技术领域
本发明属于织物制备技术领域,具体涉及一种三防阻燃多功能防羽布的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,宾馆、酒店等公共场所火灾事件频发,对社会财产造成巨大损失。提升纺织品的阻燃功能,成为业界关注的焦点之一。GB/T 17591-2006《阻燃织物》、GB 20286-2006《公共场所阻燃制品及组件燃烧性能要求和标识》和GB 8624-2012《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》都对纺织品的阻燃提出了苛刻的阻燃要求,尤其是GB/T 20286-2006、GB 8624-2012,对氧指数指标和垂直燃烧性能要求较高。另一方面,单一阻燃功能的织物使用面较窄,产品附加值低,难以满足人们对功能纺织品的要求,市场对纺织品防水防污的功能需求也日益提升。
在纺织品面料的诸多功能中,很多功能需要单独加工,两个以上的功能助剂同时使用很大概率会因相容性及理化性质而产生多种瑕疵与问题。比较常见的瑕疵有:沉淀、漂油、分层、起泡、不相容、斑点、色花、沉积物等冲突问题,特别是“防水+阻燃”二合一整理。防水剂的防水机理,特别是氟系防水剂,通常是在织物表面形成低表面能的结构,达到疏水效果。对于阻燃体系,尤其是磷系阻燃体系,在阻燃过程中非常重要的机理,是凝聚相成炭,酸源受热产生多聚磷酸并向材料表面迁移和富集,在材料表面形成隔热隔氧的阻燃炭层。防水阻燃同浴整理产品中,防水剂(广义的范围,除了单纯的防水整理剂、还包括防水防油剂、防水防油防污整理剂)形成的低表面能结构,导致纺织材料内部(尤其是涤纶纺织品)的阻燃成份(尤其是磷系阻燃成份)难以实现向表面的迁移、铺展、富集,特别是凝聚相阻燃机理中起到关键作用的酸源很难在材料表面形成多聚磷酸覆盖层和催化炭层,难以实现高效的防水阻燃。
因此,不是所有的防水剂和阻燃剂都适合二合一加工,筛选相同离子性的产品,逐一测试各项单项稳定性与二合一相溶稳定性。其次,相容良好的防水剂与阻燃剂按照不同的使用量,平衡防水与阻燃两者效果之间的“度”,防水要满足要求,阻燃也同样要满足要求,否则相反,经常互相拮抗,产品不能耐久,影响了最终产品的整体应用性能。
专利CN205241953U公开了一种阻燃三防面料,采用三层织物结构,上三防层和下三防层均由经纱与纬纱相互垂直编织而成,上三防层和下三防层之间设置有阻燃层,从而获得三防阻燃功能。该方法制作的阻燃三防面料功能相对独立,且结构复杂,适用性较窄。
申请号CN201811601422.9的发明公开了一种耐洗、抗菌、三防、阻燃织物的制备工艺,包括顺序进行以下步骤:前处理→染底→印花→cp阻燃整理→抗菌整理→三防整理→预缩→检验→成品,由该发明所述制备工艺,抗菌整理、三防整理、阻燃整理之间不会相互影响。该专利虽然声称可以做到阻燃抗菌三防,但是整理加工步骤非常繁琐,阻燃整理、抗菌整理、三防整理分别进行,而且,阻燃整理采用cp阻燃剂,含有甲醛,不环保。
申请号CN201811229573.6的发明公开了一种多功能涂层面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:织造、练漂、染色、热定型、前拒水整理、微泡涂层整理、成品。本发明工艺简单环保,无废水排放,直接涂层一步整理即可实现阻燃、抗静电、防皱、防水多种功能,整理织物手感柔软,且由于阻燃剂和抗静电剂被涂层完全包覆于织物表面,耐洗涤。但是,由于涂层透气性差,不适合做家纺被芯面料。
