本案主張2019年8月2日申請的美國臨時專利申請案第62/882,140號的優先權,其整體藉由引用併入本文。
本發明係關於一種生理訊號量測裝置,特別是一種薄型化之生理訊號量測裝置。
慢性病症 (如糖尿病、慢性心血管疾病)的患者,需要日常性的監測某些生理參數 (例如血糖、血脂肪、膽固醇濃度或其他參數)的數據變化,以有效的控制病情以免惡化,並且獲得及時的治療。
但是,許多生理數據需要經由侵入式方法獲得。另外,為了有效地進行監測,有必要每天獲取多個測量數據。以血糖測量為例,傳統的血糖測量通常使用試紙及血糖儀,藉由測量血液中的葡萄糖與試紙中的葡萄糖氧化酶反應產生的電流量來獲得血糖濃度。這種測量方式需要每日從指尖採血,將血液滴入試紙,以獲得單次的血糖數據。當患者需要取得多個測量數據時,又必須經歷反覆採血的不適。此外,對於血糖波動較大的患者而言,瞬間血糖值不足以為醫生提供準確的用藥依據。
為了避免由於多次抽血或提取體液而引起的患者不適,本領域的一些技術人員傾向於使用植入在皮下組織中相對較長時間的小型感測元件,以匹配具有訊號處理能力且可重複使用的訊號處理元件。由於無需每日移除此感測元件,並且可以隨時收集和分析諸如血糖、血脂、膽固醇濃度或其他可以提供生理參數的數據,因此可以提供即時的生理數據監測。因此,需要一種可長期植入皮下的薄型化生理訊號量測裝置。
本發明提出一種生理訊號量測裝置,適用於長時間植入皮下,可以即時監測患者的生理數據。
本案之一構想在於提供一種生理訊號量測裝置,用於植入皮下以量測一生物流體中之一分析物之一生理訊號,包含一感測器、一傳感器以及一固定座,其中該感測器具有一訊號檢測端及一訊號輸出端,該訊號檢測端用於植入皮下檢測該生理訊號,而該訊號輸出端用於輸出該生理訊號,該傳感器具有一連接埠,以連接該感測器之該訊號輸出端並用來接收該生理訊號,以及該固定座用於乘載該感測器。該固定座包含一植針孔、一固定槽、一填充體以及一阻隔件,其中該植針孔係用於該感測器之植入通道,並容置部分該感測器,該固定槽用以容置該感測器,該填充體配置於該固定槽內,用以固定該感測器,以及該阻隔件配置於該植針孔與該固定槽之間,用以夾持該感測器,並限制該填充體於該固定槽內。

本發明的生理感測裝置藉由傳感器與固定座的互補結構設計達到薄型化以及可拆卸之目的,且利用彈性體的防水密封功效,避免來自外界的液體滲入,也避免血液由植入處滲出。同時,本發明生理感測裝置透過填充體、限位件及阻隔件的限位固定手段來使感測器更加穩固地承載於固定座上。
本發明將可由下列實施例說明而得到充分瞭解,使熟習本技藝之人士可以據以完成之,然本發明之實施並非可由下列實施例而被限制其實施型態。應注意,在以下的說明中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
本發明的生理訊號量測裝置是用於量測生物流體中之分析物之生理訊號。本文中所使用的用語「生物流體」是指血液、間質液、腦脊髓液、淋巴液等生物體液。
本文中所使用的用語「分析物」是指上述生物體液中可反映生物體之生理狀況的物質,包括但不限於糖、蛋白質、脂肪、膽固醇、維生素、激素或其他存在於生物體液中的物質。文中所使用的用語「生理訊號」是指上述分析物的含量或濃度等數據。在一個實施例中,生理訊號為人體中的葡萄糖濃度,較佳為間質液中的葡萄糖濃度。在某些實施例中,天然存在於生物體液中或是內源的代謝產物、抗原、抗體等的含量或濃度也可構成生理訊號。替代性地,生理訊號也可以是被引入體內的或是外源物質的含量或濃度,例如,化學試劑、藥物、醫藥組合物或醫藥組合物的代謝產物的濃度。在一個實施例中,該外源物質可為胰島素或升糖素。
請參閱圖1,其為本發明生理訊號量測裝置1的立體圖。本發明的生理訊號量測裝置1包括底座10、固定座20 (未示出)、傳感器30及感測器40 (未示出)。底座10可固定於生物體 (例如人體)之皮膚表面;感測器40固定於固定座20;固定座20結合於底座10上;傳感器30可卸離地設置於固定座20上。
