Abstract
本发明提供一种药食同源用于祛痘组合物,从内部着手,清毒、化湿、调节内分泌,根治青春痘痤疮。发明人参考现代药理研究,遵循中医学理论,秉着以口服中药制剂为本,外擦中药制剂为辅的原则进行治疗。以白茅根、枸杞子、佛手、鱼腥草、八角茴香、葛根、山楂、胖大海、枳椇子、玉竹、桔红、桑葚、肉桂、桂圆、金银花、薄荷、紫苏子、莲子、蒲公英、酸枣仁为原料,清热解毒、调节内分泌并带来祛痘的功效,使顽固性痤疮得到缓解或痊愈。本组合物配方全部来自药食同源的药物,原料来源广泛、价格底料、毒副作用小,适宜产业化生产和推广应用。

本发明涉及中药领域,具体涉及一种祛除痤疮的中草药组合物。
背景技术
痤疮是毛囊皮脂腺单位的一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,主要好发于青少年,对青少年的心理和社交影响很大,但青春期后往往能自然减轻或痊愈。临床表现以好发于面部的粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节等多形性皮损为特点。痘是痤疮的俗称,又叫“青春痘”、“暗疮,,或“粉刺”,是常见的一种皮脂腺慢性病,是由于毛囊及皮脂腺阻塞、发炎所引发的一种皮肤病。青春期时,体内的荷尔蒙会刺激毛发生长,促进皮脂腺分泌更多油脂,毛发和皮脂腺因此堆积许多物质,使油脂和细菌附着,引发皮肤红肿的反应。由于这种症状常见于青年男女,所以才称它为“青春痘”。其实,青少年不一定都会长青春痘,而青春痘也不一定只长在青少年的身上。还有一种成年人顽固性的“痘”,是由于其体内激素分泌失衡、饮食不当、生活无规律等造成的。
祛痘是运用医学技术或方法消除青春痘的过程。目前市面上祛痘的产品很多如:祛痘洗面奶、祛痘面膜、祛痘液,祛痘胶囊等,由于皮肤的正常代谢周期是一个月左右,中医祛痘抓住长痘痘的根本原因,遵循祖国医学“口服治本、外擦治标、标本兼治,,的祛痘原理。以皮肤自然新陈代谢周期为一个疗程,用中药调节体内,使脏腑功能正常,从根本解决皮脂腺皮脂分泌过多的问题,配合外用中药祛痘水,中药祛痘面膜。内外双管齐下,运用配方祛痘理论彻底祛除痤疮,粉刺,青春痘。西药与中药相比,见效快,但是副作用较大容易反弹。
因此,仅仅依靠市面上现有的洗面奶、抗生素、雄性激素等仅能起到治标的作用,不仅不能从根本上解决祛除该类成年人顽固性的“痘”的问题,而且还有具有一定副作用。
发明内容
发明人在研究实践中认为,青少年及部分成年人顽固性的痤疮、青春痘虽生长在皮肤表面,但与脏腑功能失调息息相关,如肺热,肝气阻滞,血热内盛,胃肠道肝胆湿热等原因。这些因素会引起:1.内分泌功能失调,激素分泌增高;2.皮脂腺分泌旺盛,皮脂堆积;3.毛囊口上皮过度增生角化,皮脂排出不畅;4.痤疮丙酸杆菌大量繁殖导致毛囊炎症反应等。因此,对于青少年及部分成年人顽固性的痤疮、青春痘的祛痘必须内外结合才能标本兼治。
本发明的一种药食同源的药品构成的祛痘药物组合物,是根据中医理论,内服外用;从内部着手,清毒、化湿、调节内分泌,根治青春痘及成人顽固性痤疮。发明人参考现代药理 研究,遵循中医学理论,秉着以口服中药制剂为本,外擦中药制剂为辅的原则进行治疗。以白茅根、枸杞子、佛手、鱼腥草、八角茴香、葛根、山楂、胖大海、枳椇子、玉竹、桔红、桑葚、肉桂、桂圆、金银花、薄荷、紫苏子、莲子、蒲公英、酸枣仁为原料,清热解毒、调节内分泌并带来祛痘的功效,使顽固性痤疮得到缓解或痊愈。
本发明所选用药物的功能主治分别为:
1.白茅根:为禾本科植物白茅Imperata cμlindrica Beauv.var.ma jor(Nees)C.E.Hubb.的干燥根茎。【性味与归经】甘,寒。归肺、胃、膀胱经。【功能与主治】凉血止盘,清热利尿。用于血热吐血,衄血,尿血,热病烦渴,湿热黄疸,水肿尿少,热淋涩痛。
