动力传递装置
技术领域
以下的公开涉及用于在组合了两个以上的电动马达或内燃机的车辆中将转矩传递至车轴的动力传递装置。
背景技术
近年来,为了提高能效,市场上出现了组合两个以上的动力源的车辆。其代表性的例为所谓的混合动力车。内燃机的输出不仅用于车轴的驱动,还用于蓄电池的充电,此时,马达作为发电机发挥作用,接受内燃机的输出的一部分进行发电。另外,在大多情况下,在车辆减速时,马达也作为发电机发挥作用,将车辆的惯性能量作为电力再生。即,转矩需要在两个以上的动力源和车轴之间三个方向互换。可以进行这样的动力传递的变速装置必然需要多轴的齿轮组,用于支撑多个平行轴的壳体在高度方向和长度方向上不得不变大。另一方面,发动机室必须搭载两个以上的动力源,因此可利用的空间不足,不得不在宽度方向上使壳体尽可能薄。

发明内容
在高度方向和长度方向上大且在宽度方向上薄的扁平的构造如能够容易地理解的那样,在强度及刚性方面不利。若壳体即使稍微变形,齿轮的啮合也会产生障碍,在能量损失、啮合噪声、齿轮寿命等很多方面产生问题。特别是在为了追求安静性而对各齿轮使用斜齿轮的情况下,在各轴产生止推反作用力,对支撑齿轮的壳体沿将其在宽度方向上扩展的方向作用力。在组合小输出的马达及内燃机时,虽然不是这样的问题,但越是想要传递更大的转矩,越难以在构造上维持变速装置。
另一方面,在扁平的构造中,对于将润滑油送到其拐角也存在技术课题。根据常识设想,润滑油难以送达位于壳体的上方、靠前方的位置的要件,存在润滑的问题。但是,根据发明者们的探讨可知,与设想相反地,位于比较靠中央下部的离合器存在课题。即,由于旋转产生的离心力,或者连结时由于连接力,产生从离合器向外部排除润滑油的倾向,另一方面,应当对此进行平衡的润滑油的供给经常不足。
以下公开的装置是为了一体地解决上述的问题而做成的。
根据一方案,动力传递装置从第一动力源及第二动力源向车轴输出转矩,该动力传递装置具备:第一驱动轴,其与上述第一动力源结合;第二驱动轴,其与上述第二动力源结合;差速器,其与上述车轴结合;齿轮组,其将上述第一驱动轴和上述差速器齿轮结合;离合器,其与上述第二驱动轴齿轮结合,并能够断开地将上述第二驱动轴向上述差速器连接;壳体,其具备侧壁和周壁,上述侧壁至少将上述第一驱动轴、上述第二驱动轴、上述差速器以及上述离合器与宽度方向实质上平行地且能够旋转地支撑,上述周壁与上述侧壁分别一体且能够在上述宽度方向上分割,互相结合的上述周壁包围上述差速器、上述齿轮组以及上述离合器;中心凸起,其从上述周壁独立且与上述侧壁互相结合;以及肋,其从上述中心凸起连续并向上述离合器延伸,且面向上述差速器。
优选的是,一方的上述侧壁的外表面具备容纳上述第二动力源的凹槽部,上述肋至少局部延伸至上述凹槽部的背面。另外,优选的是,上述差速器具备与上述齿轮组及上述离合器齿轮结合的环形齿轮,上述肋的侧面面向上述环形齿轮,并从上述环形齿轮向上述离合器引导润滑油。更优选的是,一方的上述侧壁的内表面具备为了能够旋转地支撑上述离合器的轴而向内方突出的座圈部、以及连通上述座圈部的外部和内部的缺口,上述肋与上述座圈部连续,并将上述润滑油向上述缺口引导。进一步优选的是,上述座圈部的上述内部具备:从上述缺口朝向上述座圈部的中心的凸缘;以及喙,其与上述凸缘连续,并为了将上述润滑油向上述离合器的上述轴的内部流路引导而从上述内表面突出。
通过与特定的位置及朝向的肋联络的中心凸起,可维持变速装置的构造,而且可向离合器供给充分的润滑油。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,对几个例示性的实施方式进行说明。
图1中,F表示前,A表示后,R表示右,L表示左,U表示上,D表示下。以下的说明及附加的权利要求书中,图1中贯通前后的方向对应于长度方向,贯通左右的方向对应于宽度方向,与两者正交的方向对应于高度方向。这些区别只是为了便于说明,可以实现任意更换了朝向的实施方式。
