本发明涉及一种功能性杂粮粥的制备方法。
背景技术
红豆杉属于浅根植物,其主根不明显、侧根发达,是世界上公认濒临灭绝的天然珍稀抗癌植物,红豆杉的药用价值主要体它的提取物—次生代谢衍生物—紫杉醇。紫杉醇最早是从短叶红豆杉的树皮中分离出来的抗肿瘤活性成份。是治疗转移性卵巢癌和乳腺癌的最好药物之一,同时对肺癌、食道癌也有显着疗效,对肾炎及细小病毒炎症有明显抑制。红豆杉的根、茎、叶都可以入药,可以治疗尿不畅、消除肿痛,对于:糖尿病、女性月经不调、血量增加都有治疗作用。红豆杉也可以用于产后调理,对女性病症具有一定的治疗作用。
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品的要求越来越高,粥是大众的主食之一,传统的大米粥营养价值不高,膳食纤维含量低,维生素缺乏,矿物质缺少,缺少人体必需的氨基酸-赖氨酸,主要是由大米营养成分的局限性造成的,长期食用对人体健康不利。市场上各种营养粥种类繁多,但有以红豆杉为主的保健杂粮粥却是空白。
发明内容
本发明用红豆杉为原料,经浸提、压榨、过滤、浓缩成汁,按重量取汁,加入正在熬制的杂粮粥中制成,目的是为了寻求一种能促进人民身体建康,益寿延年,达到防癌、抗癌、抗辐射、清热解毒、降血脂血糖、抗衰老等多重功效、长期食用能达到较高医疗保健效果的多功能杂粮粥的生产方法,填补市场空白。
本发明的技术方案是:
1)浸提:取红豆杉鲜嫩枝叶在温度为180-200℃的滚筒杀青锅中杀青,每锅投叶量25Kg,杀青时间10分钟,然后在 80℃温度下烘炒,时间约40分钟,水份控制在5- 6%,将炒干的叶粉碎,按用量取固:液重量比1:200在75-80℃恒温中浸提24小时,使红豆杉生物碱速溶,压榨过滤出全部浸提汁,用不锈钢桶在温度为85- 95℃常压下浓缩80-90分钟,达浓缩汁为1%以上,留汁待用。
)熬粥混合:先将黑豆10g、红豆10g、绿豆10g洗净泡水2小时以上;再将大米20g、小米20g、黑米10g和泡好的豆子一起放入电饭煲里,加水500ml,按煮粥键,等煮熟后到保温状态时,再闷盖煮半小时,断电,再闷3分钟,然后取按照步骤1所制得的红豆杉提取液10g边搅拌,边慢慢加入粥中,充分搅拌,混合均匀,加入适量食盐即成。
