Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于支撑乘客的脊背的可变形弹性元件的水平调整和/或弯拱调整的装置,其安装于座椅的靠背的框架中,每个用于水平调整和/或弯拱调整的装置包含传动装置,其包含蜗杆、蜗轮,传动齿轮和齿元件以及驱动装置。
这种装置从AT-B-394829中可以知道。在该装置中,两个电动马达安装到框架上,一个用于支撑元件的水平调整,另一个用于支撑元件的弯拱调整。在支撑元件的后部具有用于每个马达的传动装置,其包含蜗杆、蜗轮、传动齿轮和齿条,并通过被弯成约180°的柔性驱动轴连接到电动马达上。为了水平调整,特定的齿轮装置的齿条连接到平衡梁上,平衡梁又通过刚性辐条分别连接到支撑元件的上端和下端。传动装置具有高传动比,其允许使用电动马达既使很小的动力也会引起调整,然而,能量被柔性轴损失了,其引起了很高的令人不愉快的噪音,而后者还承受着剧烈的磨损。除了结构很复以外,它还很昂贵。
因此,本发明的目的是为了提出一种上述的改进装置,虽然结构简单,但在特定的界限内以节能的方式并且不产生噪音的调整却是可能的。
这一目的是通过具有权利要求1的特征的装置而达到的。
本发明的有利的实施方案将从属权利要求中变得明显。
以下将参照附图以实施例的方式对本发明作进一步的解释。在这些图中:
图1表示靠背的框架,其包含支撑元件的水平调节装置和座元件的弯拱调节装置;

图1所示意性地示出的靠背包含框架1,其中,在两个横支撑杆2之间,具有由相互平行的两根杆3构成的导向件,其用于支撑元件4被上下移动地导向。
如图1所示,支撑元件4能够含两个弹性可变形的纵向条片5,该两个纵向条片5相互平行,并通过间隔开的横向条片6相连接。在支撑元件4的上端或下端,可以具有加强条片或加强板7,其最好与可在杆3上滑动的滑动元件8相连接。支撑元件4可以由可选择的材料制成,例如塑料或金属片材或它们的组合,该组合可以是多个部分或一片被冲出。支撑元件4还可包含未示出的额外的支撑元件,其用于支撑下部区域,可以通过分开的部件安装到支撑元件4上或与其一体构成。
电动马达9安装到框架1的每个侧梁上,电动马达9的外壳固定地与齿轮传动装置12的外壳11相连。电动马达9包含驱动轴13(图3),蜗杆14安装于其上,并伸进到齿轮箱11并与其中设置的蜗轮15相啮合。传动齿轮16相对于蜗轮15不转动地安装在蜗轮15的中心轴上。传动齿轮16的伸出蜗轮15之外和齿轮箱11盖部之外的部分与齿轮17作齿啮合,在根据图2的实施例中,齿轮17可转动地安装在轴18上。在该实施例中,转动轴18与封闭齿轮箱11的盖19一体加工出。显然,轴18也能形成外壳11的一部分或者作为单独的部件安装到盖19或齿轮箱11上。为了便于组装,齿轮箱11包含柱状凸起20,其便于盖19中心对准与其作用,该盖19包含与柱状凸起20相配合的适当的纵长孔。在面对盖19的侧边上,齿轮17带有卷轴21,在该实施例中,其作为齿轮21的一体部件而加工出。齿轮箱11中装有带传动齿轮16的蜗轮15的部分被盖19’盖住以便简化进口。盖19、19’在该实施例中通过螺钉安装到齿轮箱18上;然而,它们也可以具有不同的设计,例如按扣锁合。
卷轴21也可以可脱开的方式安装于齿轮17上,因而,其使得使用不同直径的卷轴21成为可能,如下边进一步解释的,其允许获得不同的调整范围。然而,具有不同直径的卷轴21也可被替换成单一元件,其整体地与齿轮17结合。卷轴21包含位于其周边的导槽和至少一个容置孔22,该容置孔22用于容置包登(Bowden)缆线装置24的包登缆线23的放大端。通道装置25设置在盖19中,该通道装置25终止于位于盖19的突起中的客置槽26。容置槽26用于容置包登缆线装置24的护板27的一端。
