本发明涉及模塑面板印刷技术领域,且公开了一种模塑面板的印刷工艺,包括以下步骤:首先将模塑面板进行清洗,在其表面依次进行三次着色油墨的涂覆,涂覆两次后需要将表面的位置进行打磨酸洗,最后喷涂过油墨之后,再将完成的模塑面板进行打磨和清洗,再将模塑面板进行烘干即可。该模塑面板的印刷工艺,着色油墨的三层叠加涂覆能够很好的增加此模塑面板的使用时长,帮助其外部的着色保持常新,有利于此模塑面板实用性的提高,而且其印刷过程中的酸洗步骤也帮助提高了模塑面板的平整性,进一步增加了油墨的显色时长,同时此模塑面板加工的步骤较少,便于节约成本,增加印刷的效率。

一种模塑面板的印刷工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及模塑面板印刷技术领域,具体为一种模塑面板的印刷工艺。
背景技术
模塑多意为塑料成型加工的一种,在压力下(一般还同时加热),借助模具或口模使塑料材料成型的过程,现有的模塑面板大多指以苯乙烯通过悬浮聚合、充模、蒸汽加热、发泡、冷却、养护而成的硬质泡沫材料,其生产过程是丙乙烯材料在常压状态下自由发泡,其发泡及养护过程经历数天,形成大板材后切割成为不同厚度的板材。
然而现有的模塑面板在印刷完成后,其印刷层具有易掉色,无法提高显色时长的缺点,不利于增加模塑面板的实用性,而且一般的印刷过程较为繁琐,不能够提高模塑面板的印刷简单效果。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种模塑面板的印刷工艺,具备提高了模塑面板显色时长和过程简便,利于加工的优点,解决了现有的模塑面板在印刷完成后,其印刷层具有易掉色,无法提高显色时长的缺点,不利于增加模塑面板的实用性,而且一般的印刷过程较为繁琐,不能够提高模塑面板印刷简单效果的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种模塑面板的印刷工艺,其步骤如下:
1)首先将需要进行印刷的模塑面板进行清洗,烘干完成后在其表面涂覆上一定的胶水,在模塑面板表面不进行印刷的位置铺设上防尘膜,随后在模塑面板的表面喷涂着色油墨;
2)将完成着色的模塑面板进行烘烤,放置于温度在120℃-140℃之间的热风机中进行时长为30分钟的初次烘烤,烘烤完成后,将模塑面板拿出,二次喷涂上着色油墨,并将涂上油墨的模塑面板放置于温度在160℃-180℃的热风机中进行二次烘干;
3)利用ph值为4的弱酸性水溶液对模塑面板进行擦洗,帮助擦洗掉其表面多余的颗粒,用砂纸在模塑面板的表面进行打磨,随后再利用着色油墨对模塑面板的表面进行三次喷涂,在温度为155℃的热风机中进行长达45分钟的烘干;
4)最后完成的模塑面板进行打磨和清洗,再将模塑面板进行烘干即可。
优选的,所述着色油墨的具体制备过程如下:1、将重量比为30%的钛白粉、16%-20%的饱和聚酯树脂、14%-24%的环氧树脂放置于搅拌装置中进行搅拌,同时搅拌装置需提高搅拌速度,使其速度提升至600r/min-800r/min,加工搅拌40分钟左右即可;2、再在混合材料的内部加入6%-12%的消泡剂、5%-20%的混合溶剂和6%-8%的颜料,利用120r/min-160r/min的搅拌装置对混合物进行搅拌,搅拌时长为100分钟,得到固液混合物;3、将固液混合物放置于温度为140℃的恒温箱中进行加热,加入5%的流化蓖麻油酸和3%的聚山梨酯,放入蒸馏罐中进行蒸发,得到油墨。
优选的,所述胶水配方为45%的聚氯乙烯胶粘剂、24%的乳液高分子胶、18%的丙烯酸酯压敏胶和13%的淀粉溶液,搅拌混合加热后得到成品。
优选的,所述防尘膜的厚度需小于等于1mm,且防尘膜采用的材质为聚乙烯,所述防尘膜与模塑面板为吸附连接。
优选的,所述弱酸性水溶液的内部溶解有碳酸氢钠,且碳酸氢钠的溶解比例为12%。
优选的,所述热风机的内部直径大于等于1200mm。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种模塑面板的印刷工艺,具备以下有益效果:
该模塑面板的印刷工艺,着色油墨的三层叠加涂覆能够很好的增加此模塑面板的使用时长,帮助其外部的着色保持常新,有利于此模塑面板实用性的提高,而且其印刷过程中的酸洗步骤也帮助提高了模塑面板的平整性,进一步增加了油墨的显色时长,同时此模塑面板加工的步骤较少,便于节约成本,增加印刷的效率,着色油墨的制造较为便捷,从源头上提高色料的牢固性和显色性,便于此降低此模塑面板的印刷加工成本,防尘膜则用于保证颜料涂覆时的均匀性,帮助模塑面板印刷的正常进行。

