Abstract

本发明公开了一种运动休闲鞋用无溶剂聚氨酯合成革的制造方法,包括按一定比例,将无溶剂面层用多元醇组份料A1与无溶剂面层用异氰酸组份料B1混合,搅拌均匀后立即浇注在离型纸上,刮涂成膜,加热固化形成无溶剂面层;再将发泡型无溶剂粘接层多元醇组份料A2与粘接层异氰酸组份料B2按比例混合搅拌均匀后刮涂在无溶剂面层上,加热预反应后与基布贴合,加热固化定型后与离型纸剥离即得成品。本发明使用的原材料以及制造过程均未添加任何有机溶剂,实现了合成革生产加工零溶剂使用,解决了目前市面上常规运动休闲鞋用聚氨酯合成革VOC含量高、气味重的问题;且生产工序简单,整个生产过程更加环保节能;是一种理想的环保型运动休闲鞋用聚氨酯合成革。

技术领域
本发明涉及合成革技术领域,具体涉及一种运动休闲鞋用无溶剂聚氨酯合成革的制造方法。
背景技术
目前来说,传统运动休闲鞋用合成革的生产方式基本为湿法底坯经干法贴面获得。生产过程中不可避免的需要添加大量的有机溶剂DMF等,由此获得的合成革产品溶剂残留量高、气味重。其次,虽然大部分的DMF能够回收再利用,但回收能耗高。总得来说,目前的生产方式越来越难以满足人们对节能环保方面的要求。而无溶剂聚氨酯合成革提供了一个很好的选择。其主要特点在于加工过程中不添加任何有机溶剂,从而在环保方面大大优于传统生产方式;其次只需一次干法贴面,省去湿法工序,工序简单,且无有机溶剂需要回收,大大的节约能耗。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种运动休闲鞋用无溶剂聚氨酯合成革的制造方法,本发明获得的运动鞋用无溶剂聚氨酯合成革健康环保,加工过程不含任何有机溶剂,且物性好,手感丰满,是一种理想的环保型运动鞋用聚氨酯合成革。
本发明解决技术问题,采用如下方案:
一种运动休闲鞋用无溶剂聚氨酯合成革的制造方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行:
(1) 按设定比例,将不发泡的无溶剂面层用多元醇组份料A1与无溶剂面层用异氰酸组份料B1混合,充分搅拌后立即浇注在离型纸上,均匀刮涂成膜,送入烘箱中加热进行固化交联反应,反应完全后即形成无溶剂面层;
(2) 将发泡型无溶剂粘接层多元醇组份料A2与粘接层异氰酸组份料B2按设定比例混合搅拌均匀,立即按一定厚度均匀刮涂在之前获得的无溶剂面层上,随后送入烘箱中进行一段时间的预反应;
(3) 将经预反应达到最佳贴合状态的的无溶剂粘接层立即与基布贴合,随后送入烘箱中充分加热固化定型,熟化完全后收卷与离型纸剥离即获得合成革成品。