因此,考虑到三防整理剂、阻燃整理剂及其他助剂之间相互影响,整理工艺也对产品性能有一定影响,解决这些整理剂、助剂相容性问题以及各功能之间的协同性问题是多功能整理的关键。此外,现有家纺被芯还要求面料具有防钻绒与透气要求,采用脂肪酸类防风剂,对三防整理、阻燃整理效果具有巨大干扰,因此,研发一种面料,使其具有三防、阻燃、防钻绒、透气等功能,具有较大技术难度。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种三防阻燃多功能防羽布的制备方法,使用二浴法对面料进行三防阻燃防钻绒整理,使面料具备良好的整体三防防钻绒效果以及优良的阻燃效果。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种三防阻燃多功能防羽布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)皂洗处理:将织物退煮漂丝光后,通过超声波皂洗工艺去除布面杂质,皂洗烘干;
(2)阻燃预处理:将超声波皂洗烘干后的面料浸轧阻燃剂,并烘干待用;
(3)制备三防阻燃防钻绒整理液:在去离子水中,先后加入三防易去污整理剂、无氟防水剂、阻燃剂与防风剂,调节整理液PH=5.0~6.0,搅拌均匀,得到三防阻燃防钻绒整理液;
(4)三防阻燃同浴处理:将步骤(2)阻燃预处理面料浸轧步骤(3)三防阻燃防钻绒整理液并在定型机上定型加工并烘干焙烘整理;
(5)压光处理:将步骤(4)面料进行重压光处理,获得具有三防、阻燃、防钻绒功能的三防阻燃多功能防羽布。
本发明的进一步改进方案为:
步骤(1)超声波皂洗时,超声波频率20 ~ 35 kHz,皂洗剂的浓度为0 .5 ~ 2 .0g/L,皂洗温度为65 ~ 70℃,皂洗时间为10 ~ 15min,可采用平幅连续式皂洗或进缸皂洗。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述阻燃剂的浓度为300~350g/L;步骤(3)所述三防阻燃防钻绒整理液中,三防易去污整理剂的浓度为40g/L~60g/L,防风剂的浓度为10g/L~20g/L,阻燃剂浓度30~50g/L。
进一步的,所述三防易去污整理剂为含氟聚丙烯酸酯或全氟丁基磺酸或二者混合,所述防风剂为含有机硅的脂肪族高分子非离子化合物,所述阻燃剂为有机卤系、有机磷系或有机氮中的一种或两种以上混合。
进一步的,步骤(4)所述整理时,控制轧余率55%~60%;预烘温度100~120℃,时间3~5min;定型温度160~180℃,定型速度20~25m/min。
进一步的,步骤(5)所述压光处理时,压辊压力不低于110kg/cm2,压光速度10~12m/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用二浴法对面料进行三防阻燃防钻绒整理,通过阻燃预处理,将阻燃成分充分嵌入纤维内部,再通过三防阻燃同浴处理,三防、防钻绒物质成分覆盖织物缝隙与表面,达到整体三防防钻绒效果以及优良的阻燃效果。
在阻燃预处理时,优选较高浓度的水溶性磷氮系化合物的TF-6112阻燃剂,将磷氮阻燃成分充分渗透到棉纤内部,保证强热条件下,纤维素发生磷酰化并经过脱水反应,形成的焦炭层物理上起着隔绝内部聚合物与氧的接触,使燃烧窒息,同时焦炭层导热性差,使聚合物与外界热源隔绝,减缓热分解反应,拖出来的水分能吸收大量的潜热,使得温度降低。三防阻燃同浴过程,为避免防水剂阻隔作用引起纺织材料内部的阻燃成份难以实现向表面的迁移、铺展、富集,特别是凝聚相阻燃机理中起到关键作用的酸源很难在材料表面形成多聚磷酸覆盖层和催化炭层的问题,因此需采用FG-6330三防易去污整理剂混合少量的TF-6112阻燃剂,便于强热环境下阻燃剂的转移。
本发明避免了防钻绒助剂与三防剂、阻燃剂本身兼容性差导致的三防、阻燃效果差、品质不稳定等问题。
防钻绒助剂含有机硅的脂肪族高分子非离子化合物,三防剂多为弱阳离子,在使用过程,各助剂受自身离子形态影响,分散性与相容性相对较好。
本发明采用超声波皂洗前处理技术,一方面可以加速防羽布坯布上浆料、杂质的乳化分离,另一方面可使纤维比表面积大大增加,为后整理有效成分提供充足的反应作用点。可进一步提升三防、阻燃物质的沉积与反应。
