技术领域
本发明属于食品生产领域,具体是涉及到一种均衡营养的功能代餐粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
代餐粉是一种由谷类、豆类、薯类食材等为主,其它属类植物的根、茎、果实等可食用部分为辅制成的一种单一或综合性冲调粉剂产品。它集营养均衡、效果显著、食用方便等优点于一身。常见的营养代餐粉有减肥类代餐粉、调节血压的代餐粉、调节血糖的代餐粉、调节血脂的代餐粉等等多种养生保健类代餐粉,但是现有的代餐粉在食用的过程中还存在以下弊端:
1、现有的代餐粉,食用后其对胃功能改善较低,因此无法使胃部更好的吸收代餐粉内的有效营养与保健成分;
2、现有的代餐粉,其制作过程中将原料中的有效成分制备的较为粗糙,降低了原料中的有效成分的活性,并且使原料中有效成分出现部分缺失,导致代餐粉的功效不足,营养成分缺失、食用效果降低。
肥胖具有很大的危害,肥胖主要是脂肪细胞的堆积造成的,而脂肪堆积的主要部位就是内脏。肥胖不仅影响工作、生活、美观,而且对健康有一定危害性。世界卫生组织已将肥胖定为疾病,是目前继心脑血管病和癌症之后对人类健康威胁的第三大敌人。肥胖者易发生高血压、冠心病、脂肪肝、糖尿病、高血脂、痛风及胆石症等。
而现有的代餐粉,对人体的调理功能较差,对肥胖人群而言,不能保证在减肥过程中,不饥饿、不乏力、不腹泻、不反弹、不改变饮食习惯,同时不会对人体存在损害,因此研发出一种均衡营养、具有调理功能人体和减肥功能的代餐粉将成为食品领域的热门课题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的步骤,本发明提供了一种均衡营养的功能代餐粉及其制备方法,能满足各种类型人体的需求,尤其是肥胖人群。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
一种均衡营养的功能代餐粉,包括以下重量份的原料:蛋白质类物质36-50 份、乳粉14-24份、膨化谷物粉7-13份、膳食纤维10-20份、甜味剂1-3份、稳定剂1-2份、微囊粉2-6份、复合维生素1-3份、复合矿物质1-3份、调理剂 0.035-0.07份。
优选的,所述蛋白质类物质包括土豆蛋白、浓缩乳清蛋白、胶原蛋白多肽、鳕鱼肽、大豆分离蛋白、大豆小分子肽中任一种或任几种,具体较好的组合,可选择土豆蛋白6-9份、浓缩乳清蛋白6-9份、胶原蛋白多肽6-8份、鳕鱼肽6-8 份、大豆分离蛋白6-8份、大豆小分子肽6-8份;蛋白质类物质,作为三大营养素之一,人体的生长、发育、运动、繁殖、遗传等一切生命活动过程都离不开蛋白质。因此每天需保证蛋白质的供给,但是不是任何蛋白质都可以被人体很好的消化吸收。只有蛋白质中的氨基酸模式与人体的蛋白质的氨基酸模式越接近时,必需氨基酸被机体利用的程度也就越高,其营养价值也就越高。其中,土豆蛋白作为一种植物蛋白,更具安全性;胶原蛋白多肽,是通过对胶原蛋白链酶法水解,然后进行提取,变成可溶解性的水解胶原蛋白,是片段的,但保存了具立体活性的三螺旋多肽结构;胶原蛋白多肽具有高度的可消化性,除了少量在口腔、胃受到蛋白酶的作用而近一步分解外,口服进入人体快速(较氨基酸快70%的速度) 地穿过人的口腔、胃,直接进入小肠,被小肠吸收,最终进入人体血液循环系统、器官及细胞组织,迅速发挥其生理作用和生物学功能;鳕鱼肽,富含除色氨酸和半胱氨酸外的18种氨基酸,其中维持人体生长所必需的氨基酸有7种,其中甘氨酸占30%,脯氨酸和羟脯氨酸占约25%,是各种蛋白质中含量最高的,丙氨酸、谷氨酸的含量也比较高,同时还含有在一般蛋白质中少见的羟脯氨酸、焦谷氨酸和在其他蛋白质几乎不存在的羟基赖氨酸,所以营养十分丰富;大豆分离蛋白,是以低温脱溶大豆粕为原料生产的一种全价蛋白类食品添加剂。大豆分离蛋白中蛋白质含量在90%以上,氨基酸种类有近20种,并含有人体必需氨基酸。其营养丰富,不含胆固醇,是植物蛋白中为数不多的可替代动物蛋白的品种之一;大豆小分子肽,是将大分子的大豆蛋白质,利用生物技术酶分解成由2到10个氨基酸组成的小分子片段,富含22种氨基酸,其中包含9种人体不能合成的必需氨基酸。大豆肽为小分子的蛋白质,非常容易被人体吸收,适合蛋白质消化吸收不佳的人群食用,如中老年人、手术后恢复期病人、肿瘤及放化疗病人、胃肠功能不佳者等;
