技术领域
本发明属于面料印染技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
阻燃、抗油、拒水等性能是火灾救护、野外作业、军事训练、家纺家装、交通运输、冶炼煅铸等行业对防护服装的基本要求。国内外针对具有单一防护性能面料的研发有很多,但在传统后整理工艺中,由于三防与阻燃的不兼容性,三防整理后,会破坏已形成的阻燃体系,织物强力损失率较高、使助燃性能消失殆尽。由于各性能的赋予技术之间存在冲突,未能较好地将阻燃、抗油、拒水的功能同时赋予一块面料。因此,急需一种能够同时在同一面料上完成阻燃、抗油、拒水功能赋予的制备方法。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料及其制备方法,在后处理中通过CP法阻燃整理和三防整理,有效解决了现有技术中三防性能与阻燃性能不兼容、织物强力损失率高和阻燃整理对织物强力的不利影响。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将面料依次经翻布和坯布缝头,然后以70-90m/min车速烧毛,在室温下浸轧冷堆工作液堆置20-28h,再浸轧练漂工作液中,带液率为80-90%,在98-100℃温度下蒸箱堆置50-70min,80-90℃热水洗,最后依次经烘干、丝光机进布、浸轧碱液、水洗、烘干和落布,得半制品;冷堆工作液包括以下组分:烧碱35-45g/L、双氧水8-12g/L和精炼剂3-5g/L;练漂工作液包括以下组分:烧碱7-8g/L、双氧水7-8g/L、精炼剂3-5g/L、螯合剂1-3g/L和水玻璃8-12g/L;
(2)染色:将步骤(1)所得半制品进布后在室温下浸轧染液,带液率40-45%,然后依次经红外线烘干、热风烘躁、烘干、冷水辊和浸轧还原液,在100-102℃温度下还原汽蒸,最后依次经冷水洗、双氧水氧化、皂洗、中和水洗、水洗、烘干和落布,得染色布;
(3)后整理:将步骤(2)所得染色布进布后浸轧阻燃工作液,在160-180℃温度下烘焙1-3min,然后依次经热水洗、皂洗、热水洗和滚筒烘干,浸轧三防工作液,在110-130℃烘干,再依次经光电整纬、拉幅机烘焙、冷水辊、水雾给湿、橡毯预缩整理、呢毯整理、烘干、冷水辊和落布,得阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料;阻燃工作液包括以下组分:阻燃剂ZRS-2400-600g/L、氯化镁6-10g/L、磷酸15-25g/L、纤维保护剂ST-650 15-25g/L和交联剂GL-1002-4g/L;三防工作液包括以下组分:三防整理剂JK-365 50-70g/L、增强剂JK-12 10-20g/L和pH中和剂1-3g/L。

1、本发明通过前处理、染色和后处理赋予了面料阻燃抗油拒水的功能,在后处理中通过CP法阻燃整理和三防整理,克服了阻燃整理方法对织物强力的不利影响,使得同一面料上具有优异的多功能性能,且织物强力损失率<10%,有效解决了现有技术中三防性能与阻燃性能不兼容、织物强力损失率高和阻燃整理对织物强力的不利影响。
2、冷堆工作液有良好的耐碱性和润湿性,在堆置过程中与烧碱和双氧水发挥协同效应,实现对棉纤维杂质的降解、膨化、扩散、乳化、脱脂等效果。练漂有良好的耐碱性和润湿性,在蒸箱堆置的过程中,去除坯布上的天然杂志、浆料和油污等,使织物具有柔软的手感,良好的吸水性,为后续的加工提供合格的半成品。还在后整理过程中优选了阻燃工作液,减小阻燃工作液与三防工作液之间的影响,增强两者之间的兼容性,使得同一面料能够同时具备阻燃、抗油和拒水功能。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将面料依次经翻布和坯布缝头,然后以80m/min车速,采用四道火口,两个正向火口,两个反向火口烧毛,在室温下浸轧冷堆工作液堆置24h,再浸轧练漂工作液中,带液率为85%,在98℃温度下蒸箱堆置60min,80℃热水洗,最后依次经烘干、丝光机进布、浸轧碱液(190g/L)、水洗、烘干和落布,得半制品;冷堆工作液包括以下组分:烧碱40g/L、双氧水10g/L和精炼剂4g/L;练漂工作液包括以下组分:烧碱7g/L、双氧水8g/L、精炼剂4g/L、螯合剂2g/L和水玻璃10g/L;
(2)染色:将步骤(1)所得半制品进布后在室温下浸轧染液,带液率44.5%,然后依次经红外线烘干、热风烘躁(风室温度依次为90℃、140℃和170℃)、烘干、冷水辊和浸轧还原液,在100℃温度下还原汽蒸,最后依次经冷水洗、双氧水氧化、皂洗、中和水洗、水洗、烘干和落布,得染色布;
(3)后整理:将步骤(2)所得染色布进布后浸轧阻燃工作液,在170℃温度下烘焙2min,然后依次经热水洗(70℃)、混合液中皂洗(70℃)、热水洗(70℃)和滚筒烘干,浸轧三防工作液,在120℃烘干,再依次经光电整纬、拉幅机烘焙、冷水辊、水雾给湿、橡毯预缩整理、呢毯整理、烘干、冷水辊和落布,得阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料;阻燃工作液包括以下组分:阻燃剂ZRS-2 500g/L、氯化镁8g/L、磷酸20g/L、纤维保护剂ST-650 20g/L和交联剂GL-100 3g/L;混合液包括以下组分:洗衣粉4g/L和尿素10g/L;三防工作液包括以下组分:三防整理剂JK-365 60g/L、增强剂JK-12 15g/L和pH中和剂2g/L。
