背景技术
藜(读音lí)麦是藜科藜属植物。穗部可呈红、紫、黄,植株形状类似灰灰菜,成熟后穗部类似高粱穗。植株大小受环境及遗传因素影响较大,从0.3-3米不等,茎部质地较硬,可分枝可不分。单叶互生,叶片呈鸭掌状,叶缘分为全缘型与锯齿缘型。藜麦花两性,花絮呈伞状、穗状、圆锥状,藜麦种子较小,呈小圆药片状,直径1.5-2毫米,千粒重1.4-3克。
原产于南美洲安第斯山脉的哥伦比亚、厄瓜多尔、秘鲁等中高海拔山区。具有一定的耐旱、耐寒、耐盐性,生长范围约为海平面到海拔4500米左右的高原上,最适的高度为海拔3000-4000米的高原或山地地区。
藜麦富含的维生素、多酚、类黄酮类、皂苷和植物甾醇类物质具有多种健康功效。藜麦具有高蛋白,其所含脂肪中不饱和脂肪酸占83%,还是一种低果糖低葡萄糖的食物能在糖脂代谢过程中发挥有益功效。
藜麦的营养价值超过任何一种传统的粮食作物,藜麦是一种全谷全营养完全蛋白碱性食物,藜麦作为一种藜科植物其蛋白质含量与牛肉相当,其品质也不亚于肉源蛋白与奶源蛋白。藜麦所含氨基酸种类丰富,除了人类必须的9种必须氨基酸,还含有许多非必须氨基酸,特别是富集多数作物没有的赖氨酸,并且含有种类丰富且含量较高的矿物元素,以及多种人体正常代谢所需要的维生素,不含胆固醇与麸质,糖含量、脂肪含量与热量都属于较低水平。
藜麦的全营养性和高膳食纤维等特性决定了它对健康的益处。研究表明,藜麦富含的维生素、多酚、类黄酮类、皂苷和植物甾醇类物质具有多种健康功效。藜麦具有高蛋白,其所含脂肪中不饱和脂肪酸占83%,还是一种低果糖低葡萄糖的食物能在糖脂代谢过程中发挥有益功效。因此,藜麦被进一步制作成了各种各样的食品,例如米、面条、饼干、咀嚼片、能量棒、代餐粉、米线、蛋白粉、奶茶、养生粥等等。
泡腾片在我国是一种较新的药物剂型,与普通片剂不同,泡腾片利用有机酸和碱式碳酸(氢)盐反应做泡腾崩解剂,置入水中,即刻发生泡腾反应,生成并释放大量的二氧化碳气体,状如沸腾,故名泡腾片。
例如公开号为CN109907235A,名称为“一种藜麦咀嚼片的制备方法”的发明,包括:(1)将藜麦分离得到藜麦籽和种皮,提取种皮中的皂苷;(2)制备含有皂苷的涂层浆料;(3)对藜麦籽、黄豆和辅料进行加工,制备咀嚼片;(4)将涂层浆料涂布在所述咀嚼片表层,制得成品藜麦咀嚼片。
又例如公开号为CN106174485A,名称为“具有强肾壮阳功效的酵素组合物、泡腾片及制备方法”的发明,该酵素组合物包括如下组分:益生菌1-15重量份、酵素组合物原液10-120重量份和中药提取物10-80重量份;所述酵素组合物为中药提取物经灭菌工艺后与酵素组合物原液混合,并接种益生菌群进行密闭发酵而成;中药提取物由下列重量份的原料药提取而成:山药2-10份、海参2-10份、羊肚菌1-8份、白茅根2-10份、藜麦2-8份、山刺梨1-8份、海马0.5-6份、仙茅0.5-6份、向日葵茎髓0.2-3份、大枣0.5-6份以及三七0.5-5份。
可见,现有技术对藜麦加工成泡腾片方面的药品,藜麦都不是作为主要成分,未完全发挥藜麦的功效,且制备方法复杂。因此,开发一种制备方法简单,能最大程度发挥出藜麦的功效的以藜麦为主要成分的泡腾片是十分必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术未开发一种制备方法简单,能最大程度发挥出藜麦的功效的以藜麦为主要成分的泡腾片的问题,本发明提出了一种藜麦泡腾片及其制备方法,该泡腾片针对心血管疾病、糖尿病及二者的并发症有一定防治作用。
本发明一种藜麦泡腾片,是由以下重量份成分制备而成:
藜麦粉 30~60份,苦荞粉0~20份,荞麦粉0~20份,茶氨酸3~20份,伽马氨基丁酸0.01~0.1份,有机酸3~10份,碳酸氢盐3~15份,辅料1~6份。
藜麦是米类的一种,其中含有丰富的植物蛋白,可以促进体内氨基酸的吸收,藜麦中还含有多种矿物质,能够滋补身体,提高免疫细胞的活性,促进身体血液循环,增强体质,使人更加健康强壮。藜麦具有维持酸碱平衡的功效,能够中和体内的酸性成分,维持身体平衡状态。藜麦中还有大量的铁、磷元素,可以促进血红细胞的能力,对贫血起到预防的作用。藜麦还具有保护心血管的作用,可以净化血液,清除血管中的杂质,促进血液循环,还能补充血管的营养,增加血管的弹性,对常见的一些心血管疾病具有预防的作用。藜麦因为含有大量的维生素e和类黄酮的物质,可以提高细胞的活性,增加血管的活性,延缓细胞的衰老,减少人体皱纹的产生,所以藜麦具有抗氧化的作用。食用藜麦对糖尿病还能起到预防的作用,藜麦中含有的镁和锰元素能够参与体内葡萄糖的代谢,促进胰岛素的分泌,可以阻止血糖的飙升,维持血糖的稳定,因此藜麦可以预防糖尿病,还能阻止糖尿病并发症的发生。