优选的,所述乳粉包括脱脂乳粉、全脂乳粉中的一种或两种;具体较好的组合,可选择脱脂乳粉7-12份、全脂乳粉7-12份;脱脂乳粉因其脂肪含量较少,所以易保存,不易发生氧化作用,是制作饼干、糕点、冰淇淋等食品的最好原材料,而且不含脂肪,适宜肥胖而又需要补充营养的人饮用;全脂乳粉是用纯乳生产的,基本保持了乳中的原有营养成分,蛋白质不低于24%,脂肪不低于26%,乳糖不低于37%。生产1千克全脂乳粉约需8-9千克牛奶,食用时每份奶粉需 8倍的温开水冲调。它基本保持了牛奶的营养成分,适用于全体消费者;因此脱脂乳粉和全脂乳粉能明显增加饮食生热效应、增降低肌加饱腹感脂肪含量,保持和提高瘦体重达到提高基础代谢的功效。
优选的,所述膳食纤维包括菊粉、魔芋粉、抗性糊精、低聚异麦芽糖、聚葡萄糖中的一种或任几种;具体较好的组合,可选择菊粉2-4份、魔芋粉2-4份、抗性糊精2-4份、低聚异麦芽糖2-4份、聚葡萄糖2-4份;膳食纤维在小肠中不被人体消化吸收、在大肠中部分或全部发酵的一类碳水化合物。膳食纤维吸水膨胀,进入胃部以后,能够形成比自身体积大25~80倍的体积,占据胃部空间,能够起到饱腹的作用,从而减少人体对其它膳食的摄取。菊粉,是植物中储备性多糖,主要来源于植物,具有控制血脂降低血糖促进矿物质的吸收调节肠道微生物菌群,改善肠道健康,防止便秘的功效;魔芋粉,具有丰富的膳食纤维成分,因而能够促进肠道的蠕动,加速人体肠道堆积的毒素、脂肪等废物进行排出;抗性糊精,由淀粉加工而成,是将焙烤糊精的难消化成分用工业技术提取处理并精炼而成的一种低热量葡聚糖,属于低分子水溶性膳食纤维;低聚异麦芽糖,能有效的促进人体内有益细菌-双歧杆菌的生长繁殖,故又称为“双歧杆菌生长促进因子”;聚葡萄糖,为白色或类白色固体颗粒,易溶于水,溶解度70%,10%水溶液的pH值为2.5-7.0,无特殊味,是一种具有保健功能性的食品组分,可以补充人体所需的水溶性膳食纤维,进入人体消化系统后,产生特殊的生理代谢功能,从而防治便秘,脂肪沉积;
因此本发明中设置的膳食纤维含量,既可以使胃部起到饱腹的作用,又不会因为吸入过多的膳食纤维,造成其他营养吸入不足。
优选的,所述甜味剂为赤藓糖醇、木糖醇、结晶果糖、木糖醇、三氯蔗糖中一种或任几种;具体较好的组合,可选择赤藓糖醇0.2-0.6份、木糖醇0.2-0.6份、结晶果糖0.2-0.6份、木糖醇0.2-0.6份、三氯蔗糖0.2-0.6份;甜味剂提供的热量很低或根本没有,可供糖尿病人、肥胖病人和高血糖病人食用,将甜味剂加在代餐粉中,可使代餐粉具有适口的感觉。
优选的,所述调理剂为表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、槐米提取物、芡实提取物、马齿苋提取物、枸杞提取物中的一种或任几种;较好的组合,所述调理剂,包括以下原料:表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯0.01-0.02份、槐米提取物0.01-0.02 份、芡实提取物0.005-0.01份、马齿苋提取物0.005-0.01份、枸杞提取物0.005-0.01 份;表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)是从中国绿茶中提取的一种成份,它是绿茶主要的活性和水溶性成份,是儿茶素中含量最高的组分,占绿茶毛重的 9%-13%,因为具有特殊的立体化学结构,EGCG具有非常强的抗氧化活性,抗氧化活性至少是维生素C的100多倍,是维生素E的25倍,能够保护细胞和 DNA受损害,这种损害相信与癌症、心脏疾病和其他重大疾病有关,EGCG的这些功效归结于他们对氧自由基的清除(抗氧化)能力。