Description
Field of application
The invention relates to the field of green fertilizers, in particular to an automatic production device for preparing green fertilizers by using leaves.
Background
The main key points of the green organic fertilizer are time saving, labor saving, money saving and obvious economic benefit; the fertilizer consumption is reduced, the soil is improved, and the environmental protection benefit is remarkable; improves the stress resistance of crops and the quality of agricultural products, and is a green fertilizer which benefits the nation and the people. Firstly, the most important point for applying the green organic fertilizer is to increase organic substances of soil. Although the content of organic matters only accounts for a few tenths to a few hundredths of the total soil of the plough layer, the organic matters are core components of the soil and are the main material basis of the soil fertility. The green organic fertilizer has very important influence on the structure of soil, nutrients, energy, enzymes, moisture, flee gas, microbial activity and the like in the soil. Secondly, the green organic fertilizer contains a large amount of nutrient components required by plants, and has smooth and lasting nutrient supply to the plants and long after effect. The green organic fertilizer also contains various trace elements, and various nutrient elements in the green organic fertilizer are relatively complete, and the substances are completely nontoxic, harmless and pollution-free natural substances, so that necessary conditions are provided for producing high-yield, high-quality and pollution-free green food. The green organic fertilizer contains various sugars, and the application of the green organic fertilizer increases various sugars in soil. With the saccharides and a large amount of energy released by organic matters in degradation, the growth, development and reproduction activities of soil microorganisms have energy sources. Thirdly, the enzyme activity of the soil is greatly improved by applying the green organic fertilizer. The animal manure contains various active enzymes secreted by animal digestive tracts and various enzymes produced by microorganisms, and the enzymes are favorable for improving the absorption performance, the buffering performance and the stress resistance of soil. The application of the green organic fertilizer increases organic colloid in the soil, binds soil particles together to form a stable granular structure, improves physical, chemical and biological characteristics of the soil, and improves water retention, fertilizer retention and air permeability of the soil. And a good soil environment is created for plant growth. Fourthly, the green organic fertilizer is decomposed in the soil and converted into various humic acid substances. Humic acid substances can promote the activity of enzymes in plants, and the synthesis, transportation and accumulation of substances. Humic acid is a high-molecular substance, has high cation substitution amount, good complexing adsorption performance and good complexing adsorption effect on heavy metal ions, can effectively reduce the toxicity of the heavy metal ions to crops, and prevents the heavy metal ions from entering plants. This is very advantageous for producing safe and sanitary green food without pollution.
However, most of the existing agricultural production is chemical fertilizers, which not only harms soil, but also has risks to the use safety of crops, even if green fertilizers are used, most of the adopted special plant raw materials not only waste resources, but also need to plant the plant raw materials, and are time-consuming and labor-consuming. In addition, most of the existing green organic fertilizers are manufactured manually, and the existing green organic fertilizers can only be moved by hard moving for heavier raw materials, so that the time and the labor are consumed, and the efficiency is not high; the national regulation is that the burning of the garbage, straws and leaves is forbidden. Leaves are forbidden to be burnt, only potassium fertilizer is left after burning, most of nitrogenous fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and the like are gasified and lost, and air is polluted.
