利用各种食材进行煲汤、调制火锅是我国传统的烹饪方式,具有悠久的历史、厚重的文化积淀和广阔的市场前景。餐饮企业熬制或者家庭自制的各种火锅汤料、滋补营养煲汤中也会添加一些中药材,用于增加汤料的营养成分和改善口味。如果从业人员不具备专业的中医药知识,添加的药材可能会影响汤料的口感,甚至对食用者带来不良的影响。并且存在所添加的中药材药味浓重、体积大、携带不方便、随意性大等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种煲汤用滋补营养组合物及其制备方法,以解决利用食材进行煲汤、制备火锅汤料时所添加的中药材存在药味浓重、体积大、携带不方便、添加剂量没有统一规范控制,会影响汤料的口感的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种煲汤用滋补营养组合物,该滋补营养组合物按重量份数,包括以下组份:
百合6-30g 黄花菜5-20g 当归6-30g 山药5-20g 枸杞5-20g 黄精5-20g 玉竹5-20g蒲公英6-30g 大枣5-20g 甘草6-30g。
优选的,该滋补营养组合物按重量份数,包括以下组份:
百合15g 黄花菜10g 当归6g 山药10g 枸杞10g 黄精10g 玉竹10g 蒲公英15g 大枣10g 甘草6g。
优选的,该滋补营养组合物为片剂。
一种上述的煲汤用滋补营养组合物的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按照重量份数,分别称取百合6-30g、山药5-20g,将百合、山药混合粉碎磨成细粉状混合物,细粉状混合物的粒度为100目;
步骤二、将组份中其它药材按照重量份数称量混合,加入药材总重量的10倍量水,煎煮两次,每次煎煮1小时,过滤并合并药液,弃去药渣;
步骤三、将步骤二所制备的药液进行浓缩,保持温度50℃,浓缩成浸膏,再加入步骤一所制备的百合、山药细粉状混合物,搅拌均匀;
步骤四、将步骤三所制备的混合膏状物制粒,经干燥处理后加入适量的淀粉和硬脂酸镁,压制成片剂。
优选的,所述步骤四中所添加的淀粉的重量为药材总重量的4-6%,所添加的硬脂酸镁的总量为药材总重量的0.1-0.3%。
在本发明所述的煲汤用滋补营养组合物中,各组分的药材均为药食同源的药材,其中:
百合:为百合科植物卷丹Lilium lancifolium Thunb.、百合Lilium brownii F.E.Brown var.viridulumBaker或细叶百合Lilium pumilum DC.的干燥肉质鳞叶。性甘,味寒。归心、肺经。 具有养阴润肺,清心安神之功效。用于阴虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚。
黄花菜:为百合科植物黄花菜Hemerocallis citrine Baroni的花蕾。味甘,性凉。具有清热利湿,宽胸解郁,凉血解毒之功效。主治小便短赤,黄疸,胸闷心烦,少寐,痔疮便血,疮痈。
当归:为伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels的干燥根。味甘、辛、苦,性温。归肝、心、脾经。具有补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便之功效。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。酒当归活血通经。用于经闭痛经,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤。
山药:为薯蓣科植物薯蓣Dioscorea opposita Thunb.的干燥根茎。味甘、性平。归脾、肺、肾经。具有补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精之功效。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。麸炒山药补脾健胃。用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,白带过多。
枸杞子:为茄科植物宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum L.的干燥成熟果实。味甘,性平。归肝、肾经。具有滋补肝肾,益精明目之功效。用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,阳萎遗精,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明。
黄精:为百合科植物滇黄精Polygonatum kingianum Coll.et Hemsl.、黄精Polygonatum sibirifum Red.或多花黄精Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua的干燥根茎。性甘、味平,归肺、脾、肾经。具有补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾之功效。用于脾胃气虚,体倦乏力,胃阴不足,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白,内热消渴。
玉竹:为百合科植物玉竹Polygonatum ordoratum(Mill.)Druce的干燥根茎。味甘,性微寒。归肺、胃经。 具有养阴润燥,生津止渴之功效。用于肺胃阴伤,燥热咳嗽,咽干口渴,内热消渴。
蒲公英:为菊科植物蒲公英Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.、碱地蒲公英Tarxacum borealisinense Kitam.或同属数种植物的干燥全草。味苦、甘,性寒。归肝、胃经。 清热解毒,具有消肿散结,利尿通淋之功效。用于疔疮肿毒,乳痈,瘰疬,目赤,咽痛,肺痈,肠痈,湿热黄疸,热淋涩痛。
大枣:为鼠李科植物枣Ziziphus jujuba Mill.的干燥成熟果实。味甘,性温。归脾、胃、心经。具有补中益气,养血安神之功效。用于脾虚食少,乏力便溏,妇人脏躁。
