技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂组合物和使用其的圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
用作圆锥滚子轴承等滚动轴承中使用的润滑剂的润滑脂组合物一般由增稠剂、基油和添加剂三者构成。例如,圆锥滚子轴承作为支撑以铁路车辆、汽车为代表的车辆的车轴的轴承被广泛使用。作为一例,作为支撑汽车的车轴的滚动轴承,如非专利文献1、非专利文献2中记载的那样,转动体有使用珠子的球型轮毂单元、使用圆锥滚子的锥型轮毂单元等,在以SUV、小型卡车为代表的大型车、商用卡车等车体质量重的汽车中,为了支撑更大的负荷,应用了使用圆锥滚子的锥型轮毂单元、圆锥滚子轴承。但在使用锥型轮毂单元、圆锥滚子轴承的情况下,虽然支撑了更大的负荷,但与球型轮毂单元相比,以滚柱端面与凸缘部、滚柱与保持器的润滑为代表的滑动润滑的位置多,磨耗、剥离会成为问题。
此外,如非专利文献3中记载的那样,为了提高汽车的燃油效率,对于变速器等中使用的圆锥滚子轴承,低扭矩化的要求也在不断提高,与球型轴承相比,锥型轴承的轴承扭矩高,低扭矩化成为课题。
进一步,伴随使用环境的扩大,使用温度也扩展至更低的温度,低温环境下货车输送时等发生的微动磨耗、低温起动性等与润滑剂的低温流动性相关的低温性的要求也在不断提高。
因此,作为在使用圆锥滚子的锥型轮毂单元、圆锥滚子轴承中适用的润滑脂组合物,有必要提高耐磨耗性、低扭矩性、低温性。
作为考虑了使用圆锥滚子的锥型轮毂单元、圆锥滚子轴承的耐久性、耐微动磨损性的润滑脂组合物,提出了增稠剂中使用芳香族二脲、基油中使用矿物油和/或合成烃油、添加剂中使用有机钼化合物的润滑脂(专利文献1),但并未提及低扭矩性、低温性。此外,作为抑制低温环境下的微动磨耗的润滑脂组合物,提出了增稠剂中使用脂环式脂肪族二脲、基油中使用矿物油、添加剂使用磷酸胺的润滑脂组合物(专利文献2),但没有关于低温起动性的记载,此外,关于低温环境下的微动磨耗,假设的也是转动体为珠子的情况,而不是圆锥滚子。
如上所述,对于在使用圆锥滚子的锥型轮毂单元、圆锥滚子轴承中适用的润滑脂组合物,结合近年来使用环境的扩展,要求耐磨耗性、低扭矩性、低温性。

发明所要解决的课题
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种在圆锥滚子轴承中具有优异的耐磨耗性、耐剥离性、低扭矩性、低温性的润滑脂组合物。
用于解决课题的方法
1.一种圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,含有下述(a)~(d)的成分:
(a)作为添加剂的选自由金属基的价数为2价的金属盐组成的组的至少1种化合物,
(b)基油,含有基油整体40%的以上的、粘度指数为110以上且倾点为-35℃以下的合成油,
(c)增稠剂,以及
(d)抗氧化剂。
2.根据前述第1项所述的圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,前述(a)成分由下述式(1)或下述式(2)表示。

3.根据前述第1或2项所述的圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,前述(a)成分为选自由有机磺酸钙、有机磺酸锌、碳酸钙和碳酸锌组成的组的至少一种。
4.根据前述1~3中任一项所述的圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,前述(b)成分所含的合成油为选自由合成烃油组成的组的至少一种。
5.根据前述1~4中任一项所述的圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,前述(b)成分所含的合成油40℃时的运动粘度为15~5000mm2/s,且前述(b)成分整体40℃时的运动粘度为20~300mm2/s。
6.根据前述1~5中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,前述(c)成分为选自由脲化合物和Li皂系化合物组成的组的至少一种。
7.根据前述第6项所述的圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,前述脲化合物为下述式(3)所示的二脲化合物。