藜麦粉 40~50份,苦荞粉5~15份,荞麦粉5~15份,茶氨酸5~15份,伽马氨基丁酸0.03~0.08份,有机酸5~8份,碳酸氢盐5~12份,辅料2~5份。
苦荞具有安神、活气血、降气宽肠、清热肿风痛、祛积化滞、清肠、润肠、通便、止咳、平喘、抗炎、抗过敏、强心、减肥、美容等功效。苦荞麦中富含的生物类黄酮主要成分是芦丁,又名VP,其主要功效是软化血管,改善微循环,清热解毒、活血化瘀、拔毒生肌、益气提神,有降血糖和尿糖的作用;苦荞生物类黄酮具有多方面的生理功能,其中的槲皮素和桑色素等能够改善机体血管平滑肌的收缩和舒张功能;芦丁具有扩张血管的作用,能维持毛细血管的抵抗力,降低其通透性及脆性,促进细胞增生和防止血细胞的凝集,还有降血脂、扩张冠状动脉、增强冠状动脉血流量等作用;苦荞生物类黄酮所富含的槲皮素、桑色素、莰非醇有抑菌和抗病毒作用。临床应用该黄酮,对各种原因引起的溃疡有祛腐生肌、消炎镇痛的奇特疗效;苦荞生物类黄酮组成的分子结构符合有效酚羟基理论,具有极强的自由基清除能力,它们具有5个羟基,可以充足地作为供氢体,使自由基还原,从而起到清除自由基的作用,达到防衰、抗癌,抗心脑血管病的目的。
荞麦,又名三角麦、乌麦、花荞,荞麦蛋白质中含有丰富的赖氨酸成分,铁、锰、锌等微量元素比一般谷物丰富,而且含有丰富膳食纤维,是一般精制大米的10倍。所以荞麦具有很好的营养保健作用。荞麦含有丰富的维生素E和可溶性膳食纤维,同时还含有烟酸和芦丁(芸香甙),芦丁有降低人体血脂和胆固醇、软化血管、保护视力和预防脑血管出血的作用。它含有的烟酸成分能促进机体的新陈代谢,增强解毒能力,还具有扩张小血管和降低血液胆固醇的作用。荞麦含有丰富的镁,能促进人体纤维蛋白溶解,使血管扩张,抑制凝血块的形成,具有抗栓塞的作用,也有利于降低血清胆固醇。荞麦中的某些黄酮成分还具有抗菌、消炎、止咳、平喘、祛痰的作用。因此,荞麦还有“消炎粮食”的美称。另外这些成分还具有降低血糖的功效。祖国医学认为,荞麦性味甘平,有健脾益气、开胃宽肠、消食化滞的功效。

