本发明提出了一种桃仁玫瑰固体饮料及其制备方法,其固体饮料包括以下重量份的成分:桃仁24‑28份,重瓣红玫瑰26‑30份,人参3‑7份,黄精18‑24份,山药15‑20份,干姜3‑7份,茯苓15‑20份,大豆18‑25份,甘草15‑18份,鱼腥草12‑16份,柠檬12‑15份、辅料8‑12份。本发明的固体饮料的成分简单,所有原料均为“药食同源”材料,进行合理配伍,活血滋阴美容养颜之功效,并且口味独特。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及饮料技术领域,尤其涉及一种对人体有益的草本固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
中医讲究阴阳平衡,阴是指体内的体液,包括血液、唾液、泪水、内分泌及油酯分泌等;阳则指身体的机能。阴虚体质,就是因体内阴液亏少、易生内热为主要特征的体质状态。中医认为,阴虚体质多因久病伤身、内事频繁、过多食用温热香燥之物等造成的。阴虚体质,为中医名词术语,是指由于阴液不足,不能滋润,不能制阳引起的一系列病理变化及证候,临床可见低热、手足心热、午后潮热、盗汗、口燥咽干、心烦失眠、头晕耳鸣、舌红少苔,脉细数等症。
中医历来强调“药疗不如食疗”,食疗成为现代人追求返璞归真、健康饮食的最佳选择;让人们在享受美食的过程中祛除病痛,避免了打针、吃药,甚至手术之苦。而具有草本保健功能的固体饮料得到了人们的追捧,固体饮料作为一种软饮料,具有如下特点:质量显著减轻,体积显著变小,携带方便;风味好,速溶性好,应用范围广,饮用方便;易于保持卫生;包装简易,运输方便。与此同时,相较于液体饮料,固体饮料十分适于通过在其中添加不同的营养或功能物质来进一步提高其功能价值,满足不同人群的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在继承中医精髓理论治病方法上,通过对“药食同源之中药”的合理提取、配比,提出了一种桃仁玫瑰固体饮料及其制备方法,能充分满足人们对固体饮料饮用的的需求,而且还能利用药食两用中草药中的功能因子调节机能功能,使固体饮料具有一定的活血滋阴养颜之功能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种桃仁玫瑰固体饮料及其制备方法,其固体饮料包括以下重量份的成分:桃仁24-28份,重瓣红玫瑰26-30份,人参3-7份,黄精18-24份,山药15-20份,干姜3-7份,茯苓15-20份,大豆18-25份,甘草15-18份,鱼腥草12-16份,柠檬12-15份、辅料8-12份。
进一步地,固体饮料包括以下重量份的成分:桃仁25份,重瓣红玫瑰28份,人参6份,黄精22份,山药18份,干姜5份,茯苓17份,大豆22份,甘草18份,鱼腥草15份,柠檬12、辅料11份。
进一步地,所述辅料包括以下重量份的成分:红糖3-6份、麦芽糊精5-8份。
进一步地,所述辅料为麦芽糊精。
一种桃仁玫瑰固体饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:材料预处理:
准备好原料桃仁,重瓣红玫瑰,人参,黄精,山药,干姜,茯苓,大豆,甘草,鱼腥草,柠檬,并进行清洗干净,备用;
将柠檬去皮去核后与重瓣红玫瑰、山药、鱼腥草混合后,放入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎10-15min,制得混合料A;
将桃仁、人参、黄精、干姜、茯苓、大豆、甘草,切片后混合,制得混合料B;
S2:煎煮浸提:
将S1中所述的混合料B进行两次煎煮提纯,第一次加入物料重10倍的水,保持沸腾2小时;
第二次煎煮浸提加入S1所述的混合料A与8倍的水,保持沸腾1.5小时,过20目筛网,制得浸提液;
S3:浓缩:
将S2中所述的浸提液放入低温浓缩器中进行浓缩处理,真空浓缩的真空度在0.01-0.03Mpa,温度在40-60℃,得到膏状物;
S4:烘干制粉:
将S3中所述的膏状物烘干设备在70℃条件下进行蒸发操作,得到固体粉末,该固体粉末与辅料混合后,粉碎后过100目筛网,得到成品固体饮料。
进一步地,所述S3中,膏状物的含水量为10%-20%;
进一步地,所述S4中,固体粉末的含水量占比小于5%;
固体饮料中各组分的性能和功用如下:
桃仁,为蔷薇科植物桃的干燥成熟种子。果实成熟后采收,除去果肉和核壳,取出种子,晒干。全国各地普遍栽培。具有活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘的功效。