8.根据前述第6项所述的圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,前述Li皂系化合物Li复合物,前述Li复合物为选自琥珀酸、丙二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、壬二酸和癸二酸的至少一种二元酸的锂盐与至少一种脂肪族羧酸的锂盐的混合物。
9.根据前述1~8中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,前述(d)抗氧化剂含有选自由胺系抗氧化剂和苯酚系抗氧化剂组成的组的至少一种。
10.根据前述1~9中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,前述抗氧化剂为选自由烷基二苯胺、N-苯基-α-萘胺、3-(4’-羟基-3’,5’-二叔丁基苯基)丙酸-正十八烷基酯、2,6-二叔丁基-对甲酚(BHT)、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-亚丁基双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、2,6-二叔丁基-苯酚、2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚、叔丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、4,4’-亚丁基双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-亚甲基双(2,3-二叔丁基苯酚)和4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)组成的组的至少一种。

发明效果
本发明的润滑脂组合物在圆锥滚子轴承中具有优异的耐磨耗性、耐剥离性、低扭矩性、低温性。
具体实施方式
<(a)添加剂>
本发明中使用的添加剂以选自由金属基的价数为2价的金属盐组成的组的至少1种化合物为必需成分。金属盐可以是与有机酸或无机酸的盐。
作为金属基的价数为2价的有机金属盐,优选为下述式(1)所示的化合物。

式中,R4表示烷基、烯基、烷基萘基、二烷基萘基、烷基苯基和石油高沸点馏分残基。前述烷基或烯基为直链或支链,碳数为2~22。M1表示碱土金属或锌。M1优选为钙或锌,更优选为钙。
作为本发明中使用的有机磺酸金属盐,可列举烷基苯磺酸的钙盐或锌盐、二壬基萘磺酸的钙盐或锌盐、或它们的高碱性盐等。其中,优选为烷基苯磺酸的钙盐的高碱性盐和二壬基萘磺酸的锌盐。
从耐磨耗性和低扭矩性的观点出发,有机磺酸金属盐的总碱值(TBN)优选为0.1~500mgKOH/g,更优选为作为高碱性的50~500mgKOH/g,进一步优选为300~500mgKOH/g。需说明的是,并用2种以上有机磺酸金属盐时,优选多种总碱值的合计在上述范围内。
特别优选含有TBN为300~500mgKOH/g的烷基苯磺酸的钙盐的高碱性盐。
有机金属盐的含量优选为润滑脂组合物的0.1~10质量%,更优选为0.3~7质量%,进一步优选为0.5~4质量%。
作为金属基的价数为2价的无机金属盐,优选为下述式(2)所示的碳酸盐。