甘草:为豆科植物甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.)、胀果甘草(Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat.)或光果甘草(Glycyrrhiza glabra L.)的干燥根及根茎。味甘,性平。具有归心、肺、脾、胃经。具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药之功效。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
综合分析,配方所选用原料均为药食两用中药,在中医药理论的指导下,对本发明所述的煲汤用滋补营养组合物进行分析,具有补益、清热、滋阴功效,可提高机体的免疫功能,有效防止吃火锅、营养煲汤所引起的上火等不适,延缓衰老,并能起到预防疾病,消除亚健康的作用。
本发明所述的滋补营养组合物在制备过程中,对于原辅料的选择、生产设备和生产工艺均应符合制药、食品等行业GMP认证的要求,生产过程中药材的混合、制粒、整粒、内包装等工序在上述要求的洁净区进行。
剂型对药品功效成分的稳定性及保健食品效果和生产销售有较大的影响,保健食品通常经口服、胃肠道吸收,其剂型一般有口服液、片剂以及胶囊剂、颗粒剂等。本发明所述的滋补营养组合物的制备方法为提取浓缩,干燥,粉碎,制粒后压片,剂型选择为片剂。既满足处方的要求,又便于服用,而且片剂溶散快、吸收好,有利于保健作用的发挥。
本发明所制备的煲汤用滋补营养组合物在使用时,将本滋补营养组合物片剂直接投放于营养滋补汤或者是火锅汤料中,煮沸汤料,使本发明充分融化于汤料中即可食用。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明以中医药理论为基础,选择具有药食两用、滋补保健作用,且安全、味美的中药配方,有效地解决了汤料中添加中药时药味浓重,影响汤料口感、味道的问题;
(2)本发明将中药材按照适当的剂量进行配伍,使汤料中添加的中药材剂量科学、有效,能有效改善汤料的口感,提高人体的免疫力,具有益气补血,滋阴生津的功效;
(3)本发明将各组份的中药材按照食品、药品企业GMP认证的相关要求,制备成片剂,便于携带,添加到汤料中时按照比例投放适当的本发明所述产品即可。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
一种煲汤用滋补营养组合物,该滋补营养组合物按重量份数,包括以下组份:
百合15g 黄花菜10g 当归6g 山药10g 枸杞10g 黄精10g 玉竹10g 蒲公英15g 大枣10g 甘草6g。
实施例2
一种煲汤用滋补营养组合物,该滋补营养组合物按重量份数,包括以下组份:
百合30g 黄花菜20g 当归30g 山药15g 枸杞10g 黄精15g 玉竹5g 蒲公英6g 大枣10g甘草20g。
实施例3
一种煲汤用滋补营养组合物,该滋补营养组合物按重量份数,包括以下组份:
百合15g 黄花菜10g 当归15g 山药10g 枸杞15g 黄精5g 玉竹5g 蒲公英6g 大枣10g甘草10g。
一种上述煲汤用滋补营养组合物的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按照重量份数,分别称取百合6-30g、山药5-20g,将百合、山药混合粉碎磨成细粉状混合物,细粉状混合物的粒度为100目;
步骤二、将组份中其他药材按照重量份数称量混合,加入药材总重量的10倍量水,煎煮两次,每次煎煮1小时,过滤并合并药液,弃去药渣;
步骤三、将步骤二所制备的药液进行浓缩,保持温度50℃,浓缩成浸膏,再加入步骤一所制备的百合、山药细粉状混合物,搅拌均匀;
步骤四、将步骤三所制备的混合膏状物制粒,经干燥处理后加入适量的淀粉和硬脂酸镁,压制成片剂。
上述步骤四中所添加的淀粉的重量为药材总重量的4-6%,所添加的硬脂酸镁的总量为药材总重量的0.1-0.3%。
本发明所述的煲汤用滋补营养组合物中所需的中药材应选用道地药材及相关产地的优质药材。
本发明所制备的煲汤用滋补营养组合物在使用时,将本滋补营养组合物片剂直接投放于营养滋补汤或者是火锅汤料中,煮沸汤料,使本发明充分融化于汤料中即可食用。
Claims (5)
1.一种煲汤用滋补营养组合物,其特征在于:该滋补营养组合物按重量份数,包括以下组份:
百合6-30g 黄花菜5-20g 当归6-30g 山药5-20g 枸杞5-20g 黄精5-20g 玉竹5-20g蒲公英6-30g 大枣5-20g 甘草6-30g。
2.一种煲汤用滋补营养组合物,其特征在于:该滋补营养组合物按重量份数,最佳配比为:
百合15g 黄花菜10g 当归6g 山药10g 枸杞10g 黄精10g 玉竹10g 蒲公英15g 大枣10g 甘草6g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的煲汤用滋补营养组合物,其特征在于:该滋补营养组合物为片剂。
4.一种煲汤用滋补营养组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按照重量份数,分别称取百合6-30g、山药5-20g,将百合、山药混合粉碎磨成细粉状混合物,细粉状混合物的粒度为100目;
步骤二、将组份中其它药材按照重量份数称量混合,加入药材总重量的10倍量水,煎煮两次,每次煎煮1小时,过滤并合并药液,弃去药渣;
步骤三、将步骤二所制备的药液进行浓缩,保持温度50℃,浓缩成浸膏,再加入步骤一所制备的百合、山药的细粉状混合物,搅拌均匀;
步骤四、将步骤三所制备的混合膏状物制粒,经干燥处理后加入适量的淀粉和硬脂酸镁,压制成片剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的煲汤用滋补营养组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中所添加的淀粉的重量为药材总重量的4-6%,所添加的硬脂酸镁的总量为药材总重量的0.1-0.3%。