EGCG是绿茶茶多酚的主要组成成分,也是绿茶儿茶素类的主成分,儿茶素类包括EGCG、EGC、ECG、 EC、GCG等,其中抗氧化活性依次为EC许多研究表明EGCG具有抗自由基 DNA损害,抗辐射和紫外线,阻止油脂过氧化,减少血清中低密度胆固醇、超低密度胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量,干扰癌细胞生存所需的信号传递,抑制饮食中的致癌物质,与肠、肝、和肺中的其他酶和抗氧化剂作用共同阻止某些致癌物质的活力,清除自由基,抵御污染、日晒和吸烟的影响,防治皮肤老化和起皱。槐米提取物,是豆科植物槐的干燥花蕾,主要活性成分为芦丁,具有抗氧化、抑制癌细胞和保护神经细胞等作用;芡实提取物,活性成分为:本品主要含淀粉、蛋白质及脂肪。此外,尚含钙、磷、铁和维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、烟酸及胡萝卜素等成分;马齿苋提取物,活性成分:含有有机酸类、黄酮类、萜类、香豆素类、生物碱类;具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、降血糖、降血脂及抗衰老等作用。枸杞提取物,活性成分:含粗蛋白、粗脂肪、类胡萝卜素、硫胺素、核黄素、抗坏血酸、甜菜碱等;具有免疫调节、降血糖、降血脂、延缓衰老、抗疲劳作用
优选的,所述稳定剂,包括以下重量份的原料:瓜尔胶0.5-0.8份、黄原胶0.05-0.2份、大豆磷脂0.05-0.2份、羧甲基纤维素0.4-0.8份。其中瓜尔胶是大分子天然亲水胶体,含有半乳糖和甘露糖,属于天然半乳甘露聚糖,外观一般是白色或微黄色的自由流动粉末,遇水则变成胶状物体;黄原胶又叫汉生胶、黄杆胶等,是一种多功能的生物高分子聚合物,一般呈乳白、淡黄或浅褐色,是颗粒或粉末,气味稍微刺激,它易溶于水,水溶液呈中性,为半透明体;本发明中通过加入瓜尔胶、黄原胶,可以将代餐粉中的各种材料混合在一起,可以防止油滴粘在一起,还能防止固体颗粒沉降至混合物的底部。不同胶体的复配对代餐粉的稳定性影响很大。羧甲基纤维素钠分别与黄原胶、瓜尔胶复配时体系的稳定性较好,其中羧甲基纤维素钠与黄原胶复配时,瓜尔胶0.5-0.8份、黄原胶0.05-0.2份、大豆磷脂0.05-0.2份、羧甲基纤维素0.4-0.8份。在加入大豆磷脂0.05-0.2份,羧瓜尔胶0.5-0.8份、黄原胶0.05-0.2份、羧甲基纤维素0.4-0.8份体系下的复配,稳定剂形成稳定的空间网络,因此具有很强的乳化能力和增稠能力,从而有效地提高了产品的稳定性。
优选的,所述膨化谷物粉包括膨化薏米粉、膨化燕麦粉、膨化大米粉、膨化青稞粉、膨化山药粉中的一种或者任几种。具体较好的组合,可选择膨化薏米粉 1.5-3份、膨化燕麦粉1.5-3份、膨化大米粉1-3份、膨化青稞粉1-2份、膨化山药粉1-2份;膨化谷物粉是指以谷类、豆类、麦类、薯粉、坚果类、药膳类等谷物为原料,将粮食瞬间熟化,最大限度降低物料在熟化过程中的营养损耗。产品具有天然的谷物膨化香味,不含任何防腐剂、色素、香精的纯天然食品原料。
优选的,所述微囊粉包括中链甘油三酯微囊粉、葵花籽油微囊粉、共轭亚油酸微囊粉中的一种或者任几种。具体较好的组合,可选择中链甘油三酯微囊粉 0.6-2份、葵花籽油微囊粉0.6-2份、共轭亚油酸微囊粉0.7-2份;微囊粉是利用微囊技术,经高品质壁材将固体、液体或气体物质包裹形成的一种粉末状物质。直径一般为1~500μm,壁的厚度一般为0.5~150μm,能够提高产品的稳定性,防止各种组分之间的相互干扰,更易于人体吸收和利用;其中中链甘油三酯仅由饱和脂肪酸构成,凝固点低,室温下为液体,粘度小。与大豆油比较,完全是无臭、无色的透明液体。与普通的油脂和氢化油脂相比,中链甘油三酯不饱和脂肪酸的含量极低,氧化稳定性非常好,其碘值不超过0.5;葵花籽油微囊粉,含油量50%,亚由酸含量约为66%;葵花油是以高含量的亚油酸著称的健康食用油。葵花籽油含有甾醇、维生素、亚油酸等多种物质,其中天然维生素E含量在所有主要植物油中含量高;而亚油酸含量可达70%左右。葵花籽油90%是不饱和脂肪酸,其中亚油酸占66%左右,还含有维生素E,植物固醇、磷脂、胡萝卜素等营养成分。葵花籽油中还含有较多的维生素E,每百克中约含100-120毫克。葵花籽油还含有葡萄糖、蔗糖等营养物质,其发热量也高于豆油、花生油、麻油、玉米油等,每克可产生9.499卡热量。其熔点也较低,宜于被人体吸收,吸收率可达98%以上;共轭亚油酸微囊粉,是取自天然红花籽油中亚油酸通过共轭化得成,可以减少体脂,维持或增加瘦体重,减体脂的作用机制是减少脂肪酸储存到脂肪细胞中,增加脂肪细胞中的脂肪酸分解,增加线粒体中脂肪酸氧化及基础代谢,减少脂肪细胞数量,增加饱腹感抑制食欲;