作为金属基的价数为2价的碳酸盐,优选为选自由碳酸钙和碳酸锌组成的组的至少一种。
无机金属盐的含量优选为润滑脂组合物的0.1~10质量%,更优选为0.5~7质量%,进一步优选为1~6质量%。
本发明的组合物优选含有金属基的价数为2价的有机金属盐和金属基的价数为2价的无机金属盐双方。本发明的组合物含有金属基的价数为2价的有机金属盐和金属基的价数为2价的无机金属盐双方时,以本发明的组合物的总质量为基准,合计量优选为0.2~10质量%,更优选为2~8质量%,进一步优选为4~7质量%。
<(b)基油>
本发明的润滑脂组合物中使用的基油以粘度指数为110以上且倾点为-35℃以下的合成油为必需成分。
从低温性和低扭矩性的观点出发,合成油的粘度指数更优选为120以上,进一步优选为125以上,进一步优选为130以上。
从低温性的观点出发,合成油的倾点优选为-35℃以下,更优选为-40℃以下,进一步优选为-50℃以下,特别优选为-60℃以下。
从低温性的观点出发,含有合成油的基油中合成油的比例为40质量%以上。更优选为50质量%以上,进一步优选为60质量%以上。特别优选为80质量%以上。
从耐磨耗性、耐剥离性和低扭矩性的观点出发,基油整体的粘度指数优选为100以上,更优选为110以上,进一步优选为125以上。
从低温性的观点出发,基油整体的倾点优选为-20℃以下,更优选为-30℃以下,进一步优选为-35℃以下,进一步更优选为-40℃以下,特别优选为-50℃以下,尤其优选为-60℃以下。
从低温性和低扭矩性的观点出发,合成油40℃时的运动粘度优选为15~5000mm2/s,更优选为15mm2/s~1000mm2/s,进一步优选为15~400mm2/s。
从耐磨耗性、耐剥离性和低扭矩性的观点出发,基油整体40℃时的运动粘度优选为20~300mm2/s,更优选为30~200mm2/s,进一步优选为30~100mm2/s,特别优选为50~80mm2/s。
含有合成油的基油中的合成油优选含有选自醚系合成油、酯系合成油、合成烃油的至少一种。
从低扭矩性和低温性的观点出发,更优选为合成烃油。
作为醚系合成油,优选为烷基二苯基醚系合成油。
作为酯系合成油,可列举单酯、二酯、多元醇酯、复合酯等所有的酯系合成油,可以单独使用一种,也可以适当配合2种以上的酯系合成油。特别优选为多元醇酯。作为多元醇酯,优选为三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇、二季戊四醇等新戊基型多元醇与碳数2~36的脂肪族直链状或支链状的饱和或不饱和单羧酸的酯。具体地,可列举三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇、二季戊四醇等新戊基型多元醇与正乙酸、正丙酸、正丁酸、正戊酸、2-甲基戊酸、2-乙基戊酸、正己酸、2-甲基己酸、2-乙基己酸、正庚酸、正辛酸、正壬酸、正癸酸、正十一烷酸、正十二烷酸、正十三烷酸、正十四烷酸、正十五烷酸、正十六烷酸、正十七烷酸、正十八烷酸等碳数2~36脂肪族直链状或支链状单羧酸的酯。优选为使多种脂肪酸与1种新戊基型多元醇反应而得到的酯。多种脂肪酸中,优选至少1种为支链脂肪酸。特别优选为季戊四醇与碳数7~10的直链或支链脂肪酸的脂肪酸混合物的酯或二季戊四醇与碳数7~10的直链或支链脂肪酸混合物的酯。进一步特别优选为季戊四醇与2-甲基己酸、正庚酸、正辛酸的混合物的酯。
作为合成烃油,优选为聚α-烯烃、聚丁烯、乙烯α烯烃共聚物。
从耐磨耗性、耐剥离性和低扭矩性的观点出发,本发明的基油所含的合成油最优选仅包含聚α烯烃。其中,从低温性的观点出发,优选仅包含粘度指数为125以上的聚α烯烃。尤其优选仅包含粘度指数为125以上且倾点为-60℃以下的聚α烯烃。
本发明的组合物中基油的比例优选为70质量%以上,更优选为75~90质量%,进一步优选为75~85质量%。
本发明的组合物中的基油以合成油为必需成分,除此以外没有特别限定,也可以使用2种以上的合成油,也可以并用矿物油。
<(c)增稠剂>
本发明的润滑脂组合物中使用的增稠剂没有特别限定。作为优选例,可列举以二脲为代表的脲系增稠剂、以Li皂、复合Li皂为代表的Li皂系增稠剂、以有机化粘土、二氧化硅为代表的无机系增稠剂、以PTFE为代表的有机系增稠剂等。特别优选的是脲系增稠剂和Li皂系增稠剂。
作为脲系增稠剂,优选为下述式(3)所示的二脲化合物。
R1-NHCONH-R2-NHCONH-R3(3)
(式中,R2为碳数6~15的2价芳香族烃基,R1和R3可以相同也可以互不相同,表示碳原子数6~30的烷基、或环己基,环己基的摩尔数相对于环己基和烷基的总摩尔数的比例[{(环己基的数)/(环己基的数+烷基的数)}×100]为0~90摩尔%。)
作为R2,优选为甲苯二异氰酸酯或二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,更优选为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
环己基的摩尔数相对于环己基和烷基的总摩尔数的比例[{(环己基的数)/(环己基的数+烷基的数)}×100]优选为0或50~90摩尔%。更优选为50~90摩尔%。进一步优选为70~90摩尔%,特别优选为80~90摩尔%。
