Abstract
The invention provides a composite microecological preparation and a preparation method and application thereof. The composite microecological preparation comprises lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes, fermentation system filamentous bacteria and candida utilis; wherein, in each unit of the composite microecological preparation, the mass ratio of lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes, fermentation system filamentous bacteria and candida utilis is (4-6): (1-2): (1-2): (2-3): (3-5). The compound microecological preparation can prevent intestinal diseases, and respiratory diseases such as pneumonia and bronchitis; when the fertilizer is sprayed into the environment, harmful substances such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like in excrement can be rapidly decomposed, and the culture environment is improved; when the feed is used for breeding animals, the feed can promote the growth of breeding objects, reduce the feed-meat ratio, shorten the breeding time, improve the reproduction rate and improve the quality of meat, eggs and milk of the bred animals, and has wide application range and good application effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of microorganisms, in particular to a composite microecological preparation and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The microecological preparation is prepared by applying microecological principle, utilizing probiotics which are beneficial to and harmless to a host or growth promoting substances of the probiotics and adopting a special process. Microecologics have been widely used in various fields such as feed, agriculture, medical health care, food, and the like. Lactobacillus plantarum, bacillus subtilis and the like are widely applied in the feed industry, and lactobacillus, bifidobacterium, enterococcus, saccharomycetes and the like are widely applied in food; in the poultry and livestock industry, probiotics have gradually replaced traditional additives.
The Chinese patent application with publication number CN103431226A discloses a method for improving the production performance of broiler chickens, which comprises the step of feeding broiler chickens with broiler chicken ration containing a microecological preparation to obtain broiler chickens with the production performance higher than that of the broiler chickens fed with ordinary broiler ration, wherein the active ingredient of the microecological preparation is a culture obtained by culturing a complex microbial inoculum with a fermentation culture medium; the active ingredients of the composite microbial inoculum consist of bacillus subtilis, saccharomyces cerevisiae and lactobacillus plantarum; the broiler ration containing the microecological preparation is added into the ordinary broiler ration by 0.015-0.05% of the mass of the ordinary broiler ration.
Chinese patent application with publication number CN103436473A discloses a compound microecological preparation for pig breeding health care, which is prepared by respectively activating lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium, bacillus subtilis and saccharomyces cerevisiae in a freezing storage tube in an inclined plane, and then purifying to obtain strains on each inclined plane for later use; preparing corresponding original bacteria liquid by using each slant strain; and (3) mixing the raw bacterium liquid according to the ratio of 2: 2: 2: 1, inoculating the strain into a sterilized fermentation medium I for culture to obtain first-level seeds of the composite microecological preparation; inoculating the primary seeds into a sterilized fermentation medium II according to the inoculation amount of 5% to culture to obtain secondary seeds of the composite microecological preparation; and finally, inoculating the secondary seeds to a sterilized fermentation medium III according to the inoculation amount of 5% to culture so as to obtain a finished product of the composite microecological preparation. The resistance of the live pig body can be enhanced to a certain extent by taking or drinking the compound microecological preparation for the live pig.
Most of the existing microecologics have the problems of poor composition compatibility, narrow application range, limited application effect and the like; in view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a composite microecological preparation, and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the composite microecological preparation can prevent intestinal diseases and respiratory diseases, improve the breeding environment, promote the growth of breeding objects, improve the reproduction rate and improve the quality of meat, eggs and milk of breeding animals.
The invention provides a compound microecological preparation, which comprises lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes, fermentation system filamentous bacteria and candida utilis; wherein, in each unit of the composite microecological preparation, the mass ratio of lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes, fermentation system filamentous bacteria and candida utilis is (4-6): (1-2): (1-2): (2-3): (3-5); in particular, the effective viable count of each unit of the composite microecological preparation is more than or equal to 50 hundred million.
In the compound microecological preparation, the lactobacillus can generate substances such as organic acid, special enzyme system, acidomycin and the like through fermentation, and has the physiological functions of promoting the growth of animals, regulating the normal flora of gastrointestinal tracts, maintaining the microecological balance, improving the gastrointestinal tract function, improving the food digestibility and the biological value, reducing serum cholesterol, controlling endotoxin, inhibiting the growth of putrefying bacteria in intestinal tracts, improving the immunity of organisms and the like.
In particular, the lactic acid bacteria of the present invention may be selected from at least one of lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus plantarum and bifidobacterium bifidum, preferably lactobacillus plantarum subspecies ficc 20272, which is capable of producing exopolysaccharides, and is significantly effective when used in combination with several other microorganisms.
