Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cultivation of cordyceps militaris, in particular to a pure natural cordyceps militaris growth regulator.
Background
Cordyceps militaris has biological activities of resisting tumor, resisting fungi, resisting inflammation, resisting fatigue, delaying aging, regulating immunity and the like, has good treatment and health care effects, and the culture technology of high-quality and high-yield fruiting bodies becomes a hotspot of research. At present, growth regulators applied to the aspect of increasing the yield of cordyceps militaris are mainly chemical preparations, hormones and the like, such as 2,4-D, triammonium citrate, urea and the like. The growth regulator can stimulate the growth of thallus, but because the growth regulator does not contain nutrient components, the contradiction between too fast growth and insufficient nutrient supply of the cordyceps militaris is easily caused, and meanwhile, chemical residues not only have adverse effects on the quality of the cordyceps militaris, but also pollute the environment.
The kelp powder is used as a natural marine alga, is rich in various nutritional ingredients and active substances which are lacked by terrestrial animals and plants, such as protein, algal polysaccharides, lipids, mineral elements, trace elements and active growth promoting factors, and is widely applied to aquatic feeds of sea cucumbers, fishes, shrimps, crabs and the like and livestock and poultry feeds of chickens, cows, pigs and the like. The oak belongs to the genus Quercus of the family Fagaceae, is a deciduous tree, and researches show that the stem and leaf of the oak contain 8.86 percent of crude protein, 0.42 percent of crude fat, 60.64 percent of crude cellulose and 5.43 percent of crude polysaccharide, have high nutritional value, and also contain some bioactive substances such as tannin, flavonoid and the like, and have the effects of resisting bacteria, inflammation and oxidation. The 5-year-old mature tussah larva bred in autumn is in the prophase of pupation and the preparation stage before decomposition of organ tissues, and is rich in nutrients such as protein, fat and the like in vivo, and various enzymes are in an active state, so that a series of antibacterial active substances such as antibacterial peptide, lysozyme and the like are generated, and the adult tussah larva has the effects of sterilization and disease resistance.
So far, no relevant report is available for preparing the cordyceps militaris growth regulator by mixing the kelp powder, the oak leaf extract, the 5-year-old silkworm powder and the L-aspartic acid in proportion.
Disclosure of Invention

The technical solution of the invention is as follows: a pure natural cordyceps militaris growth regulator comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3-5 parts of kelp powder, 3-5 parts of oak leaf extract, 1-3 parts of 5-year-old mature silkworm powder and 0.5-1 part of L-aspartic acid;
the oak leaf extract is prepared by the following method: cleaning oak leaves, crushing the oak leaves by a dry method, adding ethanol with the mass 2-3 times of that of the oak leaf powder, standing for 2-3 h, adjusting the pH to 6.0 by using NaAc-HAc buffer solution, refluxing for 1-3 h at 78-80 ℃, collecting the refluxed extract, concentrating under reduced pressure, and performing spray drying to obtain an ethanol extract of the oak leaves;
the 5-instar mature silkworm powder is obtained by that after 5-instar tussah silkworm larvae bred in autumn finish spinning and cocooning, silkworm bodies are gradually shortened and are still, the silkworm bodies enter a preparation stage before organ tissue decomposition and improvement, cocoon shells are cut off, the mature silkworms are taken out, and homogenization and spray drying are carried out.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the cordyceps militaris cultivation medium is prepared from pure natural materials, is low in cost and free of chemical residues, is an environment-friendly growth regulator, and can effectively improve the cultivation yield and quality of cordyceps militaris;
2. the cordyceps militaris single-box medium is added into a cordyceps militaris culture medium according to the mass percentage of 1-5%, so that the carbon and nitrogen contents in the culture medium can be effectively improved, rich nutrition is provided for the growth of cordyceps militaris, the regulation and control capability of thalli can be enhanced, the growth of hyphae and the development and maturation of sporocarp can be promoted, a certain inhibition effect on mixed bacteria and the like can be realized, the disease is reduced, and the average yield of the cordyceps militaris single box can be improved by 17.84%;
the L-aspartic acid is used as a nutritional supplement, and is combined with other components to play a role of an intermediate in the organic synthesis of cordycepin, so that the cordycepin content in the cordyceps militaris can be increased by 10.47%.
