为80°-100°;
S3、按重量配比,取纳米耐磨剂、碳纤维、分散剂并加入1-2倍体积的水, 搅拌、混合,制得混合液b;混合时温度为150°-180°;
S4、将混合液b与混合液a混合,得到混合液c,并保持加工温度为100° -120°;
S5、将S1和S4中的溶液按比例混合,制得成品浆料;设置混合压力为50KPa, 混合温度为100°-120°,pH 8-9;
S6、成品浆料通过重力、真空抽吸、刮刀作用完成脱水,形成湿纸张;
S7、采用机械法挤出湿纸张的水分;
S8、对湿纸张干燥;
S9、压光、卷取、分切和复卷。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种低收缩耐磨装饰原纸,按照重量配比,其组成份数包括 纸桨200份、钛白粉40份、硫化钠20份、氢氧化钠20份、纳米耐磨剂0.5份、 PEO25份、PAM25份、改性淀粉100份、明矾15份、阴离子中性分散松香胶40 份、碳纤维0.2份、消泡剂40份、分散剂40份。
在一个可选的实施例中,纸桨由秸秆、蔗渣、废纸和废弃木材原料经过碎 桨和磨浆后制得。

本发明中,采用的明矾带正电荷,在造纸工艺中是一种桥连剂,能使浆纤 维与胶连在一起,提高装饰原纸的耐磨性;阴离子中性分散松香胶加入可以改 善胶粘剂的开放时间、强度、耐低温性、柔软性和粘合功能;碳纤维尺寸稳定 性、耐磨性好;纳米耐磨剂在原纸表面形成孔洞,增强填料附着的牢固性,进 而提高纸张的抗静电、防水及耐磨性能;此外在制备过程中,将生产原料根据 自身特性分开混合、搅拌,增大原料的融合度,最终实现装饰原纸成品低收缩、 耐磨的特性。

1.一种低收缩耐磨装饰原纸,其特征在于,按照重量配比,其组成份数包括纸桨150-200份、钛白粉30-40份、硫化钠15-20份、氢氧化钠15-20份、纳米耐磨剂0.2-0.5份、PEO 20-25份、PAM 20-25份、改性淀粉50-100份、明矾10-15份、阴离子中性分散松香胶20-40份、碳纤维0.1-0.2份、消泡剂20-40份、分散剂20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低收缩耐磨装饰原纸,其特征在于,其特征在于,按照重量配比,其组成份数包括纸桨150份、钛白粉30份、硫化钠15份、氢氧化钠15份、纳米耐磨剂0.2份、PEO 20份、PAM 20份、改性淀粉50份、明矾10份、阴离子中性分散松香胶20份、碳纤维0.1份、消泡剂20份、分散剂20份。

8.根据权利要求1所述的一种低收缩耐磨装饰原纸,其特征在于,消泡剂为甘油。
9.一种制备如权利要求1-8任一项所述低收缩耐磨装饰原纸的方法,其特征在于,制备步骤包括:
S1、取初浆,调量、稀释、除渣、筛选和除气,获得纸浆;
S2、按重量配比,取钛白粉、硫化钠、氢氧化钠、PEO、PAM、改性淀粉、明矾和阴离子中性分散松香胶和消泡剂,并加入1-2倍体积的水,搅拌、混合,制得混合液a;混合时温度为80°-100°;
S3、按重量配比,取纳米耐磨剂、碳纤维、分散剂并加入1-2倍体积的水,搅拌、混合,制得混合液b;混合时温度为150°-180°;
S4、将混合液b与混合液a混合,得到混合液c,并保持加工温度为100°-120°;
S5、将S1和S4中的溶液按比例混合,制得成品浆料;设置混合压力为50KPa,混合温度为100°-120°,pH 8-9;
S6、成品浆料通过重力、真空抽吸、刮刀作用完成脱水,形成湿纸张;
