随着社会的发展,人们工作、生活中的事情越来越多,无形中的压力也越来越大,失眠、睡眠质量差已经成为现代人经常遇到的问题,能够提高人们睡眠质量的药物也越来越多,然而,传统的药物对于人体来说总会或多或少的产生不良的影响,所以探索日常生活中存在的能够改善睡眠的食物,通过食疗的方式实现改善睡眠的需求,显得越来越重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提高睡眠质量的刺梨液及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种提高睡眠质量的刺梨液,由以下重量份的原料组成:刺梨原汁100-120份、香菇多糖3-5份、黄精提取物1-3份、胶原蛋白肽2-4份、人参提取物3-5份、雪梨清汁30-40份、赤藓糖醇1-3份、蜂蜜4-6份、香橙粉1-3份、水苏糖1-3份、火麻仁提取物2-4份、黄原胶3-5份、D-异抗坏血酸钠1-3份、苹果酸2-4份、人参香精0.5-0.7份、甜菊糖苷1-3份、γ-氨基丁酸3-5份、燕窝粉4-6份。

作为本发明进一步的方案:由以下重量份的原料组成:刺梨原汁110份、香菇多糖4份、黄精提取物2份、胶原蛋白肽3份、人参提取物4份、雪梨清汁35份、赤藓糖醇2份、蜂蜜5份、香橙粉2份、水苏糖2份、火麻仁提取物3份、黄原胶4份、D-异抗坏血酸钠2份、苹果酸3份、人参香精0.6份、甜菊糖苷2份、γ-氨基丁酸4份、燕窝粉5份。
一种提高睡眠质量的刺梨液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:按照以下重量份称取原材料,刺梨原汁100-120份、香菇多糖3-5份、黄精提取物1-3份、胶原蛋白肽2-4份、人参提取物3-5份、雪梨清汁30-40份、赤藓糖醇1-3份、蜂蜜4-6份、香橙粉1-3份、水苏糖1-3份、火麻仁提取物2-4份、黄原胶3-5份、D-异抗坏血酸钠1-3份、苹果酸2-4份、人参香精0.5-0.7份、甜菊糖苷1-3份、γ-氨基丁酸3-5份、燕窝粉4-6份;
第二步:取刺梨原汁加入到配料罐中,设定配料罐内部温度为23-27摄氏度,设定搅拌速度为10-20转/分钟,向配料罐中依次加入雪梨清汁、燕窝粉、蜂蜜、香菇多糖、黄原胶、人参提取物、γ-氨基丁酸、胶原蛋白肽、苹果酸、火麻仁提取物、黄精提取物、赤藓糖醇、香橙粉、水苏糖、D-异抗坏血酸钠、甜菊糖苷、人参香精,待所有物料全部加入后继续搅拌6-8分钟后得初步混合液;
第三步:设定配料罐内部温度为23-27摄氏度,设定搅拌速度为50-60转/分钟,对初步混合液进行再次搅拌,获得均质液;
第四步:对第三步中获得的均质液进行灭菌后灌装,获得成品。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述第二步中依次向配料罐中加入原料时,每两种不同原料之间的间隔时间不得少于1分钟。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述第二步与第三步中对罐体内部的温度设定不变。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述刺梨原汁的制备方法为:取新鲜刺梨,进行清洗后晾干,然后通过破碎机进行破碎,破碎后进行挤压,挤出汁液,将汁液收集到灌中,得到初级原汁,初级原汁倒入分离机中进行进一步的果肉分离,分离完成之后得到分离液,对分离液进行三级微滤,得到刺梨原汁。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述三级微滤中第一级微滤滤膜孔径为1um,第二级微滤滤膜孔径为0.5um,第三级微滤滤膜孔径为0.2um。

香菇多糖是从优质香菇子实体中提取的有效活性成分,是香菇的主要有效成分,是一种宿主免疫增强剂,临床与药理研究表明,香菇多糖具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、调节免疫功能和刺激干扰素形成等作用。
黄精提取物具有补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾的功效。用于脾胃虚弱,体倦乏力,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,精血不足,内热消渴。
胶原蛋白肽,具有抗氧化、调节免疫力的作用,并且容易被人体吸收,给人体提供营养的同时增强人体的抵抗能力。

刺梨原汁100-120份、香菇多糖3-5份、黄精提取物1-3份、胶原蛋白肽2-4份、人参提取物3-5份、雪梨清汁30-40份、赤藓糖醇1-3份、蜂蜜4-6份、香橙粉1-3份、水苏糖1-3份、火麻仁提取物2-4份、黄原胶3-5份、D-异抗坏血酸钠1-3份、苹果酸2-4份、人参香精0.5-0.7份、甜菊糖苷1-3份、γ-氨基丁酸3-5份、燕窝粉4-6份。
