技术领域
本发明涉及一种植入装置,特别是涉及一种能量测葡萄糖浓度的传感器植入生物皮下并持续获取生理讯号的植针模组及具有植针模组的植入装置。
背景技术
现有一种能将传感器植入生物皮下的植入装置(如美国专利号US10,413,183专利案所述),包括一个锁环座、一个能滑动且穿设于锁环座内部的柱塞、一个安装于柱塞内部的撞针座、一个安装于柱塞与撞针座之间的非预压缩撞针弹簧、一个套设于撞针座内部的针座、一个弹抵于撞针座与针座之间的针座弹簧。
这种植入装置欲操作植针时,使用者必须压下柱塞,使非预压缩的撞针弹簧呈压缩状态,并利用柱塞肋使所对应的卡扣臂偏转,解除柱塞肋与卡扣臂的限位关系,利用非预压缩撞针弹簧的弹力恢复带动撞针座及针座向下进行植针。
当完成植针后,撞针座仍然处于植针位置时,此时,使用者必须放开对柱塞的下压,使柱塞向上移动,解除针座的限位关系,再利用预压缩的针座弹簧的弹力释放使针座带动刺穿构件朝柱塞内部缩回,传感器留置于人体皮肤表面。
在上述进行植针的操作过程中,该针座沿该撞针座下移的过程中,该针座容易产生歪斜,导致刺穿构件也歪斜地刺入人体皮肤,且在刺入人体及自人体缩回时刺穿构件会产生拉扯,并增加人体疼痛感,有待改善。

本发明的植入装置,所述植针组件定义的所述植针初始行程不大于1mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:所述植针模组透过将植针组件设置于植针辅助座上,并借由植针辅助座上弹性片的凸出部与壁面的干涉配合来稳固植针组件,以确保植针于植针初始行程的稳定性以及准直度,避免植针因偏心而在植针过程中所造成的拉扯疼痛感。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
参阅图1至图5,本发明植入装置的第一实施例,用于确保植针植入皮肤前的植针初始行程顺畅,该植入装置包含一个外壳单元100、一个致动模组200及一个植针模组30。
该外壳单元100包括一个上盖10,以及一个能与该上盖10紧密盖合的底盖20。
该致动模组200包括一个设置于该上盖10内部的内衬12、一个设置于该内衬12内部的主体盖32、一个连接于该主体盖32的植入座33、一个弹抵于该主体盖32与该植入座33之间的第一弹性件34、一个设置于该主体盖32与该植入座33之间的抽针座35、一个弹抵于该抽针座35与该植入座33之间的第二弹性件37。该内衬12具有一对邻近于底部的嵌卡部124。该第一弹性件34与第二弹性件37为预压缩弹簧。该内衬12的内周面具有一对掣动部123,该主体盖32具有一对朝该植入座33凸伸的限位件323,该植入座33具有一对呈倒钩状的限位组件334,以及一对分别受所述掣动部123掣动的卡扣部335。
该植针模组30用于确保植针植入皮肤前的植针初始行程顺畅,该植针模组30具有一个主体件31、一个植针辅助座38、一个植针组件36、一个底座50及一个传感器组件70。
该主体件31具有一对分别能与嵌卡部124互相卡扣的卡制部311、一个沿一条轴线L设置的容置孔312、多个围绕该轴线L且位于该容置孔312外侧且与该容置孔312互相连通的滑槽313,以及一对扣止部314。借由该植入座33的卡扣部335抵制于主体件31的扣止部314,使该植入座33与该主体件31间产生一植针限位结构A。所述滑槽313围绕该轴线L呈间隔设置,本实施例中滑槽313的数量有三个。每一个滑槽313具有一个沿一个植入方向F呈渐宽的壁面315,每一个滑槽313的壁面315相对于该轴线L的斜度介于0度至3度之间。