一种均衡营养的功能代餐粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)分别称取原料进行配料,备用;
2)将大颗粒物质粉碎,产品过100目筛;
3)将所有物质置于三维混料机内混合均匀,分装,即可。
本发明还提供了一种减肥代餐粉的食用方法,以20g/袋做成小包装,按调配比例1:40温开水冲调后食用,代替中晚餐用,可适当的减量。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明所述的代餐粉,通过蛋白质类物质和乳粉,能提供丰富的蛋白质;通过膳食纤维、膨化谷物,能够提供足量的膳食纤维和维生素;通过微囊粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质,能够提供油脂、微生物及微量元素再通过甜味剂来调整代餐粉的口味,因此所述的代餐粉中营养元素丰富,能满足人体日常的需求。
2、本发明所述所述稳定剂,在加入大豆磷脂,羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶、瓜尔胶体系下的复配,能形成稳定的空间网络,因此具有很强的乳化能力和增稠能力,从而有效地提高了产品的稳定性。
3、本发明所述所述调理剂,通过表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、槐米提取物、芡实提取物、马齿苋提取物、枸杞提取物的协同作用,能够提高代餐粉的抗氧化性,增强营养能力,因此代餐粉同样适用于肥胖、高血压、高血脂及癌症等人群。

实验1食用实验
选取120名男子,年龄在30-40周岁,身高170-175cm,体重在80-85Kg之间的微胖人群,要求无其他慢性疾病,空腹血糖范围为5.1-6.1mmol/L,血脂中总胆固醇范围:4.5-5.1mmol/L,精神状态较好的人群;平均分成12组;1-11组分别食用实施例1-3、对比例1-8制备出的代餐粉,连续吃一个月,每日代餐2 次;第12组为空白组,一个月内正常进食;记录12组人群,一个月后的体重变化情况、血糖、血脂变化情况,以及在食用代餐粉和饱腹感和身体状态,结果如下表1所示:

从表1的结果可以看出:空白对照组,在正常饮食的情况下,体重变化为 -3.3~+4.2%,血糖5.1~6.1mmol/L、血脂4.5~5.1mmol/L、饱腹感5h、身体状态和之前一致;
实施例1-3的结果为,体重变化为-6.2~+1.1%,血糖3.7-4.5mmol/L、血 3.0-4.2mmol/L、饱腹感5.5-6h、身体状态为面色正常,身心怡悦;说明该代餐粉,能够在维持人体基本代谢的同时,能够降低体重,同时也能相对降低血糖、血脂,连续食用,不会造成人体厌食或者反感;
而对比例2,在缺少调理剂、稳定剂、复合维生素和复合矿物质的情况下,连续食用,人体浑身没劲、容易犯困,较反感食用,体重变化为-4.1%~+2.9%,血糖5.1-6.0mmol/L、血糖4.4-5.1mmol/L、饱腹感5h;
对比例3加入了调理剂,体重变化为-4.5%~+2.1%,血糖4.3-5.1mmol/L、血脂4.1-5.0mmol/L、饱腹感5.5h、身体状态为面色略黄,人产生体乏、无力、头晕;
对比例4加入了稳定剂,体重变化为-4.9%~+2.4%,血糖4.1-5.0mmol/L、血脂3.7-4.8mmol/L、饱腹感5.5h、身体状态为面色略黄,人产生体乏、无力、头晕;
对比例5加入了复合维生素,体重变化为-4.2%~+2.4%,血糖4.7-5.8mmol/L、血脂4.3-4.9mmol/L、饱腹感6h、身体状态为面色略黄,人产生体乏、无力、头晕;
