在现今社会,手机俨然已经成为了人类生活中一种必不可少的工具,并且随着手机在各种场合使用频率的不断增大以及手机性能的不断提升,一些问题也逐渐浮现出来。现今大多数手机使用玻璃材质全面屏,虽然手机的外表更加的美观,但是也使得手机的屏幕更容易在使用的过程中被划伤磨损并失去光泽,影响手机的整体美观,同时,手机在太阳等强光下使用的过程,由于镜面反射而出现眩光,影响人们的使用体验。
目前市场上所使用的手机保护膜主要有聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯和PET材质等,这些材料都存在不同程度的缺陷,聚丙烯具有良好的耐应力开裂性,有很高的弯曲疲劳寿命,但是它具有后收缩现象,易老化、变脆、易变形,透光性很差,聚氯乙烯也存在透光性差的缺点,PET常用于钢化膜,虽然具有较好的透光性,但是易碎。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景中所存在的问题,本发明提供一种以聚氨酯为基体的、具有防眩光自修复性能的手机保护膜,其具有良好的耐磨性,以及高透光率、高韧性。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现。
一种防眩光自修复手机屏幕保护膜,包括以下重量份计的原料:自修复聚氨酯弹性体40-50份、低密度聚乙烯20-30份、PMMA 15-20份、纳米氧化硅3-8份、紫外线吸收剂2-5份、表面活性剂1-6份、抗氧化剂1-2份、阻燃剂2-5份、交联剂5-10份、流平剂1-4份。
优选的,包括以下重量份计的原料:自修复聚氨酯弹性体48份、低密度聚乙烯22份、PMMA 16份、纳米氧化硅5份、紫外线吸收剂4份、表面活性剂5份、抗氧化剂2份、阻燃剂4份、交联剂7份、流平剂3份。

优选的,自修复聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法为:将脱水后的聚四亚甲基醚二醇加热至70℃使呈熔融状态并与2,2-双(羟甲基)丙酸真空条件下40℃搅拌混合均匀,搅拌时间30min,待混合完成后向混合物中加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯并在氮气保护下继续搅拌1.5h,搅拌结束后加入丁酮和二月桂酸二丁锡,并将混合物加热至50℃并向混合液中逐步加入芳香族二硫化物搅拌反应1h,反应结束冷却至室温后逐滴加入二甲基甲酰胺继续搅拌2h,将得到反应液浇注到聚四氟乙烯模具中,放入80℃的真空烘箱中常压干燥24h以去除二甲基甲酰胺,最后在80℃下真空干燥12h,得到自修复聚氨酯弹性体。
优选的,所述芳香族二硫化物为双(2-氨基苯基)二硫化物、双(4-氨基苯基)二硫化物一种或两种混合物。
本发明还公开了一种上述手机屏幕保护膜的制备方法,具体的,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将自修复聚氨酯弹性体、低密度聚乙烯混合后放入到粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎至80-100目。
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后的混合料倒入到熔融机内,加热温度控制在130-170℃搅拌20~30min将混合料融化,随后将温度降至80-100℃加入PMMA、纳米氧化硅、紫外线吸收剂、表面活性剂、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂、交联剂持续搅拌10-20min。
(3)将步骤(2)制得混合料通过自动送料系统送到热风干燥器中干燥1-2h,干燥温度为90-110℃,研磨过300目筛得到一级混合料。
(4)向一级混合料中加入流平剂继续混合0.5-1h后经自动送料系统送到流延机中,挤出形成薄膜。
(5)将所得到的薄膜按照手机屏幕样式剪裁为所需手机屏幕贴膜。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.将聚乙烯与自修复聚氨酯弹性体混合使用,两者相互作用,增强了机械坚固性,延长了所得产品的使用寿命。并且低密度聚乙烯的存在,使得产品膜的柔性和弹性得到了保障,在使用过程中更易紧贴手机屏幕表面,提高对手机的保护效果。
2.自修复聚氨酯弹性体在制备过程中引入芳香族二硫化物,与脂肪族二硫化物的聚合物相比,基于芳香族二硫化物的聚合物具有更有效的二硫键转移能力并具有良好的自愈性。
3.所使用的芳香族二硫化物为含有两个氨基的2-氨基苯基二硫键可以形成曲折H键阵列的独特脲结构,这种独特结构可以增强自修复聚氨酯弹性体的力学性能,还有利于室温下发生H键交换,促进相邻的芳族二硫键交换,增强聚氨酯弹性体的自修复能力。
