背景技术
植物饮料是以植物或植物提取物(茶、咖啡除外)为原料(非果蔬类植物的根、茎、叶、花、种子及竹或树木自身分泌的汁液,如谷物、食用菌、食用藻类和蕨类、可可、菊花等)经加工或发酵制成的饮料制品。
黄花菜又名金针菜,为百合科多年生草本植物,供药用、食用和观赏。其根、叶、茎、花在东亚地区作为食品和传统的药品已有几千年的历史,营养丰富,是厨中佳肴,目前黄花菜的流通及消费形式均以普通食用农产品的主,基本没有饮料相关快消产品。
申请号CN201610487987.3公开了一种黄花菜固体饮料及制备方法,(1)将干制的黄花菜粉碎得到黄花菜粉;(2)向黄花菜粉中加入蒸馏水,再加入酪蛋白酸钠0.2%~0.5%,吐温80 0.3%~0.5%,黄原胶0.1%~0.4%,海藻酸钠0.2%~0.4%,EDTA0.04%,调节pH至4.1,搅拌均匀得到黄花菜浆;(3)将黄花菜浆置于热风干燥机中,平铺放置,干燥;粉碎,过筛;放入密封袋中保存。该发明采用热风干燥,保留了黄花菜的营养成分和保健功效。本发明的黄花菜固体饮料,口感细腻,质地均匀,吸收好,速溶性强,润湿性、分散性、沉淀率、溶解性、堆积密度等参数良好,适合普通人群食用,营养价值高,有利人们身体健康。
上述专利的黄花菜饮料仅仅是笼统的保健作用,不清楚具体是哪方面的保健作用,更不清楚是否有抗氧化防衰老的功效,具体的保健效果不明确,此外上述专利的黄花菜固体饮料不能直接饮用,需要冲调饮用,食用不方便。

黄花菜又名金针菜,为百合科多年生草本植物,所以它不仅是厨中佳肴,也具有良好的食疗价值,黄花菜有较显着的健脑、抗衰老功能,并能显着降低血清胆固醇的含量,所以对于体弱的脑力劳动者及高血压患者有很好的保健作用,黄花菜性甘,平,具有养血平肝,利尿消肿的功效,能治头晕,耳鸣,心悸,腰痛,吐血,衄血,大肠下血,水肿,淋病,咽痛,乳痈;

枸杞为茄科植物宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实枸杞,具有延衰抗老的功效,枸杞子中含有多种氨基酸,并含有甜菜碱、玉蜀黍黄素、酸浆果红素等特殊营养成分,具有免疫调节、抗衰老、抗肿瘤的功效,枸杞有提高机体免疫力的作用,可以补气强精、滋补肝肾、抗衰老、止消渴、暖身体的功效,枸杞子还具有延缓衰老、抗肿瘤、降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、降血糖、抗氧化防衰老等功效;
黄芪为豆科植物蒙古黄芪的根,味甘、性微温、归脾、肺经,含皂甙、蔗糖、多糖、多种氨基酸、叶酸及硒、锌、铜等多种微量元素,能提高肺与呼吸系统的免疫能力,具有补气,益气固表、利水消肿、脱毒、生肌的功效,还具有降低血液黏稠度、减少血栓形成、降低血压、保护心脏、双向调节血糖、抗自由基损伤、抗衰老、抗缺氧、抗肿瘤、增强机体免疫力作用;

玫瑰花为蔷薇科植物玫瑰的干燥花蕾,具有行气解郁,和血,止痛的功效是很好的药食同源的食物,尤其是月经期间情绪不佳、脸色暗淡甚至痛经的,都可以得到一定的缓解。玫瑰花含有丰富的维生素A、C、维生素B、E、K以及丹宁酸等,能改善内分泌失调、消除疲劳、舒缓情绪、调气血、促进血液循环、美容养颜、调经血、利尿,玫瑰花具有抗心肌缺血、抗氧化、降血糖、改善微循环、调节神经系统功能等作用;
山药为薯蓣科植物薯蓣的干燥根茎,性甘,平,归脾、肺、肾经,有补脾养胃、生津益肺、补肾涩精的功效,山药还有抗肿瘤、抗突变、抗氧化、改善肝损伤、调节免疫、降血脂、降血糖等作用,还具有益肾气,健脾胃,补中,益气力,长肌肉的作用;
稻芽禾本科植物稻的成熟果实经发芽干燥而成,性温、味甘、归脾、胃经,具有很好的和中消食作用,有利于健脾开胃;
川芎为伞形科植物川芎的干燥根茎,性温、味辛、归肝、胆、心包经,具有活血行气,祛风止痛功效,用于月经不调,经闭痛经,症痕腹痛,胸胁刺痛,跌扑肿痛,头痛,风湿痹痛;
黄花菜具有良好的抗氧化、抗衰老功效,为君药;黄精、枸杞、白芍辅助抗氧防衰,并兼有滋养脏腑、补益气血的作用,为臣药;黄芪、稻芽、山药促循环、益气力,为佐药;玫瑰花、川芎调和诸药,为使药;黄精补益效果较盛,恐有胀满鼓盛之弊,佐以稻芽同用,可达到补而不滞的效果;现今,黄花菜绝大部分是以初级农产品进行销售,本发明是以黄花菜为主要原料,制成一款时尚健康的植物饮品,提高了黄花菜产品的经济附加值;本申请的植物饮料除有明确的抗氧化防衰老功能外,还有宽胸解郁、改善睡眠、增强记忆、清热利湿、止血除烦、对于增强和改善大脑功能、注意力不集中、记忆力减退、轻度抑郁、隐匿性抑郁、青少年情绪障碍等有特殊疗效,老少皆宜。本申请植物饮料的中药组分经水煮浸提后,各成分大都在浓缩液中,食用后吸收利用率高,且制备成了植物饮料,方便食用,此外有利于规律性服用,抗氧化和抗衰老效果好。
