本发明属于中医药技术领域，目的是根据中医对心神不安及心悸失眠的认识机理而提供的一种治疗心神不安及心悸失眠的中药组合物，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下：当归、茯苓、白芍、阿胶、枸杞子、五味子、生黄芪、人参、党参1、山药、石菖蒲、安息香、苏合香、零陵香、酸枣仁、柏子仁、合欢皮、远志、琥珀、龙骨、牡蛎（煅）、丹参、益母草、川芎、乳香、没药、延胡索、木香、香附、枳实、郁金、神曲、沉香、乌药、茯神；本发明提供的药物是一个标本兼治的中药组方。

技术领域
本发明涉及中医药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗心神不安及心悸失眠的中药组合物，特别是供心神不安及心悸失眠患者使用的中药组合物及其制备方法的领域。
背景技术
心悸包括惊悸和怔忡，均为中医病名。是指病人自觉心中悸动，惊恐不安，甚则不能自主的一种症状。失眠是指经常不能获得正常的睡眠而言。不寐的情况有多种，或不易入睡，或寐而易醒，醒后不能再度入睡，甚至彻夜不眠。
那么，就如何找到一种可有效治疗心神不安及心悸失眠的药物，是我们目前急需要解决的问题。
发明内容
随着我国中医中药学的不断发展，在治疗心神不安及心悸失眠上，人们逐渐意识到了中医治疗上述心神不安及心悸失眠的优点，且在治疗过程中毒副作用小、费用低等优势，针对现有西医治疗上述心神不安及心悸失眠的现状，本发明的目的是在于提供一种治疗心神不安及心悸失眠的中药组合物，以解决心神不安及心悸失眠患者早日恢复健康的问题。该药物是以常见的中药为原料，具有见效快、疗效显著等特点，并可有效治疗上述心神不安及心悸失眠一症。
为达到上述发明的目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：提供一种治疗心神不安及心悸失眠的中药组合物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
当归8～18g、茯苓8～18g 白芍10～22g、阿胶8～16g、枸杞子10～20g、五味子3～7g、生黄芪9～35g、人参3～18g、党参15～26g、山药15～30g、石菖蒲5～10g、安息香0.3～1.8g、苏合香0.3～1g、零陵香8～16g、酸枣仁6～18g、柏子仁5～16g、合欢皮10～16g、远志3～12g、琥珀1.5～3g、龙骨15～25g、牡蛎（煅）15～30g、丹参8～15g、益母草15～30g、川芎3～10g、乳香3～10g、没药5～16g、延胡索12～16g、木香3～12g、香附7.5～15g、枳实3～12g、郁金8～15g、神曲10～17g、沉香0.9～3g、乌药8～16g、茯神15～25g。

