Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于补充气血的复合型小分子肽营养饮品及其制备方法,所述饮品包括人参、海参、牡蛎、浓缩苹果汁、菊粉、酵母β‑葡聚糖、甜菊糖苷、卡拉胶、多种维生素、多种矿物质和调味剂。所述产品可以提高人体免疫力、促进新陈代谢、改善贫血、补充营养、延缓衰老。

技术领域
本发明属于生物制剂技术领域,具体涉及一种用于补充气血的复合型小分子肽营养饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
补充元气是中医的方法,现实中,西医通过全面补充营养,也能达到补充元气的效果。为什么不中西医结合补充元气呢,目前医生采用的方法存在两种情况,第一种是中医开出很好的补充元气的方子,患者服用后效果差或者只是一时改善;第二种是西医给元气不足的患者开医嘱加强营养,患者也做了,但效果很不乐观。现有市场存在多种补充元气的复合肽产品,但是七大营养素含量较少或配比很差,因此实际补气效果也就有限。目前市场上还没有一种能将中西医结合在一起来补充元气的复合肽产品,亟需开发和研究一种中西医结合既全面补充营养又含有多种补气成分的产品。
小分子肽是中医和高科技生物的完美结合,纯绿色养生技术,小分子肽使亚健康和心脑血管疾病等70多种疾病患者的健康状态得到改善,脱离抗生素、激素给人类生命带来的危害,是全营养食品。许多小分子肽分别地具有激活细胞活性、逆转衰老,修复变性细胞、清楚自由基,促进营养吸收、排出代谢废物,抑制细胞变性、增强机体免疫力的不同功能。但机体作为一个整体,服用单一小分子肽的作用有限,单一结合多种小分子肽形成的营养品更是具备多种功能,是目前该领域的研究热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的问题,本发明一方面提供了一种用于补充气血的复合型小分子肽营养饮品,该浓缩饮品可以提高人体免疫力、促进新陈代谢、改善贫血、补充营养、延缓衰老等。
本发明所述用于补充气血的复合型小分子肽营养饮品以1L计,包括人参15~25 g、海参2~6 g、牡蛎2~6 g、菊粉4~20 g、酵母β-葡聚糖5~10 g、甜菊糖苷1~5 g、卡拉胶0.5~2g、维生素20 ~ 100 mg、矿物质20 ~ 100 mg 和调味剂。
在一实施方案中,所述维生素为维生素B1、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、烟酸,或其组合。
在另一实施方案中,所述维生素C的含量不低于80 mg。
在另一实施方案中,所述维生素包括维生素B1 1.0 ~ 2.0 mg、维生素B6 1.0 ~2.0 mg、维生素B12 1.8 ~ 3.0 ug、维生素C 80 ~ 160 mg、维生素D、维生素E 10 ~ 22 mgα-TE。
在另一实施方案中,所述矿物质为焦磷酸铁、葡萄糖酸锌,或其组合。优选地,所述焦磷酸铁含量为5 ~ 15 mg,所述葡萄糖酸锌含量为15 ~ 35 mg。
在另一实施方案中,所述调味剂包括L-苹果酸0.1~1 g、柠檬酸0.1~1 g、牛磺酸0.1~1 g 和浓缩苹果汁5~10 g。
在本发明中,人参采用15-25 g的较高含量,这是因为我们认为气血不足,重点在于新陈代谢、心血管系统功能和免疫力的调理,人参为人参的生物酶酵解提取物,人参中富含的人参皂苷,具有增加白细胞数量、提高人体免疫力、促进新陈代谢、抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗衰老的作用,此外它还能减少脂质的沉淀,有益扩张血管,改善动脉粥样硬化,保护心、脑、肾,达到调节血压,改善心脑血管健康状态。
海参具有改善贫血、补充营养、延缓衰老、提高免疫力、抗癌防癌等保健功效,海参的应用,与人参一起使用,能够进一步增强人参提高免疫力、改善心血管的功效。
牡蛎具有提高男性血清睾酮水平、调节血脂、抑制血小板聚集、改善高血糖症状、提高人体免疫力、促进新陈代谢等功能,预防心脑血管疾病,对抗癌和防止癌细胞扩散也有一定效果。
酵母β-葡聚糖能够活化巨噬细胞、嗜中性白血球等,从而提高白细胞素、细胞分裂素和特殊抗体的含量,全面刺激机体的免疫系统,提高体液的免疫能力,并能控制细胞分裂和分化,调节细胞生长,清除游离基、溶解胆固醇,预防高脂血症等独特的生物活性。
因此,采用海参、牡蛎和酵母β-葡聚糖协同使用, 能够辅助人参,进一步从根本上调理和和改善影响机体气血的主要方面。
在本发明中,除了上述小分子肽的调理,根据机体的日常摄入需求,还添加复合维生素、多种矿物质,这是因为这些微量分子和元素是维系生命、维持机体正常运转所必须的,对于维系基本功能、调节代谢过程方面也同样发挥着重要作用。
此外,本发明还添加了苹果酸、柠檬酸、甜菊糖苷,不仅营养丰富,在改善口感、风味的同时,还具有很好的保健作用。
本发明还提供了一种上述用于补充气血的复合型小分子肽营养饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取人参粉、破碎的海参和破碎的牡蛎进行混合,得到小分子肽混合物;
(2)将所述小分子肽混合物分散于0.3~0.7 L纯净水中,并加入菊粉、酵母β-葡聚糖、甜菊糖苷、卡拉胶、维生素和矿物质,接入混合液重量0.01~0.05%的醋酸菌,于28~32 °C条件下发酵至醋酸含量不再增加,终止发酵,得到发酵液;
(3)向所述发酵液中添加调味剂进行调配,补充纯净水定容,过滤、灌装、杀菌,制得小分子肽营养饮品。
有益效果:
本发明所述用于补充气血的复合型小分子肽营养饮品主要针对免疫力低下人群而开发,从营养治疗、中医调理、标本兼治等多角度精选原料,并采用发酵技术获得,所述产品经过严格的感官性能测试,气味清香、酸甜度适中,因此口服顺应性强。本发明所述小分子肽营养饮品还完成了稳定性考察,经人体试食实验,可以提高免疫力,改善机体贫血。

