Abstract

The invention relates to an intelligent rice seed soaking and germination accelerating system which comprises a greenhouse, a hot water boiler, a water adjusting tank, a seed soaking and germination accelerating tank, a water circulating system, an oxygen adding system, a light supplementing sodium lamp and an intelligent control system. The heating boiler, the water transfer tank and the seed soaking and germination accelerating tank are sequentially connected through a water circulating system and are controlled by the intelligent control system together with the oxygenation system and the light supplementing sodium lamp. During seed soaking operation, hot water is supplied by a hot water boiler and is mixed with cold water in a water adjusting pool. After the water temperature reaches the corresponding water temperature, the water mixing pump injects the water in the water adjusting tank into the seed soaking germination accelerating tank to submerge the woven bags filled with the rice seeds and keep the water level. When the water temperature of the seed soaking and germination accelerating pond is reduced to the corresponding temperature, the water is pumped back to the water adjusting pond by the drainage pump to adjust the temperature, and the process is circulated. Background
At present, rice seed soaking of small farmers is carried out according to experience, rice seeds are bagged, put into water after seasons, fished out after soaking for a certain time, and thinly spread on the ground at normal temperature for sprouting. Due to the facts that the soaking time and the water temperature are not easy to control, the environmental temperature changes greatly, oxygen deficiency, light shortage and the like, phenomena of seed fermentation, mildew, rot and the like often occur, the germination is not uniform, the germination rate is greatly reduced, and the like, and the rice yield is seriously influenced. Particularly, in Heilongjiang areas, rice breeding work starts in the early 4 months, the environment temperature is only-5-15 ℃, the average temperature is only about 5 ℃, and the problems are more frequent. The intelligent rice seed soaking and germination accelerating system can solve the problems that in the rice seed soaking and germination accelerating production process, the mechanization degree is low, the labor intensity is high, the production standard is not standard, and the germination accelerating is irregular and not strong due to human negligence, even weak buds, sick buds, non-germination and the like occur.

In order to solve the problem of rice seedling raising in the northeast region under the low-temperature condition, the invention provides a seed soaking and germination accelerating device which adopts the measures of constant temperature, oxygen addition, light supplement and the like and realizes intelligent control. The intelligent rice seed soaking and germination accelerating system can automatically regulate and control the temperature required by seed soaking and germination accelerating, so that seeds are uniformly heated, breathe smoothly, illuminate sufficiently and germinate uniformly.
(2) Technical scheme
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the intelligent seed soaking and germination accelerating system consists of a greenhouse, a hot water boiler, a water adjusting tank, a seed soaking and germination accelerating tank, a water circulating system, an oxygen adding system, a light supplementing sodium lamp and an intelligent control system. During seed soaking operation, hot water is supplied by a hot water boiler and is mixed with cold water in a water adjusting pool. (3) Advantageous effects
Shortening the seed soaking and germination accelerating time: the common method needs 10-11 days for seed soaking, the germination accelerating needs 2-3 days, and the intelligent rice seed soaking and germination accelerating system can shorten the seed soaking time to 7 days and the germination accelerating time to 24 hours due to scientific temperature and water quantity adjustment and intelligent monitoring in the whole process, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved.
Saving the field and resources: the seed soaking and the germination accelerating are carried out in the same pool, so that the fund, the field, the manpower and the material resources are saved;
realizing large-scale production: the seed soaking scale is large, each batch of the seed soaking scale can reach 10 tons, the boiler capacity is increased, the seed soaking and germination accelerating pools are added, each batch of the seed soaking and germination accelerating pools can reach 200 tons, large-scale seed soaking and germination accelerating can be realized, and centralized management can be realized;

The greenhouse (1) is characterized in that an angle steel truss (9) is used as a main framework, a roof (10) and a wall surface (11) are formed by color steel polystyrene boards, a window (12) is a three-layer vacuum glass plastic steel window, a gate is an automatic rolling door (13), and the width and the height of the automatic rolling door need to meet the requirements of the operation machinery for entering and exiting.

The water circulation system (5) consists of a mixed water pump (34), a drainage water pump (40), a PVC water pipe (43) and an electromagnetic valve (44). The oxygenation system (6) consists of an air pump (45), a rubber hose (46) and a porous foamer (36). And the sodium light supplement lamp (7) is arranged on the angle steel truss (9). The intelligent control system (8) controls the electromagnetic valve (44) by a computer (47) according to a data processing result or an administrator instruction acquired by the temperature sensor (37), so that the functions of intelligent seed soaking and germination accelerating are realized.