請參閱圖2A,其為本發明生理訊號量測裝置1的立體分解圖。由圖中可見底座10、承載感測器40的固定座20及傳感器30之間的對應位置。當使用者安裝生理訊號量測裝置1時,首先要將底座10固定於皮膚表面,並使用額外的植入裝置 (未示出)將固定座20與底座10卡合,以將固定座20中的感測器40植入於皮下。在移除植入裝置後,固定座20與底座10結合並固定於使用者的皮膚表面。傳感器30蓋設於底座10上,並與感測器40電連接,以接收來自感測器40之生理訊號並將其傳輸至外部裝置。為了顯示傳感器30與底座10結合的方向,圖2A中顯示了傳感器30的上表面30A。

請繼續參閱圖2A及圖2B,首先說明底座10的結構。底座10包括貼片11、貫孔12、底座本體13、設置槽14、第一對合件15、一對第一卡合件16、兩定位柱17及第一彈性體18。貼片11設置於底座10的底面,用於貼合生物體皮膚表面。貼片11中包括防水材料,用於防止汙水經由貼片11滲透而接觸傷口,進而避免傷口感染的風險。貫孔12貫穿地設置於設置槽14,用於使感測器40的訊號檢測端44植入於生物體皮下。設置槽14用於容納固定座20。底座本體13具有一底座邊緣,對應於傳感器30的邊緣形狀,第一對合件15設置於底座邊緣上,當傳感器30蓋設於底座10上時,第一對合件15與傳感器30上的第二對合件32相對合。第一對合件15及第二對合件32為防呆元件,當使用者將傳感器30蓋設於底座10時,可經由外觀分辨其安裝的方向而達到防呆的效果。該對第一卡合件16凸設於底座本體13的頂面,各自對應於傳感器30上的第二凹槽36,用於與傳感器30的底部卡合。當固定座20結合於底座10上時,兩定位柱17容納於固定座20底部之定位孔26 (如圖7A及圖7B所示),且第一彈性體18設置於設置槽14邊緣與固定座20形成干涉配合,藉此提供固定座20在底座10上之限位及固定。
如圖2B所示,每個第一卡合件16包括卡合部16A。每一個卡合部16A對應於傳感器30第二凹槽36中的第二卡合件38。當卡合部16A受外力推抵時,每一個卡合部16A朝遠離各自的第二卡合件38的方向旋轉,使第一卡合件16與第二卡合件38分離。
第一彈性體18被設置於底座10頂面之設置槽14上,且利用彈性材料與底座本體13雙料射出成型,與具較硬材質的固定座20形成干涉配合。在一個實施例中,第一彈性體18環型設置於設置槽14上以形成一凹槽,以容納固定座20。較佳地,第一彈性體18設置於設置槽14之槽周壁的內側表面、外側表面及頂面。在另一實施例中,第一彈性體18分散設置於設置槽14上以界定一固定區,使固定座20容置於固定區中。較佳地,第一彈性體18分散地設置於設置槽14之槽周壁的內側表面、外側表面及頂面。
如圖3及圖4所示,連接埠342更包含位於傳感器30中的印刷電路板33,印刷電路板33包含一透孔332,使感測器40之頂端容置於透孔332中,以減少傳感器30與固定座20連接所需之高度。透孔332至少部分地穿透印刷電路板33。
接下來說明固定座20的結構。請參閱圖5A、圖5B及圖6,其分別為本發明生理訊號量測裝置1的固定座20的立體圖、立體分解圖及剖視圖。固定座20具有一容置槽22,用以於其內容置一感測器40,其中感測器40為一片狀感測器。感測器40具有一訊號輸出端42、一訊號檢測端44及連接訊號輸出端42與訊號檢測端44之一連接段46,其中訊號輸出端42容置於容置槽22中且部分地凸出於容置槽22,用於與傳感器30的連接埠342電性連接並輸出生理訊號至傳感器30,而訊號檢測端44植入於生物體皮下,以檢測生理訊號。容置槽22之壁面與感測器40之間具有間隔S1、S2,以容納傳感器30的對應結構。如圖2B及圖4所示,傳感器30的下表面30B上具有第一凹槽34,且第一凹槽34中設置有具有一插槽344的連接埠342。連接埠342對應固定座20的容置槽22凸出並容納於容置槽22中,使感測器40插入連接埠342中的插槽344,使訊號輸出端42電性連接於該連接埠342,使連接埠342互補地容納於容置槽22的間隔S1及S2中。藉由前述感測器40的結構與固定座20空間配置上的配合,本發明所提供之固定座20可適用於薄型化設計。