2.酸枣仁:为鼠李科植物酸枣Ziziphus jujuba Mill.var.spinosa(Bunge)Hu ex H.F.Chou的干燥成熟种子。【性味与归经】甘、酸,平。归肝、胆、心经。【功能与主治】养心补肝,宁心安神,敛汗,生津。用于虚烦不眠,惊悸多梦,体虚多汗,津伤口渴。
3.佛手:为芸香科植物佛手Citrus medicaL var.sarcodac-tyl is Swingle的干燥果实。【性味与归经】辛、苦、酸,温。归肝、脾、胃、肺经。【功能与主治】疏肝理气,和胄止痛,燥湿化痰。用于肝胃气滞,胸胁胀痛,胃脘痞满,食少呕吐,咳嗽痰多。
4.鱼腥草:为三白草科植物蕺菜Houttuynia cordata Thunb.的新鲜全草或干燥地上部分。【性味与归经】辛,微寒。归肺经。【功能与主治】清热解毒,消痈排脓,利尿通淋。用于肺痈吐脓,痰热喘咳,热痢,热淋,痈肿疮毒。
5.八角茴香:为木兰科植物八角茴香Illicium verum Hook.f.的干燥成熟果实。【性味与归经】辛,温。归肝、肾、脾、胃经。【功能与主治】温阳散寒,理气止痛。用于寒疝腹痛,肾虚腰痛,胃寒呕吐,脘腹冷痛。
6.葛根:为豆科植物野葛Pueraria lobata(Willd.)ohwi的干燥根。【性味与归经】甘、辛,凉。归脾、胃、肺经。【功能与主治】解肌退热,生津止渴,透疹,升阳止泻,通经活络,解酒毒。用于外感发热头痛,项背强痛,口渴,消渴,麻疹不透,热痢,泄泻,眩晕头痛,中风偏瘫,胸痹心痛,酒毒伤中。
7.山楂:为蔷薇科植物山里红Crataegus pin,natiida Bge.var.majorN.E.Br.或山楂Crataegus pin.nati fida Bge.的干燥成熟果实。【性味与归经】酸、甘,微温。归脾、胃、肝经。【功能与主治】消食健胃,行气散瘀,化浊降脂。用于肉食积滞,胃脘胀满,泻痢腹痛,瘀血经闭,产后瘀阻,心腹刺痛,胸痹心痛,疝气疼痛,高脂血症。焦山楂消食导滞作用增强。用于肉食积滞,泻痢不爽。
8.胖大海:为梧桐科植物胖大海.Sterculia lychnophora Hance的干燥成熟种子。【性味与归经】甘,寒。归肺、大肠经。【功能与主治】清热润肺.利咽开音,润肠通便。用于肺 热声哑,干咳无痰,咽喉干痛,热结便闭,头痛目赤。
9.枳椇子:别名拐枣、鸡爪树,鸡脚爪、万字果、万寿果、桔扭子等,为鼠李科枳椇属植物拐枣Hovenia dulcis Thunb.,以树皮与种子入药。树皮全年可采;种子于果熟时采集晒干,碾碎果壳收种子。【性味与归经】甘,平。【功能与主治】清热利尿,止咳除烦,解酒毒。用于热病烦渴,呃逆,呕吐,小便不利,酒精中毒。
10玉竹:为百合科植物玉竹Polygonatum odoratum,(Mill.)Druce的干燥根茎。【性味与归经】甘,微寒。归肺、胃经。【功能与主治】养阴润燥,生津止渴。用于肺胃阴伤,燥热咳嗽,咽干口渴,内热消渴。
11.桔红:为芸香科植物化州桔CitrusgrandisOsbeckvar.tomentosaHort.或橘CitrusreticulataBlanco及其栽培变种的干燥外层果皮。【性味归经】辛、苦,温。归肺、脾经。【功能主治】散寒,燥湿,利气,消痰。用于风寒咳嗽,喉痒痰多,食积伤酒,呕恶痞闷。
12.桑葚:【性味与归经】甘;酸;性寒。归肝;肾经。【功效与主治】滋阴补血;生津润燥。用于肝肾不足和血虚精亏的头晕目眩;腰酸耳鸣;须发早白;失眠多梦;津伤口渴;消渴;肠燥便秘。
13.肉桂:为樟科植物肉桂Cinnamomum cassia Presl的干燥树皮。【性味与归经】辛、甘,大热。归肾、脾、心、肝经。【功能与主治】补火助阳,引火归元,散寒止痛,温通经脉。用于阳痿宫冷,腰膝冷痛,肾虚作喘,虚阳上浮,眩晕目赤,心腹冷痛,虚寒吐泻,寒疝腹痛,痛经经闭。
14.桂圆:【拉丁名】:Euphoria longan(Lour.)Steud.【性味与归经】:甘淡、平;“入肝、心、脾三经。”。【功能与主治】:泻火解毒;治感冒,疟疾,疔肿,痔疮。
