Abstract

本发明公开了一种PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,所述制备方法主要包括以下内容:首先,向反应釜中加入一定量的NPG多元醇、异氰酸酯MDI及溶剂DMF,升温至50~60℃,反应0.5~1小时;然后,降温至35℃以下,滴入一定量的乙醇胺,继续反应1小时;加入一定量的乙二醇、羟基硅油,升温至70~75℃,反应2小时;然后,补加异氰酸MDI,一般不超过理论计算量的10%,调整粘度至600~1200 CPS\25℃,冷却过滤即可得到成品。本发明提供的PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂,有效解决了PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂接着力不够,增塑剂易析出,手感发粘不够干爽的缺点。

一种PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法,具体说是一种在PVC革表面的有较好接着力的聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前皮革制品包括箱包、服装、鞋等,其表面形态多种多样,效果风格变化万千:高光高固、油皮风格、抛光风格、疯马变色、羊巴等,无论是在表面效果,还是在手感上,或者是产品的物性质量上,仍然在不断的追求仿制真皮效果。
PVC革因其具有较好的耐磨性和耐候性,且成本相对较低,在众多皮革品种里面占有很大的比列,一些大的品牌如LV、COACH等都有大量使用。但是PVC革也有其局限性,由于在生产PVC革的时候,为了使PVC革具有很好的柔软度和触感,添加了大量的DOP等增塑剂,长时间放置增塑剂会慢慢析出,浮到革面,现有的聚氨酯表面树脂接着力不够,使得PVC革的表面无法做出像普通PU革那么丰富多彩的表面效果。因此,如何得到一款聚氨酯树脂,能够有较强的接着力,有效压制增塑剂的析出,显得格外重要。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出了一种新的PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂,有效解决了PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂接着力不够,增塑剂易析出,手感发粘不够干爽的缺点。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,所述制备方法主要包括以下内容:首先,向反应釜中加入一定量的NPG多元醇、异氰酸酯MDI及溶剂DMF,升温至50~60℃,反应0.5~1小时;然后,降温至35℃以下,滴入一定量的乙醇胺,继续反应1小时;加入一定量的乙二醇、羟基硅油,升温至70~75℃,反应2小时;然后,补加异氰酸MDI,一般不超过理论计算量的10%,调整粘度至600~1200 CPS\25℃,冷却过滤即可得到成品;
在上述制备过程中,按重量份数计,各反应物料的具体用量如下:
NPG多元醇 20~25
乙醇胺 5~10
乙二醇 5~10
羟基硅油 1~2
DMF 55~65
异氰酸酯MDI 10~15(包括补加的量)。
进一步地,所述制备方法中,采用的各反应物料的具体用量如下:

异氰酸酯MDI 10~13(包括补加的量)。
优选地,所述制备方法中,采用的各反应物料的具体用量如下:
NPG多元醇 20

DMF 59
异氰酸酯MDI 10(包括补加的量)。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂主要具有以下几点优势:
1)针对PVC革接着力差的特点,接支反应乙醇胺,提高内聚能;
2)针对增塑剂析出的缺点,设计高固含量树脂,固含量控制在35~40%;选用带有支链结构的NPG2000分子量的聚合多元醇,提高分子间的密度,缩小间隙,压制增塑剂析出;
3)针对PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂不干爽、触感不加的缺陷,接枝反应羟基硅油,提高表面触感和滑爽度。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述,但实施例不应解释为限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂,按重量份数计,其组分及配比如下:NPG多元醇,20~25;乙醇胺,5~10;乙二醇,5~10;羟基硅油,1~2;DMF,55~65;异氰酸酯MDI,10~15。
根据上述组分及配比,一种PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂,其制备方法如下:向反应釜中加入NPG 2000多元醇、异氰酸酯MDI、溶剂DMF,升温至50~60℃反应0.5~1小时,降温至35度以下,滴入乙醇胺,反应1小时,加入乙二醇、羟基硅油,升温至70~75℃,反应2小时后,补加MDI调整粘度至600~1200 CPS\25℃,冷却过滤即可得到成品。
实施例2
一种PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂,按重量份数计,其组分及其最佳配比为:NPG多元醇,分子量2000,20;乙醇胺,5;乙二醇,5;羟基硅油,1;DMF,59;异氰酸酯MDI,10。
根据上述组分及配比,一种PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂,其制备方法如下:向反应釜中加入NPG 2000多元醇、异氰酸酯MDI、溶剂DMF,升温至50~60℃反应0.5~1小时,降温至35度以下,滴入乙醇胺,反应1小时,加入乙二醇、羟基硅油,升温至70~75℃,反应2小时后,补加MDI调整粘度至600~1200 CPS\25℃,冷却过滤即可得到成品。
其中实施例2为最佳实施例,其制出的产品为最佳产品。

1.一种PVC革表面聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法主要包括以下内容:首先,向反应釜中加入一定量的NPG多元醇、异氰酸酯MDI及溶剂DMF,升温至50~60℃,反应0.5~1小时;然后,降温至35℃以下,滴入一定量的乙醇胺,继续反应1小时;加入一定量的乙二醇、羟基硅油,升温至70~75℃,反应2小时;然后,补加异氰酸MDI,一般不超过理论计算量的10%,调整粘度至600~1200 CPS\25℃,冷却过滤即可得到成品;
在上述制备过程中,按重量份数计,各反应物料的具体用量如下:
NPG多元醇 20~25
乙醇胺 5~10
乙二醇 5~10
羟基硅油 1~2
DMF 55~65
异氰酸酯MDI 10~15;

异氰酸酯MDI 10~13;
上述异氰酸酯MDI的用量10~13重量份中包括了后续补加的异氰酸酯MDI。