固定座20還具有一植針孔24,其中植針孔24對應於底座10上的貫孔12,與貫孔12共同形成感測器40之植入通道,該植入通道用來供植入裝置的植針(圖未示)穿設,並將該感測器40的訊號檢測端44植入該生物體的皮下組織。植針孔24貫穿固定座20的上表面及下表面且與容置槽22互相連通,以容置部分的感測器40。
請參閱圖3、圖6、圖7A、圖7B及圖8,如圖6、圖7A及圖7B所示,固定座20具有固定感測器40的固定槽27,其中固定槽27與容置槽22連通,植針孔24及容置槽22藉由固定槽27而互相連通。由於感測器40具有轉折形狀,訊號輸出端42容納於容置槽22中,訊號檢測端44沿植針孔24的軸向往下延伸,因而穿設於固定座20。植針孔24與容置槽22位於兩個不同之垂直軸向 (如圖6虛軸線所示),使感測器40之訊號檢測端44以及訊號輸出端42分別位於植針孔24及容置槽22之垂直軸向上。
固定座20還具有第二彈性體25,第二彈性體25包括防水密封件25A、橫隔彈性件25B及阻隔件25C。防水密封件25A配置於植針孔24上方,較佳地為凸出設置於植針孔24之外緣,以頂抵於傳感器30來形成防水密封結構。防水密封件25A對應於傳感器30的連接埠342之一配合部346 (如圖2B所示),該配合部346係呈互補地與防水密封件25A干涉配合 (如圖3所示),藉由互補式的防水密封結構,來避免來自外界之液體從傳感器30與底座10之間滲入而影響傳感器30之電性以及感測器40之檢測靈敏度。藉由上述防水設計,使用者無需擔心外部液體或汗水對本發明生理訊號量測裝置1產生影響。在配戴本發明生理訊號量測裝置1時,使用者仍可進行如沐浴及運動等一般的日常活動。
橫隔彈性件25B配置於植針孔24內,並位於植針孔24與貫孔12所界定出的植針通道上方,以橫隔植針孔24,並佈滿植針孔24之截面積。藉由橫隔彈性件25B之設計,當植入裝置的植針穿過橫隔彈性件25B並帶動訊號檢測端44植入皮下並回抽收回後,橫隔彈性件25B因其本身彈性力而將被植針穿刺的孔洞回復緊閉,避免經由植針通道回流的血液往傳感器30的方向滲出而造成使用者可能的不適感。
為了防止血液經由植入通道回流並損壞傳感器30內的電子元件,本發明在底座10的貫孔12上設置密封件12A,並在固定座20的植針孔24中設置橫隔彈性件25B,以分別密封貫孔12與植針孔24。密封件12A及橫隔彈性件25B的設置使得從生物體皮表的植入處滲出的血液,無法經由上述植入通道滲透進入傳感器30,以避免該傳感器30內部的電子元件受到汙損。密封件12A及橫隔彈性件25B之材質可為彈性體 (如橡膠),故可在植針抽出後密合並緊抵感測器40之訊號檢測端44以維持裝置內部的密封性。再者,倘若固定座20之底部經由灌膠或任一密封形式密封時,亦可省略密封件12A之設置。在其他實施例中,密封件12A及橫隔彈性件25B可擇一設置。
阻隔件25C配置於植針孔24與固定槽27之間,用以夾持感測器40之連接段46以固定感測器40。在本發明中,防水密封件25A及橫隔彈性件25B的材質為橡膠,但也可以為其他防止液體滲漏的彈性材質,而不以此為限。阻隔件25C可為彈性件或非彈性件。在一個實施例中,防水密封件25A、橫隔彈性件25B及阻隔件25C為一體成型且嵌設於植針孔24中。在其它實施例中,防水密封件25A、橫隔彈性件25B及阻隔件25C也可以是彼此獨立的元件。