一种治疗心神不安及心悸失眠的中药组合物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述“最佳方案”的中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
当归14g、茯苓14g 白芍17g、阿胶13g、枸杞子16g、五味子6g、生黄芪26g、人参13g、党参20g、山药23g、石菖蒲8g、安息香1.2g、苏合香0.5g、零陵香13g、酸枣仁14g、柏子仁13g、合欢皮13g、远志10g、琥珀2.3g、龙骨20g、牡蛎（煅）23g、丹参12g、益母草23g、川芎8g、乳香8g、没药13g、延胡索13g、木香10g、香附12g、枳实10g、郁金12g、神曲13g、沉香2g、乌药13g、茯神20g。
一种治疗心神不安及心悸失眠的中药组合物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤制备而成：
A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比共研为极细末待用；
B、按照传统制备中药水丸的方法，将研磨好的极细末药物过筛后，放入药器中混合拌均，然后制备成水丸（其水丸的粒度为：5.0mm-5.1mm），进而晒干，分装密封即可。
一种治疗心神不安及心悸失眠的中药组合物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述服用方法为：将制备好的水丸以每日二次服用，早晚各服一次，给药量9g /次，饭前服，服药7～16天，症状消失，病获痊愈。
本发明组方中的各原料中药在中国药典、中国辞典以及中华本草中均有详细的记载。本发明选用其中最常见的中药为原料，充分发挥各组分的药理功效：
当归，性味：性温、味甘辛, 具有补血和血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠之功效，用于治疗血虚、面色萎黄、眩晕心悸、血虚、或兼有瘀滞的月经不调、经闭、痛经、虚寒性腹痛、冠心病心绞痛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤等症；
茯苓，性味：甘、淡、平，具有渗湿利水、健脾和胃、宁心安神之功效，用于治疗小便不利、水肿胀满、痰饮咳逆、呕吐、脾虚食少、泄泻、心悸不安、失眠健忘、遗精白浊等症；
白芍，性味：味苦、酸、性凉，具有疏肝理气、柔肝养血、缓中止痛、平肝敛阴之功效，用于治疗肝胃不和所致的胸胁胀痛、脘腹疼痛、月经不调、经行腹痛、崩漏，以及自汗、盗汗、头痛、眩晕等病症；
阿胶，性味：味甘、性平，具有补血、止血、滋阴、润燥之功效，用于治疗血虚证、虚劳咯血、吐血、尿血、便血、血痢、妊娠下血、崩漏、阴虚心烦失眠、肺虚澡咳、虚风内动之痉厥抽搐等症；
枸杞子，性味：味甘、性平，具有养肝、滋肾、润肺之功效，用于治疗肝肾亏虚、头晕目眩、目视一清、腰膝酸软、阳痿贵精、虚劳咳嗽、消渴引饮等症；
五味子，性味：酸、甘、温，具有收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心的功效，用于久泻不止、久咳虚喘、心悸、失眠、多梦、自汗、盗汗、津伤口渴、消渴、遗精、滑精；
生黄芪，性味：甘、温，具有补气固表、利尿消肿、托毒排脓、敛疮生肌、生肌之功效，用于治疗气虚乏力、食少便溏、中气下陷、久泻脱肛、便血崩漏、表虚自汗、气虚水肿、痈疽难溃、久溃不敛、血虚痿黄、内热消渴，慢性肾炎蛋白尿、糖尿病；生黄芪多用于固表、托疮、利水等；蜜炙黄芪多用于补中益气；炒黄芪多用于益气健脾等病症；
人参，性味：性平、味甘、微苦，具有大补元气、复脉固脱、补脾益肺、生津止渴、安神益智的功效，用于劳伤虚损、食少、倦怠、反胃吐食、大便滑泄、虚咳喘促、自汗暴脱、惊悸、健忘、眩晕头痛、阳痿、尿频、消渴、妇女崩漏、小儿慢惊及久虚不复，一切气血津液不足之证；
党参，性味：味甘、性平，具有健脾补肺、益气生津之功效，用于治疗脾胃虚弱、食少便溏、四肢乏力、肺虚喘咳、气短自汗、气微两亏等症；
山药，性味：甘、平，具有补脾、养肺、固肾、益精之功效，用于治疗脾虚泄泻、食少浮肿、肺虚咳喘、消渴、遗精、带下、肾虚尿频，外用治痈肿、瘰疬等症；
石菖蒲，性味：味辛、苦、性微温，具有化痰开窍、化湿行气、祛风利痹、消肿止痛之功效，用于治疗热病神昏、痰厥、健忘、耳鸣、耳聋、脘腹胀痛、噤口痢、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤、痈疽疥癣等症；
安息香，性味：辛、苦、性平，具有开窍醒神、豁痰辟秽、行气活血、止痛之功效，用于治疗中风痰劂、惊痫昏迷、产后血晕、心腹疼痛、风痹肢节痛等症；
苏合香，性味：辛、甘、温，具有通窍辟秽、开郁豁痰、行气止痛之功效，用于治疗中风、痰厥、气厥之寒闭症、温疟、惊痫、湿浊吐利、心腹卒痛以及冻疮、疥癣；
零陵香，性味：辛甘、温，具有祛风寒、辟秽浊之功效，用于治疗伤寒、感冒头痛、胸腹胀满、下利、遗精、鼻塞、牙痛等症；
酸枣仁，性味：甘、平，具有宁心安神、养肝、敛汗之功效，用于治疗虚烦不眠、惊悸怔忡、体虚自汗、盗汗；