碳原子数6~30的烷基优选为选自碳原子数为8和18的至少一种。
式(3)的二脲化合物例如可以通过在基油中使规定的二异氰酸酯与规定的单胺反应而获得。二异氰酸酯的优选具体例为二苯基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯。作为单胺,可列举脂肪族胺、脂环式胺或它们的混合物。作为脂肪族胺的具体例,可列举辛胺、壬胺、癸胺、十一胺、十二胺、十三胺、十四胺、十五胺、十六胺、十七胺、十八胺、十九胺、二十胺和油胺等。作为脂环式胺的具体例,可列举环己胺、二环己胺等。将二异氰酸酯与脂肪族胺的反应物称为脂肪族二脲(即式(3)中环己基的摩尔数为0%的化合物)。将二异氰酸酯与脂肪族胺和脂环式胺的混合物的反应物称为脂环式脂肪族二脲(即式(3)中环己基的摩尔数超过0%且为90%以下的化合物)。作为本发明的二脲系增稠剂,优选为脂环式脂肪族二脲。
作为Li皂,优选为硬脂酸锂、12-羟基硬脂酸锂,更优选为12-羟基硬脂酸锂。
作为复合Li皂,可列举硬脂酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等脂肪族羧酸的锂盐与二元酸锂盐的复合物等。作为二元酸,可列举琥珀酸、丙二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸等。优选为壬二酸、癸二酸。作为复合Li皂,优选为选自琥珀酸、丙二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、壬二酸和癸二酸的至少一种二元酸的锂盐与至少一种脂肪族羧酸的锂盐的混合物。特别优选为作为壬二酸的锂盐与12-羟基硬脂酸的锂盐的混合物的复合Li皂。
本发明的润滑脂组合物中增稠剂的含量根据增稠剂种类的不同而不同。本发明的润滑脂组合物的稠度优选为200~400,更优选为250~350。增稠剂的含量是获得该稠度所必需的量。本发明的润滑脂组合物中,增稠剂的含量通常为3~30质量%,优选为5~25质量%,更优选为7~15质量%。从耐热性的观点出发,本发明的润滑脂组合物的滴点优选为200℃以上,更优选为230℃以上。
<(d)抗氧化剂>
抗氧化剂作为润滑脂的氧化劣化抑制剂而为人知晓。作为本发明中可使用的抗氧化剂,可列举胺系抗氧化剂、苯酚系抗氧化剂等。
作为胺系抗氧化剂,可列举烷基二苯胺(例如N-苯基苯胺与2.4.4-三甲基戊烯的反应产物)、N-正丁基-对氨基苯酚、4,4’-四甲基-二氨基二苯基甲烷、α-萘胺、N-苯基-α-萘胺、吩噻嗪等。优选为烷基二苯胺和N-苯基-α-萘胺,更优选为N-苯基苯胺与2.4.4-三甲基戊烯的反应产物。
作为苯酚系抗氧化剂,可列举3-(4’-羟基-3’,5‘-二叔丁基苯基)丙酸-正十八烷基酯、2,6-二叔丁基-对甲酚(BHT)、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-亚丁基双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、2,6-二叔丁基-苯酚、2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚、叔丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、4,4’-亚丁基双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-亚甲基双(2,3-二叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)等。优选为3-(4’-羟基-3’,5‘-二叔丁基苯基)丙酸-正十八烷基酯。
从效果和经济性方面出发,相对于本发明的组合物的总质量,抗氧化剂的含量通常为0.1~10质量%,优选为0.5~5质量%,更优选为1~4质量%。
本发明的润滑脂组合物可以根据需要进一步含有任何添加剂。
〔防锈剂〕
通过含有防锈剂,可以提供即使在接触水的情况下也不会生锈或难以生锈的润滑脂组合物。作为防锈剂,例如可以适当使用胺系防锈剂;羧酸及其衍生物:烯基琥珀酸酐、烯基琥珀酸酯、烯基琥珀酸半酯;羧酸盐:脂肪酸、二元酸、环烷酸、羊毛酯脂肪酸、烯基琥珀酸等的胺盐;钝化剂:亚硝酸Na、钼酸Na等;酯:山梨糖醇三油酸酯、山梨糖醇单油酸酯等;金属防腐蚀剂:苯并三唑或其衍生物、氧化锌等。
从效果和经济性方面出发,相对于本发明的组合物的总质量,防锈剂的含量通常为0.05~5质量%,优选为0.10~4质量%,更优选为0.25~3质量%。
〔极压剂〕
磷系化合物:磷酸三甲苯酯、三-2-乙基己基磷酸酯、磷酸胺、硫代磷酸三苯基酯及其衍生物等;硫系化合物:二苄基二硫、各种多硫化物等;硫-磷系化合物:硫代磷酸三苯基酯;有机金属系极压剂:二烷基二硫代磷酸的Zn、Mo、Sb、Bi等盐、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸的Zn、Mo、Sb、Ni、Cu、Bi等盐等;其他:无灰二硫代氨基甲酸酯、无灰二硫代磷酸酯氨基甲酸酯等;固体润滑剂:二硫化钼、石墨、PTFE、MCA等。