重瓣红玫瑰,含有300多种化学成分,特别是还含有丰富的原花青素、VC。此外,还含有如槲皮苷、含香精的脂肪油、有机酸等有益美容的物质;含有多酚类、黄酮类等多种化学成分,具有减少和消除自由基、抗氧化活性、抗血栓、抗癌、抗炎、抗菌、免疫调节作用、降血脂和预防心脏病等作用.其中,重瓣红玫瑰中的原花青素是安全的天然食用色素,多酚类物质则是一种重要的抗氧化物质,其酚羟基具有很强的还原性,具有SOD抗氧化活性,能有效清除自由基成分,具有美容养颜等功效。
人参,在中国,人参历来被视为百草之王,《神农本草经》是现存最早的中药学专著,记载着中国4000年前就已经形成的人参药用的精髓:“人参,味甘微寒,主补五脏,安精神,定魂魄,止惊悸,除邪气,明目,开心益智。久服,轻身延年。一名人衔,一名鬼盖。生山谷。”
黄精。为百合科植物滇黄精、黄精或多花黄精的干燥根茎。按形状不同,习称“大黄精”、“鸡头黄精”、“姜形黄精”。具有养阴润肺,补脾益气,滋肾填精的功效。主治阴虚劳嗽,肺燥咳嗷,脾虚乏力,食少口干,消渴;肾亏腰膝酸软,阳痿遗精,耳鸣目暗,须发早白,体虚羸瘦,风癞癣疾。
山药,具有补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精的功效。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。麸炒山药补脾健胃。
干姜,为姜科植物姜的干燥根茎。干姜具有镇静、镇痛、抗炎、抗凝血、抗缺氧及其他作用,对心血管、肾上腺皮质功能、消化系统均有作用。主治脘腹冷痛,呕吐,泄泻,亡阳厥逆,寒饮喘咳,寒湿痹痛。
茯苓,中药名。为多孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核。产云南者称“云苓”,质较优。具有利水消肿,渗湿,健脾,宁心的功效。主治水肿,痰饮,脾虚泄泻,心悸,失眠。
大豆,为豆科植物大豆的种皮黄色的种子。具有宽中导滞,健脾利水,解毒消肿之功效。用于食积泻痢,腹胀食呆,疮痈肿毒,脾虚水肿,外伤出血。
甘草,豆科植物甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的干燥根。春、秋二季采挖,除去须根,晒干。甘草气微,味甜而特殊,具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛功效,用于主治咽喉肿痛,咳嗽,脾胃虚弱,胃、十二指肠溃疡,肝炎,癔病,痈疖肿毒,药物及食物中毒。
鱼腥草,为三白草科楦物蕺菜的干燥地上部分。具有清热解毒,消痈排脓,利尿通淋功效。主治肺痈吐脓,肺热咳嗽,热毒疮痈,湿热淋证,湿热泻痢。
与现有技术相比,本发明的固体饮料的成分简单,所有原料均为“药食同源”材料,进行合理配伍;其中,黄精、山药、桃仁、茯苓、甘草配伍具有活血滋阴之功效,配之人参、甘草、重瓣红玫瑰,具有补气安神美容养颜功效,同时加以柠檬、干姜使固体饮料口味独特,生津、有助消化的功效。。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
本实施例提出了一种桃仁玫瑰固体饮料及其制备方法,其固体饮料包括以下重量份的成分:桃仁24份,重瓣红玫瑰26份,人参3份,黄精18份,山药15份,干姜5份,茯苓17份,大豆22份,甘草18份,鱼腥草15份,柠檬12份、红糖3份、麦芽糊精8份。
按照以下步骤制备:
S1:材料预处理:
准备好原料桃仁,重瓣红玫瑰,人参,黄精,山药,干姜,茯苓,大豆,甘草,鱼腥草,柠檬,并进行清洗干净,备用;
将柠檬去皮去核后与重瓣红玫瑰、山药、鱼腥草混合后,放入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎10-15min,制得混合料A;
将桃仁、人参、黄精、干姜、茯苓、大豆、甘草,切片后混合,制得混合料B。
S2:煎煮浸提:
将S1中所述的混合料B进行两次煎煮提纯,第一次加入物料重10倍的水,保持沸腾2小时;
第二次煎煮浸提加入S1所述的混合料A与8倍的水,保持沸腾1.5小时,过20目筛网,制得浸提液。
S3:浓缩:
将S2中所述的浸提液放入低温浓缩器中进行浓缩处理,真空浓缩的真空度在0.03Mpa,温度在40℃,得到膏状物,膏状物的含水量为10%-20%。
S4:烘干制粉:
将S3中所述的膏状物烘干设备在70℃条件下进行蒸发操作,得到固体粉末,固体粉末的含水量占比小于5%,该固体粉末与辅料混合后,粉碎后过100目筛网,得到成品固体饮料。