如圖7A、圖7B及圖8所示,固定座20的底部設置複數個限位件29,配置於容置槽22以及固定槽27之間,以止擋感測器40。複數個限位件29可包含至少一鉤部29A及抵止部29B。當將感測器40由固定槽27插入固定座20時,其訊號輸出端42設置並凸出於容置槽22,連接段46連接訊號檢測端44並設置於固定槽27,且訊號檢測端44延伸於植針孔24。此外,限位件29之鉤部29A用於對連接部46提供限位的功能,而限位件29之抵止部29B用於夾持連接部46。在不影響鉤部29A及抵止部29B的功能的情況下,本發明之複數個限位件29可呈交錯配置或對稱配置。
將感測器40固定於固定座20後,接下來進一步密封固定座20的底部。本發明藉由在固定座20的固定槽27中配置一填充體 (圖7A、圖7B、圖8及圖9中以點狀標示的區域),用於固定感測器40,並防止外部液體由該底座10的該穿孔12,流向該傳感器30及該固定座20之間。根據本發明第一實施例,固定座20的底部是以膠體28填充。如圖9所示,將一外型與容置槽22相配合的治具50,由固定座20的頂面插入容置槽22,並夾緊感測器40的訊號輸出端42,以確保膠體28不溢出。將膠體28由固定座20的底面注入固定槽27。具體的,膠體28可注滿固定槽27並受到阻隔件25C的阻擋而不溢入植針孔24。但實質上灌膠程度可視所需密封性及其它元件配置來更動,本發明不限於所述實施例。待膠體28凝固後,移除治具50。
根據本發明第二實施例,固定座20為一體射出成型。例如,固定座20於射出成型時直接包覆感測器40,以將感測器40部分地封裝於固定座20內。圖10B顯示沿圖10A中虛線的剖視圖。在此實施例中,可省略限位件29以及阻隔件25C。
圖11A為根據本發明第三實施例的固定座20的立體圖,而圖11B顯示沿圖11A中虛線的剖視圖。根據本發明第三實施例,固定座20的底部是藉由在固定槽27中填充一嵌入件20A的方式來替代灌膠,達到密封固定座20的底部及固定感測器40的作用。較佳地,嵌入件20A為一底蓋。
藉由以上詳細說明,可了解本發明的生理訊號量測裝置1相較於先前技術具有以下優點:
1. 薄型化設計
如圖6所示,為了配合感測器40的轉折形狀,固定座20之植針孔24與容置槽22位於兩個不同之垂直軸向並相互連通,使感測器40得以穿設於固定座20。藉由前述感測器40的結構與固定座20空間配置上的配合,本發明所提供之固定座20可適用於薄型化設計。
在傳感器30與固定座20之組裝部分,傳感器30之連接埠342係容納於固定座20之容置槽22的間隔S1中。此外,由於感測器40的訊號輸出端42部分地突出於固定座20的容置槽22中,使固定座20之頂端低於訊號輸出端42之頂端,藉此訊號輸出端42凸出於固定座20並容置於連接埠342之插槽344以及印刷電路板33之透孔332中 (如圖3及圖4所示)。藉由上述互補式的結構設計達到薄型化以及可拆卸之目的。
2.防水密封功效
本發明中設置於固定座20植針孔24中的第二彈性體25包含防水密封件25A及橫隔彈性件25B,其中防水密封件25A頂抵於傳感器30來形成防水密封結構,避免來自外界之液體從傳感器30與底座10之間滲入而影響傳感器30之電性以及感測器40之檢測靈敏度,而橫隔彈性件25B配置於該植針孔24內,並對應植針孔24與貫孔12所界定出的植針通道上方,避免經由植針通道回流的血液往傳感器30的方向滲出。
3. 感測器固定功效
本發明之固定座20係用以承載感測器40,除了以填充體填充固定槽27來固定感測器40之外,更利用固定座20的底部設置複數個限位件29來固定感測器40。此外,第二彈性體25之阻隔件25C夾持感測器40之連接段46以固定感測器40。因此,本發明透過填充體、限位件29及阻隔件25C的限位固定手段來使感測器40更加穩固地承載於固定座20上。
本案雖以較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本案的範圍,任何熟習此項技藝者,在不脫離本案之精神和範圍內所作之變動與修飾,皆應屬本案之涵蓋範圍。

Claims (17)