测定实施例1所得阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的阻燃性能和三防性能,其所用标准和测试结果见表1。

由表1可知,实施例1所得阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料同时具有阻燃抗油拒水功能,且性能优异。
实施例2
一种阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将面料依次经翻布和坯布缝头,然后以80m/min车速,采用四道火口,两个正向火口,两个反向火口烧毛,在室温下浸轧冷堆工作液堆置20-28h,再浸轧练漂工作液中,带液率为85%,在100℃温度下蒸箱堆置60min,90℃热水洗,最后依次经烘干、丝光机进布、浸轧碱液(190g/L)、水洗、烘干和落布,得半制品;冷堆工作液包括以下组分:烧碱40g/L、双氧水10g/L和精炼剂4g/L;练漂工作液包括以下组分:烧碱7g/L、双氧水8g/L、精炼剂4g/L、螯合剂2g/L和水玻璃10g/L;
(2)染色:将步骤(1)所得半制品进布后在室温下浸轧染液,带液率44.5%,然后依次经红外线烘干、热风烘躁(风室温度依次为90℃、140℃和170℃)、烘干、冷水辊和浸轧还原液,在101℃温度下还原汽蒸,最后依次经冷水洗、双氧水氧化、皂洗、中和水洗、水洗、烘干和落布,得染色布;
(3)后整理:将步骤(2)所得染色布进布后浸轧阻燃工作液,在170℃温度下烘焙2min,然后依次经热水洗(75℃)、混合液中皂洗(75℃)、热水洗(75℃)和滚筒烘干,浸轧三防工作液,在120℃烘干,再依次经光电整纬、拉幅机烘焙、冷水辊、水雾给湿、橡毯预缩整理、呢毯整理、烘干、冷水辊和落布,得阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料;阻燃工作液包括以下组分:阻燃剂ZRS-2 500g/L、氯化镁8g/L、磷酸20g/L、纤维保护剂ST-650 20g/L和交联剂GL-100 3g/L;混合液包括以下组分:洗衣粉4g/L和尿素10g/L;三防工作液包括以下组分:三防整理剂JK-365 60g/L、增强剂JK-12 15g/L和pH中和剂2g/L。
测定实施例2所得阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的阻燃性能和三防性能,其所用标准和测试结果见表2。

实施例3
一种阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将面料依次经翻布和坯布缝头,然后以90m/min车速,采用四道火口,两个正向火口,两个反向火口烧毛,在室温下浸轧冷堆工作液堆置24h,再浸轧练漂工作液中,带液率为90%,在100℃温度下蒸箱堆置70min,90℃热水洗,最后依次经烘干、丝光机进布、浸轧碱液(200g/L)、水洗、烘干和落布,得半制品;冷堆工作液包括以下组分:烧碱40g/L、双氧水10g/L和精炼剂4g/L;练漂工作液包括以下组分:烧碱7g/L、双氧水8g/L、精炼剂4g/L、螯合剂2g/L和水玻璃10g/L;
(2)染色:将步骤(1)所得半制品进布后在室温下浸轧染液,带液率45%,然后依次经红外线烘干、热风烘躁(风室温度依次为90℃、140℃和170℃)、烘干、冷水辊和浸轧还原液,在102℃温度下还原汽蒸,最后依次经冷水洗、双氧水氧化、皂洗、中和水洗、水洗、烘干和落布,得染色布;
(3)后整理:将步骤(2)所得染色布进布后浸轧阻燃工作液,在180℃温度下烘焙3min,然后依次经热水洗(80℃)、混合液中皂洗(80℃)、热水洗(80℃)和滚筒烘干,浸轧三防工作液,在130℃烘干,再依次经光电整纬、拉幅机烘焙、冷水辊、水雾给湿、橡毯预缩整理、呢毯整理、烘干、冷水辊和落布,得阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料;阻燃工作液包括以下组分:阻燃剂ZRS-2 600g/L、氯化镁10g/L、磷酸25g/L、纤维保护剂ST-650 25g/L和交联剂GL-100 4g/L;混合液包括以下组分:洗衣粉5g/L和尿素12g/L;三防工作液包括以下组分:三防整理剂JK-365 70g/L、增强剂JK-12 20g/L和pH中和剂3g/L。
测定实施例3所得阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的阻燃性能和三防性能,其所用标准和测试结果见表3。

由表3可知,实施例3所得阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料同时具有阻燃抗油拒水功能,且性能优异。