The photosynthetic bacteria can perform photosynthesis by taking light as an energy source and taking organic matters, sulfides, ammonia and the like in the nature as a hydrogen donor and carbon source under anaerobic illumination or aerobic dark conditions, separate hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen in hydrocarbons in the environment and change harmful substances into harmless substances; meanwhile, the thallus contains more than 60% of protein, the protein amino acid composition is complete, the cells also contain a plurality of vitamins, especially B vitamins are very rich, the content of VB2, folic acid, pantothenic acid and biotin is also high, and the thallus also contains a large amount of physiological active substances such as carotenoid and coenzyme Q, has high nutritive value and is the main power for promoting the growth of animals and plants.
Specifically, the photosynthetic bacteria of the present invention may be selected from at least one of rhodopseudomonas palustris and rhodobacter vannamei, preferably rhodopseudomonas palustris CICC 23812, which has rich nutrition, high protein content and rich bioactive substances.
Actinomycetes can directly inhibit pathogenic bacteria by producing various antibiotics, various enzyme preparations (e.g., protease, amylase, cellulase, etc.), vitamins (e.g., VB12), various organic acids, and the like by fermentation.
Specifically, the actinomycetes of the invention can be selected from at least one of streptomyces griseus and micromonospora purpurea, preferably streptomyces griseus CICC 11002, which can produce streptomycin and further inhibit various pathogenic bacteria.
The filamentous fungi of fermentation system can coexist with other microorganisms, has a good effect particularly on the formation of esters in soil, has a strong alcohol-forming ability, can prevent the occurrence of pests, and can eliminate offensive odors.
Specifically, the filamentous fungus of the fermentation system of the present invention may be at least one selected from aspergillus niger, aspergillus oryzae and trichoderma viride, preferably aspergillus oryzae cic 2011, which is capable of producing a biological enzyme such as neutral protease and has activities such as saccharifying enzyme, amylase, transglucosidase, pullulanase and the like.
The candida utilis can synthesize protein with rich nutrition by utilizing various hexose, pentose and urea or cheap industrial and agricultural byproducts, waste materials and the like, the content of the protein and vitamin B of the candida utilis exceeds that of saccharomyces cerevisiae, and the candida utilis is an excellent strain for producing single-cell protein for eating, medicine or feed; meanwhile, the candida utilis can also provide important nutrition guarantee for substrates required by promoting the proliferation of other microorganisms (such as lactic acid bacteria and actinomycetes), so that good mutual cooperation and promotion effects are formed. Preferably, the present invention can employ candida utilis cic 1769, which is capable of producing high quality edible single cell proteins.
The composite microecological formulation of the present invention may further comprise at least one of prebiotics, biological enzymes, proteins, amino acids, trace elements and minerals; can be reasonably assembled according to actual requirements.
In the invention, the prebiotics can promote the growth and reproduction of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract in vivo, form a microecological competitive advantage, optimize the microecological balance of the intestinal tract, further improve the immunity, keep the body healthy and improve the microecological of the intestinal tract. Specifically, the prebiotics may be at least one selected from the group consisting of fructo-oligosaccharide, xylose oligosaccharide, galactose oligosaccharide and isomalto-oligosaccharide, and the amount of the prebiotics may be 1% to 2%.
The biological enzyme can degrade macromolecular substances such as protein, fat, polysaccharide and the like into small molecular substances which are easy to absorb, such as oligopeptide, amino acid, fatty acid, glucose and the like, so that the digestion and absorption of nutrients are promoted, the growth rate and the feed conversion rate of animals are improved, the health of the animals is improved, the emission of nitrogen and phosphorus in the sewage discharge of the breeding industry can be reduced, and the ecological environment is protected. Specifically, the biological enzyme of the present invention may be at least one selected from the group consisting of amylase, protease, xylanase and pectinase, and the amount of the biological enzyme may be 3% to 5%.
In the present invention, each of the above-mentioned bacteria can be purchased from China center for Industrial culture Collection of microorganisms (CICC).
The composite microecological preparation has sour and sweet taste and fermentation flavor, has the effective viable count of more than or equal to 50 hundred million, has the characteristics of high bacterial count, complete functions, high activity, good effect, long lasting effect and the like, and can be widely applied to the fields of breeding industry, planting industry, environmental protection and the like.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composite microecological preparation, which comprises the following steps: mixing lactobacillus, photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes, fermentation filamentous bacteria and candida utilis according to the parts by weight to obtain the composite microecological preparation.
The invention also provides application of the composite microecological preparation in preventing intestinal diseases or respiratory diseases.
The invention also provides application of the composite microecological preparation in animal breeding.
Specifically, when drinking water, 500 jin of water can be added into each unit of the composite microecological preparation for 1000 jin for livestock and poultry to drink all day long; when feeding with mixed materials, each unit of the composite micro-ecological preparation can be directly fed with 500 jin of mixed materials; during environmental treatment, each unit of the composite microecological preparation can be sprayed to a stall after 50-100 jin of water is added, and the composite microecological preparation is used for killing diseases and bacteria, expelling flies and mosquitoes, eliminating toxic and harmful gases and fishy smell and improving the culture environment.