本发明压光过程采用重压光、低车速工艺条件,可弥补防风剂浓度略低造成的防钻绒效果下降问题。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)皂洗处理:将C40*C40/133*98/平纹/254cm的防羽布退煮漂丝光后,通过超声波皂洗工艺去除布面杂质,皂洗烘干;超声波皂洗时,采用进缸皂洗,超声波频率20 ~ 35kHz,皂洗剂的浓度为0 .5 ~ 2 .0g/L,皂洗温度为65 ~ 70℃,皂洗时间为10 ~ 15min。
(2)阻燃预处理:将超声波皂洗烘干后的面料浸轧300g/L的TF-6112阻燃剂,并烘干待用;
(3)制备三防阻燃防钻绒整理液:在去离子水中,先后加入FG-6330三防易去污整理剂、TF-6112阻燃剂与非离子防风剂,调节整理液PH=5.0~6.0,搅拌均匀,得到三防阻燃防钻绒整理液,其中三防易去污整理剂的浓度为40g/L,防风剂的浓度为10g/L,阻燃剂浓度30g/L;
(4)三防阻燃同浴处理:将步骤(2)阻燃预处理面料浸轧步骤(3)三防阻燃防钻绒整理液并在定型机上定型加工并烘干焙烘整理,整理时,控制轧余率55%~60%;预烘温度100~120℃,时间3~5min;定型温度160~180℃,定型速度20~25m/min;
(5)压光处理:将步骤(4)面料进行重压光处理,获得具有三防、阻燃、防钻绒功能的三防阻燃多功能防羽布,压光处理时,压辊压力不低于110kg/cm2,压光速度10~12m/min。
实施例2

(3)制备三防阻燃防钻绒整理液:在去离子水中,先后加入FG-6330三防易去污整理剂、无氟防水剂、TF-6112阻燃剂与非离子防风剂,调节整理液PH=5.0~6.0,搅拌均匀,得到三防阻燃防钻绒整理液,其中三防易去污整理剂的浓度为50g/L,防风剂的浓度为20g/L,阻燃剂浓度50g/L;
(4)三防阻燃同浴处理:将步骤(2)阻燃预处理面料浸轧步骤(3)三防阻燃防钻绒整理液并在定型机上定型加工并烘干焙烘整理,整理时,控制轧余率55%~60%;预烘温度100~120℃,时间3~5min;定型温度160~180℃,定型速度20~25m/min;
(5)压光处理:将步骤(4)面料进行重压光处理,获得具有三防、阻燃、防钻绒功能的三防阻燃多功能防羽布,压光处理时,压辊压力不低于110kg/cm2,压光速度10~12m/min。
实施例3

(3)制备三防阻燃防钻绒整理液:在去离子水中,先后加入FG-6330三防易去污整理剂、无氟防水剂、TF-6112阻燃剂与非离子防风剂,调节整理液PH=5.0~6.0,搅拌均匀,得到三防阻燃防钻绒整理液,其中三防易去污整理剂的浓度为60g/L,防风剂的浓度为20g/L,阻燃剂浓度50g/L;
(4)三防阻燃同浴处理:将步骤(2)阻燃预处理面料浸轧步骤(3)三防阻燃防钻绒整理液并在定型机上定型加工并烘干焙烘整理,整理时,控制轧余率55%~60%;预烘温度100~120℃,时间3~5min;定型温度160~180℃,定型速度20~25m/min;
(5)压光处理:将步骤(4)面料进行重压光处理,获得具有三防、阻燃、防钻绒功能的三防阻燃多功能防羽布,压光处理时,压辊压力不低于110kg/cm2,压光速度10~12m/min。
对比例1
采用一步整理法,对织物进行整理,制备整理液:在去离子水中,先后加入FG-6330三防易去污整理剂、TF-6112阻燃剂,调节整理液PH=5.0~6.0,搅拌均匀,得到整理液,其中三防易去污整理剂的浓度为50g/L,阻燃剂浓度400g/L。
其他操作同实施例2。
对比例2
采用一步整理法,对织物进行整理,制备整理液:在去离子水中,先后加入FG-6330三防易去污整理剂、TF-6112阻燃剂、非离子防风剂,调节整理液PH=5.0~6.0,搅拌均匀,得到整理液,其中三防易去污整理剂的浓度为50g/L,阻燃剂浓度400g/L,非离子防风剂的浓度为20g/L。
其他操作同实施例2。
对比例3
采用两步整理法,对织物进行整理,第一次整理的时候使用400g/L的TF-6112阻燃剂整理液,第二次整理的整理液为含有FG-6330三防易去污整理剂、非离子防风剂的整理液,其中三防易去污整理剂的浓度为50g/L,非离子防风剂的浓度为20g/L。