护板27的相对的一端被容置于另一个容置衬套28中,该衬套28位于用于支撑元件4的水平调节装置中,并固定到支架29上(图1),支架29与横支撑杆2相连,并与杆3相平行地固定。包登缆线23的自由端穿过容置衬套28,根据该所举的实施例,缆线23以钩30(图2)的形式终止,该钩30钩入到支撑元件4的下部加强板7中。回弹弹簧31垂悬在加强板7和框架1的下部的横支撑杆2之间,设置多个弹簧也是可能的,以便将支撑元件4拉向下方的横支撑杆2。这样的结构也是可行的,即其中的支撑元件包登缆线装置向下拉,并且被弹簧(未示出)向上推压。
在用于支撑元件4的弯拱调节的装置中,用于包登缆线装置24的铠装27的第二容置衬套28固定在支撑元件4的上部区域,选择性地通过延伸32的方式进行。一个包登缆线23通过其钩30钩于加强板7的下缘。
齿轮17包含从其下侧开始的圆形槽33。在本实施例中设计成肋34(图4)的突起突伸到该槽33中。在肋34的两侧装配有可选择的合适的材料如橡胶制成的缓冲装置36。在槽33的区域中制动元件35和制动表面可以靠在一起或彼此离开一定的距离,就象图4所见到的制动件35、35’设置在齿轮箱11中。该制动件可以被用来调节包登缆线23绕到光轴21上的卷轴范围,几乎直到360°。尽管包登缆线23可定位在不同的平面,但其中一个位置在图4中用点划线示出。
通过制动件35、35’或其制动表面以及卷轴21的直径尺寸的设置和设计,卷绕范围及移动范围能够分别适合于特定的要求的水平调整和弯拱调节的长度量级。如果一个或两个容置衬套26、28例如通过螺接可调地装配,对于调节的其它可能性仍然存在。
在孔中除了用于水平调整的一个或多个回动弹簧31以外,设置第二个同样的水平调整装置也是可能的,尽管这样有些昂贵,但提供了这样的优点,即弹簧31的回复力不需要补偿。
除了电动马达9,例如手轮37(图2所示)或杆形式的手柄连接到驱动轴13、选择性地连接到棘轮装置上也是可能的,该棘轮装置可以装配有可脱开的棘爪。
举例来说,对于上述传动装置12的传动比可以设置在第一级蜗杆蜗轮比1∶90之间,以及第二级传动齿轮16和齿轮17比1∶6之间,等于总比率为1∶540,从这里可以清楚地知道,对于支撑元件的水平调整及弯拱调整来说只需要很小的能量作用,在此情况下,最大调整程度通过制动件35、35’以特定的方式预定的,以便防止当施加的调整力很高时如手动调节时而损坏支撑元件4或装置的其它元件。
Claims (7)
1、一种用于乘客的脊椎的可变形的弹性的支撑元件(4)的水平调节和/或弯拱调节的装置,其装配于座椅的靠背的框架(1)中,每个用于水平调节和/或弯拱调节的装置包含传动装置(12),该传动装置(12)包含蜗杆(14)、蜗轮(15)、传动齿轮(16)和齿元件以及驱动装置,其特征在于,传动装置以这样的方式直接连接到驱动装置上,即其刚性驱动轴(13)带有蜗杆(14),其与蜗轮(15)相啮合,传动齿轮(16)同轴地固定于蜗轮(15)中,传动齿轮(16)与齿轮(17)作齿啮合,齿轮(17)位于平行于蜗轮(15)的平面,齿轮(17)至少与一个卷轴(21)相关联,包登缆线组件(24)的包装缆线(23)的一端固定到卷轴上并可在其上卷绕,齿轮(17)包含肋(34),该肋(34)上与齿轮机构(12)的外壳(11)中的制动结构(35)共同作用,以便以特定的方式限制齿轮(17)的运动。

7、如权利要求1至6之任一的装置,其特征在于,突起和/或制动表面上设置有缓冲器(36)。
