为了解决运动人群的特殊需要,以碳水化合物为主要成分,辅以适当的蛋白质和脂肪,能够快速或持续提供能量的食品将应运而生。代餐粉是由一种或多种食品原辅料、食品添加剂、营养强化剂通过一定比例和方法调配而成的冲调粉剂产品,其具有营养均衡、易携带且食用方便等特点,是当下社会上较为流行的营养代餐食品之一。但目前市场上多以减肥代餐粉为主,为达到减脂控制体重的目的,该类型食品普遍具有高纤维、低热量等特点,不能满足运动人群能量摄入和日常所需营养的需求。
中国专利CN201110082759.5(公开号CN102178144A)提供了一种能量补充食品及其制备方法,其主要成分味补脾益气成分、糖或糖浆、蛋白质成分、油脂和风味成分,该食品在补充能量的同时能够增加人体免疫力,并具有健脾功效。但是糖或糖浆的血糖指数较高,肥胖和高血糖人群不易食用。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供的技术方案具有下述技术优点:
1、本发明提供的技术方案山楂果提取物、黑枸杞提取物中含牡荆素、黄酮氯化合物和原花青素等,够改善血液循环,清除自由基的功效,阻止脂肪和胆固醇分解,并能清理血管壁上的毒素,增加血管弹性韧性增加,增加人体抗氧化能力,可阻止人体内氧化反应发生也能清除身体内自由基,可防止自由基和过氧化脂质对人体细胞产生破坏,能让人类身体保持年轻健康状态,还能能阻止人体内亚硝酸胺生成,从而改变人体微循环。
2、本发明提供的技术方案中植物果蔬提取中含多种微量元素,能有效促进人体对其它成分的吸收,并且可以延长产品的保质期。

所述的粉包粉包括下述重量份组分:全脂乳粉10份、豌豆蛋白粉10份、大米蛋白粉20份、复合油脂粉5份、膳食纤维粉20份、红豆粉0.5g、薏米粉0.5g、咖啡粉1份、维生素0.3份、赤藓糖醇、麦芽糖醇、木糖醇、结晶果糖、三氯蔗糖、甜菊糖苷1份,复配矿物质0.2份、植物提取物1份。
所述的混合谷物颗粒为燕麦片、燕麦脆、玉米脆片、紫薯颗粒按照等质量比混合而成。
实施例2
本发明提供的一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,由粉包和颗粒包组成,所述的粉包和果蔬粒颗粒包的质量比为:80:20组成;
所述的果蔬粒颗粒包包括下述重量份组分:脱脂乳粉30份、清蛋白粉10份、复合油脂粉15份、膳食纤维粉5份、黑米粉5g、山药粉5g、燕麦粉5g、糙米粉5g、咖啡粉或者绿茶粉1份、维生素0.3份、三氯蔗糖1份,复配矿物质0.2份、植物提取物1份。
所述的果蔬粒为水蜜桃粒、草莓粒、椰子块、蔓越莓粒、葡萄干按照等质量比混合而成的。
实施例3
本发明提供的一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,由粉包和颗粒包组成,所述的粉包和酸奶水果粒(固体)包的质量比为80:20组成。
所述的粉包粉包括下述重量份组分:脱脂乳粉20份、牛奶蛋白粉5份、大豆蛋白粉10份、复合油脂粉12份、膳食纤维粉15份、藜麦粉15g、燕麦粉10g、咖啡粉2份、维生素0.1份、麦芽糖醇1份、甜菊糖苷1,复配矿物质0.1份、植物提取物2份。
所述的酸酸奶水果粒(固体)为草莓酸奶果粒和蓝莓酸奶果粒按照等质量比混合而成的。
实施例4
本发明提供的一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,由粉包和颗粒包组成,所述的粉包和颗粒包的质量比为:80:20组成。
所述的粉包粉包括下述重量份组分:脱脂乳粉25份、清蛋白粉10份、大米蛋白粉5份、复合油脂粉12份、膳食纤维粉15份、谷物粉4份、绿茶粉3份、维生素0.2份、赤藓糖醇10份,复配矿物质0.15份、植物提取物2份。
所述的混合谷物颗粒为玉米脆片、红豆粒、黑芝麻粒按照等质量比混合而成的;
实施例5