其他操作同实施例2。
性能检测
对实施例1-3以及对比例1-3处理后的面料进行三防、阻燃以及防钻绒测试。其中,三防测试参照GB/T 4745《纺织品防水性能的检测和评价沾水法》、GB/T 19977《纺织品拒油性抗碳氢化合物试验》、FZ/T 01118《纺织品防污性能的检测和评价易去污性》擦拭法;阻燃测试参照GB/T 5455《纺织品燃烧性能垂直方向损毁长度、阴燃和续燃时间的测定》;防钻绒测试参照GB 12705.2《纺织品 织物防钻绒性试验方法 第2部分_ 转箱法》。检测结果如表1所示。

由表1可以看出,采用本发明专利织物相较于常规二步法或者同浴法的实施方案具有优异的防沾湿性能与拒油性,可通过GB/T 5455阻燃要求,具有优良的阻燃性能。
Claims (6)
1.一种三防阻燃多功能防羽布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)皂洗处理:将织物退煮漂丝光后,通过超声波皂洗工艺去除布面杂质,皂洗烘干;
(2)阻燃预处理:将超声波皂洗烘干后的面料浸轧阻燃剂,并烘干待用;
(3)制备三防阻燃防钻绒整理液:在去离子水中,先后加入三防易去污整理剂、阻燃剂与防风剂,调节整理液PH=5.0~6.0,搅拌均匀,得到三防阻燃防钻绒整理液;
(4)三防阻燃同浴处理:将步骤(2)阻燃预处理面料浸轧步骤(3)三防阻燃防钻绒整理液并在定型机上定型加工并烘干焙烘整理;
(5)压光处理:将步骤(4)面料进行重压光处理,获得具有三防、阻燃、防钻绒功能的三防阻燃多功能防羽布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三防阻燃多功能防羽布的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)超声波皂洗时,超声波频率20 ~ 35 kHz,皂洗剂的浓度为0 .5 ~ 2 .0g/L,皂洗温度为65 ~ 70℃,皂洗时间为10 ~ 15min,可采用平幅连续式皂洗或进缸皂洗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种三防阻燃多功能防羽布的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述阻燃剂的浓度为300~350g/L;步骤(3)所述三防阻燃防钻绒整理液中,三防易去污整理的浓度为40g/L~60g/L,防风剂的浓度为10g/L~20g/L,阻燃剂浓度30~50g/L。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3任意一项所述的一种三防阻燃多功能防羽布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述三防易去污整理剂为含氟聚丙烯酸酯或全氟丁基磺酸或二者混合,所述防风剂为含有机硅的脂肪族高分子非离子化合物,所述阻燃剂为有机卤系、有机磷系或有机氮中的一种或两种以上混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种三防阻燃多功能防羽布的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述整理时,控制轧余率55%~60%;预烘温度100~120℃,时间3~5min;定型温度160~180℃,定型速度20~25m/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种三防阻燃多功能防羽布的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)所述压光处理时,压辊压力不低于110kg/cm2,压光速度10~12m/min。