实施例一:
一种模塑面板的印刷工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)首先将需要进行印刷的模塑面板进行清洗,烘干完成后在其表面涂覆上一定的胶水,在模塑面板表面不进行印刷的位置铺设上防尘膜,随后在模塑面板的表面喷涂着色油墨;
2)将完成着色的模塑面板进行烘烤,放置于温度在120℃-140℃之间的热风机中进行时长为30分钟的初次烘烤,烘烤完成后,将模塑面板拿出,二次喷涂上着色油墨,并将涂上油墨的模塑面板放置于温度在160℃-180℃的热风机中进行二次烘干;
3)利用ph值为4的弱酸性水溶液对模塑面板进行擦洗,帮助擦洗掉其表面多余的颗粒,用砂纸在模塑面板的表面进行打磨,随后再利用着色油墨对模塑面板的表面进行三次喷涂,在温度为155℃的热风机中进行长达45分钟的烘干;
4)最后完成的模塑面板进行打磨和清洗,再将模塑面板进行烘干即可。
实施例二:
一种模塑面板的印刷工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)首先将需要进行印刷的模塑面板进行清洗,烘干完成后在其表面涂覆上一定的胶水,在模塑面板表面不进行印刷的位置铺设上防尘膜,随后在模塑面板的表面喷涂着色油墨;
2)将完成着色的模塑面板进行烘烤,放置于温度在120℃-140℃之间的热风机中进行时长为35分钟的初次烘烤,烘烤完成后,将模塑面板拿出,二次喷涂上着色油墨,并将涂上油墨的模塑面板放置于温度在165℃-180℃的热风机中进行二次烘干;
3)利用ph值为4.2的弱酸性水溶液对模塑面板进行擦洗,帮助擦洗掉其表面多余的颗粒,用砂纸在模塑面板的表面进行打磨,随后再利用着色油墨对模塑面板的表面进行三次喷涂,在温度为170℃的热风机中进行长达60分钟的烘干;
4)最后完成的模塑面板进行打磨和清洗,再将模塑面板进行烘干即可。
实施例三:
一种模塑面板的印刷工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)首先将需要进行印刷的模塑面板进行清洗,烘干完成后在其表面涂覆上一定的胶水,在模塑面板表面不进行印刷的位置铺设上防尘膜,随后在模塑面板的表面喷涂着色油墨;
2)将完成着色的模塑面板进行烘烤,放置于温度在120℃-140℃之间的热风机中进行时长为40分钟的初次烘烤,烘烤完成后,将模塑面板拿出,二次喷涂上着色油墨,并将涂上油墨的模塑面板放置于温度在170℃-180℃的热风机中进行二次烘干;
3)利用ph值为4.4的弱酸性水溶液对模塑面板进行擦洗,帮助擦洗掉其表面多余的颗粒,用砂纸在模塑面板的表面进行打磨,随后再利用着色油墨对模塑面板的表面进行三次喷涂,在温度为185℃的热风机中进行长达75分钟的烘干;
4)最后完成的模塑面板进行打磨和清洗,再将模塑面板进行烘干即可。
本发明的有益效果是:该模塑面板的印刷工艺,着色油墨的三层叠加涂覆能够很好的增加此模塑面板的使用时长,帮助其外部的着色保持常新,有利于此模塑面板实用性的提高,而且其印刷过程中的酸洗步骤也帮助提高了模塑面板的平整性,进一步增加了油墨的显色时长,同时此模塑面板加工的步骤较少,便于节约成本,增加印刷的效率,着色油墨的制造较为便捷,从源头上提高色料的牢固性和显色性,便于此降低此模塑面板的印刷加工成本,防尘膜则用于保证颜料涂覆时的均匀性,帮助模塑面板印刷的正常进行。

Claims (6)

1.一种模塑面板的印刷工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
首先将需要进行印刷的模塑面板进行清洗,烘干完成后在其表面涂覆上一定的胶水,在模塑面板表面不进行印刷的位置铺设上防尘膜,随后在模塑面板的表面喷涂着色油墨;
将完成着色的模塑面板进行烘烤,放置于温度在120℃-140℃之间的热风机中进行时长为30分钟的初次烘烤,烘烤完成后,将模塑面板拿出,二次喷涂上着色油墨,并将涂上油墨的模塑面板放置于温度在160℃-180℃的热风机中进行二次烘干;
利用ph值为4的弱酸性水溶液对模塑面板进行擦洗,帮助擦洗掉其表面多余的颗粒,用砂纸在模塑面板的表面进行打磨,随后再利用着色油墨对模塑面板的表面进行三次喷涂,在温度为155℃的热风机中进行长达45分钟的烘干;
最后完成的模塑面板进行打磨和清洗,再将模塑面板进行烘干即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模塑面板的印刷工艺,其特征在于,所述着色油墨的具体制备过程如下:1、将重量比为30%的钛白粉、16%-20%的饱和聚酯树脂、14%-24%的环氧树脂放置于搅拌装置中进行搅拌,同时搅拌装置需提高搅拌速度,使其速度提升至600r/min-800r/min,加工搅拌40分钟左右即可;2、再在混合材料的内部加入6%-12%的消泡剂、5%-20%的混合溶剂和6%-8%的颜料,利用120r/min-160r/min的搅拌装置对混合物进行搅拌,搅拌时长为100分钟,得到固液混合物;3、将固液混合物放置于温度为140℃的恒温箱中进行加热,加入5%的流化蓖麻油酸和3%的聚山梨酯,放入蒸馏罐中进行蒸发,得到油墨。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种模塑面板的印刷工艺,其特征在于,所述胶水配方为45%的聚氯乙烯胶粘剂、24%的乳液高分子胶、18%的丙烯酸酯压敏胶和13%的淀粉溶液,搅拌混合加热后得到成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种模塑面板的印刷工艺,其特征在于,所述防尘膜的厚度需小于等于1mm,且防尘膜采用的材质为聚乙烯,所述防尘膜与模塑面板为吸附连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种模塑面板的印刷工艺,其特征在于,所述弱酸性水溶液的内部溶解有碳酸氢钠,且碳酸氢钠的溶解比例为12%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种模塑面板的印刷工艺,其特征在于,所述热风机的内部直径大于等于1200mm。