对比例6加入了复合矿物质,体重变化为-4.4%~+2.7%,血糖5.0-6.0mmol/L、血脂4.5-5.1mmol/L、饱腹感6h、身体状态为面色略黄,人产生体乏、无力、头晕;
对比例7加入了调理剂和稳定剂,体重变化为-4.8%~+2.6%,血糖 3.9-4.6mmol/L、血脂3.4-4.4mmol/L、饱腹感5.5h、身体状态为面色正常、偶尔犯困;对比例8加入了复合维生素和复合矿物质,体重变化为-5.1%~+2.9%,血糖4.7-5.7mmol/L、血脂4.2-4.8mmol/L、饱腹感5.5h、身体状态面色正常、偶尔犯困;从对比例2-8的结果,可以看出,在加入调理剂、稳定剂(或者2个的组合),能一定程度上的降低体重,降低血脂和血糖;在加入复合维生素、复合矿物质(或者2个的组合),能一定程度上的降低体重,降低血脂和血糖。
实验2口感评价分析
理想的冲调粉产品感官上应具备良好的溶解能力,在冲水后能够迅速溶解、不解团、形成的糊状物粘性适中、质地细腻均匀、口感丰富饱满。因此,对本发明进行感官评价验证实验。选取20位经过培训的人员,对本发明实施例产品以及对比例产品的3个关键指标(溶解性、口感、流动性)进行打分。总分100分,其中溶解性占40分、口感占30分、流动性占30分。
评分标准表
具体实验方法
(1)、口感:通过品尝辨别优劣。
(2)、溶解性:称取粉类产品M=20g,用800ml的30-35℃水冲调,同时以2r/s 的速度搅拌30s,紧接着过20目筛,并用250ml同样温度的水缓慢冲洗筛上物,静置1min,连带标准筛一起烘干,之后称取筛上物的重量m。则,溶解性%= (M-m)/M
(3)、流动性:取适量冲调后的样品,至于玻璃平皿上,通过倾斜平皿观察样品的流动性。实验结果统计在表1中

从表1可以看出,本发明制备出的代餐粉,溶解性能、口感和流动性都较好,食用起来方便;而从对比例1、2、4、7的口感评价结果可以看出,再加入稳定剂后,代餐粉的流动性明显得到提升。
实验3对实施例1-3制备出的代餐粉,进行急性毒理性实验
取大鼠18只,雌雄各半,体重200±20g左右,观察3-5天,试验前实验动物隔夜空腹,即禁食16h(不禁水),一次性给予大鼠最大灌胃容量的水溶液,灌胃容量为20ml/kg BW,灌胃剂量为20g/kg BW,灌胃后持续观察,连续观察14 天,观察记录实验大鼠的毛色状况、活动状况、摄食状况、排泄状况以及有无死亡状况等,若没有死亡及时进行病理检验。
将实施例1-3制备出的代餐粉,用最大使用浓度和最大灌胃容量分别给予18 只大鼠灌胃后,观察大鼠毛色光泽正常,社会行为、反应均正常,摄食、排泄正常;连续观察14天,未见任何大鼠死亡,则大鼠最大耐受剂量大于20g/kg BW,根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范(2003版)》中急性毒性试验评价方法,确定代餐粉的安全级别为无毒级别。取大鼠肝脏组织观察,发现肝脏组织正常,未有受损迹象。
实验4免疫力实验
试验动物:昆明种雌性小白鼠,体重18-22g。
试验方法:取小鼠随机分组:空白对照组、试验药物组11组,小鼠每天灌胃给药1次,每次给药量为0.1g/kg,空白对照组给予等容量的蒸馏水。连续30d 后分别对动物进行各项免疫指标测定。
抗体生成细胞(PFc)检测:于灌胃第25天给小鼠腹腔注射2%SRBC0.2ml/只,于免疫后第5天处死,解剖取脾制备脾细胞悬液,用RPMI 1640完全培养液调整脾细胞浓度为5x109个/L。按程序方法制备琼脂糖玻片,在CO2培养箱(37℃、 5%CO2)中温育1.5h后加补体,再温育1.5h,计数每张琼脂薄层玻片上形成的溶血空斑数。进行方差分析。试验结果见表3。