合欢皮，性味：甘、平，具有安神解郁、活血消痈之功效，用于治疗心神不安、忧郁、不眠、内外痈疡、跌打损伤；
远志，性味：苦、辛、微温，具有安神益智、祛痰、消肿之功效，用于治疗心肾不交引起的失眠多梦、健忘惊悸、神志恍惚、咳痰不爽、疮疡肿毒、乳房肿痛；
琥珀，性味：甘、平，无毒，具有镇惊安神、散瘀止血、利水通淋、去翳明目之功效，用于治疗惊悸失眠、惊风癫痫、血淋血尿、血滞经闭、产后瘀滞腹痛、癥瘕积聚、目生障翳、痈肿疮毒；
龙骨，性味：甘涩、平，无毒，具有镇惊安神、平肝潜阳、固涩、收敛之功效，用于治疗惊痫癫狂、心悸怔忡、失眠健忘、头晕目眩、自汗盗汗、遗精遗尿、崩漏带下、久泻久痢、溃疡久不收口及湿疮；
牡蛎（煅），性味：味咸、性微寒，具有平肝潜阳、重镇安神、软坚散结、收敛固涩之功效，用于治疗眩晕耳鸣、惊悸失眠、瘰疬瘿瘤、症瘕痞块、自汗盗汗、遗精、崩漏、带下等症；
丹参，性味：味苦、性微寒，具有活血祛瘀、调经止痛、养血安神、凉血消痈之功效，用于治疗妇女月经不调、痛经、经闭、产后瘀滞腹痛、心腹疼痛、症瘕积聚、热痹肿痛、跌打损伤、热入营血、烦躁不安、心烦失眠、痈疮肿毒等症；
益母草，性味：味辛、苦、性微寒，具有活血调经、利尿消肿、清热解毒之功效，用于治疗月经不调、经闭、胎漏难产、胞衣不上、产后血晕、瘀血腹痛、跌打损伤、小便不利、水肿、头号肿疮疡等症；

延胡索，性味：辛、苦、温，无毒，具有活血、散瘀、理气、止痛之功效，用于治疗心腹腰膝诸痛、月经不调、症瘕、崩中、产后血晕、恶露不尽、跌打损伤；
木香，性味：味辛、苦、性温，具有行气止痛、调中导滞之功效，用于治疗胞胁胀满足、脘腹胀痛、哎吐泄泻、痢疾后重等症；
香附，性味：味辛、微寒，无毒，具有理气解郁、调经止痛、安胎之功效，用于治疗胁肋胀痛、乳房胀育、疝气疼痛、月经不调、脘腹痞满疼痛、嗳气吞酸、呕恶、经行腹痛、崩漏带下、胎动不安、消化不良等症；
枳实，性味：苦、辛、寒，具有破气消积、化痰除痞之功效，用于治疗积滞内停、痞满胀痛、大便秘结、泻痢后重、结胸、胃下垂、子宫脱垂、脱肛；
郁金，性味： 味辛、苦、性寒，具有活血止痛、行气解郁、清心凉血、疏肝利胆之功效，用于治疗胸腹胁肋诸痛、妇女痛经、经闭、症瘕结块、热病神昏、癫狂、惊痫、吐血、衄备、血淋、砂淋、黄疸等症；
神曲，性味：苦、温，具有健脾消食、理气化湿、解表之功效，用于治疗伤食胸痞、腹痛吐泻、痢疾、感冒头痛、小儿伤饥失饱；
沉香，性味：辛、微温，具有降气、温中、暖肾助阳之功效，用于治疗气逆喘急、呕吐、呕逆、心腹冷痛、肠鸣泄泻、腰膝虚冷、男子精冷等症；
乌药，性味：辛、温，具有行气止痛、温肾散寒之功效，用于治疗胸胁满闷、脘腹胀痛、头痛、寒疝疼痛、痛经及产后腹痛、尿频、遗尿等症；
茯神，性味：甘淡、平，具有宁心、安神、利水的功效，用于心虚惊悸、健忘、失眠、惊痫、小便不利。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗心神不安及心悸失眠的辨病与辨证相结合的原则，从药理作用及作用机制认为：就心神不安及心悸失眠一症，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。