实验例
按实施例所示方法,分别在步骤3中采用不同的阻燃工作液和三防工作液(见图1),并制得阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料,同时测定其阻燃性能和三防性能,所用标准和测试结果均见图1。
由图1可知,阻燃工作液能够使得面料具有较好的阻燃性能,阻燃性能能够大幅度提高,且三防工作液的使用并不会大幅度降低面料的阻燃性能,三防性能与阻燃性能相兼容,能够同时具有阻燃抗油拒水功能,同时织物强力损失率低。
虽然结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行了详细地描述,但不应理解为对本专利的保护范围的限定。在权利要求书所描述的范围内,本领域技术人员不经创造性劳动即可作出的各种修改和变形仍属本专利的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将面料依次经翻布和坯布缝头,然后以70-90m/min车速烧毛,在室温下浸轧冷堆工作液堆置20-28h,再浸轧练漂工作液中,带液率为80-90%,在98-100℃温度下蒸箱堆置50-70min,80-90℃热水洗,最后依次经烘干、丝光机进布、浸轧碱液、水洗、烘干和落布,得半制品;所述冷堆工作液包括以下组分:烧碱35-45g/L、双氧水8-12g/L和精炼剂3-5g/L;所述练漂工作液包括以下组分:烧碱7-8g/L、双氧水7-8g/L、精炼剂3-5g/L、螯合剂1-3g/L和水玻璃8-12g/L;
(2)染色:将步骤(1)所得半制品进布后在室温下浸轧染液,带液率40-45%,然后依次经红外线烘干、热风烘躁、烘干、冷水辊和浸轧还原液,在100-102℃温度下还原汽蒸,最后依次经冷水洗、双氧水氧化、皂洗、中和水洗、水洗、烘干和落布,得染色布;
(3)后整理:将步骤(2)所得染色布进布后浸轧阻燃工作液,在160-180℃温度下烘焙1-3min,然后依次经热水洗、皂洗、热水洗和滚筒烘干,浸轧三防工作液,在110-130℃烘干,再依次经光电整纬、拉幅机烘焙、冷水辊、水雾给湿、橡毯预缩整理、呢毯整理、烘干、冷水辊和落布,得阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料;所述阻燃工作液包括以下组分:阻燃剂ZRS-2 400-600g/L、氯化镁6-10g/L、磷酸15-25g/L、纤维保护剂ST-650 15-25g/L和交联剂GL-100 2-4g/L;所述三防工作液包括以下组分:三防整理剂JK-365 50-70g/L、增强剂JK-12 10-20g/L和pH中和剂1-3g/L。
2.如权利要求1所述的阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,烧毛时,采用四道火口,两个正向火口,两个反向火口。
3.如权利要求1所述的阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,浸轧碱液时,碱液浓度为180-200g/L。
4.如权利要求1所述的阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述冷堆工作液包括以下组分:烧碱40g/L、双氧水10g/L和精炼剂4g/L;所述练漂工作液包括以下组分:烧碱7g/L、双氧水8g/L、精炼剂4g/L、螯合剂2g/L和水玻璃10g/L。
5.如权利要求1所述的阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,热风烘躁时,风室温度依次为90℃、140℃和170℃。
6.如权利要求1所述的阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,在70-80℃热水洗,在70-80℃混合液中皂洗,再在70-80℃热水洗。
7.如权利要求6所述的阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合液包括以下组分:洗衣粉3-5g/L和尿素8-12g/L。
8.如权利要求1所述的阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃工作液包括以下组分:阻燃剂ZRS-2 500g/L、氯化镁8g/L、磷酸20g/L、纤维保护剂ST-65020g/L和交联剂GL-100 3g/L。
9.如权利要求1所述的阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述三防工作液包括以下组分:三防整理剂JK-365 60g/L、增强剂JK-12 15g/L和pH中和剂2g/L。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述的阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料的制备方法制得的阻燃抗油拒水多功能防护面料。