15.薄荷:为唇形科植物薄荷Mentha haplocalyx Briq的干燥地上部分。【性味与归经】辛,凉。归肺、肝经。【功能与主治】疏散风热。清利头目,利咽,透疹,疏肝败坏气。用于风热感冒,风温初起,头痛,目赤,喉痹,口疮,风疹,麻疹,胸胁胀闷。
16.紫苏子:紫苏子,为唇形科植物紫苏的干燥成熟果实。【性味与归经】味辛,性温。归肺经。功效降气消痰、【功能与主治】止咳平喘、润肠。
17.莲子:为睡莲科植物莲Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.的干燥成熟种子。【性味与归经】甘、涩,平。归脾、肾、心经。【功能与主治】补脾止泻,止带,益肾涩精,养心安神。用于脾虚泄泻,带下,遗精,心悸失眠。
18.枸杞子:为茄科植物宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum L.的干燥成熟果实。【性味与归经】甘,平。归肝、肾经。【功能与主治】滋补肝肾,益精明目。用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕 耳鸣,阳萎遗精,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明。
19.金银花:【性味】性甘、寒;【功能主治】有清热、解毒、消炎、抗菌之作用。《本草纲目》载“金银花,善于化毒,故治痈疽、肿毒、疮癣等”。自古以来,金银花常用于清热解毒,治疗温病发热,热毒血痢,痈疡等症,亦用于风热感冒,支气管炎等病症。现代药理研究表明,金银花具有抑菌、抗病毒、抗炎、解热、调节免疫等作用。
20.蒲公英:为菊科植物蒲公英Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.、碱地蒲公英Taraxacum borealisinense Kitam.或同属种植物的干燥全草。【性味与归经】苦、干,寒。归肝、胃经。【功能与主治】清热解毒,消肿散结,利尿通淋。用于疔疮肿毒,乳痈,瘰疬,目赤,咽痛,肺痈,肠痈,湿热黄疸,热淋涩痛。
本发明一种中草药祛痘组合物,包括以下重量配比的中药原料:
白茅根3-5份、枸杞子3-5份、佛手3-5份、鱼腥草3-5份、八角茴香3-5份、葛根3-5份、山楂3-5份、胖大海3-5份、枳椇子2-6份、玉竹2-6份、桔红2-6份、桑葚2-6份、肉桂2-6份、桂圆2-6份、薄荷1-4份、紫苏子0.1-3份、莲子0.1-3份、金银花0.1-3份、蒲公英0.1-3份、酸枣仁0.1-3份。
进一步的,包括以下重量配比的中药原料:
白茅根4份、枸杞子4份、佛手4份、鱼腥草4份、八角茴香4份、葛根4份、山楂4份、胖大海4份、枳枳子3份、玉竹3份、桔红3份、桑葚3份、肉桂3份、桂圆3份、薄荷2份、紫苏子1份、莲子1份、金银花1份、蒲公英1份、酸枣仁1份。
一种中草药祛痘组合物,所述具体步骤如下:
1)按照权利要求1或2的组分及用量称取各原料药,并用纯化水洗净;
2)将原料药装入加热器皿中,放入适量纯化水,用100-150℃的温度蒸15-30分钟,冷却至室温,干燥后将其粉碎成粗末备用;
3)将粉碎后备用的中药混合粉碎成300-400目粉末,混合均匀后,即得成品。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.本发明组方严谨,药少力专全部选用“药食同源”的药材,毒副作用小,使用安全。
2.本发明组方,且全部选用“药食同源”的药材,口感较好,含有丰富的营养物质及改善人体健康和的治疗疾病有效成分,且有宜人的芳香气味、口感好,不含蔗糖,适合糖尿病患者服用,还可以补充人体所需的营养、提高免疫力,达到保健、美容、提高生活质量的目的。
3.本发明组方采用内服外用的祛痘治疗方式,能够通过内服补充患者体内微量元素、维 生素等,改善体内环境,减少“长痘”的内因,并结合药物外敷,促进痤疮成熟、结疤。通过内外因素的调理,在较短的时间内能够有效消除形成痤疮的内外因素,达到较好的效果。