4.本发明的防眩光自修复手机屏幕保护膜,在聚合过程生成的胶粒在溶剂挥发后能继续保持颗粒状,使得保护膜形成凹凸不平的光漫反射表面,并且保护膜很好的透光性保证光线能够穿透,达到防眩光的目的。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防眩光自修复手机屏幕保护膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将70份脱水后的聚四亚甲基醚二醇加热至70℃使呈熔融状态并与9份2,2-双(羟甲基)丙酸真空条件下40℃搅拌混合均匀,搅拌时间30min,待混合完成后向混合物中加入22份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯并在氮气保护下继续搅拌1.5h,搅拌结束后加入3份丁酮和2份二月桂酸二丁锡,并将混合物加热至50℃并向混合液中逐步加入8份芳香族二硫化物搅拌反应1h,反应结束冷却至室温后逐滴加入二甲基甲酰胺继续搅拌2h,将得到反应液浇注到聚四氟乙烯模具中,放入80℃的真空烘箱中常压干燥24h以去除二甲基甲酰胺,最后在80℃下真空干燥12h,得到自修复聚氨酯弹性体。
(2)首先将48份自修复聚氨酯弹性体、22份低密度聚乙烯混合后放入到粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎至80-100目。
(3)将步骤(1)粉碎后的混合料倒入到熔融机内,加热温度控制在140℃搅拌30min将混合料融化,随后将温度降至90℃加入16份PMMA、5份纳米氧化硅、4份紫外线吸收剂、5份表面活性剂、2份抗氧化剂、4份阻燃剂、7份交联剂持续搅拌15min。
(4)将步骤(2)制得混合料通过自动送料系统送到热风干燥器中干燥2h,干燥温度为110℃,研磨过300目筛得到一级混合料。
(5)向一级混合料中加入3份流平剂继续混合0.5h后经自动送料系统送到流延机中,挤出形成薄膜。
(6)将所得到的薄膜按照手机屏幕样式剪裁为所需手机屏幕贴膜。
实施例2
一种防眩光自修复手机屏幕保护膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将60份脱水后的聚四亚甲基醚二醇加热至70℃使呈熔融状态并与8份2,2-双(羟甲基)丙酸真空条件下40℃搅拌混合均匀,搅拌时间30min,待混合完成后向混合物中加入20份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯并在氮气保护下继续搅拌1.5h,搅拌结束后加入2份丁酮和4份二月桂酸二丁锡,并将混合物加热至50℃并向混合液中逐步加入9份芳香族二硫化物搅拌反应1h,反应结束冷却至室温后逐滴加入二甲基甲酰胺继续搅拌2h,将得到反应液浇注到聚四氟乙烯模具中,放入80℃的真空烘箱中常压干燥24h以去除二甲基甲酰胺,最后在80℃下真空干燥12h,得到自修复聚氨酯弹性体。
(2)首先将45份自修复聚氨酯弹性体、29份低密度聚乙烯混合后放入到粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎至80-100目。
(3)将步骤(1)粉碎后的混合料倒入到熔融机内,加热温度控制在160℃搅拌20min将混合料融化,随后将温度降至80℃加入17份PMMA、4份纳米氧化硅、3.5份紫外线吸收剂、3份表面活性剂、1.2份抗氧化剂、3份阻燃剂、8份交联剂持续搅拌15min。
(4)将步骤(2)制得混合料通过自动送料系统送到热风干燥器中干燥1.5h,干燥温度为100℃,研磨过300目筛得到一级混合料。
(5)向一级混合料中加入3份流平剂继续混合1h后经自动送料系统送到流延机中,挤出形成薄膜。
(6)将所得到的薄膜按照手机屏幕样式剪裁为所需手机屏幕贴膜。
实施例3
一种防眩光自修复手机屏幕保护膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将80份脱水后的聚四亚甲基醚二醇加热至70℃使呈熔融状态并与12份2,2-双(羟甲基)丙酸真空条件下40℃搅拌混合均匀,搅拌时间30min,待混合完成后向混合物中加入25份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯并在氮气保护下继续搅拌1.5h,搅拌结束后加入4份丁酮和5份二月桂酸二丁锡,并将混合物加热至50℃并向混合液中逐步加入10份芳香族二硫化物搅拌反应1h,反应结束冷却至室温后逐滴加入二甲基甲酰胺继续搅拌2h,将得到反应液浇注到聚四氟乙烯模具中,放入80℃的真空烘箱中常压干燥24h以去除二甲基甲酰胺,最后在80℃下真空干燥12h,得到自修复聚氨酯弹性体。
(2)首先将50份自修复聚氨酯弹性体、25份低密度聚乙烯混合后放入到粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎至80-100目。
(3)将步骤(1)粉碎后的混合料倒入到熔融机内,加热温度控制在150℃搅拌30min将混合料融化,随后将温度降至80℃加入16份PMMA、6份纳米氧化硅、4.5份紫外线吸收剂、5份表面活性剂、2份抗氧化剂、5份阻燃剂、8份交联剂持续搅拌10-20min。