试验结论:从表4的结果可以看出,实施例1-3的溶血空斑数明显得到提升,表明,本发明代餐粉能够明显的提升溶血空斑数;从对比例2、3、4、5、6的结果,可以看出在加入调理剂\稳定剂\复合维生素\复合矿物质后,溶血空斑数均有一定程度的提升;在对比例7中,加入调理剂和稳定剂后,溶血空斑数提升情况较单独加入调理剂\稳定剂明显,说明同时加入调理剂和稳定剂,具有协同作用,能较好的提升溶血空斑数;同样,在对比例8中,在加入复合维生素和复合矿物,溶血空斑数提升情况较单独加入复合维生素和复合矿物质明显,说明同时加入复合维生素和复合矿物,具有协同作用,能较好的提升溶血空斑数;因此从实施例 1-3制备出的代餐粉,在动物实验上具有很好的溶血空斑数,表明具有能较好提高免疫力的作用。
Claims (10)
1.一种均衡营养的功能代餐粉,包括以下重量份的原料:蛋白质类物质36-50份、乳粉14-24份、膨化谷物粉7-13份、膳食纤维10-20份、甜味剂1-3份、稳定剂1-2份、微囊粉2-6份、复合维生素1-3份、复合矿物质1-3份、调理剂0.035-0.07份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的优选的均衡营养的代餐粉,其特征在于,所述蛋白质类物质,包括以下重量份的原料:土豆蛋白6-9份、浓缩乳清蛋白6-9份、胶原蛋白多肽6-8份、鳕鱼肽6-8份、大豆分离蛋白6-8份、大豆小分子肽6-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的优选的均衡营养的代餐粉,其特征在于,所述乳粉,包括以下重量份的原料:脱脂乳粉7-12份、全脂乳粉7-12份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的优选的均衡营养的代餐粉,其特征在于,所述膳食纤维,包括以下重量份的原料:菊粉2-4份、魔芋粉2-4份、抗性糊精2-4份、低聚异麦芽糖2-4份、聚葡萄糖2-4份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的优选的均衡营养的代餐粉,其特征在于,所述甜味剂,包括以下重量份的原料:赤藓糖醇0.2-0.6份、木糖醇0.2-0.6份、结晶果糖0.2-0.6份、木糖醇0.2-0.6份、三氯蔗糖0.2-0.6份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的优选的均衡营养的代餐粉,其特征在于,所述调理剂包括以下重量份的原料:表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯0.01-0.02份、槐米提取物0.01-0.02份、芡实提取物0.005-0.01份、马齿苋提取物0.005-0.01份、枸杞提取物0.005-0.01份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的优选的均衡营养的代餐粉,其特征在于,所述稳定剂,包括以下重量份的原料:瓜尔胶0.5-0.8份、黄原胶0.05-0.2份、大豆磷脂0.05-0.2份、羧甲基纤维素0.4-0.8份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的优选的均衡营养的代餐粉,其特征在于,所述膨化谷物粉,包括以下重量份的原料:膨化薏米粉1.5-3份、膨化燕麦粉1.5-3份、膨化大米粉1-3份、膨化青稞粉1-2份、膨化山药粉1-2份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的优选的均衡营养的代餐粉,其特征在于,所述复合维生素,包括以下重量份的原料:盐酸硫胺素0.1-0.3份、醋酸维生素A0.1-0.3份、盐酸吡哆醇0.1-0.3份、氰钴氨0.1-0.3份、叶酸0.1-0.3份、D-泛酸钙0.1-0.3 份、牛磺酸0.1-0.3份、烟酰胺0.1-0.3份、核黄素0.2-0.6份;
所述微囊粉,包括以下重量份的原料:中链甘油三酯微囊粉1.2份、葵花籽油微囊粉1.3份、共轭亚油酸微囊粉1.5份。
10.一种如权利要求1-9所述均衡营养的代餐粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)分别称取原料进行配料,备用;