本实施方式的动力传递装置用于在第一动力源(电动马达)、第二动力源(包括发电机的内燃机)以及车轴之间在三个方向传递转矩的用途,例如可应用于混合动力车。图1表示动力传递装置应用于混合动力车的前车轴的例,当然也能够用应用于后车轴。
参照图1,车辆大致具备用于驱动前车轮的动力传递装置1、以及用于后车轮的齿轮箱15。齿轮箱15含有容许右及左的车轮间的差动的差速器,但也可以还包括驱动后车轮的电动马达、其它装置。另外,在用于电子控制的各要件经由布线W连接有电控制器单元(ECU)11。在ECU11连接有蓄电池13,经由布线W向各要件供给电力。
在动力传递装置1,作为其构成要件或者作为外部要件结合有电动马达3、发电机5、以及内燃机7。电动马达3在本实施方式中为驱动车辆的主动力源,与车轴始终结合,而且,内燃机7与发电机5的组合是副动力源,仅在图2、4所示的离合器9连结时与车轴驱动地结合。而且,为了产生驱动离合器9的液压,或者为了使润滑油循环,动力传递装置1也可以具备泵17及用于对其进行驱动的辅助马达19。
内燃机7驱动发电机5而使其发电。对于内燃机7,如周知地,能够利用汽油发动机或柴油发动机,但也可以利用其它形式的机械。发电机5产生的电力用于蓄电池13的充电,且经由蓄电池13供给至发电机5本身、电动马达3以及各种电装品,用于它们的驱动。另外,也能够将电力投入到发电机5,用于内燃机7的启动。
此外,既可以是在制动车辆时,电动马达3用于发电而将能量再生,也可以向发电机5投入电力,驱动车辆。即,如果不考虑容量、尺寸的问题,在电动马达3和发电机5之间,在功能方面,没有本质的区别。
关于动力传递装置1,电动马达3及发电机5能够配置于与内燃机7相反的一侧,以下的说明也基于这样的配置,但这不是必须的。
参照图2,动力传递装置1大致具备:与电动马达3驱动地结合的第一齿轮组43;向右及左的前车轴差动地分配转矩的差速器35;以及与内燃机7及发电机5驱动地结合的第二齿轮组45。差速器35的侧齿轮分别面向动力传递装置1的壳体21的两侧。组合图2,参照图3、4,壳体21与侧齿轮分别对应地具备轴孔35H,插入到此的前车轴能够与侧齿轮分别花键结合。差速器35能够应用从锥齿轮式、端面齿轮式、或者斜齿轮式等公知的形式中选择的合适的差动齿轮组,或者也可以取代差动齿轮组而利用能够独立控制左右的车轴的离合器组件。
主要参照图2,第一齿轮组43与差速器35始终驱动地结合,从而在电动马达3与车轴之间,转矩在双方向上互换。另一方面,离合器9介于第二齿轮组45与差速器35之间,可以将其之间切断,因此仅在离合器9连结时,内燃机7及发电机5参与车轴的驱动。
更详细地,动力传递装置1具备与电动马达3驱动地结合的第一驱动轴31,其两端支撑于壳体21,另外,其一端面向壳体21的外部。该一端也可以具备用于结合的花键。第一驱动轴31还一体或分体地具备小齿轮,与差速器35具备的环形齿轮41驱动地结合。在此间也可以夹设有具备环形齿轮33G及小齿轮的中间轴33。这些彼此啮合的齿轮构成第一齿轮组43。这些齿轮能够应用斜齿轮,或者也可以是正齿轮等其它形式。
为了在更高的旋转域应用电动马达3,第一齿轮组43能够设为减速齿轮。第一齿轮组43经由环形齿轮41使差速器35旋转,从而电动马达3的转矩差动地分配至右或左的前车轴。
结合图2,参照图3、4,动力传递装置1还具备第二驱动轴37,其两端支撑于壳体21,另外,其一端穿过轴孔37H引出到外部。壳体21与内燃机7对应地具备容纳内燃机7的凹槽部47,固定于此的内燃机7与从轴孔37H引出的第二驱动轴37的一端结合。该一端也可以具备用于结合的花键。在内燃机7与轴37之间也可以具有干式离合器、转矩阻尼器这样的其它装置。
发电机5与第二驱动轴37直接结合,或者经由与其分体的从动轴39结合。从动轴39的两端也支撑于壳体21,另外,在其一端也可以具有花键。驱动轴37一体或作为分体地具备环形齿轮37G,从动轴39具备与其啮合的小齿轮,它们构成第二齿轮组45。这些齿轮也能够应用斜齿轮或其它形式。