优选的,按重量份数计,所述植物饮料包括以下组分:黄花菜10份,黄精8份,枸杞6份,黄芪6份,白芍8份,玫瑰花2份,山药8份,稻芽4份,川芎2份,辅料13份。
优选的,按重量份计,所述辅料包括以下组分:甜味剂5-20份,酸度调节剂0.15-1份,营养强化剂0.05-0.4份。
更为优选的,按重量份计,所述辅料包括以下组分:甜味剂12份,酸度调节剂0.6份,营养强化剂0.2份。
优选的,所述甜味剂包括结晶果糖、赤藓糖醇、麦芽糖醇中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述酸度调节剂包括柠檬酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述营养强化剂包括生物素和/或胶原蛋白。
一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、取上述黄花菜,黄精,枸杞,黄芪,白芍,玫瑰花,山药,稻芽和川芎混合,得混合物;
步骤2、将混合物用纯化水水煮提取,获得提取液;
步骤3、将提取液固液分离,获得澄清液;
步骤4、澄清液进行浓缩,获得浓缩液;
步骤5、向浓缩液中加入上述重量份的辅料,得植物饮料。
优选的,步骤2中将混合物用纯化水水煮2次,第一次加水量为混合物重量的10-15倍,第二次加水量为混合物重量的8-12倍,每次水煮提取1-2h。
更为优选的,步骤2中将混合物用纯化水水煮2次,第一次加水量为混合物重量的12 倍,第二次加水量为混合物重量的10倍,每次水煮提取1.5h。
本申请中,黄花菜,黄精,枸杞,黄芪,白芍,玫瑰花,山药,稻芽和川芎的产地为道地产区。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,黄花菜具有良好的抗氧化、抗衰老功效,为君药;黄精、枸杞、白芍辅助抗氧防衰,并兼有滋养脏腑、补益气血的作用,为臣药;黄芪、稻芽、山药促循环、益气力,为佐药;玫瑰花、川芎调和诸药,为使药;
2、本发明中,黄精补益效果较盛,恐有胀满鼓盛之弊,佐以稻芽同用,可达到补而不滞的效果;
3、现今,黄花菜绝大部分是以初级农产品进行销售,本发明是以黄花菜为主要原料,制成一款时尚健康的植物饮品,提高了黄花菜产品的经济附加值;
4、本申请的植物饮料除有明确的抗氧化防衰老功能外,还有宽胸解郁、改善睡眠、增强记忆、清热利湿、止血除烦、对于增强和改善大脑功能、注意力不集中、记忆力减退、轻度抑郁、隐匿性抑郁、青少年情绪障碍等有特殊疗效,老少皆宜;
5、本发明产品可以促进黄花菜的产业化进程、促进黄花菜产地的农民增收和新农村建设;
6、本发明的植物饮料侄儿比简单,有效成分提取完全,可直接饮用;
7、成人食用50-100g鲜黄花菜后,其中含有0.1-0.2mg秋水仙碱,会出现急性中毒症状,表现为口渴、咽干、恶心、呕吐等,严重者会出现血便、血尿等,本申请通过两次水煮,使秋水仙碱变性,彻底解决黄花菜的不良反应,产品食用安全性高。

实施例1
一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料,按重量份数计,所述植物饮料包括黄花菜10份,黄精8 份,枸杞6份,黄芪6份,白芍8份,玫瑰花2份,山药8份,稻芽4份,川芎2份,甜味剂12份,酸度调节剂0.6份,营养强化剂0.2份,甜味剂为结晶果糖,酸度调节剂柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠,营养强化剂生物素。
上述一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、取上述黄花菜,黄精,枸杞,黄芪,白芍,玫瑰花,山药,稻芽和川芎混合,得混合物;
步骤2、将混合物投入提取罐,注入混合物重量的12倍量的纯化水,煎煮2h,获得提取液1,再注入混合物重量的10倍量的纯化水,煎煮1.5h,获得提取液2;
步骤3、将提取液1和提取液2混合,用板框压滤机进行过滤,获得澄清液;
步骤4、将澄清液注入浓缩器中进行低温浓缩,获得浓缩液,浓缩液浓缩至澄清液体积的1/3;