步骤(1)中所述无溶剂面层用多元醇组份料A1与无溶剂面层用异氰酸组份料B1的质量配比如下:
面层用多元醇组份料A1 50-125份
面层用异氰酸组份料B1 50-125份
色浆 0-15份
步骤(2)中所述粘接层多元醇组份料A2与粘接层异氰酸组份料B2的质量配比如下:
粘接层多元醇组份料A2 60-180份
粘接层异氰酸组份料B2 60-180份
泡沫稳定剂 0-1份
色浆 0-10份
步骤(1)中面层用多元醇组份料A1和面层用异氰酸组份料B1的质量比为1:2.5—2.5:1,色浆按设定比例预先加入多元醇组份料A1中,再与异氰酸组份料B1按设定计量比投入高速搅拌器中,转速1500—3000r/min搅拌3—5s后均匀涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为8—30丝,送入烘箱中加热固化,烘箱温度为80—140℃,加热时间为1—5min,待充分反应完全后即得到无溶剂面层。
步骤(2)中粘接层多元醇组份料A2和粘接层异氰酸组份料B2的质量比为1:3—3:1,泡沫稳定剂与色浆按设定比例预先加入多元醇组份料A2中,再与异氰酸组份料B2按设定比例投入高速搅拌器中,转速3000—5000r/min搅拌3—10s后均匀涂覆在无溶剂面层上,涂覆厚度为20—100丝,预反应的烘箱温度为60—120℃,预反应时间为1—3min。
步骤(3)中基布为0.4—1.2mm厚度的针刺无纺布,与预反应的无溶剂粘接层贴合的层压间隙在50—150丝,交联固化的加热温度为100—150℃,反应时间为4—12min。
与已有技术相比,本发明有益效果体现在:
1、本发明制备的运动休闲鞋用无溶剂聚氨酯合成革在加工过程中不添加任何有机溶剂,加工过程中环保健康,成品溶剂含量为零,具有明显的环保优势;
2、本发明采用干法一次贴面工艺完成,减少了一般运动休闲鞋用聚氨酯合成革生产中的湿法工序,节约能耗,降低成本;
3、本发明制备的运动休闲鞋用无溶剂聚氨酯合成革结合了无溶剂聚氨酯组合料的优点,耐水解、耐磨等性能优越,且手感丰满、有弹性、皱折恢复性好。
具体实施方式
下面通过几个具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,但需要指出的是本发明的实施例中所表述的具体工艺条件以及物料配比等仅用于说明本发明,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡是根据本发明的精神实质所做的一些非本质的调整和改变,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
其中:无溶剂色浆MUE WHITE为昆山大恭精细化工有限公司产品;泡沫稳定剂DABCO 8154为美国气体公司产品;粘接层多元醇组份料C72063/1C-A和粘接层异氰酸组份料C36470/1C-B为巴斯夫公司产品;面层用多元醇组份料2050A、面层用异氰酸组分料2050B、粘接层多元醇组份料1080A以及粘接层异氰酸组份料1080B为合肥安利聚氨酯新材料有限公司产品。
实施例1
(1)无溶剂面层中各原料配比如下:
面层用多元醇组份料2050A 100份
面层用异氰酸组份料2050B 123份
色浆MUE WHITE 10份
将无溶剂色浆MUE WHITE按上述比例预先加入面层用多元醇组份料2050A中,搅拌均匀,再通过计量泵按比例110:123与2050B混合,立即搅拌均匀后涂覆到离型纸上,搅拌速度2500r/min,刀头厚度为12丝,送入烘箱中加热,加热温度为130℃,加热时间2min,获得无溶剂面层;
(2)无溶剂粘接层中各原料配比如下:
粘接层多元醇组份料1080A 89份
粘接层异氰酸组份料1080B 100份
泡沫稳定剂 DABCO 8154 0.5份
色浆MUE WHITE 5份
将色浆MUE WHITE与泡沫稳定剂按上述比例预先加入粘接层多元醇组份料1080A中并搅拌均匀,获得的混合物与1080B按94.5:100比例即刻混合,并在搅拌速度为3500r/min下搅拌均匀后,按40丝的刀头厚度刮涂到无溶剂面层上,送入温度为100℃的烘箱中预反应1min;
(3)贴合基布,将预反应的无溶剂粘接层与基布贴合,所用基布为0.95mm厚度的针刺全涤无纺布,贴合的层压间隙110丝。
(4)贴合基布后送入140℃的烘箱中交联固化反应8min,熟化完全后与离型纸剥离,获得合成革产品。
实施例2
(1)无溶剂面层中各原料配比如下:
面层用多元醇组份料2050A 100份
面层用异氰酸组份料2050B 123份
色浆MUE WHITE 8份
将无溶剂色浆MUE WHITE按上述比例预先加入面层用多元醇组份料2050A中,搅拌均匀,再通过计量泵按比例108:123与2050B混合,立即搅拌均匀后涂覆到离型纸上,搅拌速度2500r/min,刀头厚度为20丝,送入烘箱中加热,加热温度为130℃,加热时间3min,获得无溶剂面层;
(2)无溶剂粘接层中各原料配比如下:
粘接层多元醇组份料C72063/1C-A 100份
粘接层异氰酸组份料C36470/1C-B 56份
粘接层多元醇组份料C72063/1C-A与粘接层异氰酸组份料C36470/1C-B按100:56的比例混合,即可在4000r/min的搅拌速度下搅拌均匀后,按50丝的刀头厚度刮涂到无溶剂面层上,送入温度为90℃的烘箱中预反应1.5min;
(3)贴合基布,将预反应的无溶剂粘接层与基布贴合,所用基布为0.6mm厚度的针刺全涤无纺布,贴合的层压间隙80丝。
(4)贴合基布后送入140℃的烘箱中交联固化反应10min,熟化完全后与离型纸剥离,获得合成革产品。
实施例3
(1)无溶剂面层中各原料配比如下:
面层用多元醇组份料2050A 50份
面层用异氰酸组份料2050B 125份
色浆MUE WHITE 15份
将无溶剂色浆MUE WHITE按上述比例预先加入面层用多元醇组份料2050A中,搅拌均匀,再通过计量泵按比例65:125与2050B混合,立即搅拌均匀后涂覆到离型纸上,搅拌速度1500r/min,刀头厚度为8丝,送入烘箱中加热,加热温度为80℃,加热时间1min,获得无溶剂面层;
(2)无溶剂粘接层中各原料配比如下:
粘接层多元醇组份料1080A 60份
粘接层异氰酸组份料1080B 150份
泡沫稳定剂 DABCO 8154 1份
色浆MUE WHITE 10份
将色浆MUE WHITE与泡沫稳定剂按上述比例预先加入粘接层多元醇组份料1080A中并搅拌均匀,获得的混合物与1080B按71:150比例即刻混合,并在搅拌速度为3000r/min下搅拌均匀后,按20丝的刀头厚度刮涂到无溶剂面层上,送入温度为60℃的烘箱中预反应3min;
(3)贴合基布,将预反应的无溶剂粘接层与基布贴合,所用基布为0.4mm厚度的针刺全涤无纺布,贴合的层压间隙50丝。
(4)贴合基布后送入100℃的烘箱中交联固化反应12min,熟化完全后与离型纸剥离,获得合成革产品。
实施例4
(1)无溶剂面层中各原料配比如下:
面层用多元醇组份料2050A 125份
面层用异氰酸组份料2050B 50份
将面层用多元醇组份料2050A中,通过计量泵按比例125:50与2050B混合,立即搅拌均匀后涂覆到离型纸上,搅拌速度3000r/min,刀头厚度为30丝,送入烘箱中加热,加热温度为140℃,加热时间5min,获得无溶剂面层;
(2)无溶剂粘接层中各原料配比如下:
粘接层多元醇组份料C72063/1C-A 150份
粘接层异氰酸组份料C36470/1C-B 60份
泡沫稳定剂 DABCO 8154 0.8份
色浆MUE WHITE 8份
粘接层多元醇组份料C72063/1C-A与粘接层异氰酸组份料C36470/1C-B按158.8:60的比例混合,即可在5000r/min的搅拌速度下搅拌均匀后,按100丝的刀头厚度刮涂到无溶剂面层上,送入温度为120℃的烘箱中预反应2min;
(3)贴合基布,将预反应的无溶剂粘接层与基布贴合,所用基布为1.2mm厚度的针刺全涤无纺布,贴合的层压间隙150丝。
(4)贴合基布后送入150℃的烘箱中交联固化反应4min,熟化完全后与离型纸剥离,获得合成革产品。
上述实施例所生产的运动鞋用无溶剂聚氨酯合成革环保健康且物性良好,常温曲挠可达10万次不裂,耐磨(H-22*1KG)2000r不破,手感丰满有弹性,皱折恢复性好。