藜麦粉 45份,苦荞粉10份,荞麦粉10份,茶氨酸10份,伽马氨基丁酸0.05份,有机酸6份,碳酸氢盐10份,辅料4份。
茶氨酸能抑制短暂脑缺血引起的神经细胞死亡,对神经细胞有保护作用。神经细胞的死亡与兴奋型神经传达物质谷氨酸有密切联系。在谷氨酸过多的情况下会出现细胞死,这通常是老年痴呆等症的病因。茶氨酸与谷氨酸结构相近,会竞争结合部位,从而抑制神经细胞死。茶氨酸可以用于对谷氨酸引起的脑障碍,如脑栓塞、脑出血等脑中风,以及脑手术或脑损伤时出现的虚血和老年痴呆等疾病的治疗及预防。现有研究还表明茶氨酸可能是通过调节脑中神经传达物质的浓度来起到降低血压的作用。
伽马氨基丁酸( GABA)是中枢神经系统中很重要的抑制性神经递质,它是一种天然存在的非蛋白组成氨基酸,具有极其重要的生理功能,它能促进脑的活化性,健脑益智,抗癫痫,促进睡眠,美容润肤,延缓脑衰老机能,能补充人体抑制性神经递质,具有良好的降血压功效。促进肾机能改善和保护作用。抑制脂肪肝及肥胖症,活化肝功能。每日补充微量的伽玛氨基丁酸有利于心脑血压的缓解,又能促进人体内氨基酸代谢的平衡,调节免疫功能。

进一步的,所述一种藜麦泡腾片,所述填充剂为乳糖、微晶纤维素中的至少一种;所述粘合剂为聚维酮、羟丙甲纤维素中的至少一种;所述润滑剂为微粉硅胶、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉中的至少一种。
本发明还提供了一种上述藜麦泡腾片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将藜麦粉、苦荞粉、荞麦粉、茶氨酸、伽马氨基丁酸、有机酸、碳酸氢盐按比例混合,加入辅料水溶液,混合均匀;
b、将步骤a中得到的混合物在30~40℃恒温干燥8~12h,至混合物成粉末;
c、将步骤b得到的粉末10~15MPa条件下直接压片,即得藜麦泡腾片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明藜麦泡腾片主要活性成分为藜麦粉,再辅加以苦荞粉和荞麦粉,通过加入辅料,有机酸和碳酸氢盐,制备成泡腾片,解决了藜麦食用不方便的缺陷,且本发明藜麦泡腾片具有一定防治心血管疾病、糖尿病及二者的并发症的作用,可以作为日常心血管疾病、糖尿病及二者的并发症的辅助药物服用,从根本上起到一定的防治效果,还能提高人体免疫力,增加身心健康。

所述辅料为填充剂、粘合剂、润滑剂、糊精;填充剂的添加量为藜麦泡腾片总质量的30%;粘合剂的添加量为藜麦泡腾片总质量的3%;润滑剂的添加量为藜麦泡腾片总质量的3%;糊精的添加量为藜麦泡腾片总质量的8%;
所述填充剂为微晶纤维素;所述粘合剂为聚维酮;所述润滑剂为微粉硅胶;
一种藜麦泡腾片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将藜麦粉、苦荞粉、荞麦粉、茶氨酸、伽马氨基丁酸、有机酸、碳酸氢盐按比例混合,加入辅料水溶液,混合均匀;
b、将步骤a中得到的混合物在35℃恒温干燥10h,至混合物成粉末;
c、将步骤b得到的粉末12MPa条件下直接压片,即得藜麦泡腾片。

一种藜麦泡腾片,是由以下重量份成分制备而成:
藜麦粉 40份,苦荞粉15份,荞麦粉12份,茶氨酸6份,伽马氨基丁酸0.04份,有机酸5份,碳酸氢盐8份,辅料4份;
所述藜麦粉的粒径≤80μm;所述苦荞粉的粒径≤80μm;所述荞麦粉的粒径≤80μm;所述辅料的粒径≤100μm;
所述有机酸为柠檬酸;
所述碳酸氢盐为碳酸氢钾;
所述辅料为填充剂、粘合剂、润滑剂、糊精;填充剂的添加量为藜麦泡腾片总质量的20%;粘合剂的添加量为藜麦泡腾片总质量的5%;润滑剂的添加量为藜麦泡腾片总质量的2%;糊精的添加量为藜麦泡腾片总质量的8%;
所述填充剂为乳糖;所述粘合剂为聚维酮;所述润滑剂为硬脂酸镁;

所述碳酸氢盐为碳酸氢钠;
所述辅料为填充剂、粘合剂、润滑剂;填充剂的添加量为藜麦泡腾片总质量的45%;粘合剂的添加量为藜麦泡腾片总质量的5%;润滑剂的添加量为藜麦泡腾片总质量的3%;
所述填充剂为乳糖;所述粘合剂为聚维酮;所述润滑剂为滑石粉;
一种藜麦泡腾片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