步骤5、向浓缩液中加入上述重量份的甜味剂,酸度调节剂和营养强化剂进行矫味,柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠按质量比1:1混合,获得植物饮料原液;
步骤6、植物饮料原液进行灌装、高温高压灭菌,即得。
实施例2
一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料,按重量份数计,所述植物饮料包括黄花菜12份,黄精6 份,枸杞8份,黄芪8份,白芍6份,玫瑰花4份,山药6份,稻芽5份,川芎1份,甜味剂16份,酸度调节剂0.8份,营养强化剂0.3份,甜味剂为结晶果糖和赤藓糖醇,酸度调节剂柠檬酸,营养强化剂为胶原蛋白。
上述一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、取上述黄花菜,黄精,枸杞,黄芪,白芍,玫瑰花,山药,稻芽和川芎混合,得混合物;
步骤2、将混合物投入提取罐,注入混合物重量的14倍量的纯化水,煎煮2h,获得提取液1,再注入混合物重量的12倍量的纯化水,煎煮1h,获得提取液2;
步骤3、将提取液1和提取液2混合,用板框压滤机进行过滤,获得澄清液;
步骤4、将澄清液注入浓缩器中进行低温浓缩,获得浓缩液,浓缩液浓缩至澄清液体积的1/2;
步骤5、向浓缩液中加入上述重量份的甜味剂,酸度调节剂和营养强化剂进行矫味,结晶果糖和赤藓糖醇按质量比2:1混合,获得植物饮料原液;
步骤6、植物饮料原液进行灌装、高温高压灭菌,即得。
实施例3
一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料,按重量份数计,所述植物饮料包括黄花菜8份,黄精5 份,枸杞4份,黄芪5份,白芍5份,玫瑰花2份,山药6份,稻芽4份,川芎1份,甜味剂8份,酸度调节剂0.4份,营养强化剂0.2份,甜味剂为麦芽糖醇,酸度调节剂柠檬酸钠,营养强化剂为胶原蛋白。
上述一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、取上述黄花菜,黄精,枸杞,黄芪,白芍,玫瑰花,山药,稻芽和川芎混合,得混合物;
步骤2、将混合物投入提取罐,注入混合物重量的10倍量的纯化水,煎煮1.5h,获得提取液1,再注入混合物重量的9倍量的纯化水,煎煮1h,获得提取液2;
步骤3、将提取液1和提取液2混合,用板框压滤机进行过滤,获得澄清液;
步骤4、将澄清液注入浓缩器中进行低温浓缩,获得浓缩液,浓缩液浓缩至澄清液体积的2/5;
步骤5、向浓缩液中加入上述重量份的甜味剂,酸度调节剂和营养强化剂进行矫味,获得植物饮料原液;
步骤6、植物饮料原液进行灌装、高温高压灭菌,即得。
实施例4
一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料,按重量份数计,所述植物饮料包括黄花菜11份,黄精9 份,枸杞8份,黄芪8份,白芍6份,玫瑰花3份,山药10份,稻芽6份,川芎4份,甜味剂18份,酸度调节剂0.6份,营养强化剂0.2份,甜味剂为麦芽糖醇,酸度调节剂苹果酸,营养强化剂为胶原蛋白。
上述一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、取上述黄花菜,黄精,枸杞,黄芪,白芍,玫瑰花,山药,稻芽和川芎混合,得混合物;
步骤2、将混合物投入提取罐,注入混合物重量的12倍量的纯化水,煎煮1h,获得提取液1,再注入混合物重量的10倍量的纯化水,煎煮1.5h,获得提取液2;
步骤3、将提取液1和提取液2混合,用板框压滤机进行过滤,获得澄清液;
步骤4、将澄清液注入浓缩器中进行低温浓缩,获得浓缩液,浓缩液浓缩至澄清液体积的1/2;
步骤5、向浓缩液中加入上述重量份的甜味剂,酸度调节剂和营养强化剂进行矫味,获得植物饮料原液;
步骤6、植物饮料原液进行灌装、高温高压灭菌,即得。
试验例
取实施例2制备的植物饮料,测定该植物饮料对DPPH自由基清除能力。
DPPH(1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼)在有机溶剂中是一种稳定的自由基,其醇溶液呈深紫色,具有单一电子,故能够接受一个电子或是氢离子,有自由基清除剂存在时,DPPH的单电子被捕捉而使其颜色变浅,在最大光吸收波长处的吸光值下降,且下降程度呈线性关系,从而以评价试验样品的抗氧化能力。采用清除DPPH自由基活性检测方法,于最大吸收波长 517nm处测定其吸光值,本实验以Vc溶液作为阳性参照,以加入等量的95乙醇样品作为空白对照,并且每个样品平行测定3次。