为了在更高旋转域应用发电机5,从发电机5观察时,第二齿轮组45也能设为减速齿轮。从内燃机7观察时,第二齿轮组45能够设为等速或增速齿轮。
主要参照图4,以相对于离合器9的轴53能够相对旋转的方式在轴53嵌合有环形齿轮53G,环形齿轮53G与第二齿轮组45啮合。另外,差速器35的与环形齿轮41啮合的小齿轮53P与轴53花键结合,这也可以配置成与环形齿轮53G在轴向上相邻。
离合器9具备固定地结合于轴53的离合器鼓55和固定地结合于环形齿轮53G的离合器毂57,它们同轴且为嵌套件。在离合器鼓55及离合器毂57分别结合的多个离合器片交替排列,该多个离合器片构成多板离合器。或者,也可以取代多板离合器而利用适当的摩擦离合器、或者花键、爪、同步锥等其它形式的离合器。
若从图中左方施加按压力来按压离合器片,则离合器9连结,副动力源与差速器35驱动地结合。若解除按压力,则连结解除。对于按压力的施加,如上述地,能够基于利用了泵17的液压,但不必限定于此,也能够基于空气压、齿轮机构。
另外,轴53也可以以贯通其中心的方式具备流路53H。流路53H在轴53的一端开口,另外,在轴53的侧面开口与离合器9的内部连通。在润滑油供给至轴53的端部的开口时,流路53H作为将其输送至离合器9内的流路发挥作用。为了促进向离合器片的润滑油的供给,离合器毂57也可以具有在径向上贯通的多个开口。因离合器9旋转而产生的离心力有利于从流路53H向离合器片的润滑油的供给。
如根据图4特别容易理解地,壳体21将这些全部的轴互相平行、另外尤其是与宽度方向平行地支撑为可旋转。为了在宽度方向上紧凑,各齿轮能够在与这些轴正交的一平面附近配置排列。另外,如根据图2特别容易理解地,这些轴能够在高度方向上配列于不同的高度,例如,能够更靠上方地配置第一驱动轴31及第二驱动轴37,更靠下方地配置差速器35及离合器9的轴53。由此,能够在长度方向上压缩壳体21。根据这些配置,离合器9在壳体21中位于中央附近的下部,差速器35的环形齿轮41与其相邻。
壳体21能够分割成两个以上。特别是在分割成两个时,侧壁21S能够分别保持一体地沿周壁21W在宽度方向上分割。两侧壁21S作为支撑各轴的两端附近的轴承发挥作用,在周壁21W结合时,在内部包围单一的空间,在该空间容纳有各轴、差速器35、齿轮组43、45、以及离合器9。为了与车轴、动力源的结合而具有几个开口,但它们能够通过合适的密封单元液密地封闭,从而内部的润滑油不会泄漏。
壳体21能够在其下方具备储油槽21R。分散到壳体21内的润滑油受重力而返回储油槽21R,通过各齿轮的旋转再次在壳体21内循环。特别地,推断为,延伸至最下方的环形齿轮41先将润滑油上扬,然后其被其它齿轮接受并输送,从而润滑油在整个壳体21循环。
分割的壳体21例如能够在其周壁21W利用螺栓等互相结合,在此基础上,壳体21还具备从周壁21W独立的中心凸起23。中心凸起23是从一方或双方的侧壁一体地突出的突起,具备螺栓孔且将侧壁21S互相结合。中心凸起23优选能够在俯视中配置于壳体21的中央附近,例如环形齿轮41与环形齿轮37G之间。在该位置结合有利于在高度方向及长度方向上都较大的壳体21的强度增加及刚性增加。
进一步地,壳体21能够具备从中心凸起23连续的肋25。肋25与侧壁21S的内表面一体,能够对其进行强度增加及刚性增加。中心凸起23及肋25位于壳体21的中央附近,另外,如根据图2、3所理解地,位于相当于凹槽部47的背面侧的位置。该位置是在壳体21上尤其是构造上较弱的部分,因此在该位置具有从中心凸起23连续的肋25对壳体21进行强度增加及刚性增加尤其有利于维持变速装置的构造。
结合图2,参照图5,肋25也可以朝向离合器9延长。该肋25必然接近环形齿轮41,沿着环形齿轮41或面向环形齿轮41,因此其侧面25S接受环形齿轮41上扬的润滑油流F,能够将其引导至离合器9。