该植针辅助座38具有一个座体381、多个连接于该座体381且具弹性的弹性片382,以及多个凸设底部且呈凸榫状的连结部383。该座体381能沿该容置孔312滑动,所述弹性片382能沿所对应的滑槽313滑动,每一个弹性片382具有一个凸出部385,每一个弹性片382的凸出部385弹性抵接且呈点接触于所对应的壁面315。每一个弹性片382各具有两个凹口384并呈H形,其中所述凹口384分别设于每一个弹性片382的顶部与底部,透过所述凹口384的设置,允许所述弹性片382具有沿垂直于轴线L的径向被压缩且被压缩后具有朝外部弹抵的能力。在其他实施例中,弹性片数量也能为两个,且所述弹性片相隔180度。
该植针组件36具有一个安装于该抽针座35与该座体381之间的植针座361,以及一支连接于该植针座361的植针362,该植针座361与该抽针座35呈分离式断点设计,可以避免因为制造组配的公差而导致植针座361与该抽针座35的偏心情形。如图18所示,未植针前,该植针362的一个尖端363与皮肤间的距离定义为植针初始行程H。本实施例中,该植针组件36的植针初始行程H不大于1mm。
该底座50能卸离地限位于主体件31的底部,且底座50能透过黏贴片黏附于生物皮表。
该传感器组件70具有一个固定座71,以及一个安装于该固定座71的传感器72。固定座71具有多个呈凹孔状且供所述连结部383嵌入的套合部711。
为供进一步了解本发明各组件配合所产生的作用、运用技术手段,以及所预期达成的功效,将再说明如下,相信当能由此而对本发明有更深入且具体的了解。
再者,如图3及图4,当本发明的植入装置第一实施例整体组配完成时,该内衬12与该主体盖32间保持一个间距D,该植入座33的卡扣部335抵制于主体件31的扣止部314,使植入座33位于一个植针前位置。而该第一弹性件34被预压缩于植入座33与主体盖32之间并产生压缩蓄力,而第二弹性件37则被预压缩于抽针座35与植入座33之间并蕴藏回释弹力,透过该限位件323对该限位组件334产生的径向约束限制,该抽针座35也位于一个植针前位置,该传感器组件70的套合部711与连结部383呈紧配套合,使得固定座71连接于植针辅助座38,且植针辅助座38又紧配合连接于植针组件36的植针座361,因此,植针组件36能隐藏于主体件31内部且受该底座50所遮避,且底座50相对于主体件31产生定位。该抽针座35受该植入座33约束而产生一个抽针限位结构B。
当本发明第一实施例的植入装置欲进行自动植针,将传感器72植入生物皮下时,其操作说明如下:
配合图6及图7,使用者先将该底座50定位于所要植入的生物部位,当使用者尚未按压上盖10时,因为植入座33与主体件31之间的植针限位结构A尚未解除,而保持于植针前位置。续参图8及图9,当施力按压上盖10,使掣动部123掣动植入座33的卡扣部335向内侧弯曲变形而自主体件31的扣止部314脱离,解除主体件31与植入座33的植针限位结构A,同时,卡制部311与对应的嵌卡部124产生勾合,该上盖10相对于主体件31的底部产生嵌接定位。
配合图10及图11,当主体件31与该植入座33的植针限位结构A解除后,被预压缩的该第一弹性件34的弹力得以释放,供该植入座33往下位移至植针位置,且该传感器组件70被该植入座33带动而位于一个植针后位置,该传感器72也随该植针362植入生物皮下,该传感器组件70的固定座71被定位于该底座50上而留置于生物表面,当完成自动植针时,因为该植入座33的限位组件334与主体盖32的限位件323分离,使得抽针座35与植入座33的抽针限位结构B被解除,借由被预压缩第二弹性件37的弹力释放,使抽针座35朝一个抽针方向R位移,带动植针组件36缩移至植入座33与植针辅助座38之间,使植针组件36不会外露,达到植针362隐藏设计的效果,完成自动抽针(参阅图12及图13),并且利用套合部711与连结部383呈紧配套合的作用,使植针辅助座38与传感器组件70的固定座71连接。且透过植针过程将传感器组件70定位于底座50上,同时借由底座50的黏结片52将底座50黏贴于生物皮表(如图14及图15所示,底座50已自主体件31底部脱离)。