4.本发明药材原料容易获取,成本低廉。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例来进一步阐述本发明一种中药祛痘组合物。
实施例1:
取白茅根30g、枸杞子30g、佛手30g、鱼腥草30g、八角茴香30g、葛根30g、山楂30g、胖大海30g、枳椇子20g、玉竹20g、桔红20g、桑葚20g、肉桂20g、桂圆20g、薄荷10g、紫苏子1g、莲子1g、金银花1g、蒲公英1g、酸枣仁1g,洗净,放入高压锅内,锅内放入适量纯化水,将温度控制在120℃左右,高压隔水蒸40分钟,冷却至室温,晒干后粉碎成粗末备用;
按然后将粉碎后备用的中药材混合粉碎成300目粉末,混合均匀后,按每袋10g的用量装入袋状包装袋,即得成品。
实施例2:
取白茅根50g、枸杞子50g、佛手50g、鱼腥草50g、八角茴香50g、葛根50g、山楂50g、胖大海50g、枳椇子60g、玉竹60g、桔红60g、桑葚60g、肉桂60g、桂圆60g、薄荷40g、紫苏子30g、莲子30g、金银花30g、蒲公英30g、酸枣仁30g,洗净,放入高压锅内,锅内放入适量纯化水,将温度控制在130℃左右,高压隔水蒸20分钟,冷却至室温,烘干后粉碎成粗末备用;
按然后将粉碎后备用的中药混合粉碎成400目粉末,混合均匀后,按每袋50g的用量装入袋状包装袋,即得成品。
实施例3:
取白茅根40g、枸杞子40g、佛手40g、鱼腥草40g、八角茴香40g、葛根40g、山楂40g、胖大海40g、枳椇子30g、玉竹30g、桔红30g、桑葚30g、肉桂30g、桂圆30g、薄荷20g、紫苏子10g、莲子10g、金银花10g、蒲公英10g、酸枣仁10g,洗净,放入电高压锅内,锅内放入适量纯化水,将温度控制在110℃左右,高压隔水蒸40分钟,冷却至室温,自然风干后粉碎成粗末备用;
按然后将粉碎后备用的中药混合粉碎成300目粉末,混合均匀后,按每袋30g的用量装入袋状包装袋,即得成品。
实施例4:
取白茅根35g、枸杞子35g、佛手45g、鱼腥草45g、八角茴香40g、葛根40g、山楂35g、胖大海35g、枳椇子20g、玉竹30g、桔红60g、桑葚60g、肉桂25g、桂圆60g、薄荷40g、紫苏子25g、莲子15g、金银花18g、蒲公英27g、酸枣仁13g,洗净,放入电高压锅内,锅内放入适量纯化水,将温度控制在150℃左右,高压隔水蒸20分钟,冷却至室温,冻干后粉碎成粗末备用;
按然后将粉碎后备用的中药混合粉碎成300目粉末,混合均匀后,按每袋20g的用量装入袋状包装袋,即得成品。
实施例5:
取白茅根45g、枸杞子30g、佛手45g、鱼腥草30g、八角茴香35g、葛根45g、山楂45g、胖大海45g、枳椇子35g、玉竹55g、桔红55g、桑葚55g、肉桂25g、桂圆25g、薄荷15g、紫苏子2g、莲子3g、金银花3g、蒲公英3g、酸枣仁3g,洗净,放入电高压锅内,锅内放入适量纯化水,将温度控制在130℃左右,高压隔水蒸30分钟,冷却至室温,晒干后粉碎成粗末备用;
按然后将粉碎后备用的中药混合粉碎成400目粉末,混合均匀后,按每袋30g的用量装入袋状包装袋,即得成品。
治疗痤疮、青春痘疗效观察
痤疮、青春痘是皮肤科的常见病,多见于青春期的男女,好发于面部,影响容貌。2012年-2013年采用本发明生产的产品用于痤疮1-3级的患者30使用例,取得良好效果。
典型临床病例入选标准:
入选标准:具有典型的临床表现,符合痤疮1-3级的患者的诊断标准,使用本发明产品期间及使用前的30天内未使用任何药物,而且没有合并其他疾病。
剔除标准:对本发明产品过敏者;长期应用皮质类固醇激素者;症状性痤疮、青春痘;中断治疗及不能复诊者。
入选病例30例,入选病例均为我科门诊病人。其中男18例,女12例,年龄最大38岁,最小13岁,平均21岁;病程最短3周,最长5年。