(4)将步骤(2)制得混合料通过自动送料系统送到热风干燥器中干燥2h,干燥温度为105℃,研磨过300目筛得到一级混合料。
(5)向一级混合料中加入3份流平剂继续混合1h后经自动送料系统送到流延机中,挤出形成薄膜。
(6)将所得到的薄膜按照手机屏幕样式剪裁为所需手机屏幕贴膜。
对实施例1~3所得到的手机屏幕保护膜进行力学性能测试。结果如表1所示。

Claims (7)

1.一种防眩光自修复手机屏幕保护膜,其特征在于,包括以下重量份计的原料:自修复聚氨酯弹性体40-50份、低密度聚乙烯20-30份、PMMA 15-20份、纳米氧化硅3-8份、紫外线吸收剂2-5份、表面活性剂1-6份、抗氧化剂1-2份、阻燃剂2-5份、交联剂5-10份、流平剂1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防眩光自修复手机屏幕保护膜,其特征在于,包括以下重量份计的原料:自修复聚氨酯弹性体48份、低密度聚乙烯22份、PMMA16份、纳米氧化硅5份、紫外线吸收剂4份、表面活性剂5份、抗氧化剂2份、阻燃剂4份、交联剂7份、流平剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防眩光自修复手机屏幕保护膜,其特征在于:所用紫外线吸收剂,表面活性剂、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂、交联剂、流平剂分别为苯并三唑、十四烷基二甲基氧化胺、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁苯基)酯、2,4,6(三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氧化膦、聚丙烯酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防眩光自修复手机屏幕保护膜,其特征在于:自修复聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法为:将脱水后的聚四亚甲基醚二醇加热至70℃使呈熔融状态并与2,2-双(羟甲基)丙酸真空条件下40℃搅拌混合均匀,搅拌时间30min,待混合完成后向混合物中加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯并在氮气保护下继续搅拌1.5h,搅拌结束后加入丁酮和二月桂酸二丁锡,并将混合物加热至50℃并向混合液中逐步加入芳香族二硫化物搅拌反应1h,反应结束冷却至室温后逐滴加入二甲基甲酰胺继续搅拌2h,将得到反应液浇注到聚四氟乙烯模具中,放入80℃的真空烘箱中常压干燥24h以去除二甲基甲酰胺,最后在80℃下真空干燥12h,得到自修复聚氨酯弹性体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防眩光自修复手机屏幕保护膜,其特征在于,按重量份计自修复聚氨酯弹性体的各原料用量为:聚四亚甲基醚二醇60-80份、2,2-双(羟甲基)丙酸8-12份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯20-30份、丁酮2-4份、二月桂酸二丁锡2-5份、芳香族二硫化物5-10份、二甲基甲酰胺12-20份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种防眩光自修复手机屏幕保护膜,其特征在于,所述芳香族二硫化物为双(2-氨基苯基)二硫化物、双(4-氨基苯基)二硫化物一种或两种混合物。
7.一种如权利要求1~6任一项所述的防眩光自修复手机屏幕保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将自修复聚氨酯弹性体、低密度聚乙烯混合后放入到粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎至80-100目;
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后的混合料倒入到熔融机内,加热温度控制在130-170℃搅拌20~30min将混合料融化,随后将温度降至80-100℃加入PMMA、纳米氧化硅、紫外线吸收剂、表面活性剂、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂、交联剂持续搅拌10-20min;
(3)将步骤(2)制得混合料通过自动送料系统送到热风干燥器中干燥1-2h,干燥温度为90-110℃,研磨过300目筛得到一级混合料;
(4)向一级混合料中加入流平剂继续混合0.5-1h后经自动送料系统送到流延机中,挤出形成薄膜;
(5)将所得到的薄膜按照手机屏幕样式剪裁为所需手机屏幕保护膜。