又如图16及图17,使用者在完成植针操作后,能将原本拆下的底盖20再盖回上盖10底部,让使用者依照医疗废弃物丢弃规范进行丢弃。
再如图3至图5,以及图18所示,在植针行程中,植入的初速度尚未能提供植针的准直度,因此在此阶段利用该弹性片382的凸出部385与壁面315的干涉配合以确保植针的准直度,待植入速度由初速度提升为加速度后便能提供植针362于植入时的准直度,此时呈点接触的凸出部385能迅速脱离与渐宽壁面315的干涉配合,且当植针362向下植入而接触到生物皮表时便能具有一个支撑的植入点,因此稳定植针初始行程H便能将植针362准直且稳定的快速植入生物皮下。此外,该植针辅助座38在植针前利用所述弹性片382的凹口384,允许所述弹性片382具有沿垂直于轴线L的径向被压缩且被压缩后具有朝外部弹抵的能力,并搭配所述凸出部385与所对应的滑槽313的壁面315的干涉配合而限位固定,能避免植针组件36在未固定的情况下植入而造成左右偏摆、拉扯的情况,以提升植针行程稳定性,同时减少患者的疼痛感。
再如图19所示,本发明植入装置的第二实施例,与该第一实施例的差异在于:该植针辅助座38’的每一个弹性片382’具有一个开口朝上的凹口384’,所述凹口384’由每一个弹性片382’的顶部朝底部凹设。利用所述弹性片382’所设的凹口384’,允许所述弹性片382’具有沿垂直于轴线L的径向被压缩且被压缩后具有朝外部弹抵的能力。
如图20所示,本发明植入装置的第三实施例,与该第二实施例的差异在于:该植针辅助座38”的每一个弹性片382”具有一个开口朝下的凹口384”,所述凹口384”由每一个弹性片382”的底部朝顶部凹设。利用所述弹性片382”所设的凹口384”,允许所述弹性片382”具有沿垂直于轴线L的径向被压缩且被压缩后具有朝外部弹抵的能力。
综上所述,本发明的该植针模组30透过将植针组件36设置于植针辅助座38上,并借由植针辅助座38上弹性片382的凸出部385与壁面315的干涉配合来稳固植针组件36,以确保植针362于植针初始行程的稳定性以及准直度,避免植针362因偏心而在植针过程中所造成的拉扯疼痛感。

Claims (20)

1.一种植针模组,用于确保植针植入皮肤前的植针初始行程顺畅,所述植针模组包含主体件、植针辅助座、植针组件及传感器组件,其特征在于:
所述主体件,包括沿轴线设置的容置孔,以及多个围绕所述轴线且位于所述容置孔外侧且与所述容置孔互相连通的滑槽;
所述植针辅助座,包括座体,以及多个连接于所述座体的弹性片,所述座体能沿所述容置孔滑动,所述弹性片能沿所对应的所述滑槽滑动,每一个弹性片具有凸出部;
所述植针组件,包括植针座,以及连接于所述植针座的植针,所述植针座安装于所述座体,未植针前,所述植针的尖端与皮肤间的距离定义为所述植针初始行程;
所述传感器组件,包括固定座,以及安装于所述固定座的传感器,所述固定座设置于所述植针辅助座的座体上,且所述植针穿设于所述固定座并包覆所述传感器;
其中,每一个滑槽具有壁面,每一个弹性片的凸出部弹性抵接且呈点接触于所对应的所述壁面,借此,所述植针辅助座于植入前透过所述凸出部与所对应的所述滑槽的壁面的干涉配合而限位固定,使所述植针稳定,以避免所述植针于所述植针初始行程产生偏心。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植针模组,其特征在于:所述植针辅助座的每一个弹性片具有至少一个开口朝上的凹口,所述凹口由每一个弹性片的顶部朝底部凹设。
3.根据权利要求1所述的植针模组,其特征在于:所述植针辅助座的每一个弹性片具有至少一个开口朝下的凹口,所述凹口由每一个弹性片的底部朝顶部凹设。