The composite microecological preparation of the invention at least has the following effects:
1. the compound microecological preparation can prevent intestinal diseases, contains a large amount of prebiotics substances, can protect beneficial bacteria from smoothly passing through the stomach and being not killed by gastric acid to directly reach the intestinal tract, and can enable the beneficial bacteria to be fixedly planted in the intestinal tract wall to form a natural barrier, thereby effectively preventing enteritis, yellow and white dysentery and other diseases;
2. the composite microecological preparation can prevent respiratory diseases such as pneumonia, bronchitis and the like, can quickly decompose harmful substances such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like in excrement by environmental spraying, and improves the culture environment;
3. the compound microecological preparation can promote the growth of a cultured object, reduce the feed conversion ratio and shorten the culture period;
4. the composite microecological preparation can improve the reproduction rate and improve the quality of meat, eggs and milk of bred animals.

photosynthetic bacteria: rhodopseudomonas palustris CICC 23812;
actinomycetes: streptomyces griseus CICC 11002;
fermentation-line filamentous fungi: aspergillus oryzae CICC 2011;
candida utilis: candida utilis cic 1769;
all the above-mentioned bacteria are purchased from China center for Industrial culture Collection of microorganisms (CICC).
Example 1
The composite microecological preparation of the embodiment comprises lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes, fermentation system filamentous bacteria and candida utilis; wherein the mass ratio of the lactic acid bacteria, the photosynthetic bacteria, the actinomycetes, the fermentation system filamentous bacteria and the candida utilis is 5: 1: 1: 3: 4.

According to the weight parts, lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes, fermentation filamentous bacteria, candida utilis, fructo-oligosaccharide and xylanase are uniformly mixed to prepare the composite microecological preparation, which has sour and sweet taste and fermentation flavor, and the number of effective viable bacteria is more than or equal to 50 hundred million/g.
Comparative example 1
The composite microecological preparation of the comparative example comprises the following components in parts by mass, namely 1: 1: 1: 1: except for 1, the same procedure as in example 1 was repeated.
Comparative example 2
The procedure was as in example 1 except that Lactobacillus plantarum subspecies plantarum CICC 20038 was used in place of Lactobacillus plantarum subspecies plantarum CICC 20272 of example 1.
Test example 1
The composite microecologics of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-2 were added to a conventional feed, 1 kg per ton, mixed and fed by a conventional feeding method, and the growth performance results of pigs are shown in table 1.

Claims (10)
1. A compound microecological preparation is characterized by comprising lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes, fermentation filamentous bacteria and Candida utilis; wherein, in each unit of the composite microecological preparation, the mass ratio of lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes, fermentation system filamentous bacteria and candida utilis is (4-6): (1-2): (1-2): (2-3): (3-5);
preferably, the effective viable count of each unit of the composite microecological preparation is more than or equal to 50 hundred million.
2. The complex microecological formulation according to claim 1, wherein the lactic acid bacteria is selected from at least one of lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus plantarum and bifidobacterium bifidum, preferably lactobacillus plantarum subspecies cic 20272.
3. The composite microecological formulation according to claim 1, wherein the photosynthetic bacteria are selected from at least one of rhodopseudomonas palustris and rhodobacter vannamei, preferably rhodopseudomonas palustris CICC 23812.
4. The composite microecological formulation according to claim 1, wherein the actinomycetes is selected from at least one of Streptomyces griseus and Micromonospora purpurea, preferably Streptomyces griseus CICC 11002.
5. The complex microecological formulation according to claim 1, wherein the fermenting filamentous fungus is selected from at least one of aspergillus niger, aspergillus oryzae and trichoderma viride, preferably aspergillus oryzae cic 2011.
6. The complex microecological formulation according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising at least one of a prebiotic, a biological enzyme, a protein, an amino acid, a trace element and a mineral, preferably a prebiotic and/or a biological enzyme, wherein the prebiotic is selected from at least one of a fructooligosaccharide, a xylooligosaccharide, a galactooligosaccharide and an isomaltooligosaccharide, and the biological enzyme is selected from at least one of an amylase, a protease, a xylanase and a pectinase.
7. The compound microecological formulation according to claim 6, wherein the prebiotics are added in an amount of 1-2% and the biological enzymes are added in an amount of 3-5%.
8. The method for preparing a composite microecological formulation according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising: mixing lactobacillus, photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes, fermentation filamentous bacteria and candida utilis according to the parts by weight to obtain the composite microecological preparation.
9. Use of the complex probiotic of any one of claims 1 to 7 for the prevention of intestinal or respiratory diseases.
10. Use of the complex probiotic of any of claims 1 to 7 in animal farming.
