一种红豆杉枝叶保健固体饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:红豆杉枝叶25‑30份、茯苓20‑25份、枸杞20‑25份、红薯粉15‑20份、山梨糖醇结晶粉3‑5份。本发明中的红豆杉枝叶含抗癌功效的紫杉醇成份,为天然原生态。利用人体自身具有消化、吸收、提取、利用所需营养素和其它有效物质的生理功能,使本保健固体饮料能防治癌病变。茯苓、枸杞和红薯粉与红豆杉枝叶相配为伍,皆有防治癌病变的有效成份的一致性,功能互补、强化,且具有多种抗病保健作用;山梨糖醇结晶粉可改善口感,在体内不转化为葡萄糖。可广泛适合各类人群食用。

技术领域
本发明涉及以红豆杉枝叶为主要成份的保健固体饮料。
背景技术
紫杉醇是植物红豆杉的树皮分离提纯的天然次生代谢产物。目前已有紫杉醇液体饮料。经临床验证,紫杉醇具有良好的抗肿瘤作用,已成为重要的抗癌病保健品。目前围绕着从红豆杉枝叶中提取紫杉醇,人们做了多项研究,也取得了可喜成果,如中国专利CN201210170229号公布了一项名称为红豆杉玉液饮品的技术,介绍了一种红豆杉玉液饮品,它主要以优质糯米、红豆杉枝叶、垂盆草和灵芝为原料,经米酒发酵制得,所述原料重量分配比如下:糯米100、红豆杉枝叶1-6、垂盆草05-1.1和灵芝1-4。该技术产品的特点:口感好、营养高、确有抗肿瘤保健作用。但该技术只是采用提取出的紫杉醇加入饮料中,缺点是成本太高,不便于推广应用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种具有防治癌病功效、有效成份含量高、口感好、适用人群广、携带方便的红豆杉枝叶保健固体饮料,以填补我国在该技术领域的空白。
红豆杉枝叶保健固体饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:红豆杉枝叶25-30份、茯苓20-25份、枸杞20-25份、红薯粉15-20份、山梨糖醇结晶粉3-5份。本发明的生产工艺是:一、原料的前期处理、A、红豆杉当年新枝叶即摘即用,摘除变色叶、用饮用水冲洗去杂;烘干脱水(采用茶叶键式自动烘干机);研磨成细粉。B、茯苓:采用通过国家GMP认证的企业精制茯苓饮片,清洗去浮尘,干烘、研磨成细粉。C、枸杞:清洗去浮尘、烘干脱水、研磨成细粉。D、红薯粉:使用工业制品甘薯粉。将其以五倍的饮用水稀释成悬浮液倒入过滤机中,除去甘薯淀粉液体中的杂质;沉淀、脱水、干燥成纯净的细粉。二、将经上述前处理的原料和山梨糖醇按其重量份混合、均质、巴氏灭菌、再均质。三、将上面二项的产成品分装。采用防潮性、阻气性良好的铝箔复合薄膜包装。每小袋8克,每大袋(盒)20小袋,开水冲食。
本发明中的各原料相配伍,功能互补。A、红豆杉枝叶含有抗癌功效的紫杉醇成份为天然原生态。利用人体自身具有消化、吸收、提取、利用所需营养素和其它有效物质的生理功能,使本保健固体饮料能防治癌病变。B、茯苓:它的有效成份为茯苓多糖、茯苓酸等,具有抗癌作用,且能健脾固精、抗衰老。C、枸杞:久服枸杞,增强人体抗感染、抗肿瘤的能力;还有护肝补肾、养血明目、降血脂、降血糖的作用。D、红薯粉:提供给人体大量的黏液蛋白质,对防止器官炎症、细胞癌变有特殊功效。并富含维生素A,能保持皮肤光洁。上述几种原料特质功能各异,皆具防治癌病变的有效成份的一致性,且有多种抗病保健作用。F、山梨糖醇结晶粉:用于改善口感,它在体内不转化为葡萄糖,不受胰岛素控制,为适合糖尿病患者的甜味剂,还有增稠、保湿、整合作用,并可防止淀粉老化。
具体实施方式
本发明实施例1,取红豆杉新枝叶25Kg,茯苓20Kg、枸杞20Kg、红薯粉15Kg、山梨糖醇结晶粉3Kg,生产工艺是:A、原料前处理:将红豆杉新枝叶、茯苓、枸杞、红薯粉分别清洗去杂;B、分别烘干脱水;C、分别研磨成细粉;D、将上述主料细粉倒在一起,加入除主料以外的其它配料;E、混合均质、巴氏灭菌、再均质;F、采用铝箔复合薄膜袋分装,每小袋8克,每大袋(盒)20小袋,开水冲食。
本发明实施例2,取红豆杉新枝叶30Kg,茯苓25Kg,枸杞25Kg,红薯粉20Kg,山梨糖醇结晶粉5Kg,生产工艺是:A、原料前处理:将红豆杉新枝叶、茯苓、枸杞、红薯粉分别清洗去杂;B、分别烘干脱水;C、分别研磨成细粉;D、将上述主料细粉倒在一起,加入除主料以外的其它配料;E、混合均质、巴氏灭菌、再均质;F、采用铝箔复合薄膜袋分装,每小袋8g,每大袋(盒)20小袋,开水冲食。
稳定性检测
取实例1-2产成品在室内常温下放置半年观察其色泽和味道,它与新制产成品无差异。实验可知,本发明红豆杉枝叶保健固体饮料能够较长时间的保持稳定性,从而延长饮料的货架期。

1.一种红豆杉枝叶保健固体饮料的配方,其特征在于,其各配料的配料比重量份是红豆杉枝叶25-30份、茯苓20-25份、枸杞20-25份、红薯粉15-20份、山梨糖醇结晶粉3-5份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的配方的生产工艺,其特征在于:
主料前处理:将红豆杉当年新枝叶、茯苓、枸杞、红薯粉,分别清洗去杂;
分别烘干脱水;
分别研磨成细粉;
将上述主料细粉倒在一起,加入除主料以外的其它配料;
混合均质、巴氏灭菌、再均质、分装。