1)溶液的配置
1.1取DPPH固体5mg溶于100mL 95乙醇中(即50μg/mL),超声5min,充分振摇,务使上下各部分均匀,避光保存,5小时内用完。
1.2取VC固体10mg溶于50mL 95乙醇中,摇匀,作为阳性对照;另取95乙醇作为空白对照。
1.3选用实施例2制得的植物饮料,进行冷冻干燥或喷雾干燥,获得样品粗粉,称取20mg 该粗粉溶于20mL的95乙醇中(即1mg/mL),超声5min,充分振摇,离心获得澄清液,即得样品溶液。
2)清除DPPH活性的测定
2.1取样品溶液2mL及DPPH溶液2mL先后加入同一具塞试管中,摇匀,在黑暗中37℃放置30min,以95乙醇为空白在517nm测定其吸光度Ai。
2.2取2mL的DPPH溶液与2mL95乙醇混合,摇匀,在黑暗中37℃放置30min,以95 乙醇为空白在517nm测定其吸光度Ao。
2.3取2mL样品与2mL的95乙醇混合,摇匀,在黑暗中37℃放置30min,以95乙醇为空白在517nm测定其吸光度Aj。
取1mL样品加纯水稀释到10mL,2mL稀释到10mL,4mL稀释到10mL,5mL稀释到10mL,进行测定。
DPPH抑制率/%={[1-(Ai-Aj)]/Ao}×100
式中:Ai为加抗氧化剂后DPPH溶液的吸光度;
Ao为末加抗氧化剂时DPPH溶液的吸光度;
Aj为样品溶液在测定波长的吸光度。
3)测试结果
表1、DPPH测定结果表
该结果表明:随着测试样品的浓度升高,其抗氧化的能力越强,该植物饮料具有较强的抗氧化性,现有工艺在保证无菌,不添加防腐剂的情况下,最大限度的保留的其抗氧化性特性。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,所述植物饮料包括以下组分:黄花菜8-12份,黄精5-10份,枸杞4-8份,黄芪5-10份,白芍5-10份,玫瑰花1-4份,山药5-10份,稻芽2-6份,川芎1-4份,辅料5.2-21.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,所述植物饮料包括以下组分:黄花菜10份,黄精8份,枸杞6份,黄芪6份,白芍8份,玫瑰花2份,山药8份,稻芽4份,川芎2份,辅料13份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料,其特征在于:按重量份计,所述辅料包括以下组分:甜味剂5-20份,酸度调节剂0.15-1份,营养强化剂0.05-0.4份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料,其特征在于:按重量份计,所述辅料包括以下组分:甜味剂12份,酸度调节剂0.6份,营养强化剂0.2份。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料,其特征在于:所述甜味剂包括结晶果糖、赤藓糖醇、麦芽糖醇中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料,其特征在于:所述酸度调节剂包括柠檬酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料,其特征在于:所述营养强化剂包括生物素和/或胶原蛋白。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、取上述黄花菜,黄精,枸杞,黄芪,白芍,玫瑰花,山药,稻芽和川芎混合,得混合物;
步骤2、将混合物用纯化水水煮提取,获得提取液;
步骤3、将提取液固液分离,获得澄清液;
步骤4、澄清液进行浓缩,获得浓缩液;
步骤5、向浓缩液中加入上述重量份的辅料,得植物饮料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中将混合物用纯化水水煮2次,第一次加水量为混合物重量的10-15倍,第二次加水量为混合物重量的8-12倍,每次水煮提取1-2h。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种抗氧化防衰老的植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中将混合物用纯化水水煮2次,第一次加水量为混合物重量的12倍,第二次加水量为混合物重量的10倍,每次水煮提取1.5h。
