the organic fertilizer comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 65-75% of Lande goose manure, 20-30% of crop straw and 0.1-0.3% of biological strain.
Preferably: the water content of the mixture of the Langder goose manure and the crop straws is 50-60%.
A Lande goose manure organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof comprise the following steps:
(1) crop straw: selecting dry crop straws, crushing the crop straws by a crusher, wherein the crushed crop straws are 3-5cm in length, and uniformly mixing 20-30% of the crushed crop straws with 65-75% of Landaise excrement;
(2) activating the strain by introducing the powdered strain into a bucket, adding 30-40 deg.C warm water into the bucket, stirring, and standing for 20-30 min;
(3) mixing materials: putting the activated strains, the crop straws and the Langde goose manure into a turning machine together, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed raw material;
(4) fermenting in a strip pile: placing the mixed raw materials in a fermentation tank to stack into a long strip stack with the height of 1.5-1.8 m and the width of 2.0-2.5 m;
(5) tracking and measuring temperature: detecting the temperature of different positions by a wireless temperature probe rod at 10 am and 16 pm every day, and recording the temperature;
(6) turning and fermenting: ventilating by a Roots blower during fermentation, aerating the fermentation tank by an aeration device arranged at the bottom of the fermentation tank, raising the fermentation temperature to 60-65 ℃ within 1-3 days of fermentation, then maintaining the fermentation at the temperature of 60-65 ℃ for 10-15 days, turning the stack by a turner until the temperature is lower than 50 ℃, reducing the water content of the mixed raw materials, completely preventing malodor, and removing the mixed raw materials out of the fermentation tank after the color is changed into brown;
(7) crushing: placing the fermented material in a pulverizer to pulverize;
(8) screening: placing the crushed organic fertilizer into a screen mesh for screening to obtain undersize products and oversize products, and mixing and crushing the oversize products and the straws in the step (1) again;
(9) the organic fertilizer is prepared by the following steps: firstly, detecting organic matter and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents of a part of undersize products, and then stirring and mixing the undersize products and trace elements to obtain a finished product organic fertilizer; and granulating the other part of undersize plants in a granulator, drying the granulated particles in a dryer, cooling to room temperature, sieving by using a screen, packaging and bagging the particles with the granularity meeting the requirement, and re-crushing the particles with the granularity not meeting the requirement for granulation again.
Preferably: the section of the strip stack is trapezoidal.
Preferably: the biological strains are bacillus subtilis and bacillus pumilus.
The beneficial effect of adopting above technical scheme is:
according to the method, the moisture content of the landed goose manure is reduced by adding other materials, the moisture content of the landed goose manure can be effectively controlled, the element content of the organic fertilizer can be increased, and the efficiency of the organic fertilizer is further improved; this application is when turning over the heap fermentation, turns over the temperature of piling and controlling the fermentation through a lot of aeration blast air, also can control the combination of bacterial and oxygen, can effectual improvement fermented effect for fermentation more abundant.