优选含有选自磷酸胺、硫代磷酸三苯基酯及其衍生物、二烷基二硫代磷酸的Zn、Mo、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸的Zn、Mo的至少一种,进一步优选含有选自磷酸胺和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸的Mo盐的至少一种。作为磷酸胺,优选为叔烷基-二甲基磷酸酯。作为二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸的Mo盐,优选为二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)。作为磷酸胺,可以利用R.T.Vanderbilt公司制Vanlube672(叔烷基胺-二甲基磷酸盐)等市售品。
MoDTC的优选例可以用下述式(4)表示。
[R5R6N-CS-S]2-Mo2OmSn式(4)
式中,R5和R6可以相同也可以互不相同,各自独立地表示碳数1~24,优选表示3~18的直链或支链烷基,m为0~3,n为4~1,m+n=4。
极压剂的含量是通用的量,通常,相对于润滑脂组合物整体为0.1~10质量%左右。优选为0.3~5质量%,更优选为0.5~3质量%。
<适用部件>
使用本发明的组合物的机械部件没有特别限定,优选为圆锥滚子轴承,特别优选为铁路车辆、汽车的车轴中使用的圆锥滚子轴承。
实施例
含有脂环式脂肪族二脲(实施例1~12、比较例1~4)作为增稠剂的润滑脂组合物是:在基油中,相对于1摩尔4.4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,按原料胺(环己胺与硬脂胺,摩尔比为环己胺:硬脂胺=7:1)为2摩尔的比率进行规定量的反应,加热、冷却,制成基础润滑脂。将规定量的各添加剂与基油混合,加入至基础润滑脂中充分混合,用三辊轧机混炼,制造工作锥入度250~350(JIS K2220)、滴点260℃以上(JIS K2220)的润滑脂组合物。
含有脂肪族二脲(实施例13)作为增稠剂的润滑脂组合物是:在基油中,相对于1摩尔4.4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,按原料胺(辛胺与硬脂胺,摩尔比为辛胺:硬脂胺=5:5)为2摩尔的比率进行规定量的反应,加热、冷却,制成基础润滑脂。将规定量的各添加剂与基油混合,加入至基础润滑脂中充分混合,用三辊轧机混炼,制造工作锥入度300(JIS K2220)、滴点260℃以上(JIS K2220)的润滑脂组合物。
含有复合Li皂(实施例14)作为增稠剂的润滑脂组合物是:在基油中投入壬二酸和12羟基硬脂酸,加温后,添加氢氧化锂水溶液,再次加热后,冷却,制成基础润滑脂。将规定量的各添加剂与基油混合,加入至基础润滑脂中充分混合,用三辊轧机混炼,制造工作锥入度300(JIS K2220)、滴点260℃以上(JIS K2220)的润滑脂组合物。
各润滑脂的制造中使用的成分的详细信息如下。
(a)添加剂
有机磺酸钙盐A:高碱性的烷基苯磺酸的钙盐(碱值:405)
有机磺酸钙盐B:二壬基萘磺酸的钙盐(碱值:0.26)
有机磺酸锌盐A:二壬基萘磺酸的锌盐(碱值:0.50)
有机磺酸钠盐A:烷基萘磺酸的钠盐(碱值:0.20)
碳酸钙A:CaCO3(平均粒径2μm)
碳酸铝A:Al2(CO3)3(平均粒径4μm)
需说明的是,碱值是按照JIS K 2501测得的值。
(b)基油
合成烃油A:聚α烯烃(40℃运动粘度:62.1.1mm2/s;100℃:9.93mm2/s;倾点:-60℃;粘度指数:145)
矿物油A:精制矿物油(40℃运动粘度:102mm2/s;100℃:11.3mm2/s;倾点:-12.5;粘度指数97)
矿物油B:精制矿物油(40℃运动粘度:40.3mm2/s;100℃:6.24mm2/s;倾点:-12.5;粘度指数101)
需说明的是,基油40℃时的运动粘度按照JIS K 2283.来测定。基油的倾点按照JIS K 2269来测定。粘度指数按照JIS K 2283算出。
(d)抗氧化剂
胺系抗氧化剂A:烷基二苯胺(N-苯基苯胺与2.4.4-三甲基戊烯的反应产物,CasNo.68411-46-1)
<试验方法和判定>
〔耐磨耗性和耐剥离性(FE8)〕
·评价方法
试验通过基于DIN 51819的、使用圆锥滚子轴承的FE8耐久试验来进行。试验时间内,运转初期的48h设为适应时间。将试验条件示于下文。
轴承形式:31312,马达侧和反马达侧各组装有一个圆锥滚子轴承。
试验温度:160℃(适应运转时的试验温度为室温)
试验时间:500h
转数:750rpm
润滑脂合计量:400cm3
马达侧轴承;外轮轨道:25cm3;外轮轨道:25cm3;滚柱:75cm3
反马达侧轴承;外轮轨道:25cm3;外轮轨道:25cm3;滚柱:75cm3
马达侧轴承与反马达侧轴承的间隔:150cm3
试验荷重:轴向负荷20kN
测定项目:磨耗量(g)
<评价>
计算马达侧与反马达侧的试验前外轮、内轮、滚柱、保持器的总质量与试验后外轮、内轮、滚柱、保持器的总质量的差值,将其平均值作为测定结果。