Claims (6)

1.一种运动休闲鞋用无溶剂聚氨酯合成革的制造方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行:
(1) 按设定比例,将不发泡的无溶剂面层用多元醇组份料A1与无溶剂面层用异氰酸组份料B1混合,充分搅拌后立即浇注在离型纸上,均匀刮涂成膜,送入烘箱中加热进行固化交联反应,反应完全后即形成无溶剂面层;
(2) 将发泡型无溶剂粘接层多元醇组份料A2与粘接层异氰酸组份料B2按设定比例混合搅拌均匀,立即按一定厚度均匀刮涂在之前获得的无溶剂面层上,随后送入烘箱中进行一段时间的预反应;
(3) 将经预反应达到最佳贴合状态的的无溶剂粘接层立即与基布贴合,随后送入烘箱中充分加热固化定型,熟化完全后收卷与离型纸剥离即获得合成革成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述无溶剂面层用多元醇组份料A1与无溶剂面层用异氰酸组份料B1的质量配比如下:
面层用多元醇组份料A1 50-125份,
面层用异氰酸组份料B1 50-125份,
色浆 0-15份。

步骤(2)中所述粘接层多元醇组份料A2与粘接层异氰酸组份料B2的质量配比如下:
粘接层多元醇组份料A2 60-180份,
粘接层异氰酸组份料B2 60-180份,
泡沫稳定剂 0-1份,
色浆 0-10份。

步骤(1)中面层用多元醇组份料A1和面层用异氰酸组份料B1的质量比为1:2.5—2.5:1,色浆按设定比例预先加入多元醇组份料A1中,再与异氰酸组份料B1按设定计量比投入高速搅拌器中,转速1500—3000r/min搅拌3—5s后均匀涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为8—30丝,送入烘箱中加热固化,烘箱温度为80—140℃,加热时间为1—5min,待充分反应完全后即得到无溶剂面层。