本发明就是针对上述心神不安及心悸失眠的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个标本兼治的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述：

一种治疗心神不安及心悸失眠的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及质量份比如下所示：
当归16g、茯苓16g 白芍20g、阿胶14g、枸杞子18g、五味子6.5g、生黄芪30g、人参15g、党参23g、山药26g、石菖蒲9g、安息香1.5g、苏合香0.8g、零陵香14g、酸枣仁16g、柏子仁14g、合欢皮14g、远志11g、琥珀2.5g、龙骨22g、牡蛎（煅）26g、丹参13g、益母草26g、川芎9g、乳香9g、没药14g、延胡索15g、木香11g、香附13g、枳实11g、郁金13g、神曲15g、沉香2.5g、乌药14g、茯神22g。
实施例3：
一种治疗心神不安及心悸失眠的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及质量份比如下所示：
当归18g、茯苓18g 白芍22g、阿胶16g、枸杞子20g、五味子7g、生黄芪35g、人参18g、党参26g、山药30g、石菖蒲10g、安息香1.8g、苏合香1g、零陵香16g、酸枣仁18g、柏子仁16g、合欢皮16g、远志12g、琥珀3g、龙骨25g、牡蛎（煅）30g、丹参15g、益母草30g、川芎10g、乳香10g、没药16g、延胡索16g、木香12g、香附15g、枳实12g、郁金15g、神曲17g、沉香3g、乌药16g、茯神25g。
典型病例：
经临床诊断治疗心神不安及心悸失眠患者共170例，年龄为39岁以上的95例，只有75例为39岁以下。170例患者中痊愈的125例，显效的45例，总有效率达100%。经治疗后，病获痊愈。

当归8～18g、茯苓8～18g 白芍10～22g、阿胶8～16g、枸杞子10～20g、五味子3～7g、生黄芪9～35g、人参3～18g、党参15～26g、山药15～30g、石菖蒲5～10g、安息香0.3～1.8g、苏合香0.3～1g、零陵香8～16g、酸枣仁6～18g、柏子仁5～16g、合欢皮10～16g、远志3～12g、琥珀1.5～3g、龙骨15～25g、牡蛎（煅）15～30g、丹参8～15g、益母草15～30g、川芎3～10g、乳香3～10g、没药5～16g、延胡索12～16g、木香3～12g、香附7.5～15g、枳实3～12g、郁金8～15g、神曲10～17g、沉香0.9～3g、乌药8～16g、茯神15～25g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗心神不安及心悸失眠的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
当归10～16g、茯苓10～16g 白芍12～20g、阿胶10～14g、枸杞子12～18g、五味子5～6.5g、生黄芪15～30g、人参10～15g、党参20～23g、山药18～26g、石菖蒲6～9g、安息香0.5～1.5g、苏合香0.6～0.8g、零陵香10～14g、酸枣仁10～16g、柏子仁10～14g、合欢皮11～14g、远志6～11g、琥珀2～2.5g、龙骨18～22g、牡蛎（煅）18～26g、丹参10～13g、益母草18～26g、川芎6～9g、乳香5～9g、没药8～14g、延胡索13～15g、木香6～11g、香附9～13g、枳实6～11g、郁金10～13g、神曲11～15g、沉香1～2.5g、乌药10～14g、茯神18～22g。