〔低扭矩性(FE8)〕
·评价方法
试验通过基于DIN 51819的、使用圆锥滚子轴承的FE8耐久试验来进行。试验时间内,运转初期的48h设为适应时间。将试验条件示于下文。
轴承形式:31312,马达侧和反马达侧各组装有一个圆锥滚子轴承。
试验温度:160℃(适应运转时的试验温度为室温)

如表1所示,可知,本发明的实施例1~14的润滑剂组合物通过含有金属基的价数为2价的有机金属盐或无机金属盐作为添加剂,与含有金属基的价数为1价的有机金属盐作为添加剂的比较例1、含有金属基的价数为3价的无机金属盐作为添加剂的比较例2相比,耐磨耗性和耐剥离性、低扭矩性良好。此外还可知,通过含有规定比例的合成油,与不含合成油的比较例3相比,低温性良好。此外还可知,通过含有抗氧化剂,与不含抗氧化剂的比较例4相比,耐磨耗性和耐剥离性良好。

Claims (11)

1.一种圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,含有下述(a)~(d)的成分:
(a)作为添加剂的选自由金属基的价数为2价的金属盐组成的组的至少1种化合物,
(b)基油,含有基油整体40%的以上的、粘度指数为110以上且倾点为-35℃以下的合成油,
(c)增稠剂,以及
(d)抗氧化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,所述(a)成分由下述式(1)或下述式(2)表示:

式(1)中,R4表示烷基、烯基、烷基萘基、二烷基萘基、烷基苯基和石油高沸点馏分残基;所述烷基或烯基为直链或支链,碳数为2~22;M1表示碱土金属或锌,
M2CO3 式(2)
式(2)中,M2表示碱土金属或锌。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,所述(a)成分为选自由有机磺酸钙、有机磺酸锌、碳酸钙和碳酸锌组成的组的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,所述(b)成分所含的合成油为选自由合成烃油组成的组的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,所述(b)成分所含的合成油40℃时的运动粘度为15~5000mm2/s,且所述(b)成分整体40℃时的运动粘度为20~300mm2/s。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,所述(c)成分为选自由脲化合物和Li皂系化合物组成的组的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,所述脲化合物为下述式(3)所示的二脲化合物,

式中,R2为碳数6~15的2价芳香族烃基,R1和R3可以相同也可以互不相同,表示碳原子数6~30的烷基、或环己基,环己基的摩尔数相对于环己基和烷基的总摩尔数的比例即{(环己基的数)/(环己基的数+烷基的数)}×100为0~90摩尔%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,所述Li皂系化合物为Li复合物,所述Li复合物为选自琥珀酸、丙二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、壬二酸和癸二酸的至少一种二元酸的锂盐与至少一种脂肪族羧酸的锂盐的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,所述(d)抗氧化剂含有选自由胺系抗氧化剂和苯酚系抗氧化剂组成的组的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1~9中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,所述抗氧化剂为选自由烷基二苯胺、N-苯基-α-萘胺、3-(4’-羟基-3’,5’-二叔丁基苯基)丙酸-正十八烷基酯、2,6-二叔丁基-对甲酚(BHT)、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-亚丁基双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、2,6-二叔丁基-苯酚、2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚、叔丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、4,4’-亚丁基双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-亚甲基双(2,3-二叔丁基苯酚)和4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)组成的组的至少一种。
11.根据权利要求1~10中任一项所述的圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物,所述圆锥滚子轴承用润滑脂组合物的滴点为230℃以上。