  1. 一種生理訊號量測裝置,用於植入皮下以量測一生物流體中之一分析物之一生理訊號,包含: 一感測器,具有一訊號檢測端及一訊號輸出端,其中該訊號檢測端用於植入皮下檢測該生理訊號,而該訊號輸出端用於輸出該生理訊號; 一傳感器,具有一連接埠,以連接該感測器之該訊號輸出端並用來接收該生理訊號;以及 一固定座,用於乘載該感測器,該固定座包含: 一植針孔,係用於該感測器之植入通道,並容置部分該感測器; 一固定槽,用以容置該感測器; 一填充體,配置於該固定槽內,用以固定該感測器;及 一阻隔件,配置於該植針孔與該固定槽之間,用以夾持該感測器,並限制該填充體於該固定槽內。
  2. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號量測裝置,更包含一底座,其中該固定座包含兩定位孔,且該底座包含兩定位柱,該兩定位柱係容設於該兩定位孔內。
  3. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號量測裝置,其中該固定座更包含一防水密封件,配置於該植針孔上方,以頂抵於該傳感器形成防水密封結構。
  4. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號量測裝置,其中該固定座更包含一橫隔彈性件,配置於該植針孔內,以橫隔該植針孔,並佈滿該植針孔之截面積。
  5. 如請求項4所述的生理訊號量測裝置,其中該橫隔彈性件設置於該植針孔內之該感測器上方。
  6. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號量測裝置,其中該固定座包含一限位件,以止擋該感測器。
  7. 如請求項6所述的生理訊號量測裝置,其中該限位件包含鉤部或抵止部。
  8. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號量測裝置,其中該連接埠更包含一插槽,且該固定座之頂端低於該感測器之該訊號輸出端,藉此該訊號輸出端係凸出該固定座並容置於該連接埠之該插槽。
  9. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號量測裝置,其中該阻隔件係為一彈性件。
  10. 一種固定座,乘載一感測器,以量測一生物流體中之一分析物之一生理訊號,其中該感測器具有一訊號檢測端及一訊號輸出端,該固定座包含: 一植針孔,係用於該感測器之植入通道,並容置部分該感測器; 一固定槽,用以容置該感測器; 一填充體,配置於該固定槽內,用以固定該感測器;及 一阻隔件,配置於該植針孔與該固定槽之間,用以夾持該感測器,並限制該填充體於該固定槽內。
  11. 如請求項10所述的固定座,其中該固定座更包含一防水密封件,配置於該植針孔上方。
  12. 如請求項10所述的固定座,其中該固定座更包含一橫隔彈性件,配置於該植針孔內,以橫隔該植針孔,並佈滿該植針孔之截面積。
  13. 如請求項12所述的固定座,其中該橫隔彈性件設置於該植針孔內之該感測器上方。
  14. 如請求項10所述的固定座,其中該固定座包含一限位件,以止擋該感測器。
  15. 如請求項14所述的固定座,其中該限位件包含鉤部或抵止部。
  16. 如請求項10所述的固定座,其中該阻隔件係為一彈性件。
  17. 一種固定座,乘載一感測器,以量測一生物流體中之一分析物之一生理訊號,其中該感測器具有一訊號檢測端及一訊號輸出端,該固定座包含: 一植針孔,係用於該感測器之植入通道,並容置部分該感測器; 一固定槽,用以容置該感測器; 一填充體,配置於該固定槽內,用以固定該感測器; 一防水密封件,配置於該植針孔上方; 一橫隔彈性件,配置於該植針孔內,以橫隔該植針孔,並佈滿該植針孔之截面積;及 一阻隔件,配置於該植針孔與該固定槽之間,用以夾持該感測器,並限制該填充體於該固定槽內。
