技术领域
本发明涉及货物运输技术领域,具体是一种复合轻质货车厢。
背景技术
货物运输是现代运输主要方式之一,也是构成陆上货物运输的两个基本运输方式之一,它在整个运输领域中占有重要的地位,并发挥着愈来愈重要的作用,货物运输由于受气候和自然条件影响较小,且运输能力及单车装载量大大,在运输的经常性和低成本性占据了优势,再加上有多种类型的车辆,使它几乎能承运任何商品,几乎可以不受重量和容积的限制,而这些都是公路和航空运输方式所不能比拟的。
但是,目前市场上的货车厢,一般整体为金属材质,造成车厢的重量较大,影响货车的载重,且金属外壳容易被锈蚀,影响车厢的使用寿命,一般车厢的隔热保温能力较差,不利于对车内货物的保护,一般密闭式车厢的顶部没有厢门,不利于吊装货物,一般装置货厢门手动开启,使用的便捷性较低,一般车厢没有静电隔离层,不利于易燃货物运输的安全性。因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种复合轻质货车厢,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合轻质货车厢,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种复合轻质货车厢,包括车厢,所述车厢的前端设置有内槽板,所述车厢的前表面下端转动安装有后侧门,所述后侧门的上表面焊接有后侧门外卡板,所述后侧门的后端焊接有铰接件,所述车厢的上表面安装有顶部门,所述顶部门的下表面焊接有顶部门外卡板,所述顶部门的上表面焊接有防水板,所述车厢的上表面后端焊接有抬高杆,所述抬高杆的上端转动安装有电动伸缩杆,所述车厢的内部转动安装有收线轮,所述车厢的外表面对应收线轮的位置处安装有收线电机,所述收线轮的外表面缠绕有线缆。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述车厢的外层设置有外装饰层,所述车厢的内层设置有内装饰层,所述内装饰层的一侧外表面设置有防静电层,所述防静电层的一侧安装有骨架,所述骨架的内部填充有填充泡沫。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述电动伸缩杆的前端转动安装于顶部门的后表面上端位置处,所述顶部门的另一端转动安装于车厢的上表面位置处。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述后侧门通过铰接件转动安装于车厢的前表面内槽板的下端位置处。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述车厢的外表面前表面与车厢的上表面位置处均焊接有内槽板,所述后侧门通过后侧门外卡板卡合在车厢前表面内槽板的外表面位置处,所述顶部门通过顶部门外卡板卡合在车厢上表面内槽板的外表面位置处。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述后侧门、内槽板与顶部门均为不锈钢材质的构件。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述线缆的下端焊接于后侧门的内表面前端位置处,所述收线轮通过收线电机转动安装于车厢的内部位置处。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述内装饰层与外装饰层均为PVC材质,所述骨架为铝合金材质,所述填充泡沫为EPS泡沫板,所述防静电层为防静电橡胶材质。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明货车厢,采用金属骨架填充泡沫和内外塑料材质的保护层构成,不降低车厢硬度的同时,降低了车厢的重量,有利于货车能源的节省,且非金属外壳表层避免锈蚀,增加车厢的使用寿命,增加车厢的隔热保温能力较,有利于对车内货物的保护,车厢设置有静电隔离层,增加易燃货物运输的安全性,防静电层消除货物摩擦产生的静电,填充泡沫17进行保温隔热,骨架用于支撑加固车厢,外装饰层和内装饰层防车厢锈蚀。
2.本密闭式车厢的顶部设置有厢门,有利于货物的吊装,本装置货厢门电动开启,增加使用的便捷性,电动伸缩杆拉动顶部门转动开启,收线电机带动收线轮转动,放开线缆,后侧门通过铰接件转动开启,通过内槽板把货物装到车厢的内部,顶部门的设置便于货物的吊装,收线电机带动收线轮运行,线缆收缩带动后侧门转动,后侧门外卡板卡到内槽板的外表面,电动伸缩杆运行,推动顶部门转动关闭,顶部门外卡板卡到内槽板的外表面,并固定后侧门。

在图4中:车厢1的外层设置有外装饰层18,车厢1的内层设置有内装饰层14,内装饰层14的一侧外表面设置有防静电层15,防静电层15的一侧安装有骨架16,骨架16的内部填充有填充泡沫17,内装饰层14与外装饰层18均为PVC材质,骨架16为铝合金材质,填充泡沫17为EPS泡沫板,防静电层15为防静电橡胶材质,防静电层15消除货物摩擦产生的静电,填充泡沫17进行保温隔热,骨架16用于支撑加固车厢1,外装饰层18和内装饰层14防车厢1锈蚀。
本发明的工作原理是:首先,把装置安装到货车上,把电动伸缩杆5与收线电机8通过电缆连接车内控制器,然后,开始使用,电动伸缩杆5拉动顶部门3转动开启,收线电机8带动收线轮7转动,放开线缆6,后侧门2通过铰接件11转动开启,通过内槽板9把货物装到车厢1的内部,顶部门3的设置便于货物的吊装,收线电机8带动收线轮7运行,线缆6收缩带动后侧门2转动,后侧门外卡板10卡到内槽板9的外表面,电动伸缩杆5运行,推动顶部门3转动关闭,顶部门外卡板12卡到内槽板9的外表面,并固定后侧门2,运货过程中,防静电层15消除货物摩擦产生的静电,填充泡沫17进行保温隔热。