(1)称取人参粉、破碎的海参和破碎的牡蛎进行混合,得到小分子肽混合物;
(2)将所述小分子肽混合物分散于部分纯净水中,并加入菊粉、酵母β-葡聚糖、甜菊糖苷、卡拉胶、维生素和矿物质,接入混合液重量0.01%的醋酸菌,于32 °C条件下发酵至醋酸含量不再增加,终止发酵,得到发酵液;
(3)向所述发酵液中添加苹果酸、柠檬酸、牛磺酸、浓缩苹果汁进行调配,补充纯净水定容,过滤、灌装、杀菌,制得小分子肽营养饮品。
实施例2 产品B的制备

(3)向所述发酵液中添加苹果酸、柠檬酸、牛磺酸、浓缩苹果汁进行调配,补充纯净水定容,过滤、灌装、杀菌,制得小分子肽营养饮品。
实施例3 产品C的制备
按照下述配方配制1L产品:

(1)称取人参粉、破碎的海参和破碎的牡蛎进行混合,得到小分子肽混合物;
(2)将所述小分子肽混合物分散于部分纯净水中,并加入菊粉、酵母β-葡聚糖、甜菊糖苷、卡拉胶、维生素和矿物质,接入混合液重量0.05%的醋酸菌,于30 °C条件下发酵至醋酸含量不再增加,终止发酵,得到发酵液;
(3)向所述发酵液中添加苹果酸、柠檬酸、牛磺酸、浓缩苹果汁进行调配,补充纯净水定容,过滤、灌装、杀菌,制得小分子肽营养饮品。
实施例4 风味评价
分别量取产品A、B和C 30 mL,进行感官评价。评价小组由10人组成,在舒适安静的环境下,采用6分法,即1~6分由弱至强,对产品的香气值、甜度、酸度、丝滑度、快感标度进行评价,结果如表1所示。

从表1数据可以看出,产品A~C的香气浓郁,甜味明显,酸度几乎不明显,入口的丝滑度和快感俱佳,因此具备良好的顺应性。
实施例4 稳定性考察
本发明所述产品为均匀分散的乳清液状,为考察其稳定性,分别量取产品A、B和C 300mL,于22.5 °C,湿度50%条件下静置,在0天、1天、7天、28天和90天时观察溶液状态,并尝试口感,结果如表2所示。

通过表2可以看出,产品A~C的稳定性好,放置后无明显变化,口感也基本没有变化,利于保存、运输。
实施例5 人体试食试验
共招募100例贫血女性进行试吃试验,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50人,在试验期间,受试者生活习惯及饮食习惯无需变化,试验组服用样品A,每日1次,每次250mL,于早餐后服用。试验周期28天,分别于第0天和第29天进行体重、血红蛋白和红细胞指标检查,结果如表3所示。

通过表3可知,对照组在第0天和第28天的体重、血红蛋白和红细胞基本上没有明显变化,而试验组服用产品A28天后,体重无明显增加,血红蛋白和红细胞显著提高,可见,产品A对于提高身体机能、改善贫血情况具有良好的效果。
本说明书未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于补充气血的复合型小分子肽营养饮品,其特征在于:以1L计,包括人参15~25 g、海参2~6 g、牡蛎2~6 g、菊粉4~20 g、酵母β-葡聚糖5~10 g、甜菊糖苷1~5 g、卡拉胶0.5~2g、多种维生素20 ~ 100 mg、多种矿物质20 ~ 100 mg 和调味剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于补充气血的小分子肽营养饮品,其特征在于:所述维生素为维生素B1、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、烟酸,或其组合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于补充气血的小分子肽营养饮品,其特征在于:所述矿物质为焦磷酸铁、葡萄糖酸锌,或其组合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于补充气血的小分子肽营养饮品,其特征在于:所述调味剂包括L-苹果酸0.1~1 g、柠檬酸0.1~1 g、牛磺酸0.1~1 g 和浓缩苹果汁5~10 g。
5.一种制备权利要求1-4中任一项所述用于补充气血的小分子肽营养饮品的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取人参粉、破碎的海参和破碎的牡蛎进行混合,得到小分子肽混合物;
(2)将所述小分子肽混合物分散于0.3~0.7 L纯净水中,并加入菊粉、酵母β-葡聚糖、甜菊糖苷、卡拉胶、维生素和矿物质,接入混合液重量0.01~0.05%醋酸和乳酸菌的混合液,于28~32 °C条件下发酵至醋酸含量不再增加,终止发酵,得到发酵液;
(3)向所述发酵液中添加调味剂进行调配,补充纯净水定容,过滤、灌装、杀菌,制得小分子肽营养饮品。