本发明提供的一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,由粉包和颗粒包组成,所述的粉包和饼干颗粒包的质量比为:80:20组成;
所述的粉包粉包括下述重量份组分:全脂乳粉18份、清蛋白粉、牛奶蛋白粉、大豆蛋白粉、豌豆蛋白粉、大米蛋白粉12份、复合油脂粉13份、膳食纤维粉15份、藜麦粉2g、大麦苗粉5g、咖啡粉3份、维生素0.1份、甜菊糖苷15份,复配矿物质0.1份、植物提取物2份。
所述的饼干为曲奇饼干。
实施例1至实施例5中所述的复配矿物质为碳酸钙,碳酸镁,硫酸锌,焦磷酸铁按照等质量比混合。
实施例1至实施例5中所述的油脂粉为初榨椰子油微囊粉、中链甘油三酯微囊粉、黄油微囊粉、亚麻籽油微囊粉按照等质量比混合而成。
实施例1至实施例5中所述的膳食纤维粉为抗性糊精、聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖粉、菊粉、低聚异麦芽糖粉和圆包车前子壳按照质量比1:2:1:1:2:3混合而成的。
实施例1至实施例5中所述的复配矿物质为碳酸钙,碳酸镁,硫酸锌,焦磷酸铁按照质量比1:2:2:1混合而成的。
在实际实用使用中,用户可以根据在自己的口味和习惯,来调整粉包和颗粒包用量。
实施例1至实施例5中所述的植物提取物通过下述步骤制得的:
1)称取新鲜山楂果100g、黑枸杞果100g、辅助水果100g,清洗干净,取出果肉混合常温打浆,搅拌均匀后,加入体积比1-1.5倍水;
2)在50-60℃保持4-8小时,然后将至室温;
3)加入步骤2)混合物料总重量2-3%复合酶制剂进行酶解4-6h,调节pH值为6-6.8;
4)再添加混合物料50-80%体积的有机溶剂,在温50-60℃保持3-6h,过滤,滤液减压浓缩、冷冻干燥、低温粉碎即得植物提取物;
其中实施例1中采用的水果为芒果;实施例2中采用的水果为水蜜桃;实施例3中采用的水果为草莓;实施例4中采用的水果为葡萄;实施例2中采用的水果为椰子。
所述的复合酶制剂为葡聚糖酶、酸性蛋白酶,果胶酶和维素酶的等质量比混合物。
所述的有机溶剂为75wt%乙醇和丙醇按体积比1:2混合而成的。
采用食品营养成分检测仪对本申请提供的实施例1至实施5的产品的食品营养成分检测仪器进行能量与各个成分检测(按照对应比例混合粉剂和颗粒剂,称取30g,),其能量范围500-550kJ,蛋白质3.5-5.4g,脂肪2.0-3.5g,碳水化合物19-23.5g。
制备方法:
1)按照质量比称取粉包中各个组分,混合均匀后定量灌入粉包;
2)按照质量比称取,混合均匀后定量灌入颗粒包,封口,包装,即得复合营养代餐粉。
需要说的是,本申请中用到组分按照本领域常规技术手段熟化、脱水后制成粉剂或者颗粒,在混合的,
食用方法:用温水将粉剂冲调摇匀,随后加入颗粒,再次摇匀后即可享用。
为了证明本申请提供的技术方案的效果,下面给出本申请提个技术方案的试验例:
取实施例实施例1-5所制备的营养减脂代餐制剂,其中,粉包24g和颗粒包6g,按照1∶30温水冲调后食用,代替晚餐用。
选取身体健康志愿者100名,分成10组,分别服用实施例1-实施例5的产品。
受试者分别于实验开始、食用一个周期、食用二个周期、食用三个周期、食用四个周期时,(均在20:00),采用DX200超强型测试仪测定身体体质状况值,每组取平均值。7天为一个周期,持续四个周期。
2、实验结果,见下表:

由上表可以看出,志愿者在食用四个周期后,志愿者平均体重、体脂百分比均明显降低。并且,在试验期间血压和血糖未出现大的波动,而且未对身体产生副作用。
通过对志愿者调查,90%志愿者表示,本申请提供的营养减脂代餐制剂口感层次丰富,饱腹感增强,身体充满活力。

Claims (10)

1.一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,其特征在于,由粉包和颗粒包组成,所述的粉包和颗粒包的质量比为:40~80:60~20,其中:
所述的粉包粉包括下述重量份组分:乳粉10~30份、蛋白粉10~30份、复合油脂粉5~15份、膳食纤维粉5~20份、谷物粉1~20份、调味粉1-5份、维生素0.05~0.3份、甜味剂1~15份,复配矿物质0.1-0.2份、植物提取物1-3份。
所述的颗粒包原料配方中包含谷物颗粒、果蔬颗粒、酸奶水果粒、饼干中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,其特征在于,所述粒包原料配方中混合谷物颗粒5~20份或混合果蔬粒5~20份或混合酸奶水果粒5~20份或饼干5~20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,其特征在于,所述的乳粉为脱脂乳粉或者全脂乳粉;所述的谷物粉为红豆粉、薏米粉、黑米粉、山药粉、藜麦粉、燕麦粉、糙米粉、大麦苗粉中的的其中之一或者任意组合;所述的甜味剂选自赤藓糖醇、麦芽糖醇、木糖醇、结晶果糖、三氯蔗糖、甜菊糖苷中的至少一种;所述的调味粉为咖啡粉或者绿茶粉或者茶粉;所述的复配矿物质为碳酸钙,碳酸镁,硫酸锌,焦磷酸铁的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,其特征在于所述的蛋白粉为清蛋白粉、牛奶蛋白粉、大豆蛋白粉、豌豆蛋白粉、大米蛋白粉其中之一或者任意组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,其特征在于,所述的油脂粉为初榨椰子油微囊粉、中链甘油三酯微囊粉、黄油微囊粉、亚麻籽油微囊粉的组合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,其特征在于,所述的膳食纤维粉为抗性糊精、聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖粉、菊粉、低聚异麦芽糖粉和圆包车前子壳的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,其特征在于,所述的植物提取物通过下述步骤制得的:
1)称取新鲜水果,清洗干净,取出果肉混合常温打浆,搅拌均匀后,加入体积比1-1.5倍水;
2)在50-60℃保持4-8小时,然后将至室温;
3)加入步骤2)混合物料总重量2-3%复合酶制剂进行酶解4-6h,调节pH值为6-6.8;
4)再添加混合物料50-80%体积的有机溶剂,在温50-60℃保持3-6h,过滤,滤液减压浓缩、冷冻干燥、低温粉碎即得植物提取物;
所述的水果为山楂果、黑枸杞果与辅助水果中的一种或者多种组合;
所述的辅助水果为:芒果或水蜜桃或草莓或葡萄或香蕉或椰子。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,其特征在于,所述的复合酶制剂为葡聚糖酶、酸性蛋白酶,果胶酶和维素酶的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,其特征在于,所述的有机溶剂为75wt%乙醇和丙醇按体积比1:2混合而成的。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种含植物提取物的营养减脂代餐制剂,其特征在于,所述的混合谷物颗粒为燕麦片、燕麦脆、玉米脆片、紫薯颗粒、黑米红枣颗粒、红豆薏米颗粒、藜麦球、脆米粒、红豆粒、黑芝麻粒中的至少一种;所述的果蔬粒为水蜜桃粒、草莓粒、椰子块、蔓越莓粒、葡萄干、芒果粒、香蕉片、枸杞、南瓜籽仁中的至少一种;所述的酸奶水果粒为黄桃酸奶果粒、草莓酸奶果粒、芒果酸奶果粒、蓝莓酸奶果粒中的至少一种;所述的饼干为曲奇饼干、焦糖饼干、红丝绒饼干中的至少一种。