4.根据权利要求1所述的植针模组,其特征在于:所述植针辅助座的每一个弹性片具有两个凹口,所述凹口分别设于每一个弹性片的顶部与底部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的植针模组,其特征在于:所述主体件的滑槽数量为两个,所述植针辅助座的弹性片数量为两个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的植针模组,其特征在于:所述主体件的滑槽数量为三个,所述植针辅助座的弹性片数量为三个。
7.根据权利要求1所述的植针模组,其特征在于:所述主体件的滑槽围绕所述轴线呈间隔设置,所述植针辅助座的弹性片围绕所述轴线呈间隔设置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的植针模组,其特征在于:每一个滑槽的壁面为沿植入方向渐宽的壁面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的植针模组,其特征在于:每一个滑槽的壁面相对于所述轴线的斜度介于0度至3度之间。
10.根据权利要求1所述的植针模组,其特征在于:所述植针组件定义的所述植针初始行程不大于1mm。
11.一种植入装置,用于确保植针植入皮肤前的植针初始行程顺畅,所述植入装置包含致动模组及植针模组,其特征在于:
所述致动模组,包括内衬、设置于所述内衬内部的主体盖、连接于所述主体盖的植入座、弹抵于所述主体盖与所述植入座之间的第一弹性件、设置于所述主体盖与所述植入座之间的抽针座、弹抵于所述抽针座与所述植入座之间的第二弹性件;
所述植针模组,组装配合于所述致动模组,用于确保植针植入皮肤前的所述植针初始行程顺畅,所述植针模组包含主体件、植针辅助座、植针组件及传感器组件,其中:
所述主体件,包括沿轴线设置的容置孔,以及多个围绕所述轴线且位于所述容置孔外侧且与所述容置孔互相连通的滑槽;
所述植针辅助座,包括座体,以及多个连接于所述座体且具弹性的弹性片,所述座体能沿所述容置孔滑动,所述弹性片能沿所对应的所述滑槽滑动,每一个弹性片具有凸出部;
所述植针组件,包括植针座,以及连接于所述植针座的植针,所述植针座安装于所述座体,未植针前,所述植针的尖端与皮肤间的距离定义为所述植针初始行程;
所述传感器组件,包括固定座,以及安装于所述固定座的传感器,所述固定座设置于所述植针辅助座的座体上,且所述植针穿设于所述固定座并包覆所述传感器;
其中,每一个滑槽具有壁面,每一个弹性片的所述凸出部弹性抵接且呈点接触于所对应的所述壁面,借此,所述植针辅助座于植入前透过所述凸出部与所对应的所述滑槽的壁面的干涉配合而限位固定,使所述植针稳定,以避免所述植针于所述植针初始行程产生偏心。
12.根据权利要求11所述的植入装置,其特征在于:所述植针辅助座的每一个弹性片具有至少一个开口朝上的凹口,所述凹口由每一个弹性片的顶部朝底部凹设。
13.根据权利要求11所述的植入装置,其特征在于:所述植针辅助座的每一个弹性片具有至少一个开口朝下的凹口,所述凹口由每一个弹性片的底部朝顶部凹设。
14.根据权利要求11所述的植入装置,其特征在于:所述植针辅助座的每一个弹性片具有两个凹口,所述凹口分别设于每一个弹性片的顶部与底部。
15.根据权利要求11所述的植入装置,其特征在于:所述主体件的滑槽数量为两个,所述植针辅助座的弹性片数量为两个。
16.根据权利要求11所述的植入装置,其特征在于:所述主体件的滑槽数量为三个,所述植针辅助座的弹性片数量为三个。
17.根据权利要求11所述的植入装置,其特征在于:所述主体件的滑槽围绕所述轴线呈间隔设置,所述植针辅助座的弹性片围绕所述轴线呈间隔设置。
18.根据权利要求11所述的植入装置,其特征在于:每一个滑槽的所述壁面为沿植入方向渐宽的壁面。
19.根据权利要求18所述的植入装置,其特征在于:每一个滑槽的所述壁面相对于所述轴线的斜度介于0度至3度之间。
20.根据权利要求11所述的植入装置,其特征在于:所述植针组件定义的所述植针初始行程不大于1mm。