主要参照图5,为了支撑离合器9的轴53的一端,壳体21具备从其侧壁21S的内表面向内方突出的大致筒状的座圈部27。如图4、6所示地,轴承59介于轴53与座圈部27之间,可旋转地支撑轴53。轴承59例如能够应用滚珠轴承,但也可以取而代之,为滚柱轴承等其它轴承。
肋25也可以与座圈部27的外周连续。或者,也可以是,壳体21具备其它肋29,肋25首先与肋29连续,然后肋29与座圈部27连续。另外,座圈部27也可以以沿肋25的方式具备缺口27C,也可以进一步地穿过缺口27C朝向座圈部27的中心的凸缘49穿过侧壁21S的内表面。进一步地,也可以具备与凸缘49连续并从内表面突出的喙(作为进料口发挥作用的类似于嘴的构造物)51。喙51优选局部嵌入轴53内的流路53H。这些构造有利于将肋25的侧面25S接受的润滑油流F高效地引导至流路53H。
在侧壁21S的内表面上,位于座圈部27的外部且与肋29相邻地扩展有以缺口27C为中心展开的扇型的面25F。该扇型的面25F也可以为朝向凸缘49倾斜的斜面。润滑油如图中的箭头F所示地,不仅侧面25S,而且引导至扇型的面25F,并向缺口27C汇集。如根据图6理解地,扇型的面25F及凸缘49穿过缺口27C嵌入轴承59,作为连通座圈部27的外部与内部的路径发挥作用,可以将润滑油向流路53H供给。即,这些构造也有利于将润滑油流F高效地引导至流路53H。
如上所述地,如本实施方式的动力传递装置需要将多轴平行地支撑,因此其壳体具有在高度方向和长度方向上大且在宽度方向上薄的扁平的构造,对于该构造的维持以及润滑油的循环都存在课题。本实施方式中,主要通过具备面向差速器的中心凸起及肋,解决了双方的课题。
虽然对几个实施方式进行了说明,但也可以基于上述公开内容进行实施方式的修正或变形。
生产上的可利用性
主要提供适于混合动力车的动力传递装置。

Claims (5)

1.一种动力传递装置,其从第一动力源及第二动力源向车轴输出转矩,该动力传递装置的特征在于,具备:
第一驱动轴,其与上述第一动力源结合;
第二驱动轴,其与上述第二动力源结合;
差速器,其与上述车轴结合;
齿轮组,其将上述第一驱动轴和上述差速器齿轮结合;
离合器,其与上述第二驱动轴齿轮结合,并能够断开地将上述第二驱动轴向上述差速器连接;
壳体,其具备侧壁和周壁,上述侧壁至少将上述第一驱动轴、上述第二驱动轴、上述差速器以及上述离合器与宽度方向实质上平行地且能够旋转地支撑,上述周壁与上述侧壁分别一体且能够在上述宽度方向上分割,互相结合的上述周壁包围上述差速器、上述齿轮组以及上述离合器;
中心凸起,其从上述周壁独立且与上述侧壁互相结合;以及
肋,其从上述中心凸起连续并向上述离合器延伸,且面向上述差速器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
一方的上述侧壁的外表面具备容纳上述第二动力源的凹槽部,上述肋至少局部延伸至上述凹槽部的背面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
上述差速器具备与上述齿轮组及上述离合器齿轮结合的环形齿轮,上述肋的侧面面向上述环形齿轮,并从上述环形齿轮向上述离合器引导润滑油。
4.根据权利要求3所述的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
一方的上述侧壁的内表面具备为了能够旋转地支撑上述离合器的轴而向内方突出的座圈部、以及连通上述座圈部的外部和内部的缺口,上述肋与上述座圈部连续,并将上述润滑油向上述缺口引导。
5.根据权利要求4所述的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
上述座圈部的上述内部具备:从上述缺口朝向上述座圈部的中心的凸缘;以及喙,其与上述凸缘连续,并为了将上述润滑油向上述离合器的上述轴的内部流路引导而从上述内表面突出。