用药及观察方法:一天的早中晚饭后,各取一袋粉末用开水泡开后食用;早、中、晚3次将粉末用纯化水调匀,使用时取医用棉签,在受损肌肤等同面积上均匀涂抹,每日服用、外敷三次,十天为一个疗程。
于治疗前和治疗期间的4个疗程进行临床评分。评分的方法为将临床表现炎症丘疹、脓庖按无-0,轻-1,中-2,重-3,评分后累加起来既为临床得分;
治疗后临床改善率=(治疗前得分-治疗后得分)/治疗前得分×100%。
疗效判定:采用4级标准
痊愈临床改善率≥95%;显效临床改善率<95%,≥60%;
有效临床改善率<60%,≥20%;无效临床改善率<20%;
痊愈加显效合计为有效率。

副作用观察:
病例1:刘某,女,28岁。面部起顽固性痤疮、粉刺、红色丘疹1年多,查体见面部密集米粒大小粉刺及粟粒大红色丘疹,额部、双颊为著。采用本发明实施例1的的产品及用量进行内服外用进行治疗,每日服用3次、每次一袋,每日外用3次、每次外用1/3袋,第二疗程后粉刺及丘疹减少;第四疗程后丘疹、粉刺全部消失,双颊原先较痤疮较重的部位仅有少许痘印,痊愈。
病例2:廖某,男,17岁。面部起粉刺、红色丘疹2年余,查体见面部密集米粒大小粉刺及粟粒大红色丘疹,额部、双颊为著。诊断寻常性痤疮。采用本发明实施例2的的产品及用量进行内服外用进行治疗,每日服用3次、每次一袋,每日外用3次、每次外用1/3袋,第一疗程后皮疹明显减少;第二疗程后大部分消失丘疹消失;第三疗程后丘疹、脓庖全部消失,残留米粒大小粉刺。
病例3:蒋某,女,18岁。面部常年患有红色丘疹、脓庖已达3年多,查体见面部多个丘疹、脓庖,绿豆粒大小,少许粉刺。采用本发明实施例3的的产品及用量进行内服外用进行治疗,每日服用3次、每次一袋,每日外用3次、每次外用1/3袋。第一疗程后皮疹明显减少,第二疗程后大部分红色丘疹消失,第四疗程后痊愈。
病例4:甘某,女,12岁。面部起红色丘疹、脓疱8个月,查体见面部密集粟粒大红色丘疹、脓疱,分布对称,额部、双颊为著。诊断寻常性痤疮。采用本发明的的产品及用量进行内服外用进行治疗,每日服用3次、每次一袋,每日外用3次、每次外用1/3袋。第一疗程后皮疹明显减少,第二疗程后大部分红色丘疹消失,第四疗程后仅残留少许粉刺。
病例5、何某,男,31岁。面部患痤疮多年,查体见面部密集粉刺及粟粒大红色丘疹、脓疱,额部、双颊为著。采用本发明实施例5的产品及用量进行内服外用进行治疗,每日服用3次、每次一袋,每日外用3次、每次外用1/3袋,第三疗程后脓疱大部分消失,丘疹减少;第四疗程后丘疹大部分消失、仅有少许红色痘印和少许粉刺,效果显著,有效。

白茅根3-5份、枸杞子3-5份、佛手3-5份、鱼腥草3-5份、八角茴香3-5份、葛根3-5份、山楂3-5份、胖大海3-5份、枳椇子2-6份、玉竹2-6份、桔红2-6份、桑葚2-6份、肉桂2-6份、桂圆2-6份、薄荷1-4份、紫苏子0.1-3份、莲子0.1-3份、金银花0.1-3份、蒲公英0.1-3份、酸枣仁0.1-3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的中草药祛痘组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量配比的中药原料:
白茅根4份、枸杞子4份、佛手4份、鱼腥草4份、八角茴香4份、葛根4份、山楂4份、胖大海4份、枳椇子3份、玉竹3份、桔红3份、桑葚3份、肉桂3份、桂圆3份、薄荷2份、紫苏子1份、莲子1份、金银花1份、蒲公英1份、酸枣仁1份。
3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述组合物的方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
1)按照权利要求1或2的组分及用量称取各原料药,并用纯化水洗净;