实施例二
本实施例提出了一种桃仁玫瑰固体饮料及其制备方法,其固体饮料包括以下重量份的成分:桃仁25份,重瓣红玫瑰28份,人参6份,黄精22份,山药18份,干姜7份,茯苓20份,大豆25份,甘草17份,鱼腥草16份,柠檬12份、红糖3份、麦芽糊精5份。
按照以下步骤制备:
S1:材料预处理:
准备好原料桃仁,重瓣红玫瑰,人参,黄精,山药,干姜,茯苓,大豆,甘草,鱼腥草,柠檬,并进行清洗干净,备用;
将柠檬去皮去核后与重瓣红玫瑰、山药、鱼腥草混合后,放入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎10min,制得混合料A;
将桃仁、人参、黄精、干姜、茯苓、大豆、甘草,切片后混合,制得混合料B。
S2:煎煮浸提:
将S1中所述的混合料B进行两次煎煮提纯,第一次加入物料重10倍的水,保持沸腾2小时;
第二次煎煮浸提加入S1所述的混合料A与8倍的水,保持沸腾1.5小时,过20目筛网,制得浸提液。
S3:浓缩:
将S2中所述的浸提液放入低温浓缩器中进行浓缩处理,真空浓缩的真空度在0.01Mpa,温度在50℃,得到膏状物,膏状物的含水量为10%-20%。
S4:烘干制粉:
将S3中所述的膏状物烘干设备在70℃条件下进行蒸发操作,得到固体粉末,固体粉末的含水量占比小于5%,该固体粉末与辅料混合后,粉碎后过100目筛网,得到成品固体饮料。
实施例三
本实施例提出了一种桃仁玫瑰固体饮料及其制备方法,其固体饮料包括以下重量份的成分:桃仁28份,重瓣红玫瑰30份,人参7份,黄精24份,山药20份,干姜3份,茯苓15份,大豆20份,甘草15份,鱼腥草12份,柠檬15份、红糖6份、麦芽糊精6份。
按照以下步骤制备:
S1:材料预处理:
准备好原料桃仁,重瓣红玫瑰,人参,黄精,山药,干姜,茯苓,大豆,甘草,鱼腥草,柠檬,并进行清洗干净,备用;
将柠檬去皮去核后与重瓣红玫瑰、山药、鱼腥草混合后,放入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎13min,制得混合料A;
将桃仁、人参、黄精、干姜、茯苓、大豆、甘草,切片后混合,制得混合料B。
S2:煎煮浸提:
将S1中所述的混合料B进行两次煎煮提纯,第一次加入物料重10倍的水,保持沸腾2小时;
第二次煎煮浸提加入S1所述的混合料A与8倍的水,保持沸腾1.5小时,过20目筛网,制得浸提液。
S3:浓缩:
将S2中所述的浸提液放入低温浓缩器中进行浓缩处理,真空浓缩的真空度在0.02Mpa,温度在60℃,得到膏状物,膏状物的含水量为10%-20%。
S4:烘干制粉:
将S3中所述的膏状物烘干设备在70℃条件下进行蒸发操作,得到固体粉末,固体粉末的含水量占比小于5%,该固体粉末与辅料混合后,粉碎后过100目筛网,得到成品固体饮料。
通过以上的实施例可知,本发明的口味独特,具有一定养生保健功效,且固体饮料的成分简单。

1.一种桃仁玫瑰固体饮料,其固体饮料包括以下重量份的成分:桃仁24-28份,重瓣红玫瑰26-30份,人参3-7份,黄精18-24份,山药15-20份,干姜3-7份,茯苓15-20份,大豆18-25份,甘草15-18份,鱼腥草12-16份,柠檬12-15份、辅料8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种桃仁玫瑰固体饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的成分:桃仁25份,重瓣红玫瑰28份,人参6份,黄精22份,山药18份,干姜5份,茯苓17份,大豆22份,甘草18份,鱼腥草15份,柠檬12、辅料11份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种桃仁玫瑰固体饮料,其特征在于,所述辅料包括以下重量份的成分:红糖3-6份、麦芽糊精5-8份。

5.一种桃仁玫瑰固体饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:材料预处理:
准备好原料桃仁,重瓣红玫瑰,人参,黄精,山药,干姜,茯苓,大豆,甘草,鱼腥草,柠檬,并进行清洗干净,备用;
将柠檬去皮去核后与重瓣红玫瑰、山药、鱼腥草混合后,放入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎10-15min,制得混合料A;
将桃仁、人参、黄精、干姜、茯苓、大豆、甘草,切片后混合,制得混合料B;
