背景技术
[0002] 乳腺炎是指乳腺的急性化脓性感染,多见于妇女哺乳期,尤其是初产妇。乳腺炎 的危害是较大的,初起时乳房肿胀、疼痛,肿块压痛,表面红肿,发热;如继续发展,则症状加 重,乳房搏动性疼痛。严重乳腺炎患者可伴有高烧,寒战,乳房肿痛明显,局部皮肤红肿,有 硬结、压痛,患侧腋下淋巴结肿大,压痛。炎症在数天内软化,形成乳房脓肿,有波动感,脓肿 深的皮肤发红及波动感不明显。破溃出脓后,脓液引流通畅,可肿消痛减而愈急性乳腺炎常 伴有患侧腋窝淋巴结肿大,有触痛;白细胞总数和中性粒细胞数增加。患有乳腺炎后,若治 疗不当危害性就更大,脓肿就有可能穿破胸大肌筋膜前疏松结缔组织,形成乳房后脓肿;或 乳汁自创口处溢出而形成乳漏;甚者可发生脓毒败血症。
[0003] 乳腺炎分为急性单纯乳腺炎和急性化脓性乳腺炎两种。
[0004] 1.急性单纯乳腺炎。初期主要是乳房的胀痛,局部皮温高、压痛,出现边界不清的 硬结,有触痛。这种单纯性的乳腺炎通过几次按摩就可以避免打吊针的痛苦了。
[0005] 2.急性化脓性乳腺炎。局部皮肤红、肿、热、痛,出现较明显的硬结,触痛更加,同时 病人可出现寒战、高热、头痛、无力、脉快等全身虚状。此时腋下可出现肿大的淋巴结,有触 痛,化验血白细胞计到升高,严重时可合并败血症。
[0006] 乳腺小叶增生病又称囊性乳腺病,是妇女多发病之一,乳房内发现肿块是病人就 诊的主要原因。肿块常为多发性,可局限于一侧乳房或弥散于两侧乳房。肿块为颗粒状结 节,小的如芝麻绿豆,大的集会成块,但缺乏明显的边界,与皮肤和深部组织并无粘连。病人 常有不同程度的乳房胀痛,胀痛与月经周期有关而呈周期性,月经前胀痛较重,月经过后胀 痛减轻。
[0007] 乳腺小叶增生(简称乳腺增生)是25-40岁中青年女性的常见病,发生率约占 5%。每20个人就有1个人可能在绝经前发现。它既不是肿瘤,也不是炎症,而是女性内分 泌紊乱使乳腺导管和小叶在结构上发生变化所致。如果女性到了一定年龄不结婚、不生育、 不哺乳就容易因为内分泌失调,使双乳腺腺管末端增生。中医以为乳腺小叶增生发生与情 至不畅有关。长时期情志不畅,不仅可导致乳腺小叶增生,还可诱发癌变的可能。中医认 为,此病发病原因多与脏腑机能失调、气血失和有关,病变脏腑责之肝脾,尤其是脾土虚弱 之人或过食辛辣肥甘厚味,损伤脾土,而致脾土运化功能失常,聚湿为痰或天生性格内向, 情绪压抑,好生闷气或性情急躁、动则易怒或因七情所伤,忧思过度,而致肝失疏泄,郁而成 痰等,均可导致痰湿结聚,气血凝滞而形成肿块。

Claims (10)
1. 一种治疗乳腺炎及乳腺小叶增生的中药组合物,包括以下重量份的各组分组成:柴 胡3-10份、川栋子12-25份、威灵仙10-20份、莪术6-12份、牡蛎2-8份、急性子10-20份、 青皮12-25份、鹿角霜4-12份、蒲公英10-20份、丝瓜络12-25份和甘草1_6份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,各组分的重量份是:柴胡3-8份、 川栋子15-25份、威灵仙15-20份、莪术6-10份、牡蛎4-8份、急性子15-20份、青皮12-20 份、鹿角霜6-12份、蒲公英15-20份、丝瓜络12-20份和甘草4-6份;优选的,各组分的重量 份是:柴胡7份、川栋子20份、威灵仙18份、莪术8份、牡蛎7份、急性子15份、青皮19份、 鹿角霜8份、蒲公英18份、丝瓜络22份、甘草4份。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,还含有:生地6-12份、元参3-8 份、夏枯草6-12份、白芍药8-12份、天冬4-10份、麦冬4_10份、红藤6_12份和黄芩6_12 份;优选的,各组分的重量份是:生地10份、元参6份、夏枯草10份、白芍药12份、天冬7 份、麦冬7份、红藤10份,黄芩10份。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,还含有:仙茅5-10份、巴戟天 5-10份、淫羊藿2-6份、吴茱萸4-8份和桂枝4-8份;优选的,各组分的重量份是:仙茅8份、 巴戟天8份、淫羊藿4份、吴茱萸6份和桂枝6份。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物,其特征在于还含有:穿山甲3-6份、全蝎1-4 份和山慈姑5-10份;优选的,各组分的重量份是:穿山甲4份、全蝎2份、山慈姑8份。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物,其特征在于还含有:当归6-12份、赤芍6-12 份、丹参5-10份、川弯5-10份、王不留行5-10份和细辛5-10份;优选的,各组分的重量份 是:当归9份、赤芍9份、丹参7份、川弯7份、王不留行7份、细辛7份。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,还含有:白芥子6-12份、葶苈 子6-12份、瓜蒌4-10份、香附4-10份、郁金2-8份、贝母2-8份、半夏2-8份、前胡2-8份、 昆布2-8份、海藻2-8份、陈皮1-6份、橘核1-6份、荔枝核1_6份;优选的,各组分的重量 份:白芥子10份、葶苈子10份、瓜蒌8份、香附8份、郁金6份、贝母6份、半夏6份、前胡6 份、昆布6份、海藻6份、陈皮3份、橘核3份、荔枝核3份。
8.按照权利要求1-7任何一项所述的中药组合物,其特征在于:将其制备成任何一种 临床上可接受的口服药物制剂;优选的,所述的口服药物制剂是丸剂、散剂、颗粒剂、胶囊 剂、片剂、滴丸剂或口服液。
9. 一种制备权利要求1-7任何一项所述中药组合物的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)、按所述重量配比称取各原料药;(2)将各原料药用水煎煮,合并煎煮液,过滤,滤液浓缩成清膏,加入制剂成型的辅料或 赋型剂,制剂成型,即得。
10.权利要求1-7任何一项所述中药组合物在制备治疗乳腺炎或乳腺小叶增生药物中 的用途。
